Really disappointed with this kfc. Went on a quiet Saturday afternoon service was so slow 5 people working front of house 1 person in front of us and waited 10 minutes. Went to find a table they were disgusting all tables covered in food drink and rubbish rubbish all on the floor. Food was cold. Won’t be going there again

It's a tidy and fast drive through KFC restaurant. Helpful staff, tasty if unhealthy food.

We were walking in at marsh mills and had to wait as service was slow. The inside tables were dirty.

Easy to order on the screens. Food was quick, 1 item was not right but rectified quickly. Seating areas were clean and the bins were not overflowing. Although sorting rubbish into the new bins is the the krypton factor

I have been to many kfcs up and down the country and don’t often expect the best experience however I must say I was extremely impressed and happy with the cleanliness and overall atmosphere and attitude of the staff. Everyone was extremely polite and the food was served quickly and fresh to my order and it really makes a difference. Thank you Marsh Mills KFC!

Service was quick and overall, we enjoyed our food but we didn't receive everything we ordered. Unfortunately, I only realised it when we got home. Next time I'll remember to check my order before leaving.

went there at a very quiet time, ordered 2 boneless banquets (that comes with chips) with mash and gravy for the sides, as well as a sperate order of small chips. Paid £20 but when we got home we found only 1 banquet had the mash and gravy and was missing chips entirely, as well as the separate chips being missing. Paid for 2 meals with 1 extra chips, got 1 and a half meals with no chips. One job!

Good as a KFC goes. Quick friendly service and the food was hot.

Ordered 2 x fillet tower box meals, get home have 2 x chicken fillet!!! 2 weeks ago ordered 2 x tower box meals and the chicken was so over cooked it was all crunch no chicken, absolute waste of money and travel !!

Service here was one of the best ! As soon as I paid, it was packed and ready to take... Amazing!

Absolutely ridiculous how I went to a place known for original chicken only to be fed processed chicken bites and half cooked hot wings

Went to KFC Marshmills. Haven't used KFC for a while and won't be using them again. I'm not sure if it's all KFC outlets but, ordered a fillet burger meal. The bun was the same size as before but the chicken fillet was like wafer thin and used to be a lot larger and good value for money. The chips were all over the place not in the intended bag. The pepsi was the only thing that was ok. The price of £7.99 is a rip off. As I said KFC was always a decent meal for the cost but not any more. Won't be using again.

I was waiting in the queue waiting to pay by cash at the kiosk. They took 25 minutes to come to us saying "Are you ready to order?" Me and my retail partner was discussed by the workers attitude as they stared at us; in the meantime; they were standing still time wasting to pass the time. The food was the usual, but the customer service just wasnt on point. Many thanks. Oscar.

Went through the drive through, part of the order was missing. Didn't realise until we got home. Really frustrating. They offered us the missing items if we drove all the way back, but that's an hour round trip so a bad review it is. (This is not the first time we've had items missing, so obviously we should have checked. It just seems daft that you have to expect them to get your order wrong)

Nothing good to say about this place chips were disgusting ok put spices on chips but not that many that they can't be eaten as all you could taste chicken not only swimming in grease but pink not cooked and the toilet well they need a bloody good clean

We’ve had a few disappointing meals from this KFC but tonight was a new low. Ordered a double stacked burger and only received one fillet, what was worse was that the burger was freezing cold. Also ordered a rice box which was missing the bean salsa. This place was fine when it opened but is steadily going downhill.

The quality of the burgers have drastically dropped over the years. The zinger burger was just a bun with a piece of chicken and lettuce and a dash of mayo spread within. The staff were very busy but in terms of cleanliness where we ate - not so much. Looks like there is less staff at a given time.

Ordered through drive through a gravy box 📦 but no gravy I ordered a chicken burger stone cold pluss 2 tiny pieces of so called lettuce no wonder they not doing well and with what they charge really really gone down hill never again

Today we ordered a bucket meal and we’ve been waiting for quite a while for the chicken wings. When they handed in the food it was already inside the paper bag. My mistake, I didn’t check if I had all the food that I’ve ordered. Only to find out we had only 6 pcs of chicken instead of 10. Since we couldn’t go back to the resto straight away, as we only visiting a family in Plymouth. So what we did, on our way back home, we stopped at KFC MARSH MILL PLYMOUTH and reported of what happened about our order. this morning.The male staff thought that we are making a story because the date of the receipt was wrong. So we showed our mobile banking statement that we purchased the food today. Anyway, they didn’t do anything about it.

