disappointed with the experience multiple items missing from the order. The items that arrived were luke warm on arrival. Have reported to Just Eat. hopefully gets resolved. I would think twice about ordering from as I can not guarantee my order will be fulfilled. First time that I have had a bad experience with just eat.

Considering I'm paying for delivery I'm not impressed that you make multiple deliveries before mine and then you give me two thighs in the order. Which is all cold. Really.

Why is the original chicken never crispy from here?

Accidentally put the wrong address, courier rang and i told him correct address which was less than two minuets away. He said i have to put the address in the app which i did and rang him back. He had blocked my number

I thought it was very bland and did not have the 'Finger Licking flavour I had years ago !! Disappointed !!

Rip off restaurant…they will half fill popcorn chicken boxes and give you about 9 fries in a packet of fries Don’t order from them as they rip you off

Kinda average. Not much flavour and not really big enough portion sizes for the prize. Better off going to a local joint really.

Ordered food at 22:10. Heard nothing from the restaurant for an hour until I decided to call the store at 23:20. They said they didn’t complete the order because there was no drivers (The app said the driver was at the store already) and said they couldn’t do anything about it because they were closed now. No refund came in. Absolute scam.

The food was perfectly fine , they only offer diet drinks , at an unhealthy fast food establishment they suddenly care about your health when it comes to drinks . Avoid at all costs

Watched the delivery driver leave kfc then wait over 10 minutes at McDonalds then go off in different direction. 45 mins from leaving kfc my food turned up, cold and sweaty . Never gain will I use just eat..

Would have been nice if the deliveryman didn't just dump it on the front step. Your prices are terrible and you should get a choice of chips or mash not then have to go on to spend £2.99 for mash each, and then £2.99 for gravy.

They put the wrong label on the bag so we got the wrong food. Nothing we ordered was right. Basic errors shouldn’t happen.

We haven't received the fries with the meal!

I mean the food is just average kfc but the resturant itself is always so dirty. Today the bathroom was flooded in the mens, the disabled had mess everywhere. And yet again the resturant itself had bins overflowing and the tables covered in grease and mess.

Every time you go through drive through they get your order wrong

Pretty sure this MEAL is supposed to come with chips and 2 chicken wings.

Always forgetting stuff in my order, forgot my 2x large gravy, my buffalo bites, 2x fries and my bottle of pepsi, paid £31 and maybe got £15 worth of my food delivered.

I ordered two party buckets however I received the buckets with missing drinks from both the buckets. Moreover, the chicken wings had too much salt in it. Not happy with the food and service both.

Like always the people from KFC put everything in 1 bag, cold items with warm items, resulting in the everything to be ….. last time that we order. Delivery driver was cool.

Me and my family came in to eat a couple of weeks ago and there was a lovely man their I had spoke to who was cleaning away as we had arrived fairly late they were due to close and he kindly said for us to don’t worry and take our time we engaged in very small talk. As we left he came running out to thank me for being so kind. Which surprised me as I always try to be nice to others but never been thanked for it it certainly made my day. I just wanted to thank him for acknowledging kindness and also for him to be so kind also and thoughtful.

Just eat didn't show the house number on the order confirmation. Luckily I was able to answer phone and confirm address.

No burger sauce! Pepper mayo only. No gravy!!! And the Pepsi max was flat! And no apologies. This was drive through and had to wait a while for our order, they had already taken our money before telling us they hadn’t got everything. And just offered alternatives. Poor service.

missing two meals from my order

Took my elderly mother for food today I went to the counter and was told we couldn’t order at counter So went to the order screen We tried to select table service but it wanted table number and none of the tables had numbers so was unable to It told me my order number and told me it would be printed on receipt but couldn’t print me a receipt I went to the counter to inform staff and they turned their back on me showing absolute ignorance and boredom After I collected my food ( which was wrong so had to go back to counter ) Every customer after us was served at counter with no problem I felt discriminated because and I’m not racist But all staff were Asian and we were white and all customers that could order and be served at counter were Asian I’m absolutely horrified at the way we were treated

