Every single time i have ordered from KFC , something is missing, or the wrong items have been sent . They should be removed from this site, if they cant gwt their act together

Food didnt even show up. Left my number in the order details no call nothing. £50 ++ order gone and all I got was a email saying thanks for my patience. Joke mate.

Food arrived cold this is due to kfc not the driver. Lettuce in the burger wasn’t fresh. Had pretty much a full tub of bbq sauce with 4 small nuggets dropped on the top. Chips were cold and soggy. Haven’t had kfc for a long time and it’s going to be an even longer time till I even think of having it again.

Shame they don't read the order notes asked for no lettuce but was full of lettuce maybe take a bit of extra time to read the orders

Food took an hour and 10 mins to get delivered and was cold by the time it got here.

Cold had to warm it up won’t go here again

I ordered a 10 piece bucket and don’t think it’s acceptable to get all legs. Legs are the worst ones as half of them had hardly any chicken on them. Won’t be using KFC again.

Don't normally respond to these reviews, but why do KFC always wrap the cold drink that you order in the same bag as the hot food? Food was subsequently cold on delivery! Chips (signature fries) you could count! All-in-all...a horrific take-away!!!

Order was stuck on courier at restaurant for 50minutes. Time kept getting longer and when the food did come it was completely cold.

Only 1 part of order was correct, let us order something that isn’t ok the menu

Never came. Ordered to an address in NR7, driver called at an address is NR1. Then never heard anymore. Useless.

Missing the Pepsi can I ordered as part of the meal. Otherwise all is good.

Driver refused to come to follow delivery instructions, making me find him. Even went as far as to shout hello instead away from my building so I could come to him instead. Food cold by the time I got it because of this

The fries were missing from one of the meals. we had a 10 piece family feast and only had chicken legs, no breast meat. not happy

A bit cold by the time it was delivered so needed pinging in the microwave which dried out the chicken a little. Not enough chips. Apart from that I enjoyed my KFC tea, thank you

Order was late from time of order put in, food was cold when arrived must of been sitting around while waiting for a delivery driver to pick it up. Food should only been packed in bags when delivery driver has turned up. Was not cooked fresh.

Shocking wait time for food. Sat at the order speaker for 10 minutes before somebody answered to then be sat here for 20 minutes, still waiting on our food, and all I can see is the staff standing around talking. Not good.

Fresh tasty and without the overcook and dirty oil that is sometimes evident

I had ordered at 6 and didn’t receive the food till 2 hours later I’d called restaurant they said it was ready but had taken 2 hours to get a driver so food was cold by time I got it

Was ordered at 5.31 didn’t turn up at 20.05 so over 2.5 hours late, I spoke to kfc and they said they was waiting for the driver

Chips were cold, the chicken was soggy and no drink delivered. I would like to say it's the first time I have encountered these issues but unfortunately it's not the case so won't be ordering from them again.

Possibly the worst KFC I've visited. The drive through queue was one of the longest I've encountered so I opted to go inside. Within it was total bedlam with long queues for the 2 ordering points. Then came a further lengthy delay for my order to arrive at the counter. Waiting customers were getting grumpy. Staff looked totally disinterested and appeared totally overwhelmed. My Pepsi was more or less fizzy water and to cap the experience off, there were no serviettes or straws.

Missing the drink which I paid extra for the driver didn’t seem bothered no offer to get me my drink and I have to wait ages for any kind of refund. Very unhappy.

Would have got 5stars but where’s the bottle of Diet Pepsi when asked the driver he didn’t have a clue to question being asked and pointed to the bag next time I won’t be lazy and pick it up myself save a fiver on the service charge and delivery

Hot wings sent instead of chicken pieces, very disappointed as can’t eat hot wings, was looking forward to my chicken piece in my fillet meal box!

Cold bottle of drink perched on top of my food meant that the food was cold and soggy, paper bag falling to bits. Food inedible as a result- cold and soggy- yuk!

8 legs out of 10 ridiculous plus on line is more plus delivery

25min waiting for food went up and asked why so long and got told would be at least another 10min as waiting for chicken to cook 😂 couldn't make it up. If you want fast service with happy staff this isn't the place for u. The fact delivery drivers are walking off and cancelling customers orders is not a good sign. You can see from comments from KFC they said they listen and will do better but that's all lies as this place can't cope when they get busy.

I got 5 chips with my order it was cold and 2 hours 30mins late. An absolute disgrace and I don’t think I will order from here again

It didn’t come mugged a family of 6 on my birthday.. I’ve contacted traded standards it cost me £200 to feed the kids and me when it should’ve only cost 100 that was my birthday money and you can’t even send me a picture of him at my door to her

Our go-to KFC as its closest. Quality varies but this time it was pretty decent. Quick delivery.

One of the best KFC food I've ever been to. If you are a fan you know the quality varies a LOT depending on where you go. This one is at the very top for that chain. Well Done.

God forbid KFC would ever get an uber eats order correct. Completely forgot our tango bottle and our 4 boneless fillets that were part of the bucket. Called to get it fixed and they said either come in to fix it or just talk to uber eats, Completely useless

so the driver couldn't find my address ended up at a different block on flats not on my road he wasn't happy to come to my address and just eat told him to either leave the food there or take it for himself. I then went to go look for him, slightly rude on the phone, as he said just eat wont pay him for the petrol if he moves to find the right address therefore he wasn't going to find the right address. understand his point of view. Never happened before though

The Order took way too long arrive. The original estimate was 20.05-20.25 and it eventually arrived at 20.40. I was considering cancelling the order only to find that I would still have to pay in full. The experience would have been better if I could have made contact someone to speak to about this issue.

Food came cold so we had to heat it up and you are offering credit of just under £4 for food that came to £12.49 . If I wanted to heat my food up before I ate it I would have ordered a microwave meal

Really really bad service the worst I’ve ever had from any KFC after waiting 25 min to try and pay for my order Jess and another girl on the front talking and laughing when asked for the manager on shift at that time he didn’t even know what to do or say but was very shocked and all he could say is that if you haven’t paid for the order it wouldn’t be prepared no even an apology DO NOT COME HERE SERVICE IS BETTER ON A FARM
