We ordered at 6:45 the estimated time was already 8:25 but food didn’t arrive until 20:50. It is always nice though when it does arrive.

Another delayed order, they say it has been delivered then only afyer chasing tell you its going tobbe another half an hour. Then food missing and say they are not going to compensate for the delay as they have given you mysterious free items.

this is the best place for great food, every single item is delicious, flavoursome, perfectly cooked and freshly made! the satay is something else.. made with nice chunky peanuts and just wow.

The Expected delivery time was around 20:55 - 21:15 but it didn't arrive till 22:30, I called around 21:30 to ask how long it will be and was told they had only just started to prepare my order then! and the hadn't read my request correctly which I checked was okay before ordering and was told it would be no trouble, I was offered no compensation for this and I'm very disappointed in the service!

over 2 hours from ordering to delivery and it was stone cold when it arrived. Apparently the driver took 5 orders out at the same time...out of luck if your last on the delivery. Food wasn't that fantastic either. Wouldn't recommend.

The food arrived cold, prawns was black, no flavour in the food, rang to request a refund and whoever answered was just trying to argue with us and told us to go through just eat even though just eat told us to ring the restaurant, absolutely disgusting and staff are horrible

I won't be ordering from here again 😒 I'm quite disappointed to be honest nothing taste like salt and pepper all the spring rolls were over done and soggy at the same time and the chicken wings were soggy because they are put beneath all the food . I've always orderd from here but yous either have a new chef or owners because its not the same and I think after paying basically £57 pounds. I would like to think you would automatically get prawn crackers like we used to when we first ordered .

Ordered from the Thai menu Tom Yum soup which was pretty much illuminous and much Spicer then I've had in Thai food 🔥 (however does say spicy on the menu tbf) Main Beef Pad Thai was tasty but was more like a Chinese meal.

AVOID! Food is unacceptable and absolutely vile customer service! Ordered a cheese burger for it to be delivered without the patty. Contacted them to be full on disrespected and mocked. Told it was a cheese burger.. apparently if you want a burger you have to order a beef burger. Paid nearly £4 for a slice of cheese on a bun. Then on closer inspection there were multiple pieces of plastic hidden under the cheese. What an absolute joke of a place! I will never order again and will recommend everyone I know to stay away too.

Food wasnt delivered as just eat got my address wrong i live at 31 bombay road ...just eat sent my food to 32 bombay road ...the people at 32 gave me half my food back ...and kept half of it

Ordered from here a few times and the food is always hot and always very nice, the last order took a little while to arrive as the delivery driver got lost, but in the end I got my food and it was still warm and I enjoyed it. After I got my food I received a call from someone that works there saying they had recooked my food and were bringing it to me because they presumed it must not have been delivered which I was really impressed that they were willing to do that to rectify the mistake. All in all it’s a lovely take away with a very good range of food that tastes amazing, can’t fault it.

Food arrived 50 minutes later than advised. It was however delicious and piping hot when it arrived.

food was terrible, couldn't get into contact with restaurant, took 2.5hours to get here and didn't offer anything for the late arrival do not order, they seem to have a problem making food on time quite often looking at the reviews

Bizarrely I cancelled this order but it still turned up albeit nearly 3 hours later, the food itself was warm and enjoyable, be interesting to see how Just Eat handle this.

We ordered food tonight at 5:58pm just 2 dishes and was given an estimated time of arrival of 6:50pm so a little longer than usual but we didn’t mind. 7:20 I called them to check where our order was and the lady said he’s on his way. 40 mins after this and now over 2 hours since ordering I called again and was told the same again he’s on his way. Eventually just before 20 past 8 it finally arrived. The food was nice enough and the lady was apologetic on the phone but reading through the reviews it seems to be a regular thing. I know they can change the estimated delivery time on Uber eats so I think they should be honest and say it’s going to be 2 -2 1/2 hours then you can decide wether your happy to wait or not before you place the order. For this reason we wouldn’t order from them again.

Placed a small order on Christmas Eve at 6pm with a delivery time of an hour and a half which I fully accepted due to the day. By 8.30 still no order delivered, couldn’t ring the shop as constantly engaged. Never ordered from here and thought I’d try a change - won’t make that mistake again! Shocking-shouldn’t take orders via Uber if you are too busy. Wish I’d read the reviews on here first as they aren’t great and so many people can’t be wrong!!! Merry Christmas 👍

Ordered on just eat and had to call the shop as we couldn’t eat the food the curry sauce was so hot it had ruined the food and the woman I spoke to on the phone said she wouldn’t replace the food or offer an alternative. This was once a good Chinese but not anymore

Would give it zero stars if possible. Placed an order via Just Eat an hour before I wanted delivery. They accepted the order straightaway, then messaged an hour and 15 minutes later to say they'd cancelled the order because they were too busy. Appalling service! Avoid at all costs!

Rang asking if any dish was gluten free, answer was "No, we don't do that" slammed the phone down, charming, I will avoid if that is their attitude.

Worst chippy I’ve ever ordered. The guy who owns the place is a coward and had his very nervous son deal with my complaint. Food smelt disgusting and there was bugs in the curry. Will be getting reported.

Spent £35 on food , turned up , all food was cold , the chips was macain oven chips , rice tasted dry and bland. Beef was really chewy , gravy was really runny. Waited almost 2 hours on a week day when i live 5 mins down the road.Would not recommend, don't waste your money!!!
