Bought a 12 inch pizza Saturday night around 9.30pm , used to be ok and not been for years 🙃 Literally been throwing up ever since , my stupid fault I know but shouldn't be allowed to serve food and people since told me it's horrendous 😒

Appaling attitude towards very loyal customers, when our food doesn't turn up.

I gave them a 2 for food as I've never had food from here but if I did it would probably go missing, just like my friends food did. The service must be bad as it also made her swear all over Facebook and she normally mild mannered and calm, unless she's had her wine, then don't cross her like these guy's did.

when the pizza arrived it was over cooked and the base was burnt and no taste at Al; I don't think I will be ordering again £ 18 pound down the drain

As always really tasty food and arrived on time.

Doner meat over cooked, crispy and cold. Chips were cold and small portion. Salad was missing tomato and cucumber. Ordered a carrot cake and got a dry, stale piece of chocolate cake. Order was late. Rang the restaurant and they said they sent us chocolate cake because they don't do carrot cake. Best part of the meal was throwing it all away and drinking the pepsi

Order missing items and they refused to bring it

Took nearly 2 hours to arrive. Food was lukewarm at best, needed to microwave the pizza to heat it back up. Asked for the free garlic bread as I qualified for the offer but they didn’t send it. I won’t bother again

The special pasta is absolutely delicious and consistent every time I've ordered. definitely recommend if you fancy a change.

Our first time ordering from here and on NYE so was willing to wait for delivery. However food arrived within 45 minutes of ordering. Delivery driver was so happy and well mannered. Food arrived piping hot and was delicious will definitely be returning

Really tasty and the food was hot. The driver was on time and friendly. I forgot to order something but phoned up the takeaway and they were able to add it on for me. Great service and will definitely be using again.

Quality was very bad it said new carrot cake on the menu, it wasn’t fresh never mind never it was dryer then the Sahara desert the kebab was on its back legs still awful

Kebab was okay, chicken a bit tasteless. Cheesy garlic break was nice, chips tasted lukewarm.

It was awful I rung and asked if they could give my partner a yahoo chocolate milkshake and they gave him a banana one food was horrible

I've been coming to italianos for a long time and the food Is always amazing but this time it was even more amazing it came early was boiling hot the pasta pizzas and kebabs here are the best from any takeaway

Not sure why the reviews have restet to 0, but we've ordred from here on and off for years, so decided deserved a chance. We had a pizza, chips and burger this time, same good quality, arrived very early (like 30m early, which was beneifical for us this time) and the food was delicious as always.

Wings on meal deal 4 a bit too salty, they should offer 2 cans to drink with the amount of chips alone. Beef burger literally came with 2 buns, beef patty and a squirt of garlic sauce, also salty.

Nowhere near the quality I have come to expect from this takeaway, my ordered chicken & shish kebab was actually chicken & doner. The chicken was an insipid slimy yellow and the doner meat was pale and anaemic. After a long day at work this was the last thing I needed and I binned it rather than have the hassle of complaining. Chips were OK tho. Won't be ordering again

Huge portions size on the set meal no 8 2 huge Donna's 2 x large paper bags of chips 1 bag was plenty for two people ( they went cold very quick) and 2 cans of Pepsi the cheese and Garlic pizza had no garlic so was a let down. 3 pound delivery was on the high side and a wait time of over an hour was too slow. We had their menus through the door this week so thought we would give them a go. Outcome nothing special might/ might not use again 5/10

I ordered plain chicken calzone. The chicken was very gummy, there was something crispy that I kept biting on, and hurts teeth when it does. The bread was perfect but no thanks.

Food were stone cold never ordering from hear again only ordered a 9 inch pizza to cost me 10 pound just for that to absolutely horrible food

Used to order all the time, stopped as quality went down hill. Tried it again to give it ago and ended up with burnt pizza, undercooked chips and tooth cracking chicken. Ended up leaving half, only ate due to convenience. Shame as it used to be a nice place. Spent over £25 on the order.

Great garlic pizza and garlic bread

Food hygiene and basic personal hygiene at this place is absolutely shocking. Anyone ordering from this place make sure to visit it before you order . Never will I go again.

Pizzas very good, love that you can have a 4 seasons and chooce 4 different pizzas on one, very fast delivery. Very happy.

First and last time i will order here. Kebab meat clearly the left over bits. The portion was big but all meat thick and dried up. Had to bin the majority of it as inedible. No covid procedures being followed ny staff.

Spicy chicken calzon was not that spicy or tasty and was disappointing, salad tray was good

Placed an order via their website, paid via PayPal and they didn't even deliver!!!!! Tried ringing them when my delivery was due and they were closed and didn't pick up. Terrible. If you're looking for cheap, "2 for 1" pizzas, order from the Pit Stop.

Speak to customers like they're scum, when they're in the wrong!!! Ordered and enjoyed food from here for years. Never had orders sent incorrectly as much as we have had in the past few months. Finally had enough of it, rang today to complain (never complained before) and the guy was so ignorant that I ended up going to the shop. He didn't even look at me when I was talking to him he was that ignorant. Told me he's sick of customers like me always wanting something for free - didn't ask for anything free, we asked for what we had paid for. We've never even asked for the free food (or received it without asking) that they advertise on their menus!!!! He actually admitted in the shop that my husband had ordered a 6 piece meal but only sent a 4 piece, but yet argued on the phone with him that hadn't asked for the 6 piece. He sent the 4 pieces tgat were missing and charged us for them!!!!! They have lost our custom after tonight, not that they'll be bothered. FURIOUS is an understatement! I'll be surprised if this doesn't get deleted from the reviews.

Why have an online ordering service if you can't get the order right. When we said no mayonnaise we expected NO mayonnaise not a burger covered in the stuff. When we asked for tango we didn't expect Diet Coke. Twice now you've cocked our order up. Never using you again.

Hated it . Just arrived now. Chicken obviously reheated from last night some hard n over cooked bottom soggy. Will never order from there again. Just glad I didn't pay as would have been more gutted