Good delivery time but as usual something missing from KFC order, shame as we like their food

I can't really rate the service or atmosphere as I got it delivered...but I can say, whilst I was eating my KFC I noticed a few hard long strips of chicken in my chicken burger...I thought nothing of it and kept eating, I then tried my popcorn chicken and that tasted funny too but I did my best to eat it as it was my dinner. The beans, gravy and chips all tasted fine, the one piece chicken strip I had was also a little odd in taste and texture, this was all from a box meal by the way. So then after doing my best to eat my dinner, an hour later I started to feel really hot, burning up, my head hurt, I felt queasy, and overall extremely unwell...my stomach had shooting pains going through it, and I actually came out in a rash that covered my belly. I hadn't eaten much else before this order either, so it could only have been from this... Honestly I just wanted to warn people please just check your food before you eat it, I know it's a hassle but it saves you from pain and throwing up for over 2 hours...

Inside is dirty and also the woman bathroom is closed always and we supposed to use the disability bathroom, but is too dirty to use!!!!!!

Very unhappy with the service, you order one and you got different to what you order

The wings are overcooked, the place of garlic sauce was put in chilli sauce 

Dreadful and slow service. Never have anything available, don't tell you until after you have paid. Constantly never have dips that you pay for a part of your meal. Self server never produce receipts, so be sure to take a picture of your order number.

Quick service late on a Tuesday night.

It wasn't the zinger option as ordered, it was ordinary, and there was hardly any salad (literally half the box was empty) and I only had one portion of mini fillets (2, not 4).

Food was cold coleslaw was tangy and tasted off

Restaurant staff full of rude kids, when we have placed our order via the app, they all were laughing at us and what we have ordered, coming out of the kitchen to look at us and laugh. Hygiene in the restaurant was terrible and toilets were unusable! Will never go back to this restaurant again. I’m pretty sure they would be shut down by environmental health if they saw what I saw today and the manager acts like one of the kids and needs do re-assess his career choices because this is clearly not for him

6 items missing from and order costing over £45, terrible service

Burger was cold when it arrived and was given bbq wraps instead of flaming wraps

But never received anything, can’t get hold of just eat and kfc didn’t want to help at all absolute joke

Worst food I have ever had from KFC. Tasted like yesterday's food.

Ordered to collect online Had two bucket meals That were thrown into one bucket. Which we had to them split between two house holds which was pointless. Staff was rude. No sorry for the items missing. And didn’t ask for what sauces we would like. Just a let down. As a business owner. I would never have staff members work for me who don’t have basic manners and good customer service skills. Won’t return. Slim chickens have more class.

KFC is almost always run by people who has very little customer service skills...

Thought I'd give them one more chance, mistake. Lukewarm food, driver delivered elsewhere first, and admitted so. Only thing "hot" in the bag was the gravy. Obviously this franchise take no notice or delete reviews. EMBARRASSING KFC. Read your reviews and take notice. Pound to a penny this review dissappears

Best chicken and chips I’ve had in quite a time

The driver couldn’t find my address and messaged me and politely waited and then informed I had no number so thank him for me x

I got charged for an extra meal while also missing a meal so I got charged £30 for one meal. Service is horrible and slow.

Had to phone the restaurant to find out when the food was being delivered as it was late and the app said that it had been delivered.

This is actually a really good KFC. Speedy at answering the speaker. Was a slight wait at the window but it was freshly cooked as it was hot and had the traditional kfc tast and flavour. Sadly the exterior could do with a good just was as looked very dirty but was litter free. From the car the inside looked clean but the drive thu window could do with a clean. Could do with an investment on the drive thu side like a respray or speaker and a good jet wash. Apart from that the food was good the chips are the best and the staff are friendly.

