It is like most other KFC's, dirty tables and floors, long wait time and toilets were disgusting

Absolutely disgusting place. It looks and smells like it is never cleaned. Windows are filthy. Touch screen machines filthy. The worse part is the toilets. It smells like urine which had just been left on the floor or walls. The smell was so bad as soon as you got near the toilets. I refused to eat here purely because of how dirty it was. If that was the customer area, what was the food prep area like?

I've been going to this KFC for many years now, I've never had any kind of issue really. Bog standard KFC toilet, which I avoid. But the service has mainly always been good. But the food, 8 times out of 10 its fresh and piping hot!

Chicken very good chips not so good it looked like they had been reheated and very hard

One of the worst customer service I have ever seen.Two Asian girls working late evening shifts talking,laughing in their own language while totally ignoring customers.One of the customer ahead told her to compliant her manager of being rude she said you can do it now move on.Never recommend

One of the worst KFC experiences I’ve had. The member of staff on drive through was extremely rude. Was angry and customer for asking question and was told “If you can open you eyes and read the sign you wouldn’t have to ask”. She insulted me in her language to staff members inside. This was on the 27/06/24 at 19:30. The member of staff on drive through needs to be spoken with as customer service was extremely poor. I was told to come inside as drive through member of staff was unable to take payment. Where I saw a member of staff coughing and sneezing over food. This is by far the worst KFC experience I’ve had and has put me off the establishment. The owner of this KFC breach really need to review staff as this behaviour is unacceptable.

I always order zinger rice box , sometimes they send it with 3 little pieces of chiken like has been left from somebody else I'm not even exaggerating just 3 pieces I got once and few times 4-5 little pieces, rarely comes a full chiken breast like on the pictures they advertise.

I used to love going to KFC but not anymore Chicken was not very nice And tested so bad l left most of mine I was with family and they paid

So we order for a Large Chips and they give a small we order 20 spicy chicken wing we couldn’t get a 20 and you see on the photos what we get…the chicken is not a clean i don’t understand how but i don’t eat this i ask for the restaurant what is this? The 3. Problem we order for a salad they i don’t know what they give but this is everything just not a salad!!! Next time i do a next step because this is not a normal how they think!? How they sell for a dirty food!? How they work for a peple i told they didn’t do anyting. If somebody want eat here don’t do it!!!!!!! Go for a Beeston or somewhere just not here!!!!!

Always friendly at the long Eaton branch

If you don't mind being blank while trying to order.. And you don't mind waiting 30 min for a chicken then this is the place to be... As for fast food it would have been quicker to cook it your self .. The 2 stars it was clean ..n the food was ok once you got it......ps it wasent even busy .. Seem to be more important to prepare internet orders than speak to real people infront of them.... !!!!

The worst kfc ever! Arrived without any seasoning on the chicken (basically plain fried chicken!) the gravy was watery and again zero flavour! Disappointed is an understatement.

As a family we are all fans of kfc chicken. And would use much more if it wasn't for the chips, Like warm and soggy chips are not a good combination for a kfc treat. The venue was clean and tidy and the stall friendly and polite, Yet again the chips were a big let down and the only reason to not award 5 stars.

First of all, the people running the drive thru were that simple they made me feel like the reject. Unbelievable. will not be going again! Got the wrong food. Woman jumped through drivethru window at me. Shouting my order!!! Scaring me and my girlfriend. The food that we got was ok. But they got the order wrong!!

I would advise to check your bag before driving away every time. Last visit the bag burst and I lost all the chips in the car park. This time I got home and the gravy had placed upside down and half of the contents had leaked over everything. Check the take out / drive through has been packed correctly. Othe than that food was good

Had to wait over 40 minutes for my order. Very little communication about delays. Lots of angry customers as no delays communicated to those ordering.

Had to wait 15 minutes, for bland cold and tastless food. The staff would not help when asked for my food. Would not recommend to others. Everything was dirty, I would kindly recommend a refund or something....

Overall good and much better than a lot of KFC franchises out there. They answer the phone after placing online order so you can request the pieces of chicken you prefer. Staff are have always been friendly and good. They forgot fries one time on delivery but KFC care took care of me. All other times they’ve been perfect.

