Ordered, staff were very much ignoring customers as much as they could. It was busy but they wouldn't even look at me/us. Got my food it was dipped in grease and had no taste honestly tasted boiled, chips had no seasoning and the drink wasn't even filled. Took it home before I noticed this...... just go to cowley if you can or BK

Ordered via just eat missing drinks and the salad didn't taste right. Tried calling kfc back several times , but no one picks up the phone. Contacted just eat apparently they will get back to me via email as they are experiencing a high volume of customers queries. Very disappointing customer service.

Had to change my review - went in for the first time last week and wow the two ladies on the till areas work so hard, they took my order accurately, great customer service, the food was delicious, more crunchier but nice, value for money, and the place was clean and tidy, despite being so busy. Keep it up guys, doing very well.

The staff provided exceptional service, manually processing our earned KFC app reward when the point-of-sale system failed to scan the code. While the limited-time holiday menu items were not to my liking, the overall food quality was fresh and satisfactory.

Staff doesn't know basic counting. They got my order wrong, gave me incorrect number of fries. I had to go back in pouring rain and they didn't even have common courtesy to give complimentary sauce at least.

Always love a bit of spoiling at a KFC and far better than the one with the yellow M because the advert had that spot on with raised eye brows and that was at the prices so for me KFCs win every time

Been here before and this is my second time coming here and it is much cleaner than it was a couple a months ago but still dirty. (Mainly sticky floors) Wait time was good. Food was ok but definitely not the best.

Absolutely terrible service, delivery was 2 hours late, and contast no communication with just eat. Again, 2 hrs late, absolutely terrible. Order from the other KFC on Cowley road, as the one in the John Allen centre is so disorganised, and run by idiots. The crack heads would do a better job, than these clowns.

People literally ride their scooters inside this shop, no one to supervise this behaviour. No eye contact from employees, they look away or over you when you are placing an order. Please or thank you is non existent! Oil filtering/ changing not up to standards. Clearly letting down the KFC brand.

Not the cleanest KFC I have been to, I should have had something that required fresh cooking as I felt the chicken had been "resting" on the warmer for a while. No napkins in the dispenser and the loo needed a freshen up. The kids enjoyed it though.

Such a terrible experience Today at 7:30 I went to the outlet but the both the lady were so rude. I was hungry and thirsty i just asked for water to drink and after that I wanted to order the food but the lady was so rude she didn’t give me water to drink and before telling anything she was shouting at her colleagues that why are you giving water. I have asked not to give any one water like this Disappointed!!!!!

Really Upsetting to hear the manager literally shouting jildy (hurry) at staff repeatedly when visiting at 7 pm this evening. Won’t be back, atmosphere at chicken place across the road much nicer, not expecting much but this treatment of human staff without caring even that customers could hear really bothered me.

Had a takeaway meal all of it was cold and live 2 minute's away from shop, chips missing from a meal, corn on the cob dry and inedible spent £40 for a disappointing meal. Service not great won't be back only good thing about the place is the parking. Does KFC owners and managers actually read the reviews if they do they must be thick skinned or embarrassed. You can read reviews going back nearly a year saying about the quality of food and how dirty the shop is and still no change

The worst experience for a kfc I ever had! 2 out 3 Order machines not working, being totally ignored at the counter. Music stupidly loud so you can't think. Food took ages. Order was wrong. No one willing to help. Food stone cold. 21 chips in my Order! Chicken so small it took up half the bun. Will never go back there. Disgraceful tbh. 😠

Hello I ordered my food at 5:00 when I did the person serving started yelling at the top of his lungs at his friend outside and then continued talking with a spray bottle at the end my food was cold and covered in saliva

Worst KFC I have ever been to. Often run out of certain foods/gravy but no signs to suggest that when you order. Very dirty. Good chicken though, when it is there. Separate PSA - they only do take away from 10pm onwards.

It's a good KFC that is located in a convenient place, not great for those that don't eat meat but there is one vegan option.

Overall it was good , but staff were struggling to keep up with customer,s orders. They were great and friendly but maybe another staff member is needed. Update, good service today 22nd January 2024. The toilets need more attention.

