KFC Poole - Ashley Road in Poole

Fantastic food and wonderful staff!

Why do you not let me place an order at the till? Why do I need to put my fingers on your faeces covered touchscreen before I have a meal that I EAT WITH MY HANDS? Why are at least half the pieces in my 14pc bargain bucket always just drumsticks?

part of order was missing. but what we did get was hot & tastey

Over priced, tiny chicken pieces which tasted of plastic and the chips are just soggy and disgusting and coated in some sort of curry powder. Never again KFC

Took almost an hour when original estimate was 15 mins. Now don’t have time to eat it before going out. If delivery estimate had been accurate would not have ordered.

usless learn to read the notes asked for no.drumsticks yet still got 2 of them employ people who can read and do there job properly

Waited ages and the delivery time kept being pushed back. Chicken wasn’t crispy it was all soft. Very disappointed

time moved 3 times everything stone cold and soggy. must have been picked straight away then left on side to go cold . was that bad thrown in bid . very bad service

just wish all.orders were like this were people read the notes plus added some sauces napkins and.a.fork perfect

Food was obviously cooked well in advance of collection & so was cold & well below standard one would expect for £25 quid :-((

Chicken overcooked and chewy. Missing sauce. Ordered chicken legs got thighs.

I ordered from my local KFC the food took soo long turn up cold and chips like rubber the Pepsi was warm. When I complained I have been told I get £2.80 as a gesture of goodwill after paying full price for the meal I will never order from just eat again.

No popcorn chicken or hot wings

Not too busy, and mobile orders were quick

every thing was fine but they don't give out any sauce any more which would of been a bonus

My order didn't have 1 of the items, restaurant didn't put it 8n the bag.

Friendly driver and great service.

Every time i order on just eat recently it’s always something missing!! I never get a refund or anything to compensate even when i pay extra for a fillet, I don’t recieve, wrong flavour of the bites.

Waited an hour for delivery, no one arrived and status changed to delivered!!!! unable to get through to KFC on the phone! very unhappy

This is the second time we've ordered extra fries and they have not been delivered. I have proof of packaging. Really annoying.

I don't recommend people eating from this location. The food taste so strange (like burn oil and to much salt and condiments) i really like food with condiments but this is to strange. The drinks taste very strange and I don't know how to describe but it's not something original I'm very sure about. Sorry but something it's not right here. I pick up my order very quickly and easy but the taste it's horrible. It's the first time I order from this location and my last time so I just let people know about what it's happening here. ( I see some reviews of people who eat from this location and I can say they are right about!!!! ) It's your money,time and health!!!! Think about it! It's not worth it! 👎

horrible! They changed the schedule many times and my order came all wrong! This is unacceptable! Nothing I ordered came. I didn't ask for corn and corn came. I asked for Hot Wings and none came! It's incredible how everything came wrong. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!

Staff have changed and they are nice, helpful and friendly. Food is hot and with quality although they are junk food.

Delivery took 1hr and 30 mins to get to me when I was told it would be 20 mins

the chicken tasted nothing like KFC the chips were awful I don't know who's cooking at Ashley rd parkstone poole Dorset but it's not good at all.

wrong food delivered. I ordered a wings bucket, got a bucket of random pieces and not a single wing. also ordered gravy+mayo and got beans and mash instead. not happy. only thing good about this order was the prompt delivery

Food missing and cant get hold of kfc to let them know . 4x fries missing so kids just got chicken and not actually a meal

Staff are too lazy to even take your order , they try to force you to use interact with a touch screen machine , zero customer service skills , as opposed to the chip shop two doors who is more than happy to take your order and serve you

Food was awful. Was too salty and dribbling oil from the chicken wings. It was totally different from picture. Really waste of money.

Unfortunately poor service yesterday. Went inside to order and a notice prompting customers which was covering the tills to order at the self service kiosks put me off immediately. It almost felt like the staff don’t want to serve anymore. Just like others have said, the new male manager, assuming to be the store manager is aggressive and doesn’t smile while serving.. really a big red flag!

As always with KFC, a great choice of items, staff were friendly and great value for money

Heard bad press about local KFC, so thought I'd try it again. It is poo. Well, had a 4 piece boneless with chips and coke, but chips tasted like they were fried 15 minutes ago and I paid extra for large! Soft and warm and over seasoned. Chicken was ok, not what used to taste like. Coke was fine. But really not worth ten quid, staff should ask themselves would they pay for what they serve?

I would have given a zero stars for service if it was possible. If they took more notice of the customers in store rather than just eat delivery drivers it would help. Cleared our order off their screens without actually doing it and then when I pointed this out no apology! Worse KFC ever!

Delivery was amazing but kfc was awful they forgot basically every side im very disappointed I would like a refund but doubt you lot will get back to me….

Chips tick Mini wrap tick But the hot spicy wings, it was awful, like the chicken was sucked out i was given bones with crumbs absolutely disappointed and wasted my money

quality and service has been so much better recently. They have read the notes and amended my last few orders as requested and everything has been fresh and not greasy at all - praise the KFC lord!

Been stood under heat lamps or whatever you keep it warm with. You need new ones as it was cold and dry. We pay good money for this. Very disappointed ☹️

The delivery driver rang me to say could I meet at the door as the weather was bad. I said to him to bring the delivery up to my door as I live on the 4th floor and I had been working in the rain all day and would like my order delivered to my door. When I last ordered from Ashley road the driver didn't want to get the lift to deliver to my door either. Never had this from any other delivery company. In the end he delivered to my door

Not many fries and the piece of chicken that came with my Zinger tower box meal was the skinniest leg I've ever seen. Didn't come in the usual box either. All thrown in a paper bag haphazardly. If Im paying that much for a box meal, I expect a decent piece of chicken and more than 12 fries. On the plus side it was hot and delivered quickly. I get that they have the odd anorexic chicken leg hanging around, but bung it in a large bucket and dont make it the singular peice of chicken in an order!

Been sceptical about leaving a review after years of bad service at this branch when getting food from here now and then when in the area but wow, this is the 5th delivery from Ashley Road over about a 6 month period and it's changed drastically. 10/10 for food quality and fantastic delivery times.

Where's trading standards lol, what arrived certainly didn't look like the pictures, add to that the dry chicken, cold and a sparrow sized portion of chips.

Wrong order was delivered. Instead of KFC they’ve delivered Indian food. I’d like a refund of the order as alternate food purchase had to take place.

Great food for the most part but I would prefer to have the option of no chips and replaced with a side, don't like your chips prefer plain.

I order from here quite a bit and tonight was 5 star. The food seems to be getting better here, proper portions and it arrived nice and hot, quick with an easy hand off what more can you want. Keep it up

Absolutely aweful, the portion sizes of the chips leaves you scratching your head to why you paid £2:00 they were cold and no crisp to them. The burger was cold also and as I was eating I pulled a hair out of my mouth that was islnside of the burger itself. I will never be coming back to kfc that's for sure, it was a waste of money and I did not enjoy the experience that's for sure.

this was an absolute f### up. just eay said a delivery driver was on route for about an hour. the food arrived cold. we were missing out pepsi max and got an orange fruit shoot. the rest of the order was correct apart from being terribly unediable. shambles.

The chicken was great, the vegan burger was inedible. Rock hard & lucky not to break a tooth! Left with one very unhappy diner. Refund is great however leaving someone hungry isn’t ideal.
