Hi, Today my food went missing … I ordered large fries small fries a mcfurly and a milkshake I wish I had ALL the items I paid for , When the food arrived the delivery was very rude to me saying I needed to call and was talking gibberish when I asked where my mcfury and milkshake were . I went on the just eat app and guess what , I only got a refund I will NEVER EVER ORDER MC DONALDS AGAIN ! Many thanks , Karen Thanks Mac Donald’s 🤣🤣

Ordered online , took an hour to process order 8pm on a Monday evening, still managed to get the order completely wrong, no refund offered, never using again

There is a noise generator in front door which is extremely annoying, there is no parking and they do deliveries which it makes no sense if someone has a car. They should do deliveries only after 4 when they open gate to center.

Absolutely leather burger in my quarter with cheese and soggy fries that had never seen salt or was I offered any? Horrible. Should have gone to one of the street vans. So disappointing as what I was looking forward to. Staff were great. Food shocking.

It took 20 mins for the food and when it came out it was cold and the atmosphere was terrible I thought I would have been mugged before I got my food

The food I had here was very nice some of the people were a bit sketchy to be fair it was 11-12:00 at night. I had a cancelled train and I went here for food and to stay somewhere for a while. I greatly appreciated the people watching over me particularly Ethan as he was patient with me as I was there for a long time. If I could give 6 stars for service I would but this restrains me from doing so. If you hadn't figured I was the kid with the white Chicago bulls hoodie.

Honesty this McDonald’s is probably the best I’ve seen in terms of service there food is always great and the service is pretty quick considering it’s in town and where most the college kids go to have lunch only complaint is the actual restaurant is very dirty and would look good if it was redone however overall pretty good for Maccies

Ordered on uber. Was over an hour late. Milkshakes totally melted had to bin them and food stone cold had to heat in microwave. Left my kids crying and upset when was meant to be a treat. Absolutely disgusting will never order from here again. They basically made our order when it came through left it sitting until it left the restaurant nearly an hour later instead of making a fresh one knowing how long it had been there. Think EHO should be made aware of this restaurants lack of food safety and hygiene. Gross. It should be 0 star but will not let me post if I put none!!

Found hair in my burger and mould on my burger and tried to get my money and the said they will only give a new meal. So they took my money and refused to give it back. Filthy McDonald’s. It should be a 1 star hygiene. Disgusting

Never been let down here. The food is what you expect of it and it sates hunger pangs. Don't understand why some expect it be anything more than what it is: a Maccies

The atmosphere of the restaurant was horrible. There was at least five young lads with their hoods up, and a couple of very intoxicating blokes stumbling around. This was at 4.00pm on a Sunday afternoon might I add. I think the staff should refuse to serve anyone who doesn’t know how to conduct themselves properly in public, and what is the purpose of employing a security guard if antisocial behaviour is accepted? The only positive I take from my experience is that my order took less than 10 minutes to be prepared.

Food was cold when i sat down to eat, it was that cold the cheese slice on the burger hadn't melted, hardly and salad in the burger, fries were bland and cold too. Staff looked fed up and miserable. Won't be using this place again and will make sure family ,friends avoid it too.

Very busy McDonalds, but ordered and food arrived promptly. Overall as good as a McDonalds can get.

Mc Donald food is tasteless the burgers are smaller the buns need to become more varied and the fries are tasteless and too thin as for the coffee Disgusting! I shan't be going to a Macdonalds ever again!

Terrible experience - I've never seen anywhere so disorganised.. staff on a go slow.. order board faulty .. there was a huge pile of food in one area just sat going cold .. same with fries and another area overflowing with drinks all melting or going cold.. stood for ages at the food counter.. after about 10 minutes someone selected my items and gave it to me.. everything was stone cold .. Avoid

Ok but like most outlets seems to be overrun with food delivery drivers.

Good food however most of the time in the past year if been to this MC Donald's they have always seemed to get the burger order wrong. I ordered a quarter pounder with just cheese and ketchup! But it came plain with nothing on it. Nice food but need to get the orders correct for future.

