Ordered on just eat and was delivered wrong items - contacted the store and spoke to Adam who offered to replace the whole meal if I was willing to return it - as it’s not far I did and have to say my rating is purely for Adam as he was extremely helpful, generous and clearly puts customer service before anything else - thank you Adam and well done for a job well done 👍

Waited, stuck in the drive tho for 40 minutes. System error. Went into store and literally only got a half arsed sorry. AVOID.

Lovely food, service could of been better! Was totally ignored standing at the counter unfortunately, food took a while also, its a shame bc food was lush

half my order is missing and I had to chase down the driveway driver as he knocked on everyone else's doors but my own.

Has definitely got a lot better recently! First time in ages I've managed to get what I ordered without having to go back! The new staff seem to have it sorted, great service and friendly staff.

There was quite a wait, not helped by so many delivery drivers picking up orders. There was one item missing in our order but that was rectified ok. We sat upstairs, and it was not the cleanest. Tables seem to be always forgotten about when it comes to cleaning.

The Original Recipe Chicken was not as it was overdone and couldn't taste the coating it was tough, hard and crispy. A disappointing meal. Chips and beans OK.

not happy tonight. paid almost £15 for a bucket for one but got gravy I didn't ask for and no chips, no hot wings and the chicken was dry and Luke warm. usually good from this KFC so disappointing

I ordered a mighty bucket for 1. The delivery was late, missing the chips, and with a side of gravy (not even ordered! ). It'd be nice if they could get my order right and delivered on time just once!

Food quality was OK but not as good as recent deliveries. Too greasy and not as fresh tasting. Old oil? OK but not brilliant.

Its a roll of the dice whether you get all of your ordered items or even the right order. Consistently items are missing, sides are wrong or someone elses food turns up. More like KF-see-what-you-get.

I am a just eat courier. #34034-6914 I came to pick up the order at 22.40 in the evening and they told me that they canceled it. They didn't cancel it. If they had, I would have received a notification before I arrived and it would not have arrived. and they did not deliver the order to me. I wrote just eat and canceled it. Authorities take action here. How can there be no chicken in KFC? What kind of nonsense is this?

The lady at the drive in was very aggressive and to the point. No public skills. Food was great though.

i have always had great food from this particular restaurant..still no issues with the restaurant or food..however delivery driver knocked and left quickly, leaving food on the floor, not only that im missing drink that came with the meal..this is not restaurants fault, but shoddy and disgusting delivery by driver, who gave no time for me to answer the door, leaving in a rush..this harms only just eats delivery driver, who cares apparently very little for quality, only caring to do the job poor

We were missing multiple items from our order.

Food is OK but staff and management should train more. The amount of meal is perfect and quality of chicken and fries is tasty. But I ordered regular family size meal to eat in but they delivered chili family size meal to take out in box! And they poured every thing mix to gether very messy in box!! They did not have tray and when I asked them, then they motivated to clean some trays for me. They need motivation and training.

The delivery was on time. But the chicken I received is awful. Ordered 6pcs double bucket and I received 6pcs of drumsticks. No variety. The chips serving are so small. Not happy at all.

Absolutely frustrating how long it takes to place an order. Pulled up at drive thru and waited 30 mins to be served. After placing the order the food was a following 20 mins. Absolutely horrendous.

It was delivered to the incorrect address. My address was in a suburb at the edge of the city, but it was delivered to an address within the city. Clearly no one checked the order number or confirmed any codes on receipt.

Thought I give them a try after 3 years of not going. Didn't disappoint as food was greasy and disgusting portion size. Especially the chips. Will never go back again. Shop inside was dirty tables and it's very expensive for what you get. The size of pop corn chicken was disgusting. Can't believe how bad KFC has become

Almost broke my teeth on my fillet burger and my mum couldn’t chew through hers. Tiny portion of time warm fries. Worst KFC I’ve ever had. Absolutely awful experience. Server was polite, which is the only plus I can give.

My food hasn't arrived, the app isn't updating and the restaurant do not answer. The delivery time kept getting pushed back and now stuck on 18:55 after originally being 17:45-18:00 it's now 19:30 no sign and after phoning the restaurant 3 times they are not answering. I have now lost hope of it arriving and run out of other options but to raise a complaint. And now you contact us form doesn't work properly.

Rare treat KFC, will say the staff work hard to get the orders out. The chicken on the bone was very hot, a little salty, but tasty. The hot wings were neither hot or spicy, the coating was crunchy thou, the fries were luke warm again, same as our last visit a few months ago. Still away to get those 5 stars. We only live 5 minutes away, so temperatures should still be high.

Food was just as you would expect from KFC. However, the service was a bit slow. Staff were friendly and extremely rushed of their feet. Don't think it's just this KFC seems to be a long wait for food now adays either short staffed or they have too many deliveries to get ready. Personally, I think KFC needs to think of a better way to do delivery orders as well as in store.

Picked a bad day to visit. Slow service, waited ages in the queue.

Didnt have half of what i wanted available. Long wait. The server gave my chicken to the wrong order, took it back after it had been at a table a couple of minutes. Tried to give it to me. Then tried to argue it was fine for me to have it as it was. Had to get a manager for it to be remade and insist the second hand chicken in the bin. No compensation just a longer wait and no apology from the waste of space server. Absolute shambles.

They got it right. The first time the whole order has arrived with no missing items and arrived on time. Truly a miracle.

Ordered for delivery, the delivery driver got near my address on the app and continue driving onWard past my street. It took the driver 35 odd minutes to get just to that point and it said 4 on the app so I thought was long at that point too then the driver continue to go into the city of Norwich, where When they got there, they cancelled my order. This was over an hour from the delivery driver leaving KFC so I’m sat here hungry and without succulent chicken. I wonder what actually happened.

After 30 minutes after delivery time I called and they hadn’t started the order so cancelled. 1st time using the app and very disappointed

The pieces of original chicken today were literally the size of a ping pong ball??? Thats not ok.

chicken was dripping in grease couldn't eat it. bag it came in was soaked with grease. meat was red

The delivery was incorrect again unfortunately had to take it back as two items were missing. The lady at KFC was apologetic and helpful but not the first time has happened. Not good if you have to go in and take it back because it’s wrong paying delivery is not good.

Absolutely delicious. l have just finished as I had to have an extra piece of chicken. It was my 2nd BBQ Tower meal and I look forward to my 3rd.

Food was good, kfc tasty as always, but the individual bags for the fries are useless as they were all tipped out in the bag anyway and they forgot the can of drink!

The driver took a while to find us but delivered in the estimated time frame. I didn't realise that the fries were seasoned so unfortunately I couldn't eat them. Chicken was good. We ordered corn on the cob with the kids meal but it was missed out of the order so that was frustrating.

It was a temperate spring evening when we decided to delve into the delicious land of succulent KFC chicken. Customer service was great, the lady who took our order was delightful, she even gave us EIGHT ketchups. The 1 star customer reviews are shockingly bad- maybe you just haven’t met this lady, I think you need her delightfulness in your life so you stop being such negative nancys. Krushems machine WASNT broken, hurray. The 20 chicken wings were perfectly, deliciously crispy and the chicken was so succulent and fresh it melted in our mouths. 5/5 would recommend. Maybe the odd fork on the floor but nothing that can’t be fixed. Happy customers.

They are running 20 wings for 7.99£ but left with 16 wings when i ordered. Then they compensate the rest with a portion of fries . Good and lovely staff
