had to use the bathroom and the delivery driver rang but I could not answer. I opened the door as they were driving off and then they marked me as delivered. 20 quid gone.

Replaced food with food I didn’t order missed food out all together

Why are KFC's always dirty!? Yes customers are lazy and don't remove their own trays but they're hardly ever busy compared to McDonald's. We were also never given napkins or cutlery with our takeout order. Lacks attention to detail majorly.

Despite notes for restaurant staying no lettuce (and printed on order receipt) lettuce was added to the burger, food arrived like warm

Absolutely apauling service and quality of food. Chicken was pink and undercooked and was only offered a refund for the item instead of the meal as the meal was inedible. Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible food. The chicken was so uncooked it was unbelievable.

Fantastic, ordered a mighty bucket for one to take away, within 5 minutes I had it and was out the door. Food was lovely, enjoyed every bite and the fries were fresh.

really love my local KFC. The only issue is the food isn't consistently great, sometimes the chicken feel like it has been sat in oil for ages - saturated in fact, but like I say, not all the time. If you're driving thru, check your bag for missing items!

I wanted to change my order requested to change it and didn’t allow me too so ended up with the wrong order

KFC have sent me a zinger stacker with one piece of chicken. And the coating around my chicken looks like it has been scratched off. Really poor quality. Put me off.

Food is always hot place is always clean staff friendly. Much better than the other one in Bentley bridge Wednesfield

food very hit or miss, sometimes i come here and the chicken is extremely greasy or too dry and the gravy is disgusting, or it is one of the nicest kfc's i have had. facilities were clean and toilets were good.

We paid for drinks, which we didn’t get. Just Eat asked me to take a picture of the drinks which didn’t exist, and I got no refund. Will not be using Just Eat or KFC again.

This is my regular kfc but last few times I’ve been the food is either cold missing and today so over cooked you could smell burnt food, when I took food back the tall Somalian man who is some how allegedly the manager he said was so rude and tried to say chicken cannot be burnt as no complaints have been made today and all chicken is made the same and looks ok and raised his voice and when I asked his name 3 times to make a complaint he refused to give it and replied they’ll no who I am and replaced just 4pc of chicken and said I’m not replacing anymore get out, all other staff at this branch are so sweet and polite I don’t know where they found this guy, no customer service skills and so rude. I’ll attach pictures taken for you to decide if it’s burnt or not

When we ordered the food it said delivered but we did not receive the food then we called Just Eat and they said they will give a refund in 20 minutes. But didn't Kids hungry no money to order the food again. I am mad with that.

drinking missing again same driver as last time the drinks were missing

great driver, didnt just give up when he couldn't find us at first. he called us up and made sure we got it!! he was extremely nice and wished us all a merry Christmas, lovekh guy! as for the food, its a bit pricey for the quality of it if im honest. i love a good KFC but it's now considered a once every half year or whole year treat. hot wings and mash are still awesome but the fries were pretty bad, could just be me personally though. Merry Christmas!!

Think you need to sort out the rats in the car par park and make sure your food is hot not much to ask really is it ? Saying food was 28 pounds.

Having to supply a code is a pain as the app didn’t work and by the time a code was found the food was cold and had been standing in a cold doorstep for ages whilst app updated.. also courier was very curt and a bit scarey tbh..

One of my favourite KFC's, I usually get my meal in a timely manner and the chicken quality - I felt , This restaurant was better than other nearby KFCs

Items did not arrive and they called just eat via- just a joke I spent over £70 at kfc and I called them and they confirmed that the food was collected so it’s now not down to them. I had 1 missed call from the driver and I tried to call the driver back 15 times with no answer. Them and called just eat help and they assured me that if I go via live chat that I would have this issue sorted. But no unfortunately not sorted no food no money back there is a waiting period.

I am to know who receives the service charge, just eat or kentucky, I understand that I have to pay for delivery, but not happy about the service charge at all, if I could drive to the outlet there would be no service charge,

My order was short i didn't get my hot wings which suppose to came with the meal i have put in a request for a refund on the same day i even called but no reply my order also came with a receipt i would like my refund.
