KFC Nuneaton - Bermuda Park in Nuneaton and Bedworth

I'd give this restaurant 0 starts if i could. Customer service does not seem to exist in this place. The attitude of im asuming manager was absolutely disgusting. (Blonde hair, glasses) it is safe to say I will not be visiting this KFC again. Far too many bad experiences. At this particular restaurant.

Joke of a place, no one in the store and takes them 15 minutes to make a mini filet burger. Wondering what they’re doing in the back.

Don’t know where to start absolutely shocking customer service on the phone as I ordered through uber but all the food was cold, will not be ever ordering from here again, hope the store manager can look at his training with his staff, sending out multiple orders with urber drivers

Rude staff . Wrong prices . Avoid !!!!

Had two Zinger burgers, had to bin one as was pink inside. You would think somewhere specialising in chicken would be able to cook it properly.

Visited this store last week emma was the manager that day was very busy and she kept the staff calm and ran the store smoothly tables were clean bins tidy also. Happy customers and staff when emma works

Firstly, the service was rather slow as they only had one staff member at the front and they apologised so that's no problem. I wished they offered knives where the forks and spoons are so I wouldn't have to eat like an animal. Lastly, another issue, is how watered down the Lipton ice tea is. I would've ordered water if I wanted something like that. The atmosphere overall, is great as it was practically empty when I was there.

Everything was cold af, chicken bites tasted off an like bbq covered rocks 😂. 0-10 would not recommend

Two times in a row items were missing from order, will newer order from this place again. Big disappointment I do not need refund I need food that I ordered and payed for

terrible substitutions within the meal 2 small gravy instead of 2 large beans, which isnt even a like for like replacement, even if we did like gravy, which we don't. Also sent wrong pop bottle or maybe another substitute, but either way it wasnt pop we like. left us eating quite an expensive meal that was really dry due to no drink or anything to dip chicken/chips in. Why have items on the menu if you dont have them!? Ruined our family meal and considerably out of pocket. disappointed.

Not great at all. My order my was completely wrong and because they did not have chicken they instead gave me cold mini fillets. They did not even check with me if that was OK.

Took over an hour and 20 minutes to deliver, and when we sat down it was stone cold so we had to get out the air flyer and reheat it all. Very disappointed

The wrong order was delivered to us. My husband's order was for a Mighty Dinner Box and he received a burger that should have been delivered to someone called Clare!

So the person who does the shifts, needs to think about putting extra staff in! As 40 minuete wait is ridiculous!! Have a few staff on from 8pm till 11pm is just stupid!

Brought a double stuffing stacker and got only one fillet in it instead of two and was the smallest fillet I have seen. Majorly disappointed to find out when I get back to work. Avoid

I received two stuffing tower meals instead of stuffing stacker meals. they gave me the cheaper option but charged me for the more expensive ones.

Woeful! Last to orders have had items missing and trying to get a resolution takes up to 48 hours.

Couldn’t get the order right it’s on the receipt for what goes in the bag, surely it cannot be that hard to put items in a bag when it’s written in front of you!

Store and parking lot are very tight, but food is great even if bought by drive thru.

Took over a hour to arrive, items missing, incorrect items and cold food. Arrived over 30 minutes after the driver had left the restaurant.

Delivered the wrong burger. Ordered a Zinger burger but received a standard fillet one

Food is nice and warm however the toilets need a good clean as very filthy!

It’s KFC, always a winner. Only downer is that the gravy was a bit thin, but they can always be hit and miss.

I ordered food to go for me and my partner and by then time I got home I realised that they had forgot my partners food so I went back and requested that they replace the hole Order as my food was now cold but I was only told that they would only replace the missing items and not the hole order. Overall I will not be using that restaurant again. The other restaurant that are across the road are alot more better.

Rubbish service. The expected delivery time kept being put back, was checking on time regularly and now 1 1/2 hours after we have no food yet the app says delivered. Don’t think I’ll use the app again as there’s always a problem!!

I orderd buffalo tower burger box meal with 2 hot wings regular fries beans tango can and a bonless banquet which includes fries small popcorn chicken regular gravey pepsi max can garlic buttermix mayo dip this come to £27.47 i orderd this on just eat I only got the burger hot wings and then got 4 packets of fries which is totally unbelievable i rang up bemuda kfc (this store) and they told me take it up with just eat and the women on the phone was extremely rude This is not just eats fault this was the employees fault just eat doesnt pack the order this is outrageous

I phoned them to express a complaint i had and i rang them and got buttond multiple times i asked the name of the employee and she said 'georgia' with a laughing tone im not happy

Visit to KFC after a long time. Drive through. Noticed a further improvement on the chips. Was Nice and tasty. Always enjoyed their ice cream. Great customer service today. Quick service.

Ordered my food at the electronic station in store, paid and by the time I reached the till it was ready! I questioned how fresh this was and was assured it was. Chips were just warm and limp. KFC have apparently bred a new type of chicken because the pieces were the size of sparrow breasts! Never again.

Driver picked up the wrong bag didn’t get the right order.

The food was absolutely awful. The chips, all 10 of them, were lukewarm and soggy. The burger was tasteless and bland and thrown together in such a messy unpleasant fashion. This is the last KFC I am ever going to have. Goodbye KFC!

Half my food was missing not happy at all

Needed to give a 4 digit code which i never received. Delivery driver spend 30 minutes on his phone to customer service getting the code, food was very cold. When he finally decided that customer service came through he finally gave us the food.

Forgot the gravy and hot wings

Fast service and friendly staff and good chicken. Edit. Staff seemed uninterested and bored, like we were interrupting their day. They refused a 10 and year old girl water as well, having let them wait for 5 minutes whilst they served adults who were waiting behind them. Appalling service.

So disappointed the place was like a dump ...food all over tables staff rude ...fubish all over the floor out side. My food had lettuce that was brown on it .. could not even order food at the till had to order it on the screen after waiting 30 min to use it coz people was doing order wrong then starting again then went and asked if we could order at the till the lady said no I said I have already been waiting 30 minutes and she said so you need to order over at the screen..I will never be coming back the place is a dive
