Good food and ready on time! Ordered for 8 people and no issues with any of it! 👏🏻

Sadly the food was cold, the salt and pepper chips were soggy but dry inside.the chicken balls were clearly frozen as the batter was dry and the chicken was too and they whet also arrived cold. The starter was the only saviour here it was quite nice but overall we won’t order again we binned most of it.

Arrived really quickly, lovely and fresh and hot. Can't wait to order again

The food tasted as though it had been sat around for a while and was stale. I also ordered chicken however I do not think the meat was chicken as there was a piece of crispy beef in the tub. I was given a free drink for the order arriving late.

Imperial Yipin is my new favourite. Good sized portions. Good value for money. Delicious food. 5 stars across the board

Horrendous. I’d have had better food if I had gone in the dumpster. Lack of taste, quality, and ability to know what sauce exists.

chicken curry was nice. Duck chow mein was not very nice, very greasy. Bland and the duck was chewy, would not recommend

I have to say, I have never knew food could be this terrible, it was clearly pre cooked and microwaved. When I say clearly I mean they didn’t even try and hide it. I will never order again. What a waste of money. Definitely top worst takeaways I’ve ever had.

Chips and spring rolls were soggy, battered on the king po was soft and squidgy, chicken in yellow bean was okish and house special fried rice was ok

My only comment would be that the batter [chicken balls] was a bit stodgy. But the soup was Delicious, portion sizes were generous, and food was delivered quickly, with a smile.

special fried rice was very greasy and had shells of prawns still in, curry sauce was like water and sweet and sour sauce had no taste at all in the end my partner added some honey to get some flavour. no impressed to be honest and rice tasted like it had been fried in touch much oil which old..sadly won't be ordering again not for the price or quality of food.

Delivery driver blocked one way street (try parking, or stopping in a safe place like the rest us have to, maybe?) then repeatedly banged on my door despite me being ten feet away in the next room, because of the queue behind their car.

We always order from Imperial Yipin! The food is always piping hot and delicious. When we order for delivery they are always super quick and way ahead of the times shown on the app! Can highly recommend.

Much worse quality than usual from this restaurant. Black bean sauce was oversalted, and chicken balls were really dry. Please fix the issue whatever it is.

The food was good and delivered on time, in a friendly manner. The only negative for me was that the portions were, adequate but not generous. That's a negative when the prices are on the higher-side.

First time we've tried here, polite and friendly delivery, absolutely spot on the time requested. Food was hot and very tasty. Deep fried prawns in coconut and butter sauce, duck in plum sauce, sweet and sour chicken balls and mushroom fried rice full of flavour. Thanks Imperial Yipin, we'll order from you again soon!

Awful food, ended up returning most of it. Satay chicken tasted uncooked, and the rest was all the same colour and tasteless, avoid!

By far the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. A complete waste of money as it all went in the bin. Do not by food from these people

Can honestly say that was the WORST Chinese I have ever had, the chicken curry has so much oil in it it was all at the top, the chow mien and chips had obviously been re heated, the chips were hard and the chow main was burnt and soggy its was honestly so awful we didn’t even eat it we just chucked it.

Food was disgusting, chow mein was covered in burnt bits, rice was old and had no flavour, even the curry sauce was bland! This used to be a good Chinese but it’s gone downhill, won’t be ordering again.

Quick delivery ordered from here a few times but the last order was that bad I couldn’t eat it. Chicken was borderline cooked, like jelly. In all dishes which made it even worse. Had to complain. Unfortunately I can’t risk ordering from here again :(

I am always impressed with the food here, we had chilli beef, chow mein with chicken, prawn crackers and a platter with ribs, satay, prawn toast and seaweed. It was all so delicious and I will order again the next time we are craving Chinese

worst chinese I've ever had, smells bad chicken all slimey fried rice didn't look or taste like it, chow mein horrible all the vegetables looked and tasted like they was old shouldn't be consumed.. the smell I think they using the same oil over and over and over again.... advise please order somewhere else

Delicious food and great customer service!

The food was delivered quickly. However, It was a little disappointing it just lacked flavour, there was nothing specifically wrong just not as tasty as Chinese food generally is. This was our first time trying as our usual take away was closed, honestly we wouldn’t get food from here again.

The car broke down so when the food arrived it was cold,so I was given a free can of Pepsi as compensation witch was appreciated but then, the food was of poor quality, and everything was in pools of grease and the ribs where mainly cartalidge

No issues with the food being early the food was excellent. Prawn crackers, however, were very dry and cardboard like unfortunately.

We always order from here as it’s delicious but sadly the last few ordered have given us the most horrible stale prawn crackers. Not sure what’s changed but the quality has also gone down hill slightly x

all good, a bit sad no notes on what meal is where and cannot see extra portion of rice as ordered for 3 plus 4 extra because 7 people, but maybe because some portions were bigger, but would like more notes on what is where, only pork was labelled as pork with marker, but could be all signed for sure for better review

Absolutely awful!! Have thrown the chicken curry and chips in the bin. Zero flavour off the curry. Chips were like wax logs and cold. Ribs??? I expect ribs, not cross-sections of gristle! Never had a problem with Imp Yipin but never again after this bin fodder

where do I begin.. absolutely disgraceful, ribs were cold and rock solid, crispy seaweed was more like stringy plastic, chips were stone cold, chicken chow mein looked and tastes terrible, curry sauce was like a cold jelly, and to top it all off I've been on the WC at 2am in the morning with the you know what's.. I've eaten from here before and it's always been good, don't know whether they have changed chef or whatever but it was really really bad, won't be going back..

We always ordering from you, but the last two times food was not great.. Chips overcooked and cold, beef in black bean sauce overcooked or reheated, duck was dry, calamari overcooked and dry. Don't think we will be ordering again any time soon. Very disappointing 😞

I’ve never been more disgusted in a chinese in my life. I am pregnant by the way and ordered vegatable chow mein and chicken chow mein, sweet and sour chicken balls for me and my partner. The noodles were coated in black sut whatever it was, absolutely stank like a smokey, cigarette smell. Chicken balls were stale and smelt rank. Sweet and sour sauce had the same black sutty stuff in the tub. Im concerned for my health as i did eat some of the food before i threw it away. Absolutely rancid.