The dirtiest toilets I've ever seen. Staff go in and use the toilets then clean their hands in filthy sinks. This KFC would never pass food standards. Floors and walls covered in urine, and the smell was awful. Staff said ‘they checked them this morning’ clearly they didn't. Staff said they dont use the public toilets but expect paying customers too. They could hardly speak a word of English. Terrible response. Will be reporting to the food standards agency. We left and chose not to eat here.

Unacceptable behaviour from lady Muslim (look like) staff, very bad experience

I'm a frequent customer at Long Eaton KFC, and I had another unpleasant experience today. For the second time, a female staff member displayed poor customer service when I requested two extra mayonnaises. She seemed unwilling and even spoke in Urdu/Hindi while discussing the matter with her supervisor. I suggest hiring staff with better customer service skills.

Had very bad food poisoning year back from here never been back since..do t eat here unless you want to get very very ill....

Staff always pissing about in the background and then its no surprise they get your order wrong. Called up after spending 28 quid because one meal was totally missing and no hot wings either to be told that we need to contact uber eats! Uber eats don't pack the orders your staff do you bunch of idiots! The food, what there was, was also cold when it arrivedThis place needs either a total make over with new staff and management or just bin them off altogether. Total waste of air everyone who works there.

Love a KFC, Long Eaton restaurant is clean and the food is great.

The bathrooms are very dirty, the service is not good, twice my order arrived wrong and personally there is a lack of courtesy.

Got a 2 piece meal. They gave me 2 drumsticks. This is cheeky. They should give 2 different types of chicken. They have done this twice. Both times I have sent it back.

Great food, was proper hungry too so hit the spot, doo good foods for gym goers too such as the rice box. Tastes great and the staff are friendly and happy to help. It's a great location to be at and there's certainly a good flow of people coming in and out. One of the better KFC's I've been to

Absolute rubbish food...either you need to train your staff on how to serve portions of food as they clearly dont know. Your food is expensive and the taste is awful. You wont see me here again.

Incompetent staff. Just really disappointing that they can’t get a simple order right. Items are always missing and they are never refunded or replaced.

Double fried in black oil, we got realy dry chicken and brown fries untested horrible food. Staff was friendly but the toilet dirty. Never back, sorry.

Rubbish, queued for ages in drive thru, they had to ask at other end when I finally got there what I had ordered and when I got home no chips or sauces. Not the first time order has had missing items. Won't be going back.

Unable to drive through as lane too narrow! Small portion and over priced! Have not visited KFC for a while and won’t be returning.

Avoid. The toilets are awful first off. The smell was so bad that I was nearly sick. Had to go back in to collect 2 chips and a drink that was missed. The meal it’s self was awful, the chicken was chewy and over done with soggy, yellow coloured, slimy salad, I had one bite of it and threw it all in the bin. Wasted of money. Safe to say I will not be going back to KFC in a rush 🤢. So bad.

What can you say its KFC, and like all fast food restaurants if you get freshly cooked chicken its good, but sometimes its old stock and dry, on a few occasions I've had this. Atmosphere can not comment as I use drive-through, but customer service is fast and polite.

Very cold inside, everyone had to have coats on and you could see your breath! Food was nice and service OK but wouldn't recommend.

Fabulous food as always with KFC. Sometimes it's a bit slow because of the staff dawdling at times, but otherwise it's a good place for some hot food.

The restaurant was freezing, far too cold to eat in, we had to sit in the car, and staff were inundated with delivery orders. Our meal was cold, and we couldn't even get it wrapped up to take out! I was very disappointed that I would not visit ever again

Place was freezing, no heating on. Even the staff were wearing sweaters & coats. Dirty, floor, it was sticky wherever you walked & tables not wiped.

Check your order before you walk out. We ordered 12 piece boneless meal but when we got home we discovered that KFC staff had only put 8 in the box, they also left out all the dips! It wouldn't have been such a big deal if we hadn't travelled through two towns to get to KFC in Long Eaton. We tried calling the phone number but no one picked up, so we had to return to Long Eaton to voice our complaint.

Narrow drive through. Consistently fail to give you everything you’ve ordered - given 2 hot wings instead of 3, missing piece of chicken. Make sure you check your orders are complete before driving off.

Second time ordering a KFC using Uber eats. Large part of my order missing to the sum of £18.24.

Shocking. Sat and Waited 25 minutes for my order. Only for it to be incorrect and have to wait a further 15 minutes. Then they went on to say that the hold up was because they only had one person to cook the chicken. Yet Staff just stood around not doing anything and scratching there heads. Won’t be coming back.

