Subway in Nuneaton and Bedworth

I have one issue which is I always like the chicken warm and the cheese melted on top today’s one wasn’t.

I got sent the completely wrong order for a different person.

I was given the meat, I ask for turkey breast and got turkey ham, wrong drink, not contacted to inform me one wasn’t there for me to have and all cookies were put together even though I order a vegan cookie, not acceptable.

Child’s sandwich only ham and cucumber requested. Sandwich was made with sauce to which my child is allergic. How can you get ham and cucumber wrong? Abysmal.

Made use of the 50% off offer on the app. A good job it was half price considering what I got. The sub was barely filled, I paid for extra cheese even though I don't think there was any on it. Asked for lettuce and onion and possibly two pieces of onion if that. Considering the price of a subway these days I'd go elsewhere to eat.

Food look great but was not able to get the 50% footlong discount for signing up for the app as advertised so left the Food at the shop.

Main part missing, bag split open at the side

The salad box was pathetic, staff member trying to cut cost. Won't be using again

Don't use this subway! Ordered a salad box and there wasn't even a layer of lettice! Not even enough for a side salad! Always usually have plenty Avoid! Will be using another subway next time! Not worth the money. :( looks like management trying to save money

Hello. I would like to request a refund please as the order took over an hour and there were items incorrect. I tried to contact subway but they were not answering the phones. Please can this be dealt with asap please.

I go into this subway almost 3 times a week for lunch, the subs are always amazing and the staff are always super friendly and polite ☺️

It will be the last time i use subway. Food was not as good as it has been in the past. Very small amounts of salad and dressing. There is better food out there for the money.

Not an issue with delivery but subway was frozen when it arrived . Chips cold and hashbrowns frozen . Subway worker insisted he made the order to subway standards. I disagree !!

Asked for food to be delivered to the side door. Just left outside the front door! When I went round to the front door, as they were getting back in the car, they came back and handed the food over. 15mins late, music blasting in the car. Won’t be using again.

Chicken frozen, nothing toasted as requested, only thing edible was cookies and crisps ordered footlong meal deal sent 6”

delivery time kept increasing but worth the wait food was still hot to eat the meat marinara was nice but didn't like the hash browns not the same delivery, They were dry.

my order never got delivered. my property is less than a mile from subway. my food was stolen by the driver. I am at work and expected to wait a week for my refund when I need to order food to eat todwy, hwd to borrow money.. I'm done with just Eat. really has made me hangry

Onions on the meatball sub I'm allergic to onions not happy tuna sub the bread was a little stale but otherwise okay

I was sent a normal chocolate chip cookie instead of double chocolate chip cookie (vegan) , i understand that u may be out of double choc chip cookies, but i think this should reflect on the website / be put as unavailable if it is out of stock as, i cant have dairy and thats the reason i ordered the vegan cookie 😭! The meatballs were nice tho ty :]

Nice sandwiches with wide range of breads and toppings to choose from. Also got me some Doritos to go with it. Overall excellent definitely comming back.

Bad bad experience with subway today. There must be something going on because usually the customer service is immaculate but today it was appalling. Delivery time kept changing to be later and later, ended up getting my order around an hour and a half after I ordered it. Usually it takes 30 minutes max. Just hope the standards haven’t dropped forever x

Went to have a breakfast sub meat tasteless was told very rudely you can't have onions bread not toasted properly soggy staff rude

What a huge disappointment both of my foot-longs 80% salad and 20% meat.

Terrible service from Horeston grange. They messed up an order by not making the right sub. When clearly they can see the order I have placed. Spoke to the worker who could not understand properly so passed through to her manager. All she said they can only do refund or send us the wrong sub and we can send a new one which is unacceptable as subway should have something in place if anything goes wrong. Manager refused to give her name says just make a complaint. Had no answer if I asked if I cam

Food was absolutely fine. However, the driver was very rude as he started to peer through the window. When questioned, he didn't understand how staring through the window of a house which has 2 kids is rude.

The meatball sub is so good omgg

My daughter is always nagging me to go so over the last two weeks I have taken her up and treated myself to a few more calories that day than I normally would. I won’t be buying from this particular establishment for myself again! Sandwiches are all bread and very little meat. I was helping my daughter with some homework as I ordered a ‘Big Bombay’, I didn’t pay attention as I trusted the staff to follow the simple menu of ingredients. Only later when I was home to realise they hadn’t added many of the items including peppers and onion etc only to leave me with a chicken tikka and cheese sub! Again with very little meat! Poor show, won’t be wasting my time there again. No offence, how hard is it to make a sandwich?

