Have used dragon palace for many years Tonights meal was shockingly awful Dry,all meat overcooked, fu yung (well not really fu yung). A waste of £40 Very disappointed 😞

I ordered our meal like I have done on several occasions 2 hours a 2 phone calls later our food turned up and I told them to enjoy there meal will never order again 🙃

Got a delivery directly through restaurant and was told expected time was a 40min wait which is respectable but ended up waiting 2hours and being lied to twice about when the food will be delivered, asked for some compensation but was told nothing they could do which I thought was inconsiderate, and when food arrived was under par and not worth the wait or price, wouldn’t recommend if you like hot and food to be delivered on time.

First time ordered always a bit apprehensive no need it was flavoursome and good sized portions will definitely use again.

Orderd from dragon Palace, food arrived late and items were missing. I contacted them and they informed me missing items would be sent (never received) I called up questioning 30mins later and said I was unhappy and requested a refund. They informed they could not compensate me and I needed to contact yoyo online ordering. To which yoyo informed me this is the restaurants responsibility to provide compensation for incorrect orders. The staff at dragon Palace where extremely rude and hung up the phone. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.

It was New Years Day so.they may have been busy . Delivery was ASAP or 45 mins . Should have been delivered at 6.07 pm and at 6.40 I rang as hadn't arrived .The man who answered said "its literally just coming out of the door , it will be with you in 10 mins ".. 35 minutes later at 7.15 it arrived. Bear in mind we live 10 minutes from the place...Delivery driver knocked on door, held out his arm said "thank you " ..That was it !.. Food was barely warm and average, lots of onion in everything and bland . Might have been a one off but won't ever use again ..Very disappointed. I'm not a serial complainer but just felt very let down .

Ordered £50 worth of food for delivery. Had absolutely no problem with the food. All the dishes had great taste, good portioning and were clearly cooked fresh. Fast deliveries. High quality and would recommend .

Awful, last time I use this place. Chicken was dry last time a was told we had credit, not given. Ordered sw&sour as in a hurry for train & they forgot it & didn’t give credit. Never use here again!

I had the Dragon place special chow mein and I really enjoyed it. It was the right combination of sweet and savory flavors. The proteins were well cooked and seasoned. The front desk lady was also nice and assisted in making a well informed choice. It was takeaway order that I picked up myself. There’s also free parking just in front of the shop. It’s mostly a takeaway outlet but there are sits for customers and vendors to wait while the meal gets prepped. I’d definitely recommend.

Shocking service yet again, last time our order was wrong, this time it was over an hour late, the chips were stone cold, the other dishes barely warm. The curry was thin and had separated, just awful. If you're going to charge premium prices then provide a satisfactory product as a minimum. Although we've used these for years, standards have fallen drastically...recommended you avoid.

Normally order our food from here and it’s normally lovely but tonight we asked for chips to be served in a bag separate from omelette we always do but when we go t them they had put chips in with omellete they were horrible soggy chips normally they are lovely and crispy but this time they were horrible it really spoilt meal we have had this happen on a couple of occasions and they really are not good We were disappointed I don’t understand why you would put an omellete on top of chips and there were very few of them much prefer my chips separate from omellete I will ask next time as I asked this time and hope they get the order right other than that we have always been pleased with every thing else

Had a fantastic meal delivered! Every thing was so tasty, I don’t know what these other reviews say as I couldn’t complain about a single thing! All the meat was cooked perfectly, we had chicken and beef and it was so good. Spicy noodles were spot on and the chips are unreal! Can’t recommend enough!

Delicious food, delivered on time and hot

I recently bought a curry with egg fried rice When I got home after 5 minutes emptied it on my plate it was cold my rice was re heated several times. My husband said not to eat it as I’m high risk being pregnant. Would not recommend this place at all. So bad

We decided to try Dragon Palace for ourselves and were pleasantly surprised. Greeted by smiles, very friendly staff and loved the food. Got exactly what we ordered and we will be returning very soon.

Ordered a meal for 4 of us, although it was very tasty it was also unbelievably expensive costing £73didn’t even get prawn crackers. Never again I am afraid which is real shame

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! This is the worst Chinese I have ever tasted! Firstly they got the order wrong and secondly I think the microwave is broken!!! Absolutely disgusting and so disappointed. This place definitely needs some improvement. Hair in the food, it was cold, oh so disgusting!!!!!!!!!! Waste of money!

A friend at my husband's work had suggested this place and we have been back two or three times already! It's become a highlight to the end of a day in the city! Everything is still hot when we get home (30 minutes away) and tastes delicious. We always have enough for dinner the following day, sometimes even lunch the day after. The staff are lovely, always friendly even when they are obviously rushed off their feet. A little bit more pricey than the local place we use but worth every penny!

I’ve been going to Dragon Palace for years and it’s been consistently amazing, cheap, and friendly service. And its always very quick to make and collect. 10/10 would recommend

Useless, kept accepting orders then cancelling them, despite being a less than 5 mile delivery.

