The best hot wings I've ever eaten were at this KFC in Raunds. the food was hot and fresh and the place was very clean and the workers were very friendly.

Went through the drive through about 9-20 we were going into the shop but it was shut so had no choice went through the drive through paid for our order. She was so fast I said to my husband these meals can’t be fresh but thought maybe they had some already cooking. I got them home and omg I’ve never been served something so disgusting in all my life. If you were getting ready to close you should have said it’s only what we have left. I’ve never seen anything like it the meal was stone cold old not fresh chicken was almost cold chips stone cold . I knew I should have checked but didn’t all I can say is I wouldn’t even give it to my dog

Disgusting. They need a hygiene visit. How do KFC Head Office still lets this clearly incompetent owner ruin their reputation. The food is awful. It’s made me seriously ill the first time I ever went there and I’ve never been back since! Whoever the owner is needs to go and join the circus!

Might bucket ordered came in paper bag mixed with someone else’s order so we returned to find which was which they sorted returned. Out of two chicken one was the rib thing with nothing on. Surely when two bits you don’t put that in. What was there other wise was lovely and fresh hot

One of the better KFC restaurants in the area but the chicken legs are definitely smaller than in previous years.

Disappointed with this fast food restaurant. The food was cold, large parts of the menu were unavailable and the staff were rude. It is no wonder it is empty.

Quick service hot food and all correct, poor customer service went to the till to order didn't want to take my order was directed to the self order points instead, adequate parking 2 disabled bays available no child spaces drive through available but poor layout as the speaker is directly on the corner to order Edit - it has changed drastically - Luke warm food app still not working correctly and poor phone signal lack of understanding by staff and slow for food to be available, cold inside and even colder toilet area, toilets weren't particularly clean and one stall out off toilet paper.

Absolutely shambles, run by headless chickens, needs managing properly with competent staff. And and lots of training.

This restaurant is not heated, cold, dirty, the floor is sticky, the toilet has no comment.

I love KFC but when i have visited this branch, the service is poor, and always something missing on a takeaway.

Could have been better, food was a little bit dry and the assistant was not very polite

I ended up losing my food all over the floor, I should have realised when waitress said be careful of bag they are not very strong ,I would have thought paying £22 it would have come in a box as it is advertised on your boards outside. I will have to go back to McDonald's.

Went Saturday night, front of desk staff member couldnt cope. Shouting at others, slamming everything around. Not a good experience. At least food waa fab but soooooo slow.

A late(ish) visit -22:00, but the only person visible was more interested in meeting the demands of her computerised order screen than in taking my order, took 15 mins to get her attention. Chicken was great as always but the chips were cold

When I went to KFC with my baby the heating didn’t work but by the time I found out it was too late as I ordered the food on the touch screen. There should have been a sign to let us know. If I had known I would have gone somewhere else. Also the WiFi doesn’t work which is a problem when they have an app, wasn’t able to collect points.

I live in raunds, and this kfc let's down all the takeouts in the entire town (and we have a few) today's experience: drove up to the window and the lady asks me to wait a while, so I did. 10 mins pass and 6 cars queue behind me. When the woman returns he mic doesn't work and I can't hear a word she is saying so eventually I give up and drive around to the window where I find another 5 cars stacked up with what I assume is the same issue I have had. 15 mins pass and when I get to the window I am faced with what can only be described as the most misrable human being I've ever seen, she is clearly not interested in her job or proving any type of customer service, she asks me to pay for items I've not even had a chance to order yet, I tell her I've not ordered and she asks me what I want. I make my order and then she just walks off, for a good 10 mins after shutting the window. Upon her return 10 mins later, she just hands me the food and again shuts the window. Thing is, this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. My family have kfc often and everywhere else seems to just get it right, it's just this location which is typical as its the closest one to my house. The technology at this location needs to be sorted and the staff either need to be replaced or retrained. I can't imagine what type of manager allows their staff to act like rude soulless drones to customers.

