no drink as usual not the first time this has happened

Food was cold and we didn’t get two cans of coke with meals paid over 30.00 not happy.

The food was stone cold when it arrived ,looks like the driver was visiting lots of other places before me as the delivery time slipped ever backwards

The delivery driver was very nice the meal was very hot and all off the food was correct.

Unfortunately i order gravy and I receive mash potatoes. Not bad , but they have to take care of the orders

Missing items from order - missing mini fillets and missing hot wings. Also ordered tango and received Pepsi max

Absolutely shocking missing my chips chicken and charged me almost £30 I now have to get more food for my kids and This was a treat as I’m a single parent and not bringing any chicken or chips !!!

Would like to say I was happy with the meal received but I’d be lying. Incorrect 12 pc box received ordered a boneless but had chicken on the bone. No fries, no dips, no bottle of Pepsi even the extra bottle ordered wasn’t there. I did check the receipt on the bag thinking it may have been someone else’s but no it was mine. Was also cold when delivered even though the delivery was fast. Not impressed as this has happened before with missing items and that’s even getting it myself

food was horrible. not cooked properly..never again will I order from here

Stone cold. Delivery driver was too interested in the code as soon as I opened the door. Food was stone cold.

Everything was really good. Only thing not great, was putting my drink on top of the box of chicken, which meant my soft drink was warm.

got there nearly closing time. gone through drive thru but was closed and advised to go inside the store which is fine. only two customer inside so didn't had to wait long. quick service. friendly staff.

food took only half and hour to be delivered but the whole off it was cold including the gravy ..

It took ages for food to arrive and others were getting their food even after ordering after ourselves. There were 6 of us all with single orders and ended up eating at separate times.

Food was great. Service was not bad, I just had to go to the counter 3 times as things were missed from my order. We had to search for a clean table is my only reason for the atmosphere, other than that it was good

Forgot drinks, no response from Just Eat regarding the refund

Im impressed. From placing order, to cooking it and delivery. It took only 14 minutes to process the order. Will definetly order again!

Order was missing all our fries

ordered zinger tower, fries and gravy with fruit shoot. got zinger tower with 2 fries and the fruit shoot sitting in them. not good

Waiting in drive through for 20 minutes only for them to say “we’re not taking drive through orders please come in to store” meanwhile they took the order in front and we had to wait to get out!!

delivery time was pushed back 3 times!. when the order arrived it was totally the wrong order, even though I was asked for the 4 dight code. I have had to order elsewhere. never had a problem with just eat in the past but this have put me off using them in the future. only give 1 star because wouldn't allow me to leave it without.

Paid extra for two gravy and didn’t get ANY, requested specific chicken didn’t get that, no garlic mayo. So disappointed!!

The staff are always friendly here the only thing is every time I order there is always an item missing from the bag. They always correct it on asking but would really love a 100% perfect order at some point to give the 5 star rating.

WORST. Imagine taking £50+ off someone to provide them with something that is 10% of the product you thought you were getting in the image. Shouldn’t be allowed. If I bought a car from an image and it turned out to be banged up and the wrong colour, that would be considered wrong, right???

Just visited, ordered a zinger rice box, extra piece of chicken and medium pepsi. Not certain i actually got an extra piece of chicken, barely any rice(that was there looked overcooked) and no beans, space left in the box. Asked for the beans, just given a drizzle with still space in box, all for £9.49. Photo waa certainly not a true representation. One straw available, few forks, that area a mess. Did refund my money without too much question. KFC is normally my favourite, this was poor. Went to Aldi next door, their Korean rice and beef salad far better value at £2.49!

Sub par food. Waited 20 minutes for a vegan burger to be cooked/made. Workers are friendly, though. I feel this establishment used to be better than it currently is. I would not recommend ordering a 'krushem' - £2.29 for a tiny cup of crushed ice and flavouring.

All food was cold. I ordered a fillet tower burger and it was just a regular fillet burger in the bag.

Order was placed with an expected delivery time of 15-30 minutes - eventually turned up in almost exactly an hour; unsurprisingly all food was cold.

Floor dirty with food and rubbish. Not one clean table, most tables with rubbish on them. Pretty poor for such a large global brand.

Food was Luke warm and had no servettes with the order and delivery driver was a bit rude

Delivery was great- quick and friendly at the door. Food was poor. The twister wraps had no sauce in them and were not wrapped tightly so were messy. The zinger burger was dry and burnt tasting. Would have returned this if I was in store ordering!

