Very welcoming staff - Noopur was very attentive.

A drunk man jumped in front of me in the queue which the female staff member behind the counter saw. I went to then order but she continued to serve the man who push infront of me. As I am a young girl and this was a much older and drunk man the staff should have seen how intimidatiting this was for me and asked him to leave but didn't. In the end I was the one who left.

Food rarely fresh but the service in 8 years of popping is consistent shocking. If there’s 1 person in there or 10, it takes 10 minute at least to even served. They priotise the delivery drivers who clog the entrance and are rude to customers

Please don’t order from this restaurant unless you want your goods to be packaged like a baby has done it. When i saw the state of my food which by the way ONLY could have been done by the kfc workers and not my delivery driver, I immediately rang the restaurant around 8 times before somebody answered. When someone did pick up, I was greeted by an Indian sounding man who didn’t take my issue seriously and began laughing presumably in front of other co workers. He told me that he couldn’t help me because the shop was closing despite it being 21:20 and the store shuts at around midnight? He then hung up on me mid conversation. These people honestly have no interest in their job, any time I come across generally any kfc workers they are all the same exactly like this, absolutely no work ethic it’s sad. After I had my meal, my boyfriend called the shop back pretending to be a customer to see if the shop was actually closing and it wasn’t, one of the workers who answered him said they are fine. Disgusting behaviour honestly these people need to get out of the customer service industry.

I ordered a cheeseburger for my son with no onions as he doesn't eat onions and they put onions on it again and now he has no dinner.

I have mentioned to make it hot also to send ketchups and there’s no peri peri powder on it worst experience ever they did not even send tissues which is not at all acceptable aa I ordered away from home for outdoors and it was so cold

Was disappointed in my service here. My drink was no sealed properly and even though I put the drinks in the bag they didn’t seal it properly and my food worth over £15 dropped on the floor and they failed to even want to replace the order yet alone refund it; I waited along time aswell just to receive no help. My little brother were hungry aswell and needee this. I understand they might not feel responsible as they did not put the drinks in the bag, however it’s not my fault it wasn’t sealed properly .I feel like a little goodwill and customer service would have gone way which they refused to have ; therefore I don’t feel valued as a customer, now thanks to this you lost a life long customer ; I’ve never been to a food restaurant with such stingy staff. 😒

I had to wait over 50 mins to deliver the order, which I have been cancelled it already but they delivered it anyways which I don't understand why they did it and on top of that the food is stone cold. the receipt shows that it was sitting in the restaurant over 40 mins before delivering it. I still keeping my right for the full refund as it was discussed with the customer service! Never order from here!

Heads up when ordering online that items are often missing in sealed bag. Great for GP and profit so fair play to them so just check any orders like your life depends on it.

I was eating my food at the table when the lady who works there decided to clean the table I was sitting at spraying disinfectant on my food. Avoid.

I ordered the “Original Recipe Chicken: 2 pieces” and clearly asked for drumsticks. But instead, they gave me two boneless mini fillets. On top of that, I wasn’t even given a receipt. Disappointed with the service at this branch.

All pieces were chicken thighs. This is unacceptable. We did not pay for a family feast for no chicken breast pieces. Will not order from this chain again. Zero respect for customers.

This is my local KFC that we order from every so often, food comes hot and packed with care (I.e not missing items etc) really glad there’s fast food chains that still have staff who prepare and pack food that is correct aswell as not cold!

My order arrived quickly, the delivery rider was friendly and the food was delicious.

The food was freezing COLD when it arrived, I knew there was going to be an issue when I saw the rider park his bike in the street opposite the main entrance, when the rider arrived the paper bag was ripped at the top, therefore making the food go cold! The rider could have driven into the main entrance like most others do.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I clearly told them diary requirements, they completely ignored it and when I called to explain they hung up the phone. I spoke to Baduji and he was unhelpful and rude. The worst experience I’ve had with KFC staff.

The food quality was great and it was really hot. The time kept changing as it was at the restaurant for longer than originally told. The time shouldn’t be able to change as then you have no way to ask where your order is.