Wednesday night, I went here. It wasn't busy at all. I went to the till where a lady was working behind she then moved from the till and started getting the person's food ready that was there before me. I waited.... and waited.... to be served, but the lady pottered about walking up and down the counter, knowing I was there, so I attempted to get her attention as she walked past me again, and between the tills was a piece of paper saying to use the self serve kiosk. Order placed. I now waited for the food to get prepared, and with the quietest voice and a poorly spoken repeat of my order was read out. As I couldn't make out what was said, I asked the lady if this was my order number, repeating my number to her. She looked at me confused and pushed the food towards me. Opened up my zinger tower burger, straightened it all up, and put the salad actually in under the bun. There was just a splodge of sauce in the middle on the top bun, so apart from a mouthful in the middle of the burger, there was no sauce. The cheese slice that was directly on top of the chicken wasn't melted, not even a little bit. I felt the chicken it was cold, and so was the wife's. We couldn't understand why it wasn't busy. There were 2 people that had just been served their food us and 2 adults and 2 children after us. I took the burgers up to the counter and said that they were both cold. I had to repeat this a couple of times to the lady as she didn't understand me when a chap from around the back came and asked what was wrong, so I explained they were cold. He said, "Are you sure? .... Cold?" So I showed him the un melted cheese slice I lifted off of the chicken in one piece. They did replace both of the burgers, and they were both hot. I guess that's why it isn't busy in there. It wasn't a great experience. The auto / disabled door didn't work, which is an issue. The aircon blower had a continuous squeak and whining. One out of the two ladies' loo's was not working possibly for a while looking at it. The hand sanitiser dispenser was empty. There were no napkins. Some did get put out, but after everyone received their food and had sat down. I think it's a very poorly managed and maintained place with staff only just barely competent to carry out the basic tasks of their jobs.

Yet again placed an order and have missing food or not followed instruction ie no mayo. Order number 7056 wrap missing discovered when got home no one answers the phone number when will I learn that this kfc is rubbish and check bag before I leave

Lovely staff, served by a young lad named Callum, sorted out my order perfectly and stayed calm and orderly when issues arose. Couldn’t thank the guy enough for his help.

I thought it was very slow and there's only three people in there serving but you have to book through your machine first for your order for meal very poor service and expensive

I've always hailed this KFC as the best, but the last couple of times I've used their services they forgot the gravy with two gravy burgers - yikes. And yesterday (16/02/22) my order was missing chips, the diet and max Pepsi's weren't labelled, so it was a guessing game for me and my mother, who can't have high amounts of sugar, and my poor mum also didn't get a fork with her coleslaw, making it inedible because we took it away. You can't drink coleslaw! It was a blonde guy in his mid 20s who put together to order. Please get your acts together, and I'll raise the star rating. Things are getting sloppy here. Update: forgot out teriyaki bites, but just eat gave us a refund. Please check what you package.

Shocking KFC. Runs out of cooked chicken far too regularly. Excuse this time why there was a 20 minute wait for chicken was that they had 2 party bucket orders.... really?? You only have enough cooked chicken at once to fill just 2 orders? Either be better managed and have more cooked chicken prepared or don't offer a menu item which will take out all your sales for half an hour just because 2 of said item was ordered. It's a regular occarance this.

Three times in three weeks at the drive through and three wrong orders each time, missing entire meals.

I normally am disappointed by KFC quality but not today! Strips were perfect. Also the best service I ever had....I honestly mean this but the gentleman who served us his name is Sergio was so friendly happy and professional I have never seen this in any other fast food joint...he's a young man says he's from Portugal ....he really impressed me!!

Consistently the worst KFC I visit, always a long wait sat at the drive through to order, always a long wait to pay, always a long wait to collect food. Get the correct order maybe once out of 3 times. Prompted to make this review as I went today to get a quick dinner, took 37 mins from stopping at the order screen to collecting food. Get home and completely the wrong burger in my box meal.

I stopped here on my motorcycle. There was one poor girl doing 90% of the work.she needs a pay rise. Food took ages..so long I nearly walked out . I got my helmet and kit back on and a bloke stood at the counter with it. Pretty poor as far as KFC goes. To the tall girl doing all the work, you could get a job anywhere, do yourself a favour and move on to something good. You're a hard worker and you're worth more.

Normally bypass our local KFC to go to this one as the staff always pleasant and there chips are hot not like other KFC'S lukewarm before you sit down.

Staff miserable, no greeting, ignored for 7minutes and then no 'hello' 'what can I get you' nothing. Didn't see one member of staff smile and the only time they spoke was to read order number out!! Service very slow and surly. Food was ok but wouldn't be in a hurry to go there again.

No internet here , interference from building structure. Only view is limited into car park. Ambience none. Staff good . Never busy.

Everything normal for a KFC. It was nice to get everything piping hot, fresh out of the cookers.

