Worst customer service experience, manager and staff don't listen to orders properly in person, when told they show rude behavior, even when i ordered online they packed different food than I ordered.

Chicken fillet was thin and barely any chicken, it was all skin. Not what they advertise or what you pay for. Waste of money.

fillet in burger is small and hardly any fries :( please kfc do better with your portions as it’s quite expensive.

The Food wasn’t Very Good! I would NOT Recommend This branch of KFC! Also I had to go out in the Rain to Receive my order! I use JUST EAT a lot and have done for Many Years! And have got to say this KFC is Not Very Good (I had another Issue with them the last time I used them a few years ago) and I will Not be Ordering from Them again! Apart from that! I will of course Continue using Just Eat for my Regular Orders.

I ordered a bucket of chicken but they only added the chicken breast. They did not add chicken laps or chicken wings. This is very disappointing. Please learn to mix the order of a chicken bucket with legs and wings and not just breast.

The manager did not service me properly .He has very little knowledge. He doesn't know how to use code and discount offers and vouchers . He just asked me if you have again contact with office they sort out your issue .

Racist staff that won’t serve chinese people. Turned away twice on different weeks told us they don’t have the item we want in stock while the person in the kitchen had just loaded more items onto the serving tray. Will not visit again. Both time was same lady so we felt targeted by this person.

incredibly terrible delivery. I had to guide him to my flat. then head downstairs to act as a map. I want my £1 tip refunded. he doesn't deserve it. food cold. of course it is.

Driver drove to another address first. I have screenshots to prove he went in the wrong direction first. One meal was very cold when arrived and the other was still warm enough to eat. I've requested a refund for one meal but only £5 out of £9.99 was refunded.

The worst KFC restaurant in London, with a very dirty environment and very rude employees, most of whom are Indian and Pakistani. The treatment is very bad. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Disappointing. There was no flavor in the chicken coating, very bland and there was no seasoning on the chips. They did provide two alternatives for a missing item which was appreciated even though it’s not something I eat.
