Pizza Hut Delivery in Wigan

Pizza was delivered cold and without the Ice cream. Tried to telephone them, but they never answer the phone. Not particularly impressed tbh.

Absolutely disgusting, second time in a row we have ordered and the food has been shocking! Ordered food, which arrived with items missing, the pizzas were burnt beyond being edible and so I rang up and the call taker was abrupt, no apology and said they would send a new pizza and the missing items. Did they arrive? No they did not and we had 3 hungry children and a 4th (friend) who were gutted as the food was inedible! Avoid this restaurant like the plague and never ever ever order from here or you will be disappointed!

Poor customer service from.Pizza Hut Pemberton branch. Sent wrong cookies which I paid extra for. Rang to ask why. Was left hanging on the phone with nobody coming back to me for 8 to 10 mins. Rang back and spoke to someone else who asked what did I want more cookies sending. I said no. He told me to contact customer services for a refund. I asked him for his name then he ended the call. Several calls later from a withheld number I spoke to someone else who advised the manager is Fabio. Poor skills and what a way to show how to be a leader. Pathetic. Customer services have been informed as I want my refund but Fabio needs to learn some manners. Pure rude!!!

Ordered delivery via the Pizza Hut Website. Tracked order then said delivered. No food arrived, tried numerous times to call restaurant with no answer. Decided to drive down to restaurant to find it closed and in darkness. Google and pizza hut site state it should be open till 2300. I went to the restaurant at 2140. Out of pocket with no food. Will attempt to claim money back.

Rachel the manger has just lied and try to cover up with more lies. Pizza was made wrong, asked to have the correct pizza I ordered. Rachel said she would remake. The pizza arrived some 20 mins later and it was obvious the same pizza had been reused with the added missing ingredients in the top and reheated . The pizza was awful, cold, and over cooked for the main part and the added missing ingredients undercooked. When i called to ask what this has been done she said it hadn’t been done, then she tried to blame it on the pizza maker. She knew what she had instructed the maker to do but then said she thought it would taste ok? I asked for a refund but she declined saying nothing she could do. I be making an official complaint, not for the pizza but for the lying and bad service and attitude off Rachel!

I was employed by Pizza Hut as a delivery driver from June 2023 and left in August 2024, and I want to warn other would-be employees before they start about the poor senior management here. Firstly, I would like to say that the shift managers and other staff at this shop are absolutely lovely - I’ve never had so much fun at a workplace before - and the job is nice and enjoyable. The same cannot be said about the senior management. Since I have started working at the company, employees have always been permitted to take 500ml drinks from the fridge, providing a shift manager was asked and people did not take the mick with it. However the store manager found out and asked who had taken the drinks, to which I immediately owned up and offered to pay. Bear in mind, I had been authorised the drink by a manager on shift, and had previously been allowed by *SIX* other managers, but still I apologised and offered to pay. So obviously I was surprised when two weeks later, I was put under investigation for theft, despite the fact I owned up and offered (then later did) pay for the drink in question. The senior staff do not respect their employees, threatening dismissal for minor errors, and punishing honesty. Today I was essentially cornered and forced, for my own sake, to quit my job in order to avoid the risk of having ‘theft’ on my work records. New staff, BEWARE!!!

order never came.... money taken out of my bank order says delivered but wasn't called the restaurant pizza hut and some absolute clueless uninterested person answered and said they have no orders for me and fobbed me off to get in touch with just eat! not happy at all kid's was waiting for food.

our order wasn't right. we ordered Tomato Sauce but got BBQ sauce and we paid extra for + Cheesy Bites - A crust with 26 delicious pull-apart bites, bursting with mozzarella. Topped with Garlic Sprinkles. (not suitable for vegans) 3.99 - but there were none added to the pizza so we should get a refund

Ordered late last night 20/01 over the phone. Spoke to Rom who could not have been more helpful, what a lovely man and nothing was too much trouble. Not often you get a worker like that. Thank you Rom 😊

Pizza melts okay but nothing special for the price. Wedges cold and soft. No ice cream with cookie dough which was dry and crispy. No chocolate sauce with cinnamon tearer (which is included in the name because it is required). Overall a very expensive shambles.

Atrocious service I received at the wigan pizza hut, Ormskirk rdoad on the 4th of august. I ordered 2 deal pizzas with melts (free wedges) from the website. Full payment was taken for the complete order. The delivery arrived and I discovered that the melt was missing. 2 pizzas and wedges were handed over but no melt. I spoke to the driver and he said to ring up the restaurant and he would go get it for me. I rang the restaurant and was told that they didn't have any melts but they would offer a replacement pizza. My wife did not want a pizza so she said I could have a discount on my next order. I said I wanted a refund. The lady on the phone said she wouldn't be able to do that but I could sort it out with the manager on Sunday. Had no choice but to wait. Today, I called in to the restaurant to get my refund. The manager said she wouldn't be able to refund me and I had to go online to do it. I said why didn't the restaurant ring me on the day to say melts were not available and she said they were too busy. I then asked why the girl didn't tell me to get a refund online, she just shrugged and walked off. Stunned, I said this is terrible service and won't be using the restaurant again....and her answer? I DON'T CARE! UNBELIEVABLE. I asked her for her name and she refused to tell me. Save to say I won't be using pizza hut again. I work in retail and would NEVER treat a customer that way.