Food was good but the shop was dead, one or two other people there and maybe a few drive throughs but very quiet. Staff didn't seem too bothered about being there either, not much to do I suppose. Not really an amazing location either as it's a bit out of the way.

Don't get me wrong, I love KFC, the staff are rude, treat you like you are weirdo if you talk to them or ask them questions like, the place needs a clean, because its very messy. I remember while back when there were nicer/better staff.

This is hands down the worst kfc in the country. Drinks and gravy always watered down, poor service, order from the menu and the people taking the orders don’t know what you’re talking about. Ordered a 3 piece boneless dips meal and extra fries from drive through and got home to find a 3 piece meal with bones and coleslaw. In fairness, that is what I was charged on the receipt, but it wasn’t what I ordered and I haven’t got the time or energy to go back and argue that boneless doesn’t mean with bones.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat, rubbish service for the lady, felt like she had better things to do. Food was greasy and wasn't great. I don't think I will return to KFC anytime soon.

Very clean, large airy building. The staff were helpful and friendly. The offerings were hot and tasty. Not a bad place to visit. Visited Saturday 22nd October, the place was clean and tidy. Still the great taste only a bit less. The portion sizes have shrunk much in line with other fast food emporiums. It just costs more for less. Ho hum, such as it is nowadays.

Had a shoddy sign on the door with incorrect English on it which wasn't the best start with with do crossed out changed to don't. The server was barely understandable so got all of our food wrong. And we all had dogey guts that evening. All in all pretty bad all round.

The slowest service we’ve ever experienced at the ‘fast food’ establishment. Placed an order online to our order doesn’t display on drive though screen. We were already in the drive through queue with cars behind us and no alternative route to leave the queue. Waited another 10 minutes to go round the drive through and was told we need to go inside to collect our order! Once inside waited ANOTHER 20 MINUTES!!! and after finally getting our order, items were missing !!! Absolute joke !!! Unorganised, incapable and understaffed. Getting a quick bite turned into an hour nightmare.

Wish I could leave less. Utterly ridiculous wait time for a not busy restaurant. Got the order wrong. They seem o priorities the delivery guys more! Me and my 3 boys also had bad bellies the next day. Would avoid! I love other KFCs, but not this one!!

Love the one person bucket great value

Have been a few times with different experiences rating from 1 to 5 stars. However, we went last night and ordered the party bucket. I asked the polite fella if he was cooking it fresh then could we have it extra crispy? As in everything really well done. Not only did he do this, he even came out to ask if it was cooked enough before taking it out of the fryer. When KFC is cooked right, no other take away comes close to flavour or value so there should be some kind of standard as we're always reluctant to go as when it's bad, it's inedible. 2cm of grease in the bottom of the bucket, chicken soggy as well as the chips but last night's was delicious and the best we've ever had so credit where credits due.

It's the second time now I've ordered a meal there and asked to change the zinger burger to a normal fillet burger and its the second time I've got home to them not changing it.. is it really that hard to get a customers order right?!

Sorry but this is the worst KFC in the country, just ordered food for delivery which turned up completely wrong and Stone cold, tried to call but had no answer so after paying delivery cost had to go up there for them to still get my order wrong and still cold from the restaurant, and taste rank!!! Under staffed awful place do NOT use this kfc it's letting the name down!! 1 star is generous

We were told by a lot of people that this was one of the best KFC's in Northamptonshire, so we went to check it out !!! We ordered a range of different menu items amongst 4 people and its true !!! We've been to a lot of KFC's in our time, the chicken was cooked it came out piping hot, the correct items were brought out to the table, the lady who served us was very polite, and very helpful.... the final inspection as you do was the toilets, they were very clean and no smells. We have came back a couple of times since and it has been the same standard every time, now compared to Wellingborough, Kettering and Corby ..... Raunds at Warth Park wins every single time. Hot food and not cold food like other restaurants I've noted above !! The only criticism was spiderwebs in the light fittings above where we were sitting by the window facing onto the road facing Asda they could do with a good clean, as gave the illusion of it falling onto your food. But apart from that a 90% rating.

Nothing wrong with the food, it's KFC you get what you're expecting. But the service here qualifies it as the slowest fast food restaurant in the world. They seem to put all there energy into preparing food for the uber eats deliveries at the expense of the customers who could actually be bothered to come to the restaurant. You can wait 20-30 minutes in a queue of 2-3 people and be completely ignored for most of it!
