KFC North Finchley in Barnet

Store is very clean and food is amazing and good staff I strongly recommend this store to visit friends and families 😀

Even if I wanted to sit down and eat at this KFC, I couldn't. I don't know how often the staff clean the seating area, every time I seem to come here because I fancy a KFC, it is always a mess. The food is always just warm. You ask the staff a question or for a napkin, it is like you are asking for them to do you a favour. Just poor customer service, other fast food chains I have been to are nothing like this one. I am being generous with the two stars for the food.

the chicken fillet itself thinner than the chips!. hard and clearly old. chips undercooked. havent even bothered with the wings as they look so dry.. never ordering again!. very poor service for the price! guess I can only enjoy my pepsi as its in a can !

First time I’ve ever had an issue from here. Chips were a very small portion. Chicken tenders were not cooked enough. Skin not crunchy. Pale and undercooked. Will order again as hopefully just a one off but if happens again won’t use again.

The order never arrived, or better not at the right place

Food was over cooked arrived 30mins later than stated and was stone cold. Driver admitted to being late and said he was new. Food went in the bin. Not acceptable

I suspect the food was cold because Just Eat employ drivers who can’t read maps and don’t know their areas well enough. The driver went to two locations before finding me.

We ordered zinger burgers for our family from KFC (the branch in North Finchley) today and absolutely appalled at what we received! It is not that we’ve had good experience in the past with KFC North Finchley, it has always been poor but today we might have forgotten that whilst placing the order. The burgers came burnt so burnt fried chicken in burger buns!!!! What were you guys thinking when you packed the food for us….we did not order free food…we just like any customer paid for it….to receive burnt, inedible, food!!! Also, tried to call your number provided on google but it doesn’t seem to be the correct number. Whoever is the Manager or management needs to seriously think about this…..or I guess ignore it but these reviews and the ones below do tell a story so shouldn’t be ignored! Missing drink. The one piece chicken would barely be classed as a wing!

I ordered just eat exclusive 2 fillet burgers and the breading was all burnt ..the burnt smell was all over it and it was so dry..not at all juicy . really bad quality..my child couldn't eat it..

I got the chicken burger with the two hot wings, fries and gravy with a tango. They forgot the tango and the fries were under seasoned. The burger was really well seasoned had enough lettuce and mayo really good mayo. The chicken wings are amazing seasoned and very crispy.

I'm not happy with delivery. the guy brought his mopped to almost inside out house, where there is a very narrow space to bring anything and pass over our car. we are worried if he has scratched our car. this has never happened before with just east delivery drivers

The staff were friendly enough when approached, but after reading the reviews, I figured I’d rather risk overcooked chicken than one pinker than my complexion. When I pointed out that the chicken was undercooked, they kindly brought me another… which, to my surprise, was also undercooked. At this point, I started wondering if the chef learned to cook from the back of a cereal box. Their excuse? ‘The temperature is fine, ma’am, it’s just the seasoning.’ Seasoning? The chicken was practically clucking at me. On a brighter note, the chips were… memorable. Perfect if you’re aiming for a side of cardiac arrest with your meal. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend it. But hey, at least it’s an experience you won’t forget!

Chips were stone cold. I live 5 minutes from the place. Prices are more expensive online then they are instore also

The guy named Raj, his behaviour with customers is really genuine and always smiling. As far as I tested the food there, it's really good and fresh mostly.

Chicken didn’t taste of much and was a bit overdone. Mighty bucket for one didn’t come in a bucket all the chicken was just in a bag. One portion of chips seemed to be very light.

Specifically requested no legs as family will not eat them. Instead was sent 2 leg portions (out of 6 pieces total). Unnecessary.

Honestly, a 1 star review is being generous. We ordered via justeat, the food arrived in a poor state. There was a piece of stone in one of the chips and some of them were undercooked, probably the ropiest chicken I’ve ever eaten. Wish I’d seen the reviews on here before ordering. Absolutely disgusting.

Original order time said a certain time and it kept getting delayed & delayed. I've put 45 mins but tbh it was probably closer to an hour.

The food was warm could’ve been hotter but the quality of food was great. The chicken wings had a good amount of flavour and spice. The burger was very flavoursome and tasted really good. The chicken in the burger was nice and crispy and the beans were good quality not as many chips as wanted, but can’t complain too much. This is a go to and will never disappoint.

two plus one small bit of chicken is not 3 pieces. one tiny bag of cold of 11 small chips also very cold. the pieces if chicken were badly cut from the bird with sharp bones throughout. basically prepared and served in a very poor condition.

This kfc closes at 23:45 but I arrived on Sunday at 23:00 I ordered my food and I was told I can not eat in there and also they didn’t let use the bathroom So avoid this place near closing time Coz they won’t give damn about customers

Delivery was 1 hour late. Food was cold. Mini fillets were left in the box for too long and got red stains from the packaging. I would give you -1 star if that was an option.

Yet again, a JustEat driver that can't read a map and doesn't know the area. I watched as he went down two different roads before finally following the instructions I put on the order. Absolutely hopeless.

The food Quality was outstanding. but the staff is maybe not trained. by looking at them they are very experienced but they’re giving service like untrained. staff are not wearing hand gloves. .hand glavos touching fries and chicken. they doesn’t care about food hygiene.

What a bad experience from the head of the staff mean the manager who treats me on my meal like I am begging to them I was waiting for longer than a hours and when I ask for my meal he just says me wait like other doing for hours in rude ways which make me feel so disrespectful
