Just ordered for first time, lovely kebab but I asked for all salad....but it came without any.

1st time ordering today from here, 10 out of 10 for the food was delivered hot and beautiful. Very polite and professional on the phone I will definitely be returning. The prices are also very good. Thank you.

Quick delivery but would’ve been nice to receive a fresh kebab rather than burnt scraps. had to fish out 2 hairs too so that was the end of my meal. Never again

We came to get food and the staff was kind and helpful in making us decide what to eat. And the pizza and doner did not disappoint

Ordered food last night,delivery was lobey food was absolutely amazing 👏 kebab was definitely the best I've ever had chips was soft !..pizza's where lovely cooked..burger and chip perfection!!..food was earlier than were told -brilliant..food came hot 10/10 for everything !...definitely will be eating from here again !!..definitely the best place around ,highly recommended you won't be disappointed!!..

Rank! Vile! Disgusting! Pick any word or choose your own. Called in, ordered and collected what should have been edible food. Far from it, ordered Small Chicken Shish Kebab and salad. Salad appeared beyond seeing better day's, probably from being left uncovered for several day's. As for what they sold as Chicken? It might have well been Cat for the taste, appearance and condition of the meat. One bite and straight in the bin. First and last time I would eat from this place, forced to leave 1*

Vegas Kebab, allright food. Fresh and tasty. They do nice shish and pizza, only chicken wings should improve they do from frozen taste cheap! Overall good kebab shop.

Staff really helpful, didn’t have cash so he showed me how to order online and was super friendly and because ordering online has a charge he even payed me back the difference, recommend highly, great food as well

I was a user for a LONG time. However after reading a post I will NEVER be ordering again. Your higiene standards are APPALLING and your staff members lack of not only respect but also dignity in the way they deal with food is disgusting. Do not order.

I’m not one to complain but just to warn others. the chips were nice so i’m putting 2 stars. But the chicken nuggets were vile! Wouldn’t recommend buying them smallest bits of bones and other bits were in there felt sick and started chocking🤢

Was very happy with service at beechwood grill they sent me wrong order but as soon as i received order and realised they sent me wrong order. I rang them and they quickly delivered my correct order... thankyou so much beechwood grill..

!!!!!!AVOID!!!!!! Delivered over an hour late and the wrong food turned up😡 I felt really sorry for the girl on the phone, we could hear the manager telling her to just keep lying and say it had just left 3 times. After 1 hour 45 minutes (and with two very hungry kids) the 'food' arrived The pizza was cold, the cheeseburger had mayo when asked for red sauce and I don't know how you manage to make a CHICKEN BURGER WITHOUT A BUN?!?! Manager refused a refund, said all they could do was send more food but why would I want more wrong food. You shouldn't have to kick off to be offered a refund when you were lied to several times and the wrong, cold food delivered. Avoid like the plague!!!!!! Thanks to the girl on the phone for trying to help, not her fault!

I am regular customer for 5years . I order the food today and they send me wrong pizza , I ring them back and talk with them and they said that they will send me another pizza . They send the pizza and the driver was acting really bad he ask for return of other pizza after 2h waiting for another pizza when I ring back to the shop to say their driver was acting rude way with my family the manager acting same as the driver and the food was disappointing and I will never ever other from them again the new management are disappointing people also food is bad !!!

Recently under new management (as confirmed by delivery driver last night) and the place has gone to the dogs, we was a regular throughout lockdown but now will never ever go back, daughters boyfriend was severely sick last night after kebab! Its not the first time we noticed a change either as our last order was terrible too but thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt, obvious new management has gone in and looked where they can save a few pound buying cheapet quality food, sad really because 2 months back i would of said best kebab place in newport.

So....when I rang to ask where our meal was after an hour having been told 40 mins for delivery, the Receptionist lied saying waiting for driver to come back 🤔 but then our order arrived 2 mins later.... 😕.

Gave me the wrong order. (Mayo instead of chilli sauce.) Walked all the way back and they replaced my order. By then, they were already closing/closed and I guess they gave me whatever they had left over. Was old, tough and nasty. Would have been a rip off at half the price.

The food here akways like and smells nice, don't be fooled! Fire a long time they only had a 1 food hygiene rating and went to great lengths to hide the sign! Even placing it on the bottom of the door so it couldn't be seen. This place had great potential, but lets itself down consistently. 5 years ago you guys made amazing food! What happened?

Have ordered from beechwood grill on numerous occasions and always had good food and service, that is until tonight not only was food stone cold but my chicken shish was missing, one phonecall and an apology, chicken shish promised asasp, unfortunately it was delivered 2 doors up, kind neighbor brought round, guess what cold, needless to say beechwood grill has lost my custom

Ordered for the first time from beechwood bbq grill last night 11pm and i wasnt dissapointed at all. Had a pizza meal deal £10.80 and it was really, really good. Garlic bread and chips came as sides and they wer really nice good portions hot and shareable. The cheese pizza i.had was 12' with 3 additional toppins lots of cheese a nice tomato sauce.. I do live locally but the food was delivered very prompt will definatly be coming back to order again with beechwood bbq grill.

Top kebab action from the boys from Beechwood (Beechwood in Turkey). The chicken shish is an eloquent mix of the tears of an angel combined with the whistful thinking of a small dog. There's is no better kebab in the City. They are all 5 star at 2am though....
