Ordered from this restaurant to find STRANDS OF HUMAN HAIR in my food. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund and their response was “sometimes the herbs make that happen”. Was told to speak to the delivering company as it’s their issue not the restaurants. I do have pictures of evidence as well but they didn’t seem to care.

Good delivery time at around a hour, Food was average , not bad but really small amounts of meat in both chicken and lamb dishes. Having tried most curry houses in this area this was by far the one I have been least impressed with, and felt ripped off with small slices of chicken not chunks like from other curry houses and the Lamb chunks was tiny. The 3 dishes was made up from the lack of meat, with onions that was a bit of a let down and got a bit like a onion curry on a scale of 1-10 give it a 2 for the delivery and taste

Very tasty, delivered within an hour (to Chalgrove). A bit oilier than I would like, but everything was super tasty. Once of the nicest curries I've had! Absolutely loads of it too. Will be using them again.

The store's website said they had discounts, but the store clerk told me without any explanation that they didn't offer discounts, which made me feel uncomfortable. Presentation: 2/5 Taste: 2/5 Service: 1/5 Value: 1/5 Overall: 1.5 Poorly executed franchise with staff who are aware website offers promotions withdrawn several months ago yet don’t raise to management, rather insinuate the website and customer are wrong. Totally obsolete customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

I placed an order and ended up waiting nearly five hours, only for it to be cancelled without any explanation. Throughout that time, I tried calling multiple times, but no one ever picked up the phone. The lack of communication and basic customer service is completely unacceptable. I will never be ordering from this branch again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Extremely disappointing experience.”

40 Holywell StreetLove this place! Always friendly, always lively, and always a corner to squeeze into and enjoy a drink or a meal. I look forward to coming any time I'm in Oxford!
