The staff were friendly enough when approached, but after reading the reviews, I figured I’d rather risk overcooked chicken than one pinker than my complexion. When I pointed out that the chicken was undercooked, they kindly brought me another… which, to my surprise, was also undercooked. At this point, I started wondering if the chef learned to cook from the back of a cereal box. Their excuse? ‘The temperature is fine, ma’am, it’s just the seasoning.’ Seasoning? The chicken was practically clucking at me. On a brighter note, the chips were… memorable. Perfect if you’re aiming for a side of cardiac arrest with your meal. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend it. But hey, at least it’s an experience you won’t forget!

Hi i gave you 5 star because of staff service. I was seeing that they are serving food with good smiles and great behaviour i feel that they are like my friends.

I love kfc its finger lickin good. and the guy name mah be Raj his behaviour was really good as well all food items was perfectlly in the box.

Honestly, a 1 star review is being generous. We ordered via justeat, the food arrived in a poor state. There was a piece of stone in one of the chips and some of them were undercooked, probably the ropiest chicken I’ve ever eaten. Wish I’d seen the reviews on here before ordering. Absolutely disgusting.

This kfc closes at 23:45 but I arrived on Sunday at 23:00 I ordered my food and I was told I can not eat in there and also they didn’t let use the bathroom So avoid this place near closing time Coz they won’t give damn about customers

Delivery was 1 hour late. Food was cold. Mini fillets were left in the box for too long and got red stains from the packaging. I would give you -1 star if that was an option.

The food Quality was outstanding. but the staff is maybe not trained. by looking at them they are very experienced but they’re giving service like untrained. staff are not wearing hand gloves. .hand glavos touching fries and chicken. they doesn’t care about food hygiene.

What a bad experience from the head of the staff mean the manager who treats me on my meal like I am begging to them I was waiting for longer than a hours and when I ask for my meal he just says me wait like other doing for hours in rude ways which make me feel so disrespectful

Great staff, great atmosphere we were served by Jaan and kush they were very welcoming. The store was clean and comfortable. It's definitely a space i could come to more regularly, and of course, this goes without saying the food was delicious.

KFC is meant to stand for Kentucky Fried Chicken. It SHOULD stand for Killing Fat Children or Kids' Fattening Centre- based on my experience. Don't bother writing feedback saying that you are deeply sorry for this, keep on killing fat chickens. Go ahead. Don't want your lousy opinion on the fact that you are an ethical food chain. At least McDonald's food is better, even though it has 250% plastic in it.

Delivery driver did not take care of my food. Carried my food in a shopping bag. KFC BAG WAS RIPPED.

The food was uncooked and the manager told us that if we already touched it we can't give it back to them but then how would we be able to see what the food tastes like? We didn't ask for our money back, we asked for them to just at least take it back and we were told that nothing could be done.?? This was a terrible costumer service and I don't recommend that you come here at all.

It’s frustrating to order food and receiving incomplete and missing items. When you ordered because you’re hungry and have to wait to order again because the food you ordered was missing. The just eat customer service takes ages to respond as well. Honestly how hard is your job to make sure my order is in the bag???? It cost as money and time.

This North Finchley KFC is getting worse The manager! I don’t know if his the owner or what! But his behaviour towards customers is very rude and the way he speak to customers is very bad also, I asked for 1 extra mayonnaise and 1 extra ketchup he was rude and started speaking in his language to his other colleague’s, I paid for a family meal plus extras. This is unacceptable speaking in your language while serving customers Please KFC head office look into this Thank you

Getting too expensive and the quality is much less. Too oily and to taste is not as it used to be.

Kfc can be hit or miss today was definitely a disappointment 6 small chicken pieces at the bottom of bucket covered in 8 chicken wings all packed together,the chicken pieces were soggy and the coating was falling off or stuck to the bucket. Also most of the pieces were broken too quality of chicken was not to usual standard unfortunately. Sams chicken do a much better job in individually packing items so food arrives in good condition a shame kfc don't.

The food and surface was okay the atmosphere wasn’t that great, but it was still better than it could be But I would’ve fully put A full star review on the food if it didn’t make me feel sick because when I got home, I started to feel unwell because you put some ingredient in your chicken and chips which made me feel sick.