The service is slow and food inconsistent. Some was really hot and fresh. Other things were warm (at best). Some chips were missing. Staff are far to busy. I feel for them. There are better KFC's.

Used the kfc app which was delivered by user eats .all most gave up on the food after 2 hours wait .noone picking up phone when calling kfc Marsh Mills. Then when finally came ,stone cold and had to heat up .Nightmare .oh yes and forgot dips

Marsh mills KFC rarely get it right.. Burgers are usually thrown together and on this occasion was a long way off being freshly cooked, it being luke warm. Love a zinger tower burger and hate being disappointed when I get one! Won’t be returning to this kfc which is a shame because of its convenience

This is the worst KFC. I never reviewed before, tired of complaining. On today’s visit, the food quality hits a new low. What’s with the shrink-flation of the food? It’s more like KFS (Kentucky Fried Sparrow). The Twister was smaller than before, and the mini-fillet was essentially a micro-fillet! I will avoid this KFC from now on, overall, if you go and they haven’t run of chicken it’s a miracle, and if they do have it… it looks like this! (£13 for today’s bin filler!)

Why are the chips so disgusting? Why would your chips be such a weird flavour only 1 in 10 people like them. When you can just make regular chips? They don't serve nice drinks with sugar either so Why go

The usual rubbish results from the marsh mills KFC. I went in and ordered nearly £30 of food for the family. 8 hot wings missing & 4 portions of chips missing. The worst thing is it comes as no surprise. I'm so used to terrible service. All my friends have had the same terrible service as well. Never again.

Came in here a week ago,wasnt impressed, 2 tables downstairs,right next to disabled toliet. Before we got our food, saw stairs to seating upstairs No lift. Great not. The food came quickly. Chicken burger was good 3 pieces of chicken was greasy,bland. Chips were tasty. No point coming in here,if you are in a wheelchair or have mobility problems

Always gave me wrong order or missing item when delivery. For example, the default of kid meal’s drink is blackcurrant fruitshoot and I checked but they always gave me the wrong flavor! Or gave us beans instead of gravies. Intentionally or not, it happened too many times now. Never order from this place ever again 😤👎

So busy and chaotic. Delivery people everywhere. Food waiting on the side going cold for Delivery. My food was correct but whilst waiting 4 people came back because of incorrect order. Holding up waiting time even longer. Drive through was so busy, so decided to go inside. I know it was a sat night but seemed to be no system which didn't help. When I walked in I didn't know where the queue started. I needed to pay by cash and so couldn't use the self service. People where just standing around wairing for their orders, blocking everywhere. Signs and areas need to be put in place, so things can be sped up a little. Delivery people in one place and maybe one person serving them, instead of the food sat there getting cold!!!!

Took an hour and 10 minutes to arrive, our order was missing a box meal completely and half the extras ordered. Gave up trying to call them after 25 minutes. Over £50 spent and 3 people fed from the whole order. Not the first time it's happened, but will be the last time we use them.

Food wasn't bad , had food delivered to table, when it arrived some items were missing so had to go and get them, place was far to hot no air con or windows , so uncomfortably hot. place looked grubby.

Terrible experience, 1st time at Marsh Mills, last time we ever have KFC period, as always something missing! All Plymouth KFCs the same, the guy over speaker at 6.30pm tonight Sat 21.09.24 got our order totally wrong, the cashier needs to be reading out your order and what you're paying for, so at that point you know if it's right or wrong! Car in front reversed as they'd forgotten something! By time you've driven home, no one is going to drive all the way back, KFC always been same in Plymouth, such a disappointment. 1 straw for 2 drinks, no sweetcorn on a Saturday night grrrr..... Chips abysmal, buffalo tower meal burger awful - £25.00 absolutely disgusting

I made an order through online, and collected from store as drive through, when I came back and opened my packet there is one piece less. I did not bother because mistake will happened. And then my daughter started a to eat, she found a piece of blond hair, we are black haired. Last time our order was wrong, we did not check from there. Now we are keep on checking that. But ofcourse we cant count the piece from there. We are normally taking kfc once a week or twice. Yesterday we decided to quit kfc from life