Always missing items. Staff doesn't read table numbers so walking with your food around like dummys. Filthy floor and toilets in all McDonald's in UK. Worst fast food experience but still most people choose it. The power of advertisement...

A bit dingy on the ground floor and can be plagued by sweary teenagers at the weekend. Everything is a bit run down, which is a shame as the staff are great and the food we had was good too.

Ordering was easy and we had table service which was quick and efficient. The food was hot and tasty if a little cardboardy. McDonalds is McDonalds so was noisy and full of younger people which is what you expect. Value for money quick bite with excellent tasting shakes. It is what McDonalds has always been, no frills fast food which seems to be as popular as ever

I ordered a breakfast at 10:30 and they cancelled it at 11 again after being on order for 30 minutes. They aren't serving up until the time stated on the website and it's just lazy. Really dissapointed.

Just your regular McDonald’s, menu has improved abit, service level has gotten better, can’t complain.

Delivery was cold, late and 2 of the drinks were spilled. And the burgers were "thrown" together that they were more ingredients of what we ordered in a box, assembly required.

Standard Mackie Ds experience, although the Italian fillet o' fish is a damn sight better than the UK version... Lovely batter and good quality white fish used

Food only just warm. Chips not cooked properly. Other customers taking drinks back that wasn't hot ,warm coffee.! Worse food ever at a McDonald's.

Only a 2 star. Yes, your food is nice. The service is not too bad. The reason for 2 stars is the fact you wheel your dirty bins and trolleys through the restaurant while you are busy. I do have photos, and I think this is not acceptable, and there is no excuse or reason this should happen. You wheel out your kitchen rubbish in a dirty bin, through a busy restaurant. you then go to your outside bin to empty said bin, which is also dirty, then back through the busy restaurant. I think this is disgusting. I have approached a shift leader/manager who has said it's the only way they can be emptied and didn't look that bothered. This keeps happening. You must be able to do something about this. You must have an exit through the kitchen. If not, it looks like there are more HSE rules being broken here.

Minus the different pictures as you go across on this review, McDonald's do live up to calories but not fulfillment, yes I will have a chicken mayo burger if I'm in McDonald's but all you would gain is calories, not feeling full.

I took the family and we had table service which is a nice option food was fresh and filling at the time about 16:00 it was busy with kids from schools so noisy but good family time

Ordered a delivery from here via Deliveroo,what a shambles,cost me £42.00, and missing two big Mac’s,now I would have thought that it would be checked before leaving shop ! Obviously not the case ,so now my lad has to go without as they won’t deliver the missing items ,I have to complain to Deliveroo and get credit off my next order ? Mac Donald’s need to get their act together as who thinks I want to order from them again just so I can get two Big Macs ,reason I ordered was just back off holiday and fancied one as a treat .

Absolutely disgraceful from McDonald's. Ordered through their app and received the order with half of it missing. The items which did arrive are cold. The lot has gone in the bin. I called about my missing items and they said I have to call Uber. I have been trying and trying to get my order refunded or sent correctly but McDonald's are not helping, they keep referring me to Uber and Uber are not helping. So iv lost my money and my food ... I have been Robbed by McDonald's. I can't wait to go there and find out who is responsible. See you guys soon

I ordered my food at 13:08 pm on Saturday the 10th June 2023 and the burgers were cooked and left on tray to go cold along with the tea whilst we were waiting for the fries to be cooked. We waited 20-25 minutes for the fries to be cooked. After we spoke to someone about the burgers as they were left out for a while not on the hot plate, we were told to sit down and wait for them to bring the order, she was very apologetic, wasn't her fault but the staff who was behind the counter and serving the food. When the food finally arrived the burgers and tea was cold and the chips were red hot.

Ok seems focus these days is on the delivery firms. Not so fast food now just food.

Not fast food slow service more bothered about uber customers

Great service, very clean, loos clean... great tasting burgers only fault was not hot burgers, just warm which spoiled the burgers in my opinion...

