McDonald's in Wigan

How on every occasion, whether from the drive thru or over the counter do they get the order wrong. It's literally a list on a screen that you have to throw into a bag.

I can't understand why you would advertise 25 min. You have been putting the order back 5 minutes every 5 minutes for over an hour. If you can cope with online orders as well as instore ordered and drive through orders at the same time, then don't take all 3. What is going on at all. Over an hour and a half, and it's still not on its way. It's not good enough on any level. Now an hour and 35 min and it been put back again. It also seems as if they have take the phone off the hook as well hope and 40 min now. Been 2 hours now yet your still advertising 10 - 25 minutes?

Bit weird that the staff serve you in their pajamas - other than that ok

From when my food left the restaurant it didn’t arrive for 25/30 mins baring in mind it’s A 4 minute ride. Due to this my food was cold and unable to eat

Food is ALWAYS awful from here....it's unfortunately the closest McDonald's. After months of disappointment...I'm finally learning from my mistake and will not order from here again. Always cold, always stale, always dry. Never good.

the quality and the delivery time is all wrong, the food is cold, chips r stale, nuggets are dry so that’s the review your getting from me over an hour i’ve been waiting for 3 meals doesn’t take that long for 5 meals so why does it take sp long for 3, in my opinion i want a full refund £25 it cost me just to get stale and dry cold food, i’d usually leave a good revue but tonight it’s just not on, the only decent thing about the food is the drinks cos they are actually how they are supposed to be

I had missing items on my order and missed a few things out and they said im not getting my money back for my missing items

All items were there. I even got my sauce.

Specifically said anaphylaxis to eggs in the notes & yet an egg went onto the McMuffin. They also need to really learn the menu, AGAIN both breakfast wraps only had 1 egg. An email has now gone to the CEO, maybe that will enforce any future order’s to be correct !!!

Order once a week either on Uber or Just Eat and lately every order has been wrong and/or cold. Missing the main item from meals on many occasions, if you reorder the missing item you get charged a small order fee. Store do not want to know and tell you to contact delivery partner. Yes they can issue the refund but they can’t get you to train your staff to make sure the correct items are packed. They also must run a competition on which member of staff can give out the least number of sauces because you never receive any, even the ones you pay for

I wasn’t happy with my order, there wasn’t enough sauce on either burgers and my mcchicken tasted stale.

My food was so cold and stale so £15.00 worth of food gone in the bin!

Good McDonalds. Restaurant was clean and had workers present cleaning. Didn't have to wait too long for the food. The milkshake flavour was wrong but quickly replaced

Spent £18 on 2 meal at the drive through. Drove 5 mins home the chips were stone cold. The mCcrispy was rock solid with the smallest slither of mayonnaise. I’m not a fussy eater but this was that bad it went in the bin.

Order delivered was correct for the first time in a long time

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever had. The fries were stail I didn't get my order right they didn't give us napkins and straws and also the burgers were drowned in sauce

Usual Maccies food with fast efficient service. The place lacks any kind of atmosphere.

Food freezing cold, said preparing order 40 minutes in, rang McDonald and they said the food had left at least ten minutes before, and had to wait a further 30 minutes to arrive McDonalds is 1.4 mile away from my house that’s a 5 minute drive.

Love the food it's McDonald's. But every time I order from here they mess my order up. Every time. My kids have not got there food one time. If they don't have something left they have replaced it with something eles......or it's come cold please step up.

Food seems to always arrive cold these days, burgers look as though they've been thrown together & quite often dips & straws aren't sent.

Without a doubt best mcdonalds I've ever been to (might be a lucky visit) but jesus h christ, wasn't asked to park up, fast service, piping hot food, order right 1st time and a quirky pull up and stuff your face car park 10/10
