So busy and chaotic. Delivery people everywhere. Food waiting on the side going cold for Delivery. My food was correct but whilst waiting 4 people came back because of incorrect order. Holding up waiting time even longer. Drive through was so busy, so decided to go inside. I know it was a sat night but seemed to be no system which didn't help. When I walked in I didn't know where the queue started. I needed to pay by cash and so couldn't use the self service. People where just standing around wairing for their orders, blocking everywhere. Signs and areas need to be put in place, so things can be sped up a little. Delivery people in one place and maybe one person serving them, instead of the food sat there getting cold!!!!

Took an hour and 10 minutes to arrive, our order was missing a box meal completely and half the extras ordered. Gave up trying to call them after 25 minutes. Over £50 spent and 3 people fed from the whole order. Not the first time it's happened, but will be the last time we use them.

Terrible experience, 1st time at Marsh Mills, last time we ever have KFC period, as always something missing! All Plymouth KFCs the same, the guy over speaker at 6.30pm tonight Sat 21.09.24 got our order totally wrong, the cashier needs to be reading out your order and what you're paying for, so at that point you know if it's right or wrong! Car in front reversed as they'd forgotten something! By time you've driven home, no one is going to drive all the way back, KFC always been same in Plymouth, such a disappointment. 1 straw for 2 drinks, no sweetcorn on a Saturday night grrrr..... Chips abysmal, buffalo tower meal burger awful - £25.00 absolutely disgusting

I made an order through online, and collected from store as drive through, when I came back and opened my packet there is one piece less. I did not bother because mistake will happened. And then my daughter started a to eat, she found a piece of blond hair, we are black haired. Last time our order was wrong, we did not check from there. Now we are keep on checking that. After watching 3 what can only be described as bumbling idiots try and put and order together, we then went upstairs to find every table filthy. I also asked for table service due to having a toddler, of course there was none 🤦. Food finally picked up and moved to table… first fault missing drink 👍 returned to get it and was looked on as if I was an issue 👀… would like to point out I’ve now cleaned 2 tables and staff have yet to do 1 👍…then realise I have beans not chips for the little one, ask why and I’m made to look like I’m wrong by some 18 year old girl, who to be fair has probably reached her heights in life with a job at KFC👍…. Huffed and shook her head and made a stupid face as she walked off after telling me I was wrong, I might well have been but the reaction was horrendous. I presume the same entitled little clown had a hand in the fillet burger which she skill fully managed to squirt sauce on only one side of the burger 👏 that’s actually a skill to be so bad… will never return EVER disgusting… would add a photo of her and the tables but let’s just say she was the one with more makeup on than I could empty grease from a chip fryer, they also don’t wear name tags this was at 14:50ish Sunday the 15. I doubt any manager will address this as it’s clearly very badly managed but may save others the same disappointment my daughter received today…. I recommend the McDonald’s 50meters up the road, some home cooking from Sainsbury’s or eating from a grundon bin… all these experiences top that place…

No Photos, but the I cannot commend the establishment more! Staff were friendly and engaging Food was smaller than the photos but that's the same for all fast food giants, it's not going to change! Pricey but acceptable in the current financial upheaval. Everything was well cooked as it should be, especially if you understand the product and the methods employed. The environment was clean and well maintained, a pleasure to sit in and view the world go by. The only thing that I had to complain about was my sat nav didn't realise there are multiple disconnected business parks and we were sent on a wild goose chase to the one just behind. I'm not a native of Plymouth and find the roads a little disconcerting. But that is the only thing. Bravo to the staff who made me smile on multiple occasions.