Get orders wrong either just eat or if you go in and order. They can't seem to handle orders for more than three people. Compared to how busy some McDonald's restaurants are, they seem to fail on a regular basis.

Appalled. Received a £50 fine for staying 21 minutes beyond maximum time. There was nowhere to sit, slow ordering process and delay in food arriving. Had this not occurred, would have left in time. Contacted in store and via customer services, but no help in resolving. Faced with a £50 fine for poor service in addition to the £50+ spent for my son's birthday treat with his cousins.

Food is good, service is quick for table service. Menu is smaller than full chain restaurant locations. Fries can be slightly cold and inconsistent with salt. It can be busy throughout the day so you may not be able to find a table. However, the service and staff are very helpful.

Air conditioning was blowing air contaminated with tobacco smoke into the restaurant directly above our table. Absolutely disgusting.

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever used. Don't go here. Staff were unhelpful and didn't get the food ready on time. They spent all their time with the delivery food and forgot about the people in the shop. Keep walking by

Really small, inside an Asda, but food is the same at any other McDonalds.

Packed food cold they are way understaffed in this place

Not good at all, i ordered something from Uber eats and it took around 2-3hours to come i don’t know if they were busy in the restaurant at the time but on the app it told that ‘___ is taking care of your order for today’ and it said the same thing and they took ages and the person kept changing until it got cancelled genuinely always busy and slow and never gives you the sauces or the right order or cancels it.

I have to mention that this restaurant is good for collection and dining-in and best place inside the Asda Super store entrance and very close to bus depot and railway station. Appears to maintain the standards of Mc Donald's quality of food and serving. I am very happy to be as a customer for that. Anyhow I have to comment on some other down sides at this store. As far as a customer, some times, I have to wait a long time unnecessarily, but food is prepared and waiting for collection and staff not caring about customers are waiting. And also in some cases food orders are on screen showing ready for collection, but when I've asked, the reply was still preparing. I am still so confused about, why it appears on the display screen is ready for collection. Observing it for a long time and making a comment here. Hope I will get an answer

Purifier one in town food hotter

We went in for a coffee that was advertised on the board outside for 0.99p but when we got yo the till we were told that the person on the till couldn't find the 0.99p button for the coffee advertised outside on the board so my friend suggested that they remove the advertising board as they could offer the price as advertised. This wasn't a very good thing to happen as I thought if you are advertising an offer the staff should be aware and have knowledge of the till. Will think about going in again because you are advertising something and not delivering the offer 🤔

Not the best mcdonalds out of the 3 in Nuneaton, I'd go to asda mcdonalds if you can much better place

Awful service today, the man on till struggled taking orders. Waited over 1/2 an hour for food. No milkshakes or oasis. Food wasn't that hot when received it. 😩

The new delivery service takes away the fast food service. It's now slow food when u go in. But the service and staff was awesome. Even helped me play a joke on a friend with a bun in a box. 😂

Chaos yes understand busy but table service queues of people asking where there food is either waiting upto 30mins for food then cold get rid of delivery service cause it makes food cold with window left open & drinks make way before food ready so drinks ie coffee or tea bloody cold

If you like your chicken still clucking then come to Nuneaton maccies. My mcCrispy was still frozen. Manager was very nice and gave a full refund but it shouldn’t have happened.

I cannot believe I had to wait 20 minutes for a takeaway order. Its meant to be fast food. When I finally received my order. It looked like it was thrown together from the other side of the room. Was not very good. Seem to prioritise the just eat and uner eat orders as they were flying out but in store orders where having to wait a very long time. Staff just milling around having a jolly.

I bought a strawberry milkshake, very little colour, no flavour this was replaced twice, both the same had a banana milkshake as alternative, this was the same so put it in the bin

I asked for a chicken rap with no cucumber no mayo no lettuce they put no lettuce and mayo on the baxbut didnt think to remove it how do you mess that up ( this was Mcdonald in asda becausei cant talk bout it there) they were to busy talkin managed to screw up both raps do your job
