KFC Oxford - Cowley Road in Oxford

Ordered from KFC today hoping for a quick meal but my order was messed up with several missing items. Tried to explain to cashier named MUJAHID Ali that they need to give the missing items and they refused making us pay even more. Manager named PARSAD forced us to pay for the missing items and refused to give them for free

Person on till called (Mujahid Ali ) was very rude,made my order wrong I had to go back to the shop spoke to the manager but unfortunately manager called( parsad) was kept arguing with me even tho he knows person who served us made a mistake. Not happy with manager and worker They should look after customers and should speak politely *I AM NOT WALKING INSIDE THE SHOP IF I SEE THEM 2 WORKING*

Am really disappointed due to the fact that i have not received my order. The app says it's delivered and yet I haven't received it.

Not only was order late but there was an item missing. Very very poor service.

The food was ice cold. And order placed at 18:21 food was delivered at 19:11. Kids had eaten already by the time their food arrived. Awful service

driver didn’t meet in the specified location then complained after we ‘took too long’ to meet him. also if tracking location was actually accurate we would’ve been there on time

Staff is really good. I was served by the staff Fahad n he was really amazing. He briefly explained new offers n was really friendly. Will come again

Ordered a variety bucket for 2, although there was the 6 pieces of chicken there was no hot wings or fillets which was suppose to come with it.

Cold fries, cold burger, cold wings. After waiting about 40 mins? Come on, seriously? I'd give the staff the benefit of the doubt as they had lots of delivery orders on, but I could teach my dog how to fry some chicken and he'd be quicker.

I would like to say that I want a £50 voucher since the food was 45 mins late and next time don’t give me a ripped kfc bag and most of it fell on the ground so I had little to eat because of your untidiness I hope you understand how bad of a delivery that was and also the chips were as cold as Antarctica so I would like a refund and £50 voucher thank you

Chicken was not fresh. We have paid for 4 chicken but received 3 regular size chicken and one tiny smaller than wings chicken. I didnt realize I am gonna scammed, then I would have checked the bag first. Very disappointed !

Super happy with the delivery but there were missing food from the delivery.

I ordered a zinger burger, and found it to be raw. I did not notice until the first bite, however since then I have been feeling awful and believe it gave me food poisoning. I then tried ringing them up and sending pictures but no action was taken. Awful experience. Never going again.

I left a clear note on the order for no mayo on 2 x Zinger Burger. They both had Mayonnaise. Very disappointed.

The food is halal and they have a certificate of this. The restaurant is crowded, but the order is quickly prepared. There is no local 😁. The staff is great.

why hot wing deal finished early

First off the guy didn’t tell me that my app code hadn’t worked so one of my choices didn’t go through. Then he adds an extra tango on and charges me for it, followed by an argument as to why he was correct (BULLSHIT). Then finished off by what I can only assume is the manager, correcting what his employee had done. Finally, they get my order wrong missing off basically everything and I leave with half of my order missing. I know for a fact this place is running itself into the ground as I have connections to the owner and, from the way they work in there, it’s obvious to see why.

delivery driver was great but the food and the time of making the food was honestly ridiculous soo lucky it even came but this was a joke and should never take this long for some food and not to mention they forgot my gravy!!! surprised i haven’t even given it a one start for both

Ordered a family bucket (inc. 10pcs original chicken, 4x fries, 2x sides and 1L drink) out of my order only the chicken and fries came. Since i was hungry i decided to have the chicken anyways since restaurant had closed by the time it was delivered, upon biting into the chicken i noticed the chicken was rare, had a very pink colour. Some of the chicken was extremely dry, as if it had been sitting there for days and it had an extremely bad stench. not the first time this happened from this kfc.

my food is stone cold and was delivered 1 hoir after Inplaced the order, despite A: the delivery time staying 15-30 minutes and B: the restaurant being 10 mins from my house. The food tracking app said the driver was at the restarant for nearly 30m

After I ordered on the app which said it would only take 15-30 minutes, I had to wait an hour before the food arrived. After which the driver was extremely unhelpful and demanded a code. You never supplied me with a code. So I had to be out there in the rain for another 30 minutes watching him on live chat trying to fix the issue. The issue was never resolved properly, he took a picture of my receipt and said he delivered the order. You guys then said he failed to deliver it. Also forgot Pepsi.

I have liked their Ricebox but was utterly disappointed today, it was filled mostly with salad leaves no beans and only 2 pieces of chicken, not ordering this again!

Fries quality is better now. Buffalo bites are not much better than sweet chilli flavour. Please add mint drink in normal dispensing machine. Fahad is good at service counter

I ordered the dipping boneless 8piece and it was supposed to come with chips and I didn’t get any i had also order beans but gravy arrived instead. I was very disappointed about the chips and I really like them and am not happy that I just paid £28 for only getting half and not what I ordered

Very disappointed with the 14 pieces shared bucket as it has only two medium size pieces and two legs, rest of them are nuggets sized. I tried to call them to report this but no one was answering. I won't buy from this shop again. If you buying take away please check before you leave the shop.

Good food in what I would call a different environment.

I ordered 6 choc chip cookies and was given 4 white choc cookies. the main point of me ordering kfc is for the cookies and I only get a refund instead of a replacement. i pay for cookies therfore I want cookies.

never deliver the food and the driver had completed the job.