Probably the worst KFC I've had. Overcooked chips and chicken. Fillet burger have shrunk in size, so maybe put it on kids menu. Very weak tastless coffee. Won't be visiting here again. Very Very poor meal🤬

After a long trip on the ferry, we went to kfc for a bite to eat. Disappointed is an understatement, the girl at the counter had several people come back with wrong orders or things missing, our food didn't taste very nice, there was a lot of salt, plus the upstairs was absolutely disgusting, people leaving trays of finished food and waste on their tables and the bin overflowing with waste, the toilets also were disgusting with people leaving cups on the seats, i don't know if they do the same at their own home bit wow, shocked to say the least

I don't know what I was sold ?. It certainly was not KFC. I think it had been kept warm for the last week. It was disgusting. The colour was orange, it was greasy on the outside, and dry and tasteless on the inside. I gave it to the dog, and he refused to eat it. It's the worst KFC I have ever been sold. Keep away from this establishment, unless you want to risk sitting on the toilet for the next 2 or 3 days. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !.

First time trying Marshmills kfc drive through. Wish I saw their review rating before I went there!! Will never go there again, neither will I recommend them. Bought couple of their special original deal @£4.49. On their poster they show good size portins of chicken. Well across both meals there was only one part of a chicken - 6 frigging drumsticks which don't have much meat on. Then secondly - 1portion of chips were packed in bag with both meals & the chip bag was packed almost upside down that there was only 5 chips left in its bag, the rest were scattered around in the main bag, so of course very cold chips, so not eaten!! Thirdly - some chicken pink & not thoroughly cooked(so less chicken to eat) so not eat. Also most chicken skin was not on chicken & some stuck to bag, no variety of chicken pieces. Fourth - I also bought 2 aero ice-creams which was given to me almost soon as got to collection window , but had to wait for food which took longer than I expected, so having being given ice-cream 1st before food was even ready , ice-cream was quite melted by time I got home 10mins later, window open, no heater on, so no warmth in car.! Staff should use their 'nog' & so, give ice-cream last!! So more than 1 complaint in 1 visit. So, not surprising they have low review rate. No pride in packing food. Unprofessional Workers. Also poster shows corn on cob but they had non & no gravy or beans. No white krushems. So not good at all. Making formal complaint to head office to let them know of my issues & they'll then no how poorly run this place is. Everyone who's had issues with this place, should also inform head office as well as leaving review. What is worst about these issues is that both meals were for ASD Children, so neither have I had an easy time! They wanted corn as on poster.

Usually a nice.place to visit. With friendly staff and fast service. However on this occasion they had workmen upstairs repairing the seats. Wouldn't normally bother me but they were using a really strong smelling glue which absolutely stank upstairs. So much so that I gathered my food up and went and ate it in the car. I bet the glue being used says use in a well ventilated area.

Updated, still very bad branch. For the second time in a row my delivered order was wrong this was yesterday 13th December 2023. As always doesn't seem to taste good now, portion size bad and again ended up with 2 legs on a 3 piece. Price are often very small. Either dry or very slimey and greasy. Hot wings are always dark and over cooked or left on heat tray too long, never golden and cooked nicely like other branches. This time my two hot wings were 1 small fillet instead! Last time again I got two fillets instead of hot wings! It seems nobody cares at. Marsh Mills branch Plymouth. It is never this bad from other branches. Won't be bothering again. Having mentioned the issue of repeatedly getting loads of legs insted of the proper selection I was told to request at the point of ordering. I did this and guess what? My Word. I'm editing this review after the latest horrendous experience here. Ordered via the app at home and then drove straight there. I arrived at the restaurant and joined a queue of cars that seemed to be stationary for an age. Oh well, it gets busy there, I get it. Prob took around 15 to 20 mins to get to the order thingy and told the girl I'd used the app, and that was 19:51. Took another 15 mins to get to the food window and was told to park up. So I'm thinking I ordered via the app, had to wait to get to the order point then window, so surely it should be ready. Oh well, it gets busy, I get it. I park up and wait for........half an hour! Still no sign of the food. A few cars go through, but my food is nowhere to be seen. Plenty of delivery drivers/riders, etc, coming and going, but no sign of my food or for the guy behind me waiting too. I see him go in, so I followed and just heard the tail end of his complaint "I've been waiting 15 mins" so I said "yes and I've been out there for at least 30". I'm watching the staff just standing there, and there's several delivery guys waiting and being served. It appeared to me that they were the staffs priority, and we were merely a hindrance. I was offered a not very convincing apology and no offer of anything to compensate, just a paltry "it'll be a few more mins". 5 mins later, I get our food, and I head home. It was almost 21:00 by the time we left. Appalling. It's supposed to be a fast food restaurant, and what is the point of using the app if people are ordering at the drive-through, getting their food immediately, yet I have to wait ages.