No Photos, but the I cannot commend the establishment more! Staff were friendly and engaging Food was smaller than the photos but that's the same for all fast food giants, it's not going to change! Pricey but acceptable in the current financial upheaval. Everything was well cooked as it should be, especially if you understand the product and the methods employed. The environment was clean and well maintained, a pleasure to sit in and view the world go by. The only thing that I had to complain about was my sat nav didn't realise there are multiple disconnected business parks and we were sent on a wild goose chase to the one just behind. I'm not a native of Plymouth and find the roads a little disconcerting. But that is the only thing. Bravo to the staff who made me smile on multiple occasions.

After watching 3 what can only be described as bumbling idiots try and put and order together, we then went upstairs to find every table filthy. I also asked for table service due to having a toddler, of course there was none 🤦. Food finally picked up and moved to table… first fault missing drink 👍 returned to get it and was looked on as if I was an issue 👀… would like to point out I’ve now cleaned 2 tables and staff have yet to do 1 👍…then realise I have beans not chips for the little one, ask why and I’m made to look like I’m wrong by some 18 year old girl, who to be fair has probably reached her heights in life with a job at KFC👍…. Huffed and shook her head and made a stupid face as she walked off after telling me I was wrong, I might well have been but the reaction was horrendous. I presume the same entitled little clown had a hand in the fillet burger which she skill fully managed to squirt sauce on only one side of the burger 👏 that’s actually a skill to be so bad… will never return EVER disgusting… would add a photo of her and the tables but let’s just say she was the one with more makeup on than I could empty grease from a chip fryer, they also don’t wear name tags this was at 14:50ish Sunday the 15. I doubt any manager will address this as it’s clearly very badly managed but may save others the same disappointment my daughter received today…. I recommend the McDonald’s 50meters up the road, some home cooking from Sainsbury’s or eating from a grundon bin… all these experiences top that place…

We just visited the drive through only to arrive home and find parts of the order missing, it’s not hard to get it right absolutely shocking. Never again

Probably the worst KFC I've had. Overcooked chips and chicken. Fillet burger have shrunk in size, so maybe put it on kids menu. Very weak tastless coffee. Won't be visiting here again. Very Very poor meal🤬

The food was okay, a bit overcooked but nothing awful. What does concern me is the amount of rats running around outside, bit off putting really and to think if that’s only what I saw outside then imagine what it’s like inside.

After a long trip on the ferry, we went to kfc for a bite to eat. Disappointed is an understatement, the girl at the counter had several people come back with wrong orders or things missing, our food didn't taste very nice, there was a lot of salt, plus the upstairs was absolutely disgusting, people leaving trays of finished food and waste on their tables and the bin overflowing with waste, the toilets also were disgusting with people leaving cups on the seats, i don't know if they do the same at their own home bit wow, shocked to say the least

For fast food it's actually very good.

Typical KFC, they keep getting worse, whilst trying to improve. The Colonel had it right all those years ago, why do conglomerates have to ruin something that was almost perfect?

KFC seem to employ staff that don't look like they want to be their, slow, dumb & lazy is standard at all KFC's in Plymouth, especially March Mills branch, franchisee should check it out as a customer, staff useless and don't give a ahite.

I went to Marsh Mill kfc yesterday morning the car park which is used by the customers is a disgrace bins full litter on the floors I drove straight out as it put me off eating there

ABSOLUTELY TRASH!!! The food was like cardboard and rubber, the service was disgusting and the atmosphere was plain and boring. I payed £23.96 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks, popcorn chicken and a tub of beans for me and my diabetic grandad. WAS NOT FINGER LICKIN' GOOD. Would not recommend. 🤬🤬🤬 😡😡😡

The man at the drive through window was so lovely! I'd just passed my driving test and that was the first drive through I'd ever been to and he made it memorable!! Excellent service, thank you!

I don't know what I was sold ?. It certainly was not KFC. I think it had been kept warm for the last week. It was disgusting. The colour was orange, it was greasy on the outside, and dry and tasteless on the inside. I gave it to the dog, and he refused to eat it. It's the worst KFC I have ever been sold. Keep away from this establishment, unless you want to risk sitting on the toilet for the next 2 or 3 days. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !.