I opted for the boneless banquet for one. It was delicious. The only real gripe I would have is the amount of time it took to be served. While it wasn't excessive it could of been quicker considering the number of staff working behind the counter

Had dreadful vomiting and stomach pain after eating here 3 days ago, had to take charcoal tablets to avoid food poisoning as the stomach pain came. Please take notice of this and all the other reviews mentioning poor hygiene and avoid this KFC franchise like the plague. Go to the one near Spytty retail park or East retail Park.

Came here on my lunch break with cash only. I come in and the front desk where you order says order at the kiosk, I go to the kiosk and I have to scan a qr code order online and then after I’ve done all of that I can’t even pay cash. Always something going wrong when I come here. Highly recommend not coming here at all!

the driver delivered someone else's order and delivered my order to someone else, l had to go to the store myself to collect the correct order

Food was okay but was missing a can of drink and a portion of fries. The one portion of fries we did get was comically small. Won't be using again.

Food was cold, hardly no chips.. corn on the cob was given in both meals instead of gravy and I’m allergic to corn on the cob so cannot eat the food as it’s now contaminated. Hot wings were missing it £30 wasted down the drain

My toddler decided to have a nervous breakdown at the exact moment I started trying to order 'drive-thru'. The staff were incredibly patient and kind with a great sense of humour about it. Also the food was very yummy!

Forgot half my order. Was meant to have extra fries and extra gravy. They didn’t give me any. Was also meant to have two pineapple sticks and I didn’t get one. On the plus side they gave me a cookie which I didn’t pay for

In one instance, when I placed an order, I did not receive a receipt. With one of the meals, the fries were missing and the chicken pieces were the same size as hot wings. With both meals, I received sparkling water instead of Sprite. When I attempted to file a complaint online, the website appeared to have a deliberate glitch that prevented me from proceeding. Overall, I would advise against spending money or time at this establishment.

So went in after work as drive through no one’s talking! The guy on the till didn’t even acknowledge me, more interested in his just eat orders! So ignorant no apologies just ignored! Walked out went back to drive thru window! Once again just waiting and waiting do they actually want our business ??

Ordered fillet box meal . Half hour late with the smallest bit of chicken . Will not be ordering again always a let down from here

ordered 4 chicken pieces, would of been nice to of had a breast, thigh, leg and a random extra, not 3 thigh and one breast

Waited 25min for a drive through order of just mini fillets. There were several cars parked up waiting and around 6 people in the shop when I went on to find out what's taking so long - lots of people complaining of missed items and delays. For a quiet wednesday night it seemed something was badly wrong, no apologies or explanation from staff Food was as expected from kfc

One of the best KFC I have been in. Can't understand how it's so quiet.

There were 2 items in the order that I didn't order and 2 items were missing. I'm not sure how you can mistake 2 portions of mashed potato for a pot of gravy and a pot of beans. the cookies were so overcooked I'm surprised my teeth survived the bite I tried to take poor service from KFC.

Honestly food was a bit of a let down which is surprising as I think very highly of KFC's food control

Had delivery as I am disabled, order missing 6 hot wings and 4 chicken straps. When I rang I was told I could pick them up. I have no transport And don't go out. So thanks KFC you are a great help

I ORDERED A 14 PIECE BARGAIN BUCKET, I GET 9 PIECES OF THE SAME, AND 5 OTHER. I returned to the Restaurant and the attitude on the staff is horrendous. As If I was begging for food. YOUR WAY OF TREATING CUSTOMERS IS DISGUSTING. FEMALE MANAGER OR PERSON IN CHARGE HAS LITTLE OR NONE MANNERS IN WHICH TO RESPOND TO A CUSTOMER.. A 14 PIECE BARGAIN BUCKET IS A MIXED BUCKET, WITH A FEW PIECES OF EACH,, NOT 90% OF 1 TYPE AND 5 OF OTHER. I AM NOT COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION, I DESERVE TO BE TREATED BETTER AND NOT HEARING ALL OF THE STUFF THEY ARE SAYING TO EACHOTHER ABOUT ME AND THE ISSUE. OUTLOUD....

The worst meal we’ve have had from KFC, I had the chicken meal and it was cold I ended up eating just bottom of the bun, with a few chips in there as they tasted reheated and nearly cold, great for the price I basically had, a can of coke, 100% won’t order from there again for myself!!!

I brought a burger that was advertised on TV only to find that its smaller than the one in the advert, also the chicken was so hard in the end I gave it to a cat. The price of it is to high and I won't be going to KFC again .

Standard KFC food. Decent. Fresh clean restraunt polite staff. All you expect from KFC
