KFC - Pemberton in Wigan

called in for rice box & chicken fillet burger meal, gave wrong order ,no drinks when i went back in to correct order, was kept waiting 10 mins for a chicken burger & drinks , young girl who served me seemed to be on another planet.all food cold when we finally got to eat it😡, steer clear of this branch , drive 5 minutes into wigan go to kfc on robin retail park👍🏻

Ordered via just eat no gravy delivered happens so many times what is it with the main thing you want they forget time and time again ???

Called for collection. Food was decent, apart from the order being wrong. Ordered 2 large gravy, received 2 small bean's. Staff joking about and laughing instead of watching what they are doing. Girl who got our order even confirmed that it contained gravy, when my wife asked to confirm

Placed my order at 6.50 on a Wednesday was then informed they were waiting for chicken then at 7.10 now waiting for chips. Took over half an hour for my order. Not a fast food outlet, could of driven to Asda bought a chicken & deep fat fryer and worked out the secret mix of spices before I got my tea.

If you are buying take out from this KFC make sure you check your order before you leave the store. They have cheated me out of a £6.49 box meal. I confirmed when I collected my order that they had put 3 box meals in the order as it was a large order and the girl said that she had put 3 in. I drove 30 mins home to find it was missing. So not only did I now not have anything to eat whilst the rest of the family were eating, but they would not let me have a refund on my card. If I wanted my money back I would have to drive back to the store using my petrol and an hour of my time for their mistake! This is dire customer service and this policy of no refunds needs to be changed. Poor effort KFC.

This is the most unclean badly run inefficient so called fast food outlet EVER Whoever is responsible for overseeing the day to day running of this food outlet needs to go back to school and learn some hygiene lessons and management skills....because there sure aren't any here! As for the food it was tasteless overdone almost burnt and i can say overall an appalling experience i shall never frequent this place again

Great as always. The new zinger didn't disappoint. Think its getting very expensive though. But apart from that. Great as ever.

Having not been to a KFC since the 1990s, I was pleasantly surprised after having a KFC bought for me today in work. The chicken was tasty enough, although the coating is quite bland...I seem to remember KFC used to be quite spicy. The chips were fine and the Crush 'em was really nice. Despite not being hungry, I finished the whole bucket myself so must have been good haha!

All KFCs are much the same, sadly today it was a bit untidy but maybe they were about to start cleaning as it was busy and the service was very slow. If you ask for a certain type of chicken you are greeted with ‘we have to give you a pre determined section’ even if that’s not what you want in your family bucket. By that I asked for four small drumsticks instead of the very large thighs but I was politely told no, you get what you’re given. That’s a bit sad as it wasn’t my choice to go there that day and has probably put me off.

asked for wicked zinger meal towered and got a plain burger. plus they didnt have gravy wtf, and my mini fillets didnt have lettuce on. just brain dead people working in there how the hell did i get a plain burgers??????

Slow, slow, slow. The staff are useless and the food is cold. Been to many KFCs and this one is by far the worst. AVOID.

Went through the drive through at 10 past 11, no queues and 1 car I front of us....waited 5 minutes to have our order taken. Ordered BBQ chicken wrap with no cheese, hot wings, mini fillet burger and then asked if they do a mini fillet burger snack meal....to which we were told there was so we ordered one of those as well! Got to the window after waiting another 10 minutes and double checked there was no cheese on the wrap....she said there was and she would sort it for us. Finally received our food. The mini fillet snack box meal was in fact just a mini chicken fillet....with chips that may as well have been straight from the freezer thay were that cold and cheese on the wrap!! They had merely attempted to scrape some cheese off leaving nearly half the slice behind!!! Hot wings were about as warm as it would have been whilst the chicken was still alive. Will not be coming back here again!

Dont often go to kfc but when we do which is probly every couple of months i dont think the staff in this restaurant have ever got our order right! How hard is it to not put mayo on a burger!! Everytime there is an item missing or we get mayo when we ask for it without, on a number of occasions i have called the restaurant to complain and they offer to replace the item but what goods that when your already back home ready to eat your meal. I no everyone can make mistakes but come on every single time and i no plenty people that have said the same. And as for the queuing you can be stood in there for a good half hr when theres only 3 people in front of you if i see people queuing past the bin i refuse to go in because i know i will be stood there for close to an hour!

There is about 15 staff you can see in work but it takes about 20 minutes to get your food and your lucky if you even have the right meal! It normally looks ok for being clean but then again anywhere would compared to the Wigan kfc 😷

Bought a bargain bucket this week ,chips cold, chicken very fatty and greasy, overcooked and dry,ended up throwing it away,tried to contact customer service to complain and ask for a refund, nigh impossible,will not use this KFC again, very disappointed..

Worse kfc i have ever eaten cold fries luke warm chicken waited ages served by kids cost me £25 and i ended up throwing it in the bin Never again

You can have about 20 staff on and still can't cope the food is over cooked and been left there for ages me and my partner went in today and we could see 3 people just standing around behind the counter doing nothing. The food is just terrible all dry and over cooked think the management need to get a hold of this!

It is run by teenagers food is not good customer service is awful and you always have to wait sometimes 30 min when complained about wait they gave us a 20%off next order that nice

Waited 20 minutes for food at lunch time. Staff seem poorly trained, one particularly slovenly member of staff just wandered aimlessly around.

Queuing times have been reduced, food tastes much better, they have stopped missing things off my order and service is better... Well done.

KFC is great. Tastes much the same from each of their restaurants. Service at Pemberton was surprisingly slow considering it was just myself waiting for food. Clean and tidy from what I could see.

As always, the food is good here. It tastes the same pretty much everywhere you eat it but the service is slow.

Love KFC and the food is standard here BUT there is always long queues and they alway miss something off my order which makes me sad.