Always seem to struggle under pressure and accuracy of orders is poor.

Store was well staffed, friendly and polite. Food was served very quickly. Order was complete and correct. Table was clean. 10/10 for KFC. At present KFC offers better value and meal experience than mcdonald's.

First time trying Marshmills kfc drive through. Wish I saw their review rating before I went there!! Will never go there again, neither will I recommend them. Bought couple of their special original deal @£4.49. On their poster they show good size portins of chicken. Well across both meals there was only one part of a chicken - 6 frigging drumsticks which don't have much meat on. Then secondly - 1portion of chips were packed in bag with both meals & the chip bag was packed almost upside down that there was only 5 chips left in its bag, the rest were scattered around in the main bag, so of course very cold chips, so not eaten!! Thirdly - some chicken pink & not thoroughly cooked(so less chicken to eat) so not eat. Also most chicken skin was not on chicken & some stuck to bag, no variety of chicken pieces. Fourth - I also bought 2 aero ice-creams which was given to me almost soon as got to collection window , but had to wait for food which took longer than I expected, so having being given ice-cream 1st before food was even ready , ice-cream was quite melted by time I got home 10mins later, window open, no heater on, so no warmth in car.! Staff should use their 'nog' & so, give ice-cream last!! So more than 1 complaint in 1 visit. So, not surprising they have low review rate. No pride in packing food. Unprofessional Workers. Also poster shows corn on cob but they had non & no gravy or beans. No white krushems. So not good at all. Making formal complaint to head office to let them know of my issues & they'll then no how poorly run this place is. Everyone who's had issues with this place, should also inform head office as well as leaving review. What is worst about these issues is that both meals were for ASD Children, so neither have I had an easy time! They wanted corn as on poster.

Usually a nice.place to visit. With friendly staff and fast service. However on this occasion they had workmen upstairs repairing the seats. Wouldn't normally bother me but they were using a really strong smelling glue which absolutely stank upstairs. So much so that I gathered my food up and went and ate it in the car. I bet the glue being used says use in a well ventilated area.

Absolutely rubbish! Had a quorn burger, its was stone cold, chips were soggy and cold as were the beans! Don't waste your money!! Couldn't go back as had as takeaway! KFC should be a shamed of themselves. With the cost of living tonight was treat night. Completely wasted our money!!! Extremely angry

Easily accessible place. Clean, straightforward, and quick to order. There are plenty of places to sit. The chips are seasoned well and very tasty. The chicken fillet was hot, tender, well seasoned, and plentiful.

I’ve been here twice, first time there was hair in the food, the second time I got home and items were missing. McDonald’s is round the corner, I’d go there instead

Great place to stop. Little disappointed last time we were there due to some teenagers throwing napkins and straws around and swearing. KFC staff did come up and ask them to leave.

An average KFC! Occasionally messes up the orders and occasionally has rude staff, but if you're looking for your finger licking chicken in the Marsh Mills area the go for it.

Updated, still very bad branch. For the second time in a row my delivered order was wrong this was yesterday 13th December 2023. As always doesn't seem to taste good now, portion size bad and again ended up with 2 legs on a 3 piece. Price are often very small. Either dry or very slimey and greasy. Hot wings are always dark and over cooked or left on heat tray too long, never golden and cooked nicely like other branches. This time my two hot wings were 1 small fillet instead! Last time again I got two fillets instead of hot wings! It seems nobody cares at. Marsh Mills branch Plymouth. It is never this bad from other branches. Won't be bothering again. Pic is of what I had instead of two hot wings!

Usual kfc,dry chicken and almost you can taste the flower in the batter,takes ages to get your order.The fries are okish.

Watched a young woman wipe her nose with her sleeve and back of hand, finishing with thumb and forefinger, 4 times whilst putting order together! Disgusting lack of cleanliness. Complained, but got no refund!! DONT GO HERE....

Keep trying to offload scraggy bits of chicken to drive thru customers. Having mentioned the issue of repeatedly getting loads of legs insted of the proper selection I was told to request at the point of ordering. I did this and guess what? Got a bag full of scraggy legs again anyway. I will be back to get a full refund for this.

The food is amazing! Their new fries are absolutely gorgeous. The food arrived quickly and the atmosphere was good too.