Poor service all our sandwiches were cold, had some nachos they were disgusting, wanted a refund and refused, poor Attitude, not enough staff members

Really bad service, did not ask me my options for salad or sauce, when questioned told me that as I got the bread toasted they could not add salad or sauce.

Delivered wrong bread and when I called up the lady said there was nothing she could do and the phone hung up.

Ordered 2 items. Neither were correct. Please read orders carefully.

Both subs squashed and so much sauce it over powered all the flavours of everything else on there. Cookies missing.

Lovely delivery driver and quick service!

The order kept being pushed back and back and when it was delivered there was nothing on the tracking system the driver just arrived with no apology for lateness and the meatballs were tepid at best so had to go through the microwave making the bread roll stodgy and chewy. Not a good experience at all.

If you don't want to waste your money so don't go to this branch. Absolutely rubbish service. I've ordered about 4 wraps and told them to make it toasted but they all were cold and when I've asked the person who served me that it's cold inside he just ignored me and said I've done it infront of you. I love subway and been there other branch lots of time and never complained as they were brilliant. But this branch is new and near to my house so I thought try them. But absolutely rubbish service. I'm not going to that place again.

My 4 year old daughter wanted tuna and sweetcorn and her first bite had a jalapeño on it and after crying for 30 minutes because it’s too spicy I’ve got her to calm down, absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the staff there as it doesn’t say that on the receipt

Food came earlier than expected! Food was piping Hot, nachos were amazing 10/10 service all round.

Under new management had a makeover. I visited on Friday 12th May 2023 it was clean and the staff were knowledgeable the food was great . A grand start for the new operation good luck and keep it up.

Wrong sandwich arrived, had not been warmed up and cheese was not melted. Sandwich was colder than stone cold steve austin

Couldn't fault the food, everything was correct and lovely but the "just eat" delivery driver was awful telling us never to order again as he doesn't get paid enough to deliver to us! Telling me hes scary hes scary!! Bit weird all caught on ring doorbell.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Your greeted on walking in and throughout the service they focus on the person they are serving. They staff always seem cheerful.

We've used this subway for year's , had nothing to moan about until our last visit. Some elderly gentleman (could be the owner or family member of staff?)constantly helping himself to the coffee machine and also going into the back kitchen.he had no hat or uniform for hygiene and never washed hands.bad hygiene practices.

Same good quality as from any other Subway outlet.

Tues 8th 1:30 giving 2 star to the man on shift. The lady didn't get my order right after telling her three times and the rudely tells me to ask for cheese and ham next time. I wanted bacon cheese toasted with mayo, tomatoes and lettuce. Why would I ask for ham next time! I didn't want ham this time. Won't use this place again!!

Speedy service as always on the way home stopped in for dinner getting the salad a regular purchase and I was not disappointed

An excellent easy pick up takeaway with fresh produce and good service. Plenty of choice of salad and fillings and sauces. Really enjoy the meat balls which are very tasty and moist with a lovely Italian style tomato sauce. And now they deliver if you want! Their salad bowls are excellent value too.

Fresh subs. Accurate to your order and ready when you say. What more can you ask for? Also plenty of parking at the front. Just watch the speed bumps on entry and exit if you have a low vehicle

Always prompt service with friendly and helpful staff, ample room inside the shop to sit down. Find the food served consistently good also. Would suggest this is the best Subway in Nuneaton

Always used this outlet and always been great, love my subways... however had the worse experience ever in a subways today 26/9/20 horstone grange Nuneaton, two English lads early twenties absolute disgrace, slapped together would be a understatement, lads if you don’t wanna do the job knob off and get a job you enjoy 👍 , customers come first ! Note to manager : employ people who are happy doing that job! Won’t be using this franchise again !! Customer service 0/10 !

Talk about tight with the salad. I'm sure they count out the pieces of lettuce. A disgrace to the subway name.

Went in there and asked for a change of sauce in one of the wraps I had ordered due to allergy. The guy with the long hair behind the counter gave me a mouthful about how I was going off what the set menu was. How hard is it not to put a certain sauce on a meal. Terrible customer service

Was fairly quiet but there were plenty of staff and places to sit, food was great had the meatless meatball marinara and some hash browns, delicious.

Myself and my partner paid to eat inside we were sat eating and a member of staff started to sweep the floor at the other end off the restaurant then came to where we were sat and started sweeping a very dusty mat which was blowing towards our food very upset with their hygiene so we left with food in tow

Can't be bothered making the simplest meal ever?Subway got your back.

Friendly staff and patient. The food was fresh and tasty. They didn't push promo or products, just asked, or made suggestions, which was better than other Subway's I've been to. Just a shame they are not my local because I would definitely go back.
