I went on mothers day there. I was exceptionally impressed with staff and service,. Well done 🥰

They didn’t let me go to the toilet and are rude to customers (especially young people) and I am very unhappy with their attitude. I hope to see better from staff. I am perfectly in my rights and they are crossing the line. Do better. Also my food was cold when it got served as it took 15 minutes to be served.

Last Sunday, I visited there on mother's Day and I ordered new rice bowls.The food was really tasty. I must say the service was too good and staff was so nice. It was very nice evening spent over there.

Outrageously slow for a fast-food shop. Waited 40 minutes to get the order.

I have gone through the drive through of this KFC outlet, and the service I received was fast. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted really good. I will never miss this KFC outlet when I am nearby, as it will always be my first go-to food station whenever I’m hungry.

I visited today ordered mighty bucket for one.didnt wait long as was pretty empty but order was put into a bag.?? I asked why it wasn't in a bucket and got a shrug of the shoulders.anothe staff member heard and said that's how they come.then it should stop advertising buckets.and state bag for one

The customer Service from James was amazing the little things go along way, they were out of fries but he made up for it with his service much appreciated pal. Give this man a raise!!!

What joke order food at the drove thru got told pull up outside food ready in 5 minutes what for 45 minutes no food had to go in a collect me own food to get given cold food no sauce even thou I payed for it no refund won't be going to KFC Nuneaton again Not nice to wait for cold food and lose out on things you pay for

They seem to favour the delivery people and ignore the customers in the shop. I hear lots of complaints when I'm in there. The staff are pleasant.

Ordered food that never showed up when I rang the restaurant to tell them it hasn’t showed up they said they have cancelled the order then put the phone down on me without any explanation

Working as a delivery driver, my experience with KFC has been amazing, I must say. The order pickup process is incredibly efficient; I can always rely on my items to be ready promptly, which enables me to maintain a rapid delivery pace. Because of the staff's professionalism and kindness, dealing with them is easy and fun.

I had a fantastic experience at the KFC drive-thru today! I was in a hurry, and the staff did an amazing job—service was incredibly fast, and the food was hot and delicious. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

Went to the drive through today, poor lad taking order didn’t have a clue what to do, felt so sorry for him, he called for help and the girl wasn’t very good with him at all. Went to next window to pick up my order and it was the same girl that wasn’t that helpful. I said I felt sorry for the poor lad that someone needed to train him, she just said we are told to throw them in the deep end, absolutely devastated, poor boy trying to work and not being given the chance to get help in his new job, he was shaking. Really bad management, no wonder some young ones wanting to work get anxious and feel so helpless. Manage needs to help there staff.

Great delivery but the speed of service explains why almost half the order was missing.

It would be prudent of you to notify customers that an item is unavailable before they pay for it and not at the 2nd window of the drive through and then make you come inside for the refund. 1st world problems I know but we’re paying for food AND service.

Wasn’t even busy and got our order wrong. Tried to call after 55 times with no answer. The order was only 4 mini fillet meal!! 🤯🤬

Food and drinks just right , chicken was hot and fresh , drinks were cold just want we need after walk down to them as sunny and warm out 🍗🍟

Chips cold! Lady behind counter less than helpful.

Zinger tower box meal, just covered in sauce. Couldn’t taste anything else. How hard can it be to get something right? lol Service is pretty poor, zero manners, listening skills. I’d be going to a different one in the future.

Ordered on Uber. Delivery good and quick. Food however was not good. I ordered a Fillet tower burger. Chicken fillet, hash brown, cheese and bbq sauce in a bun. There was so much bbq sauce it had soaked through the hash brown and the bun. The bun had completely fell apart in the box. I tried to pick it up to eat and everything fell apart due to it being so soggy with bbq sauce. I had the sauce all over my hand. Fortunately I was at home and managed to only salvage the chicken fillet and ate it with a knife and fork. The rest was ruined by the sauce. I like bbq sauce but not to that extent. The four piece chicken meal my partner had was also bad. Chicken was very dry / over cooked and chips soggy. Very very disappointed and still hungry. We will not be using this KFC again.