Absolutely furious after being lied to by the manager herself!! Just eat turned up with only half our order, the kfc manager tried to tell me on the phone that it had all arrived! I didnt even open the bag because it was a tiny bag with a box meal in at best, with no drink.... I had ordered a bucket for 1 and a box meal...should have been 2 drinks. So obviously i didnt need to open the bag to know it wasnt all there. The manager on the phone was telling her staff... they dont know whats in it, they havent opened it!! Clearly not using her brain, or telling her staff to lie, either way. Then she lied to me and told me that when she opened the bag, there was miraculously a ton of food inside that wouldnt even fit in that small bag. Then she finally admitted she forgot the drink, but that i was still wrong. The just eat driver even agreed that our food was missing before he went back to get the rest of our order. Whoever the manager is, she needs sacking fast before this chain goes downhill. Worst service ever, its like dealing with children that are out to shaft you any chance they get. We have been ordering from kfc as a family of 6 for years....we will never order from this chain again, until its under new management.

Manger is rude and unhelpful. Half our order was missing and the just eat driver could also see from the lack of food and what was on the receipt the our order was missing items. He then offered to return what we did get and get them to fix it. When he rang us we spoke to what we were told was the manager who basically told us there is nothing wrong with our order even after admitting items were missing and point blank refused to help in any way. The customer service from kfc was absolutely disgusting and I will not be returning anytime soon. This is just one of many mistakes made by this Kfc

I went to KFC drive through on 6/10/23 and I ordered a large three piece meal with a Fanta and a small popcorn chicken. I paid and collected my food. When I got home I found I had been given a four piece meal instead, so my order was incorrect which isn’t uncommon for this KFC (but usually there is food missing not added though) but I also noticed on my phone that I was charged £26.98 which was far more than it should have been. I called KFC and explained the situation saying I hadn’t been given a receipt and I explained what I had ordered and what I’d received, giving an approximate time that I was there. The lady on the phone looked back on the till and said there was no record for an order of a three piece or four piece meal with a Fanta and popcorn chicken and as such there was nothing they could do. I replied that it didn’t make sense as I’d placed an order at one window and I got a “similar” order given to me at the next…..so a record of it must exist somewhere? Still she said there was nothing she could do. So I ended up out of pocket. I really enjoy KFC but I won’t be returning as a customer as I feel completely ripped off.

I went to KFC for a late night dinner. I ordered two box meals paid extra for a milkshake and an extra bit of chicken. When I went to pick up my order they told me that they couldn't do my milkshake of which I was charged extra for because the machine was turned off(this is the second time this has happened.) they then didn't even refund the extra charge I paid and gave me my meal. Which I was soon to find out was cold. And the actual chicken I paid for wasn't even given to me and was found in the staff section. Monkeys could've done a better job when it comes to the service. Disappointed is an understatement I will not be returning

