KFC Putney - High Street in Wandsworth

i wanted 1 hour for my food for the driver to not even delivery it and was delivery to the wrong address i attempt to call the shop multiple of times no one answers ! i will never order from here again the service is bad waiting time is bad

delivery driver couldn't find simple place plus all food was cold and they put like 3 fries in the bag!!!! appalling!!!

delivery guy wouldn't not give me my order,unless I gave him 5 stars. He took food away&didnt not recieve my food,despite showing code i am extremely annoyed & disappointed w the service. refund

Disappointing. There was no flavor in the chicken coating, very bland and there was no seasoning on the chips. They did provide two alternatives for a missing item which was appreciated even though it’s not something I eat.

Great food, lovely atmosphere and the customer service from gowthami was amazing! She was attentive, Speedy and friendly - couldn’t ask for more.

I wrote that I would wait near the main entrance, but he chose another gate. When he called me i was near main gate .I ran everywhere, and when I found it, he was already gone with my food. He could have just left it.he was one who choose wrong add.

Worst experience ever. I will never order from KFC again. The customer service is absolutely shocking! Half of the food was missing but just referred to Uber! It wasn't the drivers fault - it was the restaurant! But KFC is not interested and keep referring me to Uber who aren't interested either! What a joke!!! Total rip off. Will never order from KFC again.

The delivery driver was very impatient and left the food on the floor he also did not ask for the code and this is why they get away with delivering orders to the wrong place.

delivery did not arrive phoned kfc they said its been delivered. I contacted customers support they could not see that it had been delivered . my ring video door bell would have recorded the delivery driver had they arrived, there is no recording of the kfc delivery driver. I think it wasn't sent because I used the £10 discount code I received from the just eat app. I now have to wait several days to be refunded, I asked to receive a replacement code, apparently this can't be done.

Tiny tiny kfc, geared towards take away rather than eat in as there's only a few seats. Food and service is decent. Open until late so great for a snack after the pub. Would have got 5 stars if the place had more seats.

Even when the customer goes to sit on the chair to eat, they don't care if it is clean. Even though they know that the premises are not clean, they stand as if they don't know. These are genuine quotes from the staff at this KFC “you get what you are given” “we don’t give recipes to your type”. The staff at this KFC, are not only racist but genuinely the worst staff at any KFC across the country. The food quality is very poor and the service time is exceptionally slow. DO NOT USE THIS KFC if you are looking around west London use another, this one is exceptionally poor with staff that are not only blatantly racist but rude to all customers.