I've been to this KFC a few times because it is generally my preferred fast food place, mainstream that is. The place when you decide to go in, has been spotless without faltering, every time I have been. Which is about three times now. Lots of places to sit though not many people are sat around. The food is always the best part of KFC. Juicy, delectably-seasoned fried chicken along with my favourite fries of anywhere because they are again, well-seasoned and tasty. The service has let me down a few times however. My most recent time, I had to wait about 15 minutes; was given an OLD £1 coin that went out of circulation nearly a decade ago; forgot straws and more. I've had to pay at the counter more times than not because the self-paying card machines didn't work. Not good. But, overall, worth the hardships.

Polite, helpful staff, which is good as you can spend a long time talking to them while they sort out your meals, which they invariably get wrong the first time Don’t use the drive through as you will have to drive back to sort out whatever is missing or wrong from your order. If you eat in then the counter is only 10 paces away Food itself is always well cooked, hot and tasty, it will just bear no relation to what your ordered If you like to be adventurous give it a go, you’re always in for a surprise

I am disappointed with the customer service I just received, I just accidentally ordered to the wrong address and the staff that picked up the phone was very impatient and hostile regarding my issue, I tried to cancel my order as requested by the app… and I was told I could not, to wich they found my order and told me I couldn’t again… the problem whole process was drawn out ultimately costing me £30 for an order I never received!!! I was hang up on and charged after having my time wasted despite calling the restaurant 1 minute after ordering claiming I am compensating the staff for their time! I am disgusted!!! Never ordering from here again

Went to get kfc lunch today and the 2 young men that served me were really busy and very good, we had a wait for drive tgrough but both young men were polite, smiling and it was a pleasure to go. So thank you, please pass this along.

I ordered a Chicken fillet burger, the batter on the chicken was dark brown and the fries were clumped together damp and not nice at all. On another day I went to Hinckley KFC all my food was cooked as I ordered and was excellent

Once again we got home to find all the fries missing from our order. How hard is it to get the order right? It's not the customers responsibility to unpack every item in the restaurant to check everything is there and then re pack it but that's the only want you are going to ensure you get what you ordered from this shambles of a place. It's a disgrace to the KFC brand

I went here early today and ordered the 10 piece spicy wing meal and it wasn’t really spice at all but it did taste good and the fries where soo nice better then McDonald’s fries, the service was really good all the employees where nice and the tables where really clean also the ice cream is amazing and the atmosphere is amazing, anyways all I’m trying to say is this is the best KFC I’ve ever been to don’t listen to the haters

We recently moved to old Hinckley rd late last year, thought we’d try the KFC, (I’m not a big takeaway fan by the way) well, this place is awesome, so clean and tidy, staff are lovely, and the food genuinely is to die for, I’ve eaten more kfc in the last 4 months than I have in 4 years, seriously good food. Well done 👏

Ordered two boneless banquets that had no chicken inside! I mean, isn’t the whole point of a boneless banquet to actually have chicken inside? I had to call the store twice before I got an answer then had to drive 10 minutes back to correct their mistake. No offer of refreshing the already cold fries and gravy. Will not be using this place again

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE..!! Emma told me the pop corn is in the bag so I drove home frome from drive through but there was no pop corn in the bag . They did the the same multiple times before.

The food here has gone really downhill. For the last month there has been a really weird chemically aftertaste in the food really noticeable in the fries. I think there’s something in the oil at the moment. Also the chicken doesn’t feel cooked and have had to bin it as raw and as mentioned a horrible chemical taste to it all. It’s a real shame as there’s a really kind friendly smiling lad who serves on the drive thru who is a credit to the place. It’s not his fault the food looks and tastes no longer fit for human consumption

Picked my food up late, not so good, chicken tasted like it was heated up, and chips were just warm. I T used to be the best KFC around not that night. but I will try there again.

The food is always cold from this branch. We always ask for fresh chips and hot chicken. Not a happy customer. Had to put the chicken and chips in the oven and mash/gravy in the microwave to heat it up.

Gravy awesome as usual, chips, great seasoning but not crispy even though I ate in. Chicken Fillet sandwich had one blob of something like mayo but cheaper tasting like salad cream. Way too much in one area with most of bun bare. Almost every small piece of lettuce fell out as I tried to eat it. Maybe larger pieces would stay put. Tea is good and cheap at 1.50. Tables are great and place very clean. Even toilets 👌

Seen better run kids parties, absolutely shambolic, not accepting card unless you come inside, receipts not printing on the machine, just a all around nightmare

Last week was missing 3 pieces of chicken. This time ordered 3 x 2 pc chicken meals. One meal was missing the 2 pieces of chicken. Told nothing they can do because it was ordered through just eat. Still your food and your mess up… so fix it!!