Poor service took too long for food once we got it which was a family feast 10 piece all the chicken was just legs and instead of giving us beans they gave us something else instead . But we was already at home when we noticed. So check the bag before you leave .

i would give 0 stars if i could. the workers are slow, they do not keep an eye on the orders and it takes over 15 minutes just for 1 order to be called out. i just ordered a zinger burger meal and it took over 15 minutes to get my food and no drink was given with my meal. there were 4 workers behind the till, 2 were packing orders, 1 was behind the till taking orders and 1 was at the drinks station restocking the cups. despite there being 4 staff members, my drink still was not given even after asking for it. it’s been a while since this KFC branch has opened and still no improvement in staff and efficiency.

This place is dirty , the bins are always over flowing , so u have no choice so have to leave ur leftover on the table, the floor it didn't look like it was swept , the hygiene is horrible and to eat in such a place is disgusting, the tables are not clean , they have opened this outlet and left it atleast hire a cleaning staff with the money you'll take in and don't risk people's life with such a filth.And about the food just over greasy chicken and nothing fancy.

I Ordered a bargain bucket and pepsi max only to receive a-few chicken drums and wings with no drink. Kfc shamefully took the money and didn’t deliver the goods and service. They could not even answer the phone to try solve the mess. Shame on you all at kfc. I will be putting in a complaint as this is not how to treat a valued customer.

Please use KFC flower in your recipe and not third party flour. It's ruining the experience. And your speed of service is not great. However, I understand you are a young office.

21.35 I placed order still waiting 23.03 when it says restaurant is closed and they have changed delivery time twice 2hrs is totally disgusting service then to not even answer the phone because they probably already gone home don't take peoples money and not deliver I would give no stars for this appalling

So busy, staff couldn't handle the meals. They were prioritising small meals over bigger meals. We waited 40 minutes watching people who ordered after us get food before us. We asked about it and our order had been forgotten and checked of. This is the 2nd time this has happened here. Tables dirty and toilets blocked.

Did takeaway yesterday. The chicken was okay but only breast meat aside from 1 wing and a thigh. Also the beans tasted off so I could not eat it. When I checked the cover of the container it said sell by 20:42 but I ordered my food 1 hour after this. This is why the beans were bad, they expired. Too tired to go back to rectify. Not a good experience.

Never seen a restaurant as messy as this place. Both bins overflowing to the point that customers have got no choice but to leave rubbish on the tables and theres no way the floors have been swept all day. If they think that is an acceptable environment for their customers to eat in, I'd dread to think what they do out of sight. No food establishment should be allowed to get away with this.

Food quality is very bad, fries are soggy and oil, fried chicken is very oily. attaching picture as a reference. Not expected from a global brand like KFC

The food was nice, service was so good and quick, it was a little bit dirty but not seriously. All in all it was good.

Most of the tables were covered in litter and old food boxes litter all over the floor.. Size of the portion of chips is a joke. No one cleaning up at all while we were here...

An absolute toilet. Filthy, full of absolute knackers. Only saving grace was when the staff inevitably messed up the order they were happy to rectify and apologetic.

This KFC needs to be shut down terrible service particularly by one female manager who was in charge on friday 29 September 2023 between 4 pm and 5pm shift her badge name was SHA something i didnt quite get it I will get her full name and put it on here.slow service extremely rude to customers and her own staff members ,she never once apologised to customers for the long wait.i waited for over 45 mins until I cancelled my order .when I went to do this she said I had collected my order.and yet she had seen me all the while waiting right in front of her .an argument insured and she finally refunded my money .I told her I would be reporting her for her bad service and she wasnt bothered .and basically told me to report it.she didn't care.i think this women should be taken in for customer care training or fired .shes Terrible and is damaging the kfc brand .awful service a total shambles .

Order took over half an hour to prepare was standing around while my child was screaming because they was hungry service looked too slow with the employees walking in out the kitchen into the toilet not happy at all I even opened my order to find black hairs inside service very slow never coming back again.

Very poorly managed, annoying loud music, warm soggy chicken, never again...

Not a pleasant place to have food as a gang of youths play loud music and behave in a anti social manner and they don't even buy food, They just sit in the corner by the window messing around, its happening everyday from 12noon Monday to Friday, horrible place to eat food, staff don't ask them to leave.

This is a KFC so you know the food will be great. This is a newish establishment so everything is well presented but sometimes there's too much uncleared rubbish. Parking is plentiful and free.

I been to KFC in Templar Square. Really good service. Staff was very nice and helpful. Saba, Ahmed and Ajay the manager they was dealing very patiencely with the clients. Definitely recommend 👌
