I didn’t get my chocolate that I paid for

Arrived in less than an hour from ordering. Food was piping hot.

Just awful... AVOID! If you have any dietary requirements just don't even bother. Vegetarian pizza delivered with Peperonni on half of it. Called and spoke to the manager, and how they've become a manager god only knows. Wasn't professional and acted like it was our fault for the inconvenience. They said they would provide a new pizza free of charge, but we would need to provide the wrong one so she can show the team what went wrong. I'm sorry, but if you can't explain to them not to put meat on a vegetarian pizza, I think you need new staff. No customer care. Next time, let's hope it's not an allergy that you mess up on!

Don't order if your a veggie or vegan!!!!! We ordered 2 pizzas, one was vegan and the other was veggie. The veggie had meat on it. When I spoke to the manager she wasn't very nice. They replaced the veggie(with meat) with another pizza but we didn't dare eat it. As you can see by the photo, one has meat on it.

Just ordered 50 quids worth of pizzas a very simple Margarita and it arrived swimming in grease box soaked and pizza was inedible just went in the bin the whole lot .. never again

I would never order from this place , ever again ,very horrible and rude staff . I wish I could give no star atall .

The Garden Pizza was undercooked, the Chicken Pizza tasted off and my husband couldn't eat it. the potato pops were also slightly undercooked. The order showed that it was delivered when it hadn't been and I think we have been overcharged for the Chicken Pizza.

Terrible experience. Just awful! Ordered through Deliveroo on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch and took over an hour to be delivered!! The guy on the end of the phone wasn’t listening to a word I was saying, just kept saying, “its with the delivery driver, 10 Minutes” and this was repeated over and over…. The expected delivery time was supposed to be 12.45 and didn’t arrive till 1.15pm…. Sham! He also said the manager would call me, in regards to my complaint (also in ten minutes) which never happened either…! When the pizza I’d eventually arrive l, it tasted like a bang average kebab shop pizza and luke warm…. So into the microwave it went.. fuming. So if you like being lied too, microwaving your pizza after delivery and enjoy false promises, this is your pizzeria. 👍🏼

Food is great but service falls way short especially when you’re told 3 different times & then accused of being rude when you’re not. Never again will I order from here. Avoid.

Pizza didn’t seem as fresh as when I usually order. The chicken was so dry

Delivery driver came across a bit rude showed delivered when it was not. Driver said well you got your food now aint you in a blunt tone. He says the app does that sometimes. Food was bit cold tasted bland rather chew a wet wipe

Last time I am wasting my money here, always takes an hour to come, today’s food was barely warm & the delivery driver was rude. Don’t waste your money!!

Pizza was very nice. I only had the personal for £3.99 but filled me and tasted great. Had various pizzas from here before and always very nice. Waiting time was very short on this visit also which was great.

Had a few good pizzas InThe last month but just ordered " all the meats"!!! And a garlic pizza. All the meats seem to have left the building and the garlic pizza tastes like gas! When you smell a gas leak and it's not good. The garlic pizza may be just not to my taste but all the meats and Very little meat? Not good.back to dominoes.

When a man had cracked his head open and someone kindly took him up the hospital papa John's refused to help the man when I asked for help and told me it weren't his problem and slammed the door in my face and acted like it was nothing some people have no respect the man's belongings were left and I asked them to store it as i knew the lad who helped and they said they would come back and get them and he said not my problem and slammed the door in my face never will I order from here due to lack of care for people and quality of food is shocking thankfully some people who actually care stopped to help the main manager ravi was no help atall

The last time I had papa John's was a good few years ago and it was awful! I really fancied pizza and other pizza places named after a game are so expensive and greasy I thought I'll regret it but no they blew me away pizza was cooked perfectly, plenty of toppings, nice crunch to the base without being overly hard, decent serving sizes as well, bang on will definitely be using them again and again and again.

Took the piss quite frankly. Small Tub of ice cream which wouldn’t even fill up a 2yr old baby for £3.19 Must have got like 2 tea spoons. Pizza hardly any cheese or toppings mostly dough. First time ordering won’t be ordering again. Rip off!!!

Very poor quality pizza. Hardly any base sauce, virtually zero toppings (ham & pineapple) but loads of ‘BBQ drizzle. Total rip-off for the price paid. Avoid this branch. (the delivery chap was at least cheery)

I'm not usually one for posting negative reviews, but when I've had my money stolen by a company I'll make an exception. If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered food at 18:30, not received within an hour so called to check up and was told it was 10 minutes away. Half an hour later still no food, so phoned and, no disrespect to the lady I spoke to, she tried to help but was told profusely by the supervisor on site that the food I was trying to chase had been delivered. Asked to speak to him, but "he doesn't speak to customers on the phone". Was told the manager would phone when he got back into the shop, but over an hour later and still no word from management. £40 down, no food received and management that don't care. Wouldn't go anywhere near these with a 6 foot barge pole.

