KFC Newport - Spytty Road in Newport

Ordered a family bucket . It was an hour and a half late and missing 2 large gravy sides. Called kfc spytty and they weren’t helpful in the slightest. Never will I order a KFC again.

Not only was the food cold but my order was wrong and the food was all squashed in the box

The delivery time changed by an hour after placing the order. The fries, chicken strips, hot wings and popcorn chicken we're all room temperature. The original recipe chicken was still warm but not hot.

Spent £35 for chicken to not arrive just chips to turn up

First time ever to come here, mother in law wanted to try it. The app is not easy, drove across town and home to find wrong order three pieces of original chicken had become five small boxes of popcorn chicken 🧐😖😵‍💫won’t be returning 😡

Rice bowl had a few salad leaves and chicken. Everything else as per description was missing. Wish I could upload pictures to show how shocking the food I was given was.

The delivery driver was lovely, very polite.

Delivery driver arrived. brought the wrong order. Got angry and swore at us when we told him he had the wrong order. Took the order with him and left and marked the order delivered. Bad service

The worst KFC chicken wrap I’ve ever had! The first half was just dry, dis-interesting chicken. Only half way through did I discover the minute amount of salad. All of the mayo had sunk to the bottom.

Gave me beans instead of gravy. I SPECIFICALLY SAID GRAVY

Some items on my order were missing,and the store replaced one item ,from my kids order,with what they called fries,wich were almost brown and uneatable.

Driver didn’t deliver my food. Absolutely useless

Didn't realise I received the wrong order until I brought it in. My order number was 2723 (which I gave the courier at the time) but received order number 2722. It bore no resemblance to my order. This was for me and my girlfriends. We meet up only once every 6 weeks and I can confidently say it ruined our coveted evening together. It's definitely made us all decide to use one of the many alternatjve food courier services from now on.

placed my old app at 650. food arrived at 8:2 1 items missing such as chips and a Coke. absolutely fuming

Ordered a kids bucket meal - asked for mash, they gave me chips and missing the pineapple stick. Trilogy box meal missing the supercharger dip, and the other box meal had a measly portion of fries and was sent beans instead of gravy. It’s pot luck with this KFC, I’ve had them ring me before to let me know they’ve run out of zinger sauce and asked what I would like instead, which I thought was really good of them. Not on this occasion tho, shocking and will think twice about ordering again!

driver refused to come up in the lift to deliver items

This is nothing to do with the delivery driver, I feel all fault lays with KFC. How on earth can you get the order so wrong, absolutely ridiculous and won’t be ordering from Spytty ever again

Pathetic, chips were dumped into the bag without even being in the tiny packets, dips missing, gravy missing. Wasn't the first time this happened, get better workers

missing the Fries and cold drink put in with food, meaning that I had to reheat chicken, which happens every time i order from here. This will be the last time they have my custom

I ordered 3 meals and i wasnt impressed the chips was cold and 3 drinks was missing so i want a refund for the drinks we havent had.

Cold food unfortunately. I had to warm it up in the microwave

Ordered the double down burger and was told there's no hash browns for this burger. It wasn't taken off the till as people 20 mins or so later were ordering it and having the same issue. The worker simply said they don't have the hash brown and will have to make the burger without it, didn't offer anything replacement or alternative. The toilets were also disgusting and hand dryer not working, tables dirty and the burger i did get was cold. Possibly the worst kfc I've been in

The delievery time took 1 hours 15 mins to arrive when I live literally less than 5 mins away by car from the KFC place, the food turned up freezing cold, the drinks were warm, portion of food was much smaller than usual aswell as the chicken being very dry, very unimpressed

What a disgrace to fast food. Uncooked, pink and raw chicken. I would heavily avoid this place. Im surprised its not been shut down by environmental health.

Absolute shambles of a fast food “restaurant” and your employees are actual idiots. spent £40 on food for them to give the delivery driver the wrong order and then instead of rectifying the issue when the driver went back, the driver then had to ring me because they’d just cancelled my order as they didn’t want to deal with it. Service is appalling and the food is 5/10 at best but I only ordered as my kids wanted it. Now I’m £40 down with nothing to show for it. Useless the lot of you.

the twisted wrap was missing everything including the sauce apart from the chicken, no mini fillet with the meal either

ordered the boneless meal for one and the size of chicken pieces was a joke size of my little finger i know things are tight in the country but i paid £10 .49 and im still hungry last time i use kfc

came late and didn't include the main bucket (14 peieces) very disappointed , but I would like to say this was down to the devilery driver over the shop

Ordered a bucket meal for one -4piece colonel chicken. It was literally thrown in the bag, thought they’d forgotten the fries but then found them mixed in with the chicken. Also because of the heat the bag was wet and the chicken coating was falling off the chicken. A bag of mush!

Didn't have stuffing for the festive burgers. Frie portion was quite small for the price as well. Place was not clean and looked dirty.

Would like to say I was happy with the meal received but I’d be lying. Incorrect 12 pc box received ordered a boneless but had chicken on the bone. No fries, no dips, no bottle of Pepsi even the extra bottle ordered wasn’t there. I did check the receipt on the bag thinking it may have been someone else’s but no it was mine. Was also cold when delivered even though the delivery was fast. Not impressed as this has happened before with missing items and that’s even getting it myself

Absolutely shocking missing my chips chicken and charged me almost £30 I now have to get more food for my kids and This was a treat as I’m a single parent and not bringing any chicken or chips !!!

Kfc Newport-Spytty Road is amazing because the staff are friendly and they have the food and drinks that you may want to eat and drink and it has a lovely atmosphere and it has a drive thru

got there nearly closing time. gone through drive thru but was closed and advised to go inside the store which is fine. only two customer inside so didn't had to wait long. quick service. friendly staff.

food took only half and hour to be delivered but the whole off it was cold including the gravy ..

It took ages for food to arrive and others were getting their food even after ordering after ourselves. There were 6 of us all with single orders and ended up eating at separate times.

Food was great. Service was not bad, I just had to go to the counter 3 times as things were missed from my order. We had to search for a clean table is my only reason for the atmosphere, other than that it was good

ordered zinger tower, fries and gravy with fruit shoot. got zinger tower with 2 fries and the fruit shoot sitting in them. not good

Waiting in drive through for 20 minutes only for them to say “we’re not taking drive through orders please come in to store” meanwhile they took the order in front and we had to wait to get out!!

WORST. Imagine taking £50+ off someone to provide them with something that is 10% of the product you thought you were getting in the image. Shouldn’t be allowed. If I bought a car from an image and it turned out to be banged up and the wrong colour, that would be considered wrong, right???