Absolutely fuming! Ordering especially from Pizza Hut and it’s not arrived, they’ve sent other food that I can’t eat…!!!!!!!! And they’ve refused to right the wrong passing the blame to deliveroo!!!!!

The pizza itself was a let down. It was on the burnt side. The ham was of very poor quality and almost tasteless. Very disappointed as I have always loved Pizza Hut pizzas but this was by far the worst pizza I have had in a long time. Very disappointed ☹️

I don't know why, but my orders at this place keep getting cancelled. I've begun to get into a routine with them that I will see that their store is open, I place an order and about 5 minutes later I get a cancellation notice with a refund on the order. This is starting to annoy me because I now have to order elsewhere and honestly this Pizza Hut Delivery's pizza is the best one in the area. I don't know if I've done something to offend, I think my order is normal enough (Large 3-Cheese, Chicken and Bacon) so I don't know why every time I put in this order it get's cancelled. If I could get some clarification on what's going on I would greatly appreciate it.

Have used these guys for 3 years almost every sat. Untill recently as they seem to close earlier and earlier. And food isnt what it was. What a shame

Got a call asking if I’d ordered a margarita pizza stuffed crust and that it hadn’t gone through on there end, I said the money has gone out my account and I ordered a classic crust. Then said it’s ready but not sure if our guys will deliver it or just eat, then asked if I had my drink on the order and said yes pepsi 1.5 litre not Pepsi max.. order arrives 20 mins after the phone call, pizza cold and Pepsi max. 👍🏻

Still waiting. Over 2 hours later. Now been told I put the wrong address? I have a screenshot that shows that no I did not. Ridiculous. I've had to put 1 star for food quality otherwise it won't let me post this.

Pizza was cold on collection, sauce missing (which was only noticed when we got home) and wedges tasted disgusting. Pizza was okay but disappointing overall.

All great, but you delivered the wrong pizza. It wasn’t the filthy steak fajita. It had ham ground beef and steak and not a pan. Nearly perfect.

Food was good and was only 15minutes late but honestly was still hot so I really dont mind my issue was the box was nearly folded in half and that grease soaked I had to support the middle to stop the bottom of the box falling through with that said I'm not eating the box so still pleased with the important things

Possibly the worst Pizza Hut I have ever used. How difficult is it to deliver a bottle of Pepsi Max? The last 3 orders from this place they have failed to deliver. This time I got Tango. Being Diabetic I cant have sugar, so not diet is no good to me. If you don't have, then dont let me order it. Also great that you delivered it on time. Would have been even better if you had managed to cook it though.

Took 1 hour 45 minutes to deliver blamed roadworks and no drivers . Should not have took the order if no drivers . Arrived in damaged half open box lukewarm and cold within minutes . Just Eats as bad nobody can actually do anything when you get in touch . Offered £3 against future order . Somebody will be in touch with me within 24 hours meantime pizza still cold

He said he had been knocking 10 mins. The box was half open. The pizza has hardly any minced beef or cheese on.iv took photographs. Rotten tomatoes in salad boxes. 5 pieces of tiny chicken piece look awful. The pizza has been cut in different sizes not in proportion at all. First time ordering never again. Iv had to freshen up the salad. Had to add grated cheese and ham on. Meaty feast 13 inch pizza for £18.50 ridiculous price happily paid it thinking it would have meat on it not tiny rabbit droppings of beef and odd pieces of dried chicken. Will never order again. Pizza hut brand should be a shamed.

Pizza's came really quick, however they were freezing cold. Had to wait another 20mins for our own oven to heat them properly. That's why you order a take away I thought, to avoid all of that. Not ordering from there again, kids were really looking forward to it as well. Even they said it was bad.

After being a regular customer for over two years, Pizza delivery boy claimed I hadn't paid him the cash at the door and now I'm no longer able to order anymore. A shame as it used to be a weekly treat for my daughter!

I was quite disappointed, after a really long day of decorating had to wait 2 hours for delivery, the pizza was barely warm, I could have made the dough and cooked the pizzas in that time (I am a chef so yes it can be done) although the dough wouldn't have had the same flavour as pizza hut, had many deliveries over the nine weeks and they have never taken this long.

Myself and partner ordered from pemberton pizza hut delivery, we ordered a hot and spicy pizza and the chicken fajita mild one with no jalapeños but when it arrived it was covered in jalapeños, I rang them up and explained the situation and they sent a new pizza (the right one) within 10 mins, fantastic customer service and fantastic pizza and side, highly recommended

Food has always been hot and of good quality, but be aware that the pizzas are smaller than what you get in the main restaurant and so value for money is reduced.