I will say one thing. Do not support this branch Order was wrong completely wrong, serious allergen issues and a lack of care from manager at all due to the mistake given. We can't even get a full refund for the wrong pizzas sent to us which we can't even eat. Furthermore writing dog sausage on a label for people that don't eat meat as a joke is not funny Wouldn't eat here if unless you like giving your money to a bunch of people that are disrespectful and do not follow allergens or ethical choices. Whether you are vegan or not this is concerning, if this is their attitude I wouldn't like to think what they do to your pizzas behind closed doors.

Order from here quite frequently but certainly won't ever order again. Both me and my partner are ethical vegans of 10 years. We ordered a vegan pizza with jackfruit pepperoni and got the vegan jackfruit pepperoni with a handful of real pepperoni scattered on the pizza too kinda hiding under the vegan cheese. I imagine the vegan and meat toppings are nowhere near each other when making the pizza so this was intentional. Also on the delivery note section of the box "dog sausage" had also been written as if our vegan pizza order was a joke. No apologies from manager and generally he didn't seem bothered at all, wouldn't even give us a full refund for the other pizza and delivery charge for the major inconvenience and mess up. If you don't eat meat/dairy for ethical, religious or an allergen I certainly wouldn't risk eating here.

Pizza was nice but delivered later than expected. No response when I asked for an update (although it was delivered not long after I requested an update). Very expensive for what you get. I had a 35% discount and still paid almost £50 for 3 pizzas.

Part of our order wasn’t delivered.. I asked the driver where it was and was told it was all in the box Not the drivers fault but we paid extra to order extra dips, and they weren’t included. Not massive value but annoying for such a small simple order..

Excellent Pizza & Cinnamon Rolls. Arrived really hot. I was surprised at how they could deliver it at that temperature. Will definitely order again. The service was excellent too unlike the other pizza seller.

Not overly impressed I had battered chicken burger and fries all a bit to dry and to be honest overpriced.

Not worth the money, said it would feed 3 only fed 1, it was a rip off it was small, wouldn't have anymore from them, delivered drive sat in his car, what's the point in putting instructions if they aren't going to be followed.

Good pizza perfectly cooked, came hot considering how far the restaurant is from me, tator tots was more like hash brown bites than tator tots but still tastes great, can't fault anything 😋

Just perfect. The quality, taste and presentation. The pizza is well prepared, with the ingredients placed and spread evenly with care not all on one side like others. We love it.

Olivia is an absolute gem, her customer service is 5*, she is a plesure to talk to and very very good at her job. She has all the knowledge and always goes the extra mile for customers and it is truly appreciated, thank you! P.s. If you're gluten free, ask for the Butternut squash base (best gf pizza out there, actually tasts like pizza) but ask they take the paper off the bottom before serving in a box because it sticks to the bottom. Be warned though, if you do ask for this and there is contamination, Papa Johns is not liable.... But it is the best way to enjoy your pizza 🤤 Thank you again Olivia, you're a star and I hope the company recognise you because you have made my night 🌟

pizza is squashed , box is broken, no dips which i paid for and this is the 5th time this has happened, it said delivered about 10 mins before it arrived which caused more miscommunication, the driver was rude and refused to refund me any money for the lateness, poor food quality, or missing items.

Cauliflower wings were super greasy buffalo sauce is supposed to be spicy it was all bland. Didn’t follow instructions to leave off item on pizza. This was a costly mistake ordering from here the best thing about the entire order was a fresh pizza base.

Had the vegan philly mushroom papadia, was lucky if all the slices of mushroom would constitute being one whole mushroom!? Abysmal ingredient proportion

Unfortunately, despite specifying no onions and for olives to be added (and that was stated on the order sticker on the side of her box), my wife’s BBQ chicken pizza arrived with no bbq sauce, no olives and onions on it! Very disappointing, I am afraid.

Restaurant was poor staffed hardly spoke English Collection time was for 8pm received phone call at 7:25 telling me that my order was ready to collect, they didn’t re do the order instead they kept it under heat lamps for over 30 mins, this the reason for stale food and had to throw away. I will never use these again

There is basically no cheese on the pizza/ I opted out the special garlic sauce because Iv never liked it paid for garlic mayo instead which I never received
