Tesco Cafe in Wigan

I visit the cafe quite often. Normally get coffee and some sort of breakfast. Rarely have a problem, staff seem friendly and hard working. I could say it is pricey but not sure nowadays as everywhere is! Coffee is pretty decent.

Iam also missing the chunky chips from this order and I have been charged for them. Normally everything is great this is the first time I have had any problems

The food here was so bad it should have been free! Almost £10 for the worlds most dry and Luke warm chicken wrap. It was disgusting! Stop charging for top quality when you’re not delivering it!

El desayuno era bastante promedio. estuvimos un par de veces f I r desayuno. la salchicha medio cocinado ambas veces y la tostada se podía dejar en la tostadora s un poco más. ni siquiera está medio tostado.

Estuve en el café antes y siempre ha sido bueno. El almuerzo de hoy fue horrible... el huevo escalfado en tostadas fue más como balas de goma en pan caliente... nunca más.

Regular customer. Always excellent food and coffee.

No mushrooms or fried bread ir tomatoes.the toast could do with a bit longer in toaster.no need for pots of tea and large.coffees.better self service for drinks.

£5.50 for this amount of Chicken on a baguette

Best Tesco cafe I have been in, fast and pleasant service. Nice coffee at a reasonable price. Staff are very friendly, and good amenities for disabled.

For a year now me and my daughter have been visiting and brilliant food

Food was cold, brownie was missing. Katsu actually tasted nice was just cold

For the price and size it's better than most breakfasts you would get at a hotel. Tool ages to arrive, though.

There was no coleslaw present with the burger ,also the fries were not seasoned. The drink I ordered was spilt all over ,thankfully the driver has taken it back ,awaiting the same.

Was given an initial time and this kept changing. Delivery arrived 10 minutes after the initial time given. Food was only just warm when it arrived

I collected my self and it was for me, because of that staff become suspicious why I don't have a delivery bag, ask me tone of questions, took my phone to check the orders, just hilarious, followed me into the store, called the security because she had more questions about how I get the order's numbers etc, lady seems to me very aggressive, really scary

I have waited 1 hour 25 mins for delivery why advertise a delivery service you can’t offer

We was in the living room next to the front door and we have a doorbell. Food was left on the floor outside to go cold. Doorbell wasn't used and we wasn't notified that our Food was here.

Breakfast not bad, but was charged 95p for one mushroom, and 95p for one slice of black pudding to be added to my breakfast, total price for above including coffee was £9:95. Way to expensive.

My order was missing 2 items I paid extra for (which I could only claim for one of) and 2 items from the breakfast, ( which I cannot claim for either).

Missing items: flat mushroom and coke zero. Toast was barely toasted. Just underwhelming really. Not worth what I paid.

Food was absolutely stone cold, which was a massive shame as delivery time was decent. Halloumi burger was a let down, advertised smashed avocado, in reality, slices of freezing and hard avocado. Shame really, eating at the actual cafe is ordinarily alright!

In the last two weeks I’ve ordered breakfast barms and both times things was wrong. The black pudding was rock hard , the hash browns was over cooked both times and the smoothie looked like it was half bothered about , not blended properly. Very disappointed.

Popped in for lunch prior to doing some shopping. Ordered the all day breakfast * 2 , one upgraded to soda bread) with a tea and a coffee just under £17.00. Good portion, not over facing, filled us up (plates were cleared). Would go again.

My food was cold. Soggy and some of it was missing. Very disappointed

Was missing a full burger meal and the kids meal came with peas which tbe child doesn't like instead of beans and missing child's drink! Couldn't contact anyone! No number. Absolutely shocking! Ordered few times but this time topped it off. So annoyed.

The breakfasts here have gone down hill.

The food from here has seriously gone down hill. I ordered a full english and got no beans, instead they gave me 4 hashbrowns. They could have rang me and let me know that they had no beans and I would have had something else. Instead I had a the driest breakfast i’ve ever had. It was disgusting. I’ve tried them over and over again giving them the benefit of the doubt but everytime I’ve had it they always get something wrong. The egg is dry as well, no yolk comes out of it. I will not be ordering from here ever again

Looks wonderful on opening the container, missing the advocado, uncooked tomatoes, barely cooked mushroom, cold hashbrown, and a soggy piece of sourdough, pot of beans & sausages was lukewarm tho i guess.... pretty annoyed when the total cost was ,£12.16

Food was good but didn’t send us the extra toast we ordered which I do think is extremely over priced at 1.50 for a slice of toast !

Ordered 2 breakfast both with extra black pudding. Arrived late and cold and no black pudding. Instead we received 4 undercooked budget range sausages. Inedible!!!

A good cafe with friendly and helpful staff and a good choice of meals or snacks and hot or cold drinks.

Normally I enjoy the breakfast however, this order was horrible. Over cooked and rushed. Payed an extra £1 for black pudding- never again.

I spent nearly £30 on 2 wraps and a large breakfast with extras and a coffee. The large breakfast was undercooked, stone cold and missing half of the items (black pudding, bacon etc). The two wraps weren't delivered at all. The coffee was fine after I microwaved it because even that was stone cold when it arrived. I am not happy at all.

Always run out of food items ,and give the same excuse every time as to didn't receive delivery. Food is also served a bit cold . Prices have gone up and service is getting poor day by day.The staff too is a bit confused at times . The old staff was much better.

Couldn’t have been worse anaemic sausages not cooked enough. Undercooked pale bacon. Egg was hard and like rubber. Hash browns greasy and not cooked enough. Cold mushroom & toast! Didn’t listen to comments & didn’t send brown sauce. Use to be a really good breakfast but it’s fine down hill. Never again.

They added meat sausage to the Brunch which does not come with sausage, so my vegetarian partner was unable to eat. Also they missed the sour dough bread and did not include the coffee we ordered
