KFC Pemberton - Ormskirk Road in Wigan

I’ve been sat here waiting for a hour and half for my food to be delivered….. absolute joke, just order from the robin park one

Placed an order for two meals only one come, contact for a refund two days to decide weather I’ll get a refund for something I’ve not recieved

Food as always stone cold. We only live 2 miles away but the food was freezing. Really poor I get other food delivered from other fast food companies and it is piping hot!

ouldnt find the place had to send a customer out looking for him even after speaking to him on the phone

Ordered at 6-39 said order would be delivered at 7pm . Rang at 7-35 to see were order was said was out for delivery! Only got delivered at 8-10

Zinger burger? More like not a zinger burger. When I was in dire need of a zinger burger, pemberton kfc gave me a zingerless burger.

Once again food is wrong. how can you get a bucket wrong every time?

Felt like it had been cook then left for a few hours chicken very dry and coating hard to chew.

Only received a fruit shoot out of the whole order then I asked the delivery driver were was the rest got ignored and drove off!!

Driver give me the wrong meal shop would not replace

Absolutely disgusting the food was stone cold. The only thing that was warm was the gravy. We have been travelling for 12 hour's today and we have no cooker so we can't cook or even warm the food up. We paid £41.42 for the food.

in a 4 piece variety meal I expect 4 different pieces I got 2 drumsticks! NOT good

prefer ordering from Pemberton branch because you actually get a 'variety ' of chick in your meal everytime unlike skem that just give you a load of drumsticks!

On time order but food missing items and cold also !!! Rang the store explained what missing items and how cold the food were yet it wasn’t down to them to sort get in touch with JE I was told and then put the phone down !!! Wouldn’t recommend

Came today and what an experience! Never ever again! From the minute I arrived I’d never felt so unwelcomed in my life, the lady who took my order looked like she didn’t want to be there. Waited around 15 minutes for my order, they had no popcorn so substituted it with bites. Got back in the car opened my box gravy everywhere(which was freezing) chips were ok, but the mini fillets tasted like they’ve been sat from last month. Just over all a horrible experience.

Received 2 tropicana orange drinks when ordered a tango and a tropicana. Delivery driver was very efficient though

This place could do with a deep clean and while the the girl serving was lovely the place was very dirty greasy etc and the counter looked like it hadn't been clean or even wiped for weeks if not months. The chicken was dry inside meaning I had to have a drink with each bite and at kfc I'm use to lovely moist juicy chicken. The coating was also burnt and dark brown like the oil was old. I also seemed to get half a portion of fries and they were nearly all little thin crispy bits of potato

Paid £2.49 for an extra piece of original recipe chicken that was smaller than a chicken wing. Also wrong drink, wrong sauce and half a pot of gravy

Never using this branch again. Rather than decline an order, they sent the wrong items. I ordered mini fillets, they sent cut up burger pieces. If I wanted a cut up burger, I’d have asked for one! Chips they sent were still frozen. Appalling service.

Possibly the worst KFC going. Substitute items rather than just refusing the order. If I wanted a chicken burger cut in half, I would have ordered that, as opposed to the mini fillets I actually ordered! Still frozen chips, quite a low point, even for your mediocre skills.

The delivery driver was very rude and turned up with an attitude because he stated he couldn’t find our house even tho he had our located. He had stated he had tried to ring us and when explained to him that we haven’t had any calls or messages he acted like we were lying. He stated if he hadn’t found our house within the next 10 seconds he would have left with the food. Then shoved us the food and walked away. Very unhappy and not very nice service

Did not deliver and when I phoned KFC fobbed off they have my money all I want is my food, the manager just speaks over you. Useless

Every time I’ve ordered from you, you’ve got it wrong and sent random things? You sent meat products to a vegetarian once, clearly I didn’t order meat. And you get it wrong every time

The food full of oil, the location dirty, the service after a long time even though it was not crowded. I do not recommend.

Order took 1 hour 35 mins to deliver, and ZERO sauces were delivered for any meal

the burgers where really cold and the chips cold and hard like frozen undercooked hard. nor happy.

It took over an hour to find a driver with no communication. It took us clicking on the help I want to cancel my order for a driver to be found.

Food was hot and the delivery driver was really polite and was apologising for being 5 minutes over the estimated time for delivery

Food was over an hour late and had obviously just been sitting somewhere going cold. Chips were cold and soggy, chicken was cold and sitting in a puddle of grease. I ordered large coleslaw and received a regular. Disgusting service. We’ve had bad service from Robin Park KFC the last couple of times so thought we’d try Pemberton instead but this was even worse. Won’t be ordered KFC from Just Eat again.

The chicken was quite dry today We asked for fries without seasoning, explaining that no one likes the ‘signature fries’ but we received the signature ones - hence they went in the bin 🤦🏼 We have received plain fries previous to this order, don’t know we didn’t this time unless the person putting the order together didn’t read the comments box

I would like to highlight the fact that I am unsatisfied with the quality of KFC I received. The burnt and very dark colored chicken was not quite pleasing to serve for my guests and kids during Easter. I have raised this with KFC and they suggested to let you know as well.

I don't think iv had one order yet from here iv been happy with! its last time I order! can't follow a simple order where I ask evey time for extra peppered mayo that ALWAYS comes without on a minni fillet. the more iv asked this the more it's come without! today I received gravey that's literally just hot water.. not just runny but pure brown water! absolutely disgusting and I'd be ashamed serve gravey like that. the chips came absolutely freezing what a waste of money

Ordered a zinger burger meal. 2 hot wings, gravy and a mini fillet. Only the zinger meal came no gravy and no extra chicken. £9 in extras that I didn’t even get. Not happy

Food arrived cold and that is could be down to driver having more than one delivery. Burger looked like it had been thrown together and blue plastic on corn on the cob.

ordered 4 chicken fillet burgers and 4 fries but only 2 fillet burgers and 2 fries came.

Ordered food, the delivery driver left it on the doorstep and walked off without ringing my Ring doorbell. I have footage of it and it was left there in the rain for twenty minutes!!! The food was cold and soaked as it was in a paper bag! Complained to Just Eat but I am expected to fish the food out of my bin because I chucked it in there because it was inedible! They will not refund because no photographic evidence although I have a picture of the soaked paper bag and footage of the delivery driver

food cold and things missing yet again

Order didn’t get delivered driver marked as delivered and it hasn’t arrived. I even tipped the driver. Don’t order from her as I’ve now lost the tip and payed delivery. You try and do something nice for someone and this is how you get payed back. I’ve requested a refund but looks like I’m loosing out on the tip and delivery charges. Just eat need to sort this out.

When I ordered, I was given a delivery time. Pushing it back by 45/60 is not acceptable. Do not take orders that you know you can't deliver on time.

Food was delivered within 30 minutes, lovely and hot and was delicious.