Its great food but they did short us on chicken and fries

The food was horrible, the chicken still had a raw smell, like the smell of a dirty poultry, what I had was more oil than chicken, regretted going there. Has to be my worst KFC experience (I have been a KFC fan for years now)

Needed a meal and this was near to my car so got a bucket it was freshly cooked so was nice and hot, most times from KFC it's just warm if your lucky. So the wife and I set about it and was enjoying it very much. Lucky our dog got some as well, he does like the bones.

Quick to order and food came quick, the food was good as always.

Haven't been to kfc for awhile as last time I came didn't have a great meal. I thought I'd give them another chance but wish I hadn't bothered. The place has got worse. Poor customer service . Not bothered if you make a complaint. Cold chips, lukewarm gravy and just poor quality in the whole order. I would of thought they'd be fighting to keep customers with McDonald's being across the road but no.

Absolute sh1t. Staff non existence, ordered at counter, waited 30 mins, was told they cancelled my order off, this after paying for it. No apology at all. I had to ask what was happening. They didn't seem bothered about it. Asked for refund and was just blanked. Not one of the staff looked like they knew what they were doing. I watched other orders being sent out being questioned and were wrong. Staff in the back just laughing and joking with each other. Orders piling up, people waiting far too long. Eventually order turned up after asking 3 times, order was wrong but couldn't be bothered as waited long enough for it. Will not ever step place in there again. Staff rude, tables dirty, floor sticky, just everything about it was a terrible experience.

Unfortunately not our greatest experience at a KFC. The service was unprofessional, the chips were cold and the lack of care was disappointing. KFC is great for a quick meal but when the service is poor and the food isn’t up to standard it makes the experience worse. The toilets on top of this were disgusting. Quite evidently the hygiene at this location needs to be assessed.

It's a KFC like any other gave 4 stars Update Aug 22 ; changed to 1 star. visited yesterday and boy has the service gone downhill since my previous visit . No greetings from staff ,stood at counter for ages while chap chatted to his pal in the kitchen ,eventually I shouted hello ...very little response . I had pre orderd food and could see my order number on screen ready to collect ....still had to wait ages . Staff manners somewhat absent throughout visit. On getting order home I was missing 1 peice of chicken ,1 portion of sauce but got a bottle of coke I didn't order (yes I should have clicked when they gave me bottle ,but I didn't, don't know why ..too hungry perhaps) There was also no napkins or hand wipes which there usually is (maybe they have stopped them I don't know). I don't know what's changed at Long Eaton KFC but it's certainly not for the better in my experience . Won't be visiting again any time soon.

My partner went for the meal 1x2peice meal 2x chicken fillets plus 2 chips £5.99 each only got 1 fillets tried to ring phone hung up so had 2meals for the price of 3 not the first time. this has happened time they got there act together

Food amazing as always, but not kept very clean. There were not many orders going through and staff although very friendly and helpful stood around when there were tables that needed cleaning.

The staff need to be taught basic hygiene. The men were playing with their beards and then handling food. Also they haven't got a clue what they are doing when you order by the app.

The staff were fine, food was fine. But the aircon wasn't working. We wanted to eat in the restaurant but it was too uncomfortable due to the heat. I wanted to eat my food as quickly as possible to get out of there, into the cooler 31° outside. We felt sorry for the staff who were clearly uncomfortable with the heat - they looked way too hot and flustered, poor people. KFC should get their act together, instead of having really uncomfortable restaurants for both the staff and customers.

Tends to take a while, often struggles with getting orders right. Last time I visited the drinks was very watery

Food was what was expected but counter assistant didn't listen to me placing my order correctly and getting it completely wrong.... But will go back as I'm hoping he will have a bit more experience

Spotless, quiet. Polite staff. Food was hot. Didn't use WC so can't comment.

Always quick service however the staff are hit and miss with the attitudes and literally ALWAYS get the order wrong.

Good with pleasant staff..but the special of 9 bits of chicken for £5.99 is only available on Tuesdays.....it does say it on the poster but to small to notice when driving...unlike the 9 PIECE FOR £5.99..... but maybe that's deliberate?...

Me and my eldest son went here on the 3rd june 2022 had fries spicy wings and I had chicken mini fillet and fries. Was ok but early in the morning my son woke up and had belly ache.Been sick all day . Then I wasn’t feeling well too only just feeling better after 3 days don’t think I will be eating from there for a bit.