Ordered a popcorn chicken snack box usually comes in a round tub stacked with chips and at LEAST 10 popcorn chicken but this is an absolute joke waste of money This would be fine for a 6 year old child but I am in fact not that, how can they even think this is acceptable Absolutely fuming

Didn't like the food too much to be honest but was ok

My recent trip to KFC left me feeling a bit let down. The coating was to dark tasted burnt, which was disappointing. When I tried to order just chicken without fries, the girl at the counter insisted it wasn't allowed until I showed her on the app that it was. The toilets were also in need of attention, not meeting basic cleanliness standards. Overall, a less-than-ideal experience that could use improvement.

Have had multiple problems with food from here. Staff very arrogant. Tell you to wait... on my eyes thats insulting for a customer. Fast food more like wait for your order will be about an hour maybe two if you want it delivered. Shamefull to the fast food industry.

Drive thru is supposed to be fast but I ended up spending more than 15 minutes. Interestingly, only two cars were ahead.

Horrible service I’ve experienced today. I ordered the kids meal for £4.99 and it only came with fries and popcorn chicken. No chicken burger. I went to the counter and told them they have missed something from the order. They refused to give it to me and told me to pay £6.50 in order to ONLY GET THE CHICKEN BURGER, Nothing else… I wouldn’t want to pay the £6.50 so I refused to pay since it’s not my fault I can’t have this. Instead they said I have to pay £2 for the burger and they still wanted me to pay up for their mistakes. They told me I had to have a sauce on my burger which I didn’t want and that wrecked the meal. Would expect better. Never coming back again

Not greatest KFC. Mini fillet not hot luke warm at best. My burger chicken over cooked not very hot, Mrs said mini fillet snap wraps nice, but been on toilet within one hour of eating them. Chips was the best bit, I don't even like KFC chips.

We ordered hot wings and asked for a replacement as they didn’t seem fully cooked. THIS is the replacement meal which was offered, thank goodness we checked the chicken prior to eating because this is completely unacceptable. It was lukewarm to touch.

Nice place eat but tables are dirty most time, table service gets forgotten so listen for your number or your food will get chucked away. Other then that okay place to eat

I don't say this lightly.....please avoid! Possibly my worst experience of a takeaway in my entire life! Food was almost stone cold, items missing from order but they also weighted a box meal down with fries to disguise the fact there was barely any chicken in the box. Honestly I feel scammed and have complained as it has to be the most disappointing experience for a drive thru ever!

Receipt printer didn't work ,when I asked staff to get one printed as needed for expenses. Manager told me system doesn't work he will email it to me. Haven't received anything .

What a nightmare ordered a boneless family feast through the drive through. At the collection point the server was insistent on our order and kept repeating it to us, so thought no more and drove off. When got home the main thing we wanted was missing yep NO CHICKEN . I called the shop and the managed was great advised to drive back another 20 min and they would change it, so that’s what I did. This time I watched the chicken go in the bag, got back home to find no chicken popcorns in the bag, I mean it cannot be that difficult. Food we had was good, no quibble on replacement of missing food however nothing else for the time and inconvenience. Please check your bag to ensure everything is there

Ok for a quick bite to eat. Biggest moan about all take aways is that they are only interested in the delivery drivers waiting for their orders. People eating in now have to wait for a long time. Quicker to go home and get it delivered to your home!!!

The last 3 times I went the krushem machine wasn't working or had not been cleaned. Considering this was before lunchtime I visited, does this mean it wasn't cleaned the night before? Visited today at 11.20am and the drive thou was not open with a cone there. It's supposed to open at 10.45am. This is not the first time I have come after the opening time and its been closed. If it does not open at 10.45, they should update the website so people do not waste their time going there and find it closed. Not happy!!

said it was going to open at 12 (more than an hour and a half after it was due to open) and then did not open even after 30 minutes past 12. During this, there were many members of staff within the building all of which doing seemingly nothing while a large amount of people queued outside. I did not get my KFC.