Worst customer service . Usman was the person whom I dealt with a query of 2 charges of same amount which was debited on 10th may 2024, due to a failed transaction screen comes up when I tapped my credit card, so that day I immediately went to lady who was assisting, she said she can't find that payment so hoping it was failed & she said even though if it goes from credit card , it will return back in few days, on 7th june 2024 when I visited to , showed all the proof, he denied my request for the refund for duplicate charges as it is more than 30 days, initially he said 48 hrs I should have visited & claimed back, but after that he said in 7 days, he was telling all rules, even he was not clear, worst part is when I order on 7th june 2024, he was making fun of me by saying nonsense things & was laughing along with her colleagues.. pathetic response from him. Really unhappy..please be careful while tapping your payment cards to the self ordering screens. KFC pls provide some training to your team, about how to deal with customers , I will never visit this KFC riverside retail park. Pathetic.

Hi I ordered a couple of hours ago and I only got 1 bucket of mini fillets, so I got 12 out of 36 chickens I do not appreciate this. I would like a refund please.

So this is the third time this has happened to me from this KFC. Ordered 4 mini strips and 16 Got 4 strips and 2 hot wings. This won't happen again as will not be going back again. Once is a mistake and can let go by, This many times it seems deliberate.

Went through the drive through and was rushed to the next window before i finished my order and when i tried to continue it was met with arrogance and a lack of understanding, after all the stress i went and spent my money at mcdonalds for a far better experience

Wrong order no corn on the cob and no sauces

I attempted to order the Crushems as advertised on their screen, but I was informed it was unavailable. After a brief interval, I returned and ordered a Zinger from a different cashier. When I inquired about the unavailability of Crushems, the response was that the machine was broken. I sensed an unwelcoming atmosphere, which felt quite unfriendly.

Wet floor when I walked in was like an ice rink, ordered two chicken burgers and chips, the girl serving was nice. Ate a chip before I left and it was Luke warm, went back and was given a fresh pack, when I got into my car these were also Luke warm, burger was indifferent at best. £15.98, a complete waste of time and money. I've had worse but I cannot remember when.

Great to stop off for a snack, but needs a dedicated area for the just eat people!

If I could give it a -10+ review I would. None of them follow the rules, in the kitchen(you can see the kitchen through the drive through window) or drive through they are wearing the wrong clothes and are wearing jewellery, on their phones in the kitchen, haven’t got their hair up. I use to work at a different kfc, every year I had to do a test of what we should know and how to maintain a hygienic and safe work place and other training these people clearly didn’t take a test.

Food was cold late and tasteless. Would have been better off going hungry. Franchisee should be ashamed selling "food" of such low quality. KFC as a corporation should be ashamed. Dreadful. Bet this gets deleted!

Firstly both burgers i ordered where the wrong burger, the chicken was cold and hard to eat, chips were stale. The bqq mini wraps were so dry and basically had no sauce or other ingredients in it. I’m so disappointed as i love KFC and the quality of my order last night was horrible. I would like a full refund on everything as it was all a waste of money and inedible

First visit. Didn't realise they dont serve hot drinks , great when it's cold outside. Food ok ish. Would not bother to go to any KFC again .

We went here yesterday, when we walked in it was probably colder inside than outside….. it was freezing. I ordered 3 meals and waited nearly 20 minutes in this time a worker dropped 3 chicken pieces on the floor and picked them up, took them in the kitchen area where I could see through the serving thing she put them back on the shelf for consumption. I didn’t say anything g but the following day I wish I had.

Not good this time. The courier broke the packaging and lost half of my burger. :(

What on earth is wrong with the AC in there? Its chuffing freezing all the time regardless of the weather outside.

There was 2 staff working at the tills. We ordered 3 pieces of chicken and specifically asked for no wings and no legs so they asked us if we wanted chicken breasts and we said yes. They then proceeded to not give us a reciept and prioritise the delivery drivers over there customers. When our food arrived we got given our meal but not the chicken we had asked for( the chicken was dry and cold) but we couldn’t return it because we wasn’t given a receipt. We had to order the correct chicken. Overall I would rate the customer service poor.
