Bombay Mix in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Order a lamb Bhuna, absolutely no taste at all and watery sauce. Also had chicken rogan josh. Was better taste but not great. Had used before a while ago and the food was poor don’t know why I gave it another go. Won’t use again. Buy one get one free - get what u pay for; poor quality food. Waste of money.

Food has really improved and is really nice. Never had wrong order. Achari chicken is the best. Delivery guy always kind and pleasant and good discount on delivery well done ...kazim

A curry for 2 well what can I say a lamb Bhuna like solid lamb n fat stuck in my teeth terrible as a first order from a new customer from this restaurant I would of expected a lot better so I won’t be ordering from this place again

Correct me if I’m wrong but chicken tikka masala should be orange and creamy not red and mushy. Consistency of the sauce was not nice at all, also the 3 pieces of chicken in it were chewy. I’m not sure about the new management, seems just as bad as it was before... we won’t be ordering again

Absolute joke of a place. Sent out uncooked food in the first instance, I ordered a large mixed grill and it had zero char and the lamb kebabs were actually raw. My wife ordered a paneer tikka main and they sent out a starter. We also asked for no coriander on anything and to our utter dismay they seemed to have put extra coriander on everything. We spoke to the restaurant and he said he’d prefer to get the order right, rather than refund us, we foolishly took him at his word. One hour and a half later some “food”, turned up. They managed to send out a main portion of the paneer tikka this time but the replacement mixed grill didn’t even include any chicken tikka, it was two chicken wings and a lamb chop that was 95% bone. I have never felt the need to leave a review so strongly before. This place is a joke and I would avoid it like the plague. I would give it a zero star review if possible, I should have just asked for my money back because a restaurant that sends out raw undercooked food should never be given a second chance. All the food went in the bin, total waste of money!!!!

Ordered a lamb masala tonight ... It came hot (no disputes there) but the meat was chewy I thought I had a steak... (yes some times it can be hit or miss..) this definitely not lamb 😠 put me off that place now..... I'll be stepping out and driving to Holly Bush with out a doubt 9

Collection means you get buy one get one on the main courses from Bombay Mix – it is cracking value for money with good quality ingredients resulting in really tasty food. The Kattha Dry is a favourite of ours – dry buttery goodness. Unbelievable value for money and especially so when you have a big group to feed!

Mould on nan bread. Greasy, oily food and egg in the biriyani must have been made out of rubber. Never visiting there again. Upset stomachs already started after a couple of hours .

Just ordered via phone call , the man was extra helpful and friendly and assured my girlfriend that the meal she wanted was safe to consume during pregnancy aswell as explaining the recipe. Always order from here and the staff are always amazing aswell as the quality of the food !

Wrong food deliverd over half a hour late food was undercooked and soggy. They where very rude when called back and even put the phone down will never eat from there again

Ate here for years, tonight I ordered usual chick jalfrazi. The first two pieces of chicken was clearly in cooked with a slimey fish fillet like texture. It's clearly uncooked. Decided rather than just chucking away and leaving bad review to call them, mistakes happen and surely they need to know else problem will reoccur. I got the chap who runs it completely unhelpful and rude accusing me of just wanting my money back. I used to use this place weekly and was trying to creative criticize and personally i expected a refund for said meal. The standard of food was disgusting But the attitude of manager is why you are reading this.

Food always been good from here, can have to wait during peak times but that alone says something

When we collected out food and finally sat down to eat my partner found raw chicken in his food .. When we took it back they claimed it to be garlic when you could see the meat was clearly chicken the hasn't even been shown the pan.. there was clearly still blood on the chicken and very raw .. !!!!

Buy one get one free on collection seemed really reasonable so thought i would eat one straight away and have one next day...well. the curry was really oily and far too much garlic but i stuck with it anyways as it was hungry...next day really really bad stomach with hot amd cold sweats..and ended up throwing second one in bin. Never had this problem with before with other local curry houses. So will swerve bombay mix from now on and stick with meghna or amid palace.

Good food, good price and friendly service. The dansak was nice and spicy. Naans were delicious. Good selection of foods and some offers on for free curry with collection. Will make this my go to curry house.

Great food. Keen prices and friendly staff. The chef should be given a medal. NEVER had a bad meal in 12 years going there. Brilliant!

Placed an order collected it no curry or naan bread when got home Contacted them they sent driver out that couldn’t locate my address to bring me curry waited till 1130 no show told to call again and have curry that I paid for making note if it then to find out no ones recorded it and I’ve lost out on paying for a meal I never used so disappointed even had the phone put down on me 😐

I took chicken and lamb briyani toady. I never eat worst briyani like this in my life. I don’t feel salt even bid .it’s like old rice mix with the spoon something red curry sauce. boiled egg like week old . collection They’re talk very friendly But I’m sorry I throw the food in the bin straight away waste my money and time

often have a takeaway from here as good value for money and nice food. I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal from here. I like a mild curry and hubby goes hot always nice enough

Yesterday i ordered food from bombay mix and i was so dissapointed.. My food came 50mins late and the driver didn't even appologised. I paid for can of drink and i havent got it.. the curry was very bad as well..

Absolute first class cuisine, have never had a bad curry in the last 8 years that my wife and I have been using this takeaway and the fact that it's buy one get one free on collections makes it a first option for Indian cuisine.

Had a chicken madras ,garlic chicken tikka, special fried rice and a keema garlic nan, Nan was raw. it was wet and still full of uncooked flour and inedible. . Opened the madras had a taste, ide say vindaloo ( and i must say i have had a good one from there) and for the the garlic chicken they must have flown off 4 pieces of chicken surrounded by burnt onions dissapointed . Needless to say i am going to complain about the snap. ill let you know what transpires.

Been this takeaway for many years now but tonight took the biscuit!! Phoned the order through and was told 1 1/2 hour so ok we’re told it’s busy. Got there at 7:10 which was 1 1/2 on time. After being told they were just packing up 3 times and waiting over 30min for our food I asked for a refund and I’d go elsewhere. I was ignored so the 3rd time in a very polite way I lost my head and locked the door and said you need to sort the customers that were waiting for there food It wasn’t only me waiting, there were others and some waiting longer than me. It’s a shame as the food good but they have let them self down today !!!! Sorry Bombay mix but this is not on

This was my second time ordering from this place. Food is excellent but just too much. Tried to half the order this time but still too much great value.

1st time takeaway from here for us. Ordered at 6pm and told a 45 min wait. Arrived at 19.15. Not even peak period to have to wait so long. Wouldn't have been so bad but food was Luke warm at best and chips were straight in the bin as they were very chewy and hard. Wouldn't mind but we live literally round the corner and not even peak time! Curry itself was tasty and plenty of meat just not impressed overall. We will stick to curry in a restaurant in future

have food from here at least once a month i always opt for my usual hot curry & my wife always try's something different most times , never had a bad one yet , top nosh !!!

The starters of Prawn on Puri and Onion Bhaji were good. The Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi was very red but had a great taste and the Tandoori Mixed Grill a little oily but had a good taste also. All the accompaniments were good too. Delivery was 20 minutes late but the portions generous. Would we go again ? Certainly.

I ordered Okra (Bhindi masala) from Bombay mix and found worms inside it. It was prepared with large pieces instead of small chunks. Not all can find the worms as it was prepared in large pieces. Rest food is ok but this experience has stopped me to order from Bombay mix.