I'm no KFC expert, but I have certainly had it a few times in my life. I have never felt the need to write a review, generally because it is what it is. Quick, tasty, fast food that you grab on the way home to save cooking. However, the other night after a long day of work, I took the opportunity to grab myself a tasty quick meal to fill me up. My first mistake was going there an hour before close. My second mistake was not checking my order, and my third was actually attempting to eat the pile of nasty dry, rock-hard chicken they chucked in the bucket. Mistake 1,The chicken was rock hard on the outside, but had probably been sitting under the heat lamps for ages. It was so tough that the skin was basically like crispy old leather. You would assume chicken that had been cooked for that long would be hot in the middle, but no, it was almost so cold. I'm surprised I didn't get brain freeze. Mistake 2, when I got home and opened the bag, the 4 extra hot wings that I had ordered to keep my wife happy and avoid her snacking on mine. Were, in fact, only 2 extra hot wings. Now imagine the frustration and anger even my wife blamed me for her lack of 2 wings. The way she went on about it, it would have been better for me to apply, get interviewed, train to do the job, and put 2 extra hot wings in my own bag!! Note to self next time, check the bag. Mistake 3 is actually attempting to eat it, I won't share the full experience. it's best I leave that up to your imagination. Let's just say, at 2 am, I was woken up by Satan himself dancing and lighting fires inside his my stomach..Needless to say after finding relief for what felt like a lifetime of watching tiktok videos. I was free to go to bed. Finally let me say that 2 litres of water is what we should drink most days. Not 2 litres of water between 230am and 7am to wash the saltiness out of my mouth. We ordered two meals and 4 cookies via deliveroo. When it arrived we received one can of Pepsi and we were told that they had run out of cookies but we could get a refund via the app. We then contacted deliveroo and were told that we didn’t have enough evidence to get a refund for the missing items. My first and last time using deliveroo and this kfc as they didn’t even leave an amendment on the receipt to say we didn’t get the cookies. Literally robbed me of a fiver, absolute joke.

Every. Single. Time. We go through the drive-thru I specifically ask for the salsa to be on my rice box (because it’s always missing). This time I asked at the order window. And asked AGAIN before we picked up the food, he said it’ll be on the food. Got home, opened and no salsa. I know it sounds silly, only salsa, but it’s the principle, I’m having to ask them to just simply make my food properly, as advertised, and also I’m paying for food I’m not receiving. Also there was black bits in the Milky bar krushem which was weird.. had to assume it was Oreo? Poor, really.

Delivery guys are given priority, I was alone in the ordering queue, and within 5 minutes 6 delivery guys showed up and I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my order, while they were delt with. Won't go back.

Awful! We had family visiting and decided to take a day off from cooking and treat ourselves . The food was bad , dry cold and missing items from the sharing bucket. Very expensive for what you get , it is not even worth the money if it was good quality . Staff are so unfriendly and abrupt , we stood waiting at the till to be served for 15 minutes before anyone even looked in our direction We had only cash so could not use self service but this should not be an issue . When we were eventually acknowledged it was very cold service much like the food given . We have had issues in the past with this KFC beforehand but decided to try again after a year to see if improved and took a chance on it . Lesson learned and will never use this or any KFC again . KFC have lost the customer care long time ago and it has never returned . Staff are uninterested , food is awful and the place is dirty . This KFC wont last long because people I have spoken to about it have also had a bad experience and not all people will write a review, they just do not return . KFC looks quiet most days so it is starting to feel the effect of its bad service . Never again for me .

Went through the drive in last night, don't know what the problems were with the place, but waited an age. 4 cars turned around and left losing them revenue. When finally served, got home with the wrong order. Called with obviously no one picking up and left a voicemail. Next day called again, no answer. Have left another voicemail message. Customer service....nil points!

Very rude staff, no customer service, over priced food, the food is revolting & not as advertised. I ordered a twister & got a tiny piece of breadcrumb with a sprinkling of colslaw. When I asked if this is what should be expected the member staff basically told me to naff off.

I so want to love this cafe! But! messy tables and slow service ruin it. the staff are very, very polite. My wife and I are regular M and S shoppers and are waiting for the new menu to appear. If there was a need for a truly great M and S cafe it is now. The Plymouth cafe could/should be bigger and have a sensible sized toilet. David

Incredibly slow. Don't bother. We've tried a few times but they ALWAYS add at least an hour onto their estimated delivery times, it's just a complete shambles. We've given them the benefit of the doubt but the same thing every time we've tried ordering from here. They show you an estimated delivery time before you order of an hour, then take 2 hours to deliver.

If you are looking to get an international driver’s licence, don’t be fooled that this esso have listed themselves as one of the few providers in the area. The guy told us he won’t do it unless we come in the middle of the night (after 10pm) and there’s not other customers. (It takes 3-4minutes to fill out). We had driven a long way especially to get this so was very disappointing. They shouldn’t mark themselves as a provider if they will only do it when they feel like it, very simple.
