KFC Nuneaton - Bermuda Park in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Rubbish service. The expected delivery time kept being put back, was checking on time regularly and now 1 1/2 hours after we have no food yet the app says delivered. Don’t think I’ll use the app again as there’s always a problem!!

I orderd buffalo tower burger box meal with 2 hot wings regular fries beans tango can and a bonless banquet which includes fries small popcorn chicken regular gravey pepsi max can garlic buttermix mayo dip this come to £27.47 i orderd this on just eat I only got the burger hot wings and then got 4 packets of fries which is totally unbelievable i rang up bemuda kfc (this store) and they told me take it up with just eat and the women on the phone was extremely rude This is not just eats fault this was the employees fault just eat doesnt pack the order this is outrageous

I phoned them to express a complaint i had and i rang them and got buttond multiple times i asked the name of the employee and she said 'georgia' with a laughing tone im not happy

Quick delivery and the chips were hot.

Visit to KFC after a long time. Drive through. Noticed a further improvement on the chips. Was Nice and tasty. Always enjoyed their ice cream. Great customer service today. Quick service.

Asked in order notes for the burgers which were different to be marked as which was which, simple request but no it wasn’t done, also both burgers were all fallen over so a right mess in the boxes

Ordered my food at the electronic station in store, paid and by the time I reached the till it was ready! I questioned how fresh this was and was assured it was. Chips were just warm and limp. KFC have apparently bred a new type of chicken because the pieces were the size of sparrow breasts! Never again.

Driver picked up the wrong bag didn’t get the right order.

The whole meal was freezing cold went straight in the bin the chicken was so cold it had turned to rubber very disappointing

The food was absolutely awful. The chips, all 10 of them, were lukewarm and soggy. The burger was tasteless and bland and thrown together in such a messy unpleasant fashion. This is the last KFC I am ever going to have. Goodbye KFC!

Half my food was missing not happy at all

Needed to give a 4 digit code which i never received. Delivery driver spend 30 minutes on his phone to customer service getting the code, food was very cold. When he finally decided that customer service came through he finally gave us the food.

Forgot the gravy and hot wings

Fast service and friendly staff and good chicken. Edit. Staff seemed uninterested and bored, like we were interrupting their day. They refused a 10 and year old girl water as well, having let them wait for 5 minutes whilst they served adults who were waiting behind them. Appalling service.

So disappointed the place was like a dump ...food all over tables staff rude ...fubish all over the floor out side. My food had lettuce that was brown on it .. could not even order food at the till had to order it on the screen after waiting 30 min to use it coz people was doing order wrong then starting again then went and asked if we could order at the till the lady said no I said I have already been waiting 30 minutes and she said so you need to order over at the screen..I will never be coming back the place is a dive

Once again using the drive through I have found items of my meal missing again, this time we ordered two box meals both with wings and in both meals there was no wings. In the past we have had whole meals missing and to my surprise no top to my burger.

The self service terminals don't give you any options to customise your drinks

Delivery order. Wasted £6.99 on a large popcorn chicken that was not delivered. Was refused a replacement or refund. Manager kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen to me. Admittedly I shouted down the phone after being constantly talked over. Manager tried to force me to order more food as the only option to gain the item I had already paid for that he himself admitted his staff had forgotten. Disgusting customer service. Franchise owner should consider reviewing their staff.

Arrived at 10:20pm to be told there wasn't enough chicken to fill a bucket order and no more could be cooked! Drive through closes at 11pm restaurant closes at 8pm.

I had a delivery ordered from KFC. It was cold. The chips looked like the bin cooked 10 times it was absolutely awful contact the manager and as I thought he blamed the driver. Food was cold and half the order was missing. Complained to KFC in Nuneaton but the Manager would not listen.

Ordered several meals for the first time using Just Eat. Took an hour to arrive, half the meals were missing. Spoke to the Manager at KFC but he wouldn't listen. The rest of the food delivered was cold. Will never order from KFC again. Have made a complaint via Just Eat. Do not waste your hard earned money.

Driver was like on his phone when trying to give me the order. And it was like an hour late.

I have been to the drive through two times. The crew needs to be trained how to talk to customers. They sounded rude when taking orders. When I asked how many chicken wings do you as a meal , I got the question back to me with authority How many you want? There was no please , sorry or thank you. I understand they are not from this culture but they need to be trained! In our car we felt we will never turn back to that place as we felt it’s not right. It’s a personal review!

My order was short of a portion of fries. I phoned the store and was given a reference number for next time I go in for 2 free fries. Food could have been hotter, it was only luke warm when it was delivered.

The meal I bought didn’t say it had mayonnaise on yet it came with mayonnaise on it.. not impressed as I don’t like mayonnaise so it ruined it for me. I would have removed it off the order if it stated it prior to ordering.

2 hrs late, wasn't even concerned when I called 1/2 hrs late. wouldn't allow me to cancel even though they hadn't even started the order. ordered at 6.30 finally delivered at 8.45 pm. my 4 year old bed time over an hour than it should have. totally disgusting service. We understand it gets busy, but not that busy they can't look after all their customers properly. no acceptable and I need a disciplinary action taken.

not this order, current order. ordered at 6.30 pm, still no show at 8.20. called and order hadn't even been cooked. driver been there 3/4 hr too. wouldn't allow me to cancel. wasn't on as have a 4 yrs old that has a bedtime routine. completely destroyed. very bad service even on a Friday night, we know it gets busy, but not that busy. complete joke

Absolutely disgusted with the drive through today 03/05/24 been waiting in the queue for over an hour - finally got to 2nd in line now and still no one has come to the window to give the car in front their order!! This is an absolute joke ! No apologies to reasons for the waiting time!! Writing this review in real time! Really really annoyed - do not come here ever!!! Update - got home with my order and guess what the fries were missing!!! The burger burned!! Absolutely rubbish!!!

Came here for the first time today, I work very local and just started my new job so was excited to have a local KFC, after ordering I went to the toilet, only to find there was pee all over the place, used tissue on the floor and hand washing facilities very dirty. Once I collected my food I mentioned to the member of staff the toilets need cleaning as there getting dirty which the reply was "its ok" clearly not taking my concern seriously. He said condiments are over there whixh there was no napkins and a dirty used straw left on the side. Once I got to my work 2 mins away to eat it, the chicken was dry as if it had sat there for an hour, the sweetcorn was unfortunately dry but the drink was OK. For a first time experience at this place and £10 later I can confirm it will be my last visit here, I wouldn't reccomend anyone to go here, the place is disgusting

Ordered delivery asap at 19:17 and order arrived 20:45. Times on app just increased every time I asked for an update.

First time visiting the drive-through, but I found it very tight with the corner showing signs of scrapes and bumps.
