Quick service and a very welcoming team of staff. Food was hot and delicious!

Food was hot, staff was very helpful, restaurant was nice and clean, overall I really enjoyed my experience and would come again!!!

I live in Daventry and drive past KFC sixfeilds,and Northampton town centre just to come to KFC Riverside. The chicken is consistently spot on,always hot,never dry,nice and moist. Good service in drive thru and from inside eating. I'm always as honest as possible with my reviews so I'd say the only disappointing experience I've had is nobody in store understands how the app works. I never knew they had an app as never asked when purchasing food, however downloaded it and wasn't sure of it's use or features. When asking no one else knew either. This doesn't effect the service or food so 100% recommend coming here.

THE FOOD ARRIVED COLD, the courier took the order and didn't come to deliver it directly, he made other deliveries. I WAITED A LONG TIME

Worst managment ever…bullshit people

Fries missing from my order. Contacted Just-Eat who were no help whatsoever. Why is it so difficult to fulfil a fairly basic order. The least you could have done was refund me for the cost of the fries but you refused!. Poor!

Find drivers that don’t get lost would be great start to an excellent service

Food was genuinely impeccable for my first time at a kfc I can’t believe how good it was for a fast food restaurant, gorgeous chicken. One of the really kind staff members named Phoebe helped me upgrade my meal best decision in food history. HIGHLY RECOMEND!!!

Very friendly customer service, the girl at the till helped me choose and upgrade my meal. Food then came quick and was really nice

All the food was cold and I mean cold. My order was wrong giving me a cold cheaper burger than what I paid for. I also ordered gravy and was given beans. Considering my order was delivered early I can only assume I was given food that was already prepared and on its last legs. I love KFC but feel really let down by them today. Delivery I cannot moan about as the young man was polite and early.

Ordered beans and there was none there

over 2 hours to be delivered. called after 1 hour to be told the food was already bagged waiting for a driver. a further 1 hour for a driver to deliver the food. all items were freezing you could tell the food had been sat bagged for an hour. I asked if we could just come collect it to be told "no just cancel the order we can't help you."

by the time the food delivered it was all cold

I requested on the app for mashed potato instead of chips and I was still sent chips. when you try to call KFC at Riverside they do not pick up their phone. if they had picked up their phone I could have spoken to someone and confirmed the request. I have requested this swap before and they have made it happen

My whole meal was stale and cold. Though delievery time was impeccable the quality of the food was horrible. I also did not receive either of my sauces

Restaurant is freezing cold. Doesn't appear to be any heating at all. Stopped to charge my EV so decided to eat in whilst it charged. Should have stayed in the car. Food was expensive (been a while since I last did KFC so maybe all branches are more expensive) but chicken portions were tiny. Fries were almost warm. Service was ok to say there were a few orders at the same time. Won't be back.

I really enjoyed the food I came through drive through on Thursday and this lady took my order. Her name badge said sumy she was lovely and polite and had good manners. Best KFC I’ve had in a while. Got a 6 piece wicked variety bucket and it fed me and my husband

Ordered food for delivery by just eat. Said order was on the way, then received a text to say it was cancelled after waiting 30 minutes. Have tried to ring KFC and just not picking up the phone. No reason given for the cancellation. Really poor service and won't be using them again.

Well mannered driver, who unlike most of your drivers he actually came to my front door without having to call me … full instructions are ALWAYS on the receipt, This driver tonight was perfect … it’s SO NICE to be able to actually put a good comment!!!

there were some items that were wrong and one of the mistakes resulted in one of the children not getting a meal .,nobody likes spicy food and I ordered a twister with Kentucky mayo and got one with sweet chilli. also I order two cans of tango and one Pepsi max and got two Pepsi max and one tango .

The worst KFC i have ever had. Just literally thrown on the box burgers hanging out had to build them back up but stone cold....all the chips stone cold infact one pack was like it hadn't even been cooked....cold drinks chucked in with all the food!

Arrived at the counter to be told we have to use the their screen menu and pay there and order food! The lady wasn’t very accommodating either. We had got our food sat down I took a bite out of the chicken only to see it was RAW took it back and the staff just looked at me like it wasn’t a problem no sorry nothing the manager came over and cut the bone of the chicken and said it was cooked what that proved I don’t know as I’ve been eating chicken most of my life I know what RAW chicken looks like in the end they changed it but no sorry nothing absolutely disgusting 🤢 I won’t be returning there ever again!!!!! The staff need to go on a training course to be able train for manors

My order was delayed from the original given delivery time for more than 2 hours. When asked the delivery driver said the delay was because he had another order and mine wasn't priority.

One thing I have noticed is that this KFC always tends to prefer giving legs on the pieces of chicken instead if variety of oieces. This is happened on numerous occassions. When there is an order of more than one chicken piece, they should look to give variety. My order today has 2 legs.

The best KFC in Northampton. I buy at the premises, sometimes I take away and sometimes I eat on site. Food always fresh, hot. Helpful and friendly service. The atmosphere is like in chain stores... When a bunch of children come over, there is a lot of noise, but in the evening it is pleasant.

Been here once a month for the past 3 months. Horrendous customer service, bad attitude on all occasions. Sack the franchisee owner

The food I received was freezing cold and I only live 5mins from the restaurant

Air conditioning was on while it was 1 degree Celsius outside. Had a thermal, T-shirt, fleece and a windbreaker on and was still freezing. I’ve never been in such a cold restaurant. Felt the same temperature outside as it was in. Insane in late November. Food was solid as always from this restaurant

Unfortunately the heating was broken although the air conditioning was still working. It was extremely cold both for the staff and customers alike. It is an insult to the staff expecting them to work in these appalling conditions. This issue needs to be addressed urgently otherwise KFC Riverside will be losing custom. It made for a bad experience and we would have been warmer sitting in our car!

Really friendly staff but make sure you wearing a coat the heating is broken so it's an ice box. Your safer going to mcdonalds across the road.

Heating not working in mid november so it's freezing cold. Staff are lovely. New till doesn't work so all orders made on the 2 kiosks. Not great for elder generation.