Ordered tonight, the rice dish tasted burnt, the beef in the chow mein smelt off, the chips were overcooked. Disasterous. Waste of money, Definitely will not be ordering again

Ordered via Just Eat. When the already very 1.5 hrs went and no update via App I called the restaurant. The lady that answered said she didn't have an order for my address then apologised and asked if I would wait another 30mins. Nearly 40 mins went by, then I called the restaurant and was told my order was on its way. After another 25mins the food arrived. Although, it was hot and clearly had only just been cooked was very plain and almost tasteless. We have just moved to the area and this is the 1st Chinese we have ever ordered from. We will never order from them again. Absolutely waste of time and money!

Ordered a portion of crispy fried beef and half the container was empty. Called the shop who refused to do anything.☹️ said I would leave a review and he said go ahead. Won't order from them again.awfull customer service.😭

When I've had delivery direct from them all been fine. Tonight I had two rice dishes instead of a meat main. When redelivered had a black hair in meal. So put off 🤢

Great service, you call and asked to hold and 15 minutes later still waiting. If you like listening to the laughing and joking and conversation about how long the call receiver has been working there and how it’s not not so busy now as it has been!!!!!! No surprise if you block your phone and don’t take orders. Won’t bother again.

Tonight learnt us a lesson ! Not to take to heart all reviews as we nearly didn't try this place , but it was our 1st time here and everyone should be given a chance , the service was fantastic , friendly staff and after collecting our order and a 10 min drive home the food was still piping hot . We will Definitely be ordering from here again ! The food was lovely and couldnt fault it ..👏👍

Worst Chinese ever, will not go back. Waste of time and money.

Ordered food, chicken was not cooked properly, 1st time and last time we use these, offered a £5 credit note to use next time, there won't be a next time, tried to tell us that there's no way it wasn't cooked properly but it was still pink in the middle. Only use this place if you want some time off work with food poisoning.

Just had a chicken curry and a chow mein delivered. This cost £14.50. Chicken was not cooked properly and was slimey and pink in the centre. I called to see what could be done. The English man on the phone argued for around 10 minutes and only offered a £5 shop credit note! Will never go there again. Discusting.

WORST CHINESE EVER Bought a takeaway from here, What we had ordered was not edible at all. Never again would not even feed it to my dog.

They got mine and my family’s order wrong, over charged me...were very rude on the phone when I called to complain, and were very angry and aggressive swearing on call to me won’t order from here again.

Never delivers in the time frame they say. Meant to have it in 45-60 mins, even earlier they said. 2 hours later it is still not here.

Mmm definitely NOT my best takeaway experience! All 3 dishes that we ordered looked and tasted the same.. With off course the exception of a few black beans in the beef with black bean dish.. What a disappointment as have had a really good takeaway in the past tho admittedly that was about 2 years ago. Shame. Will not be revisiting. Sorry

Doesn’t even deserve one star, I normally use this take away but when my boyfriend ordered our food he was told it will be 45 minutes to 1 hour which we accepted it came to 1 hour 20 mins still no food so we rang and was told the food was on it way so we left it another 10 mins to then decide to cancel the order to which my boyfriend was spoken too so rudely from some lady and then hangs up on him because we kept refusing to keep our order we ended up going to our local chippy instead very angry, absolute piss take, Terrible customer service sort it out!!!! 😡

One of few takeaways that deliver to rural areas. Food is always hot and they are happy to adapt order to make vegan options, leaving out fried egg and switching rice noodles for egg noodles. Always had a good experience using them.

Never disappointed, taste and portions are good, always have been delivered on time, they are happy to deliver to Reepham for an extra £5.

Food turned up an hour late and was cold. They replaced the spring rolls I ordered with onion rings which they refunded. The food was also very salty. I called the restaurant and the man I spoke to was rude and angry towards me, the rudest man I have ever spoken to and the worst customer service I have ever received! He raised his voice at me and got incredibly angry that i was calling, despite me being polite about the entire situation that THEY had put me in. Would not order from this company ever again! They are rude! If there was an option to give them minus stars I would because the service was just atrocious!

This is the pinnacle of human civilization: Cordon Bleu chefs, intelligent marketing, great customer care! I'd recommend this place to those who would like a quality meal with their family and friends. Side note: Order the Cantonese style chicken for unalloyed satisfaction.

Horrible staff members, happened more than once, even the delivery people are vile to you, they miss orders, are very late and the customer service is an honest 0/10 unhelpful and are rude if their in the wrong, do not use unless you want your time wasted, money wasted and patience wasted...

Do Not use this take away. AFTER two hours of waiting for a order I contacted them as was told it would be ten minutes,15 minutes later I called again and was told it would be 5 mins, 15 minutes later I called again to cancel it and said I was not happy and wont use them again ........ their response thats fine we dont need you!!!!!! 10 out of 10for aabsolute crap customer service Thanks for letting me and my family down and not caring one little bit. Do not order if u live in Hellesdon area, even though they put menu's through your door they don't deliver in that area

I've been using this takeaway for over 8 years. Really consistent, fresh delicious food week in week out. Extensive menu too including some lovely thai dishes. Staff are always very friendly and will always do a dish off the menu if asked.
