Well mannered driver, who unlike most of your drivers he actually came to my front door without having to call me … full instructions are ALWAYS on the receipt, This driver tonight was perfect … it’s SO NICE to be able to actually put a good comment!!!

The 1.5l Pepsi Max bottle was missing. This is the 4th time this is happening to my orders.

That was possibly the worst kfc I’ve had in a long time. It wasn’t even lukewarm when we received it. Had to put it straight in the microwave to warm up. Absolute waste of money. Where’s the quality control on the temperature of the delivery’s

order was cold due to drink cans on food a nd half order missing.

there were some items that were wrong and one of the mistakes resulted in one of the children not getting a meal .,nobody likes spicy food and I ordered a twister with Kentucky mayo and got one with sweet chilli. also I order two cans of tango and one Pepsi max and got two Pepsi max and one tango .

driver was rude and kept harassing me for a cigarette i will not be using this app again

After I ordered, the estimation delivery time kept increasing and after waiting 2 hours I never receive it.

The worst KFC i have ever had. Just literally thrown on the box burgers hanging out had to build them back up but stone cold....all the chips stone cold infact one pack was like it hadn't even been cooked....cold drinks chucked in with all the food!

I ordered 4 piece meal deal, got 3 pieces of chicken legs & one other portion, not very happy at all.

My order was delayed from the original given delivery time for more than 2 hours. When asked the delivery driver said the delay was because he had another order and mine wasn't priority.

The food was cold and struggled to eat as the chicken was tough for how cold it was and over cooked

One thing I have noticed is that this KFC always tends to prefer giving legs on the pieces of chicken instead if variety of oieces. This is happened on numerous occassions. When there is an order of more than one chicken piece, they should look to give variety. My order today has 2 legs.

You forgot my fillet meal and the popcorn chicken . Not a happy dinner

Everything I ordered was there and it was delivered on time

The best KFC in Northampton. I buy at the premises, sometimes I take away and sometimes I eat on site. Food always fresh, hot. Helpful and friendly service. The atmosphere is like in chain stores... When a bunch of children come over, there is a lot of noise, but in the evening it is pleasant.

Been here once a month for the past 3 months. Horrendous customer service, bad attitude on all occasions. Sack the franchisee owner

The food I received was freezing cold and I only live 5mins from the restaurant

Air conditioning was on while it was 1 degree Celsius outside. Had a thermal, T-shirt, fleece and a windbreaker on and was still freezing. I’ve never been in such a cold restaurant. Felt the same temperature outside as it was in. Insane in late November. Food was solid as always from this restaurant

Heating not working in mid november so it's freezing cold. Staff are lovely. New till doesn't work so all orders made on the 2 kiosks. Not great for elder generation.

Really friendly staff but make sure you wearing a coat the heating is broken so it's an ice box. Your safer going to mcdonalds across the road.

Unfortunately the heating was broken although the air conditioning was still working. It was extremely cold both for the staff and customers alike. It is an insult to the staff expecting them to work in these appalling conditions. This issue needs to be addressed urgently otherwise KFC Riverside will be losing custom. It made for a bad experience and we would have been warmer sitting in our car!

No customer service.... told we can't order at counter, must use terminal.. This we do. Terminal doesn't give a receipt. Great, must now remember my service number... Service reasonably quick. Food order put on counter; number shouted. Quick check in bag shows all food just thrown in. (Didn't check order) Arrive home and find part of order missing. Try to phone, however no answer. Learning point - empty out your bag and check its all there. Don't expect any customer support.. Robbed of my hot wings...!

Very dark colour of the chicken portion -we have ordered a party bucket- and that is happening when oil is to old , the taste was horrible so no more KFC for us from this place .

The order was correct and well cooked. The actual KFC food was really poor. More breadcrumb than chicken and the zinger fillet was tiny. KFC has really gone down hill and cheapened out. Not the restaurants fault I would add. Think there are now much tastier and cheaper options than KFC

Do you (Just Eat) actually discuss all reviews with your 'Partners'? Somehow, I don't think you do. The driver literally drove 15 minutes up the road, past my home, to deliver to someone else first then 10 minutes back down the road to me. All cold.

It was okay, I enjoyed my food. Limited choice on pudding sent us over the road for a mcflurry. I would have liked some vegan mayo. There were several discussions with no positive outcome. Apparently, it can only go on the vegan burger! They only had 2 high chairs. A couple more are required.

Ordered via Just Eat and it keeps going further away from time ordered. Been well over an hour and no one answering phone. Not acceptable just hope food turns up before I go to bed. Just cancelled order. Shocking service not waiting over 2 hours for fried chicken. If you cannot cope with the orders you shouldn't be in business.

disappointed with the experience multiple items missing from the order. The items that arrived were luke warm on arrival. Have reported to Just Eat. hopefully gets resolved. I would think twice about ordering from as I can not guarantee my order will be fulfilled. First time that I have had a bad experience with just eat.

Considering I'm paying for delivery I'm not impressed that you make multiple deliveries before mine and then you give me two thighs in the order. Which is all cold. Really.

Why is the original chicken never crispy from here?

I went kfc today and got the 10 hot wing meal the food was excellent and perfect temperature. My experience was wonderful, however there was no heating in the restaurant as I’ve been told it’s broken and the company hasn’t been working for 2 years I’ve been told.

Accidentally put the wrong address, courier rang and i told him correct address which was less than two minuets away. He said i have to put the address in the app which i did and rang him back. He had blocked my number

I thought it was very bland and did not have the 'Finger Licking flavour I had years ago !! Disappointed !!

Kinda average. Not much flavour and not really big enough portion sizes for the prize. Better off going to a local joint really.

Ordered food at 22:10. Heard nothing from the restaurant for an hour until I decided to call the store at 23:20. They said they didn’t complete the order because there was no drivers (The app said the driver was at the store already) and said they couldn’t do anything about it because they were closed now. No refund came in. Absolute scam.
