Very clean place and fast service. Spacious place and quality food.

I have received wrong order completely different from what I have ordered! 2 piece chicken for 33£ insane and just eat taking to much time to refund for it !

I got the wrong food(was kfc fault not the driver) and I’ve requested a refund a few times and never received it, if I got my refund I would’ve been fine a mistakes a mistake but man I’m still waiting

Great staff, great atmosphere we were served by Jaan and kush they were very welcoming. The store was clean and comfortable. It's definitely a space i could come to more regularly, and of course, this goes without saying the food was delicious.

KFC is meant to stand for Kentucky Fried Chicken. It SHOULD stand for Killing Fat Children or Kids' Fattening Centre- based on my experience. Don't bother writing feedback saying that you are deeply sorry for this, keep on killing fat chickens. Go ahead. Don't want your lousy opinion on the fact that you are an ethical food chain. At least McDonald's food is better, even though it has 250% plastic in it.

I never got this order even it’s said it was delivered at 19:58h and it’s 20:24h.

Zinger burgers deal was good however the special offer on 20 wings is a joke,you get the smallest flat wings in one small paper bag its a blatant rip off I'd advise not to get it

The food was uncooked and the manager told us that if we already touched it we can't give it back to them but then how would we be able to see what the food tastes like? We didn't ask for our money back, we asked for them to just at least take it back and we were told that nothing could be done.?? This was a terrible costumer service and I don't recommend that you come here at all.

It’s frustrating to order food and receiving incomplete and missing items. When you ordered because you’re hungry and have to wait to order again because the food you ordered was missing. The just eat customer service takes ages to respond as well. Honestly how hard is your job to make sure my order is in the bag???? It cost as money and time.

Both burgers are burned and the portions are very small, never have this problem so didn’t want to complain but feel like this is unacceptable

This North Finchley KFC is getting worse The manager! I don’t know if his the owner or what! But his behaviour towards customers is very rude and the way he speak to customers is very bad also, I asked for 1 extra mayonnaise and 1 extra ketchup he was rude and started speaking in his language to his other colleague’s, I paid for a family meal plus extras. This is unacceptable speaking in your language while serving customers Please KFC head office look into this Thank you

Very rude staff , how these kind of people can get job! The old man even doesn't understand English and also very rude, the young one could talk English but very rude These staff should be sent to take a course about how to behave

Getting too expensive and the quality is much less. Too oily and to taste is not as it used to be.

The worst KFC ever, quality is zero. Always takes to longer for delivery drivers to prepare the order. All stuff are unprofessional.

The tables were not clean I wouldn't eat in. The staff behind the counter wouldn't give me an option for the type of Chicken piece I wanted were as all the other locations have so far..poor customer service. The actual food was ok

Kfc can be hit or miss today was definitely a disappointment 6 small chicken pieces at the bottom of bucket covered in 8 chicken wings all packed together,the chicken pieces were soggy and the coating was falling off or stuck to the bucket. Also most of the pieces were broken too quality of chicken was not to usual standard unfortunately. Sams chicken do a much better job in individually packing items so food arrives in good condition a shame kfc don't.

The food and surface was okay the atmosphere wasn’t that great, but it was still better than it could be But I would’ve fully put A full star review on the food if it didn’t make me feel sick because when I got home, I started to feel unwell because you put some ingredient in your chicken and chips which made me feel sick. It Didn’t make me puke though luckily

Ordered the original recipe chicken deal, the chicken was hard and crispy as a rock!! Was not nice at all, chips and beans good, very bad to service to serve chicken that way to customers.

Nikhil made me visit special. It was my first time at kfc and he suggest the wings and a wrap which was fresh, tasty and succulent. As soon as I came in I was greeted by Nikhil in a professional kind manner which made me so happy even though they were busy. Thank you Nikhil

Very nice kfc, I came here to use a voucher, manager was very helpful, got my food in 2 minutes and food was very 👍

All food present and correct however would have been a much better experience if the food arrived even warm but was delivered cold,with the cold soft drink placed inside the same bag as food.
