I really enjoyed my recent visit to McDonald's and getting the free hot drink with the delicious food!

Typical McDonald's. No hot chocolate available. Ate in - quite a lengthy wait as it did not appear to be very busy. Was given wrong drink but it was changed.

Quality of food below standard. Found decayed chips 🍟 in the takeaway.

Been charged £6.08 for a sausage and egg meal, this included a hashbrown and a coffee. They sell a sausage and egg muffin with a coffee for £2.79. This means that I paid over £3 for a single hashbrown. Absolute rip off. Never going there again. Anybody from the restraunt want to explain that pricing strategy?

missing items from my order. request a refund but don't always get it refunded. it's not fair if I am actually missing items. I only ever request when I am actually missing things!

I’m a delivery driver and I pick up around 95% of my deliveries from here. I would like to give a special mention to David (Shift Manager) who always makes me feel so welcomed and appreciated whenever we meet. The staff in general are all so welcoming which is why I prefer to deliver from here. However there is a small minority of staff who think they are God’s gift and have a bit of an attitude.

Forgot the jam for both porridge and muffin.

Great service from just eat.shame it couldn’t be said about mc Donald’s,there is always something missing from an order .

I ordered 2 med diet cokes & 2 ice creams plus 2 wraps & chips. the wrap & chips were OK, but in a separate bag was the drinks & Ice cream, the drinks had fallen in the bag & were leaking out of the bag, so we refused delivery & the lad said he would return with replacement that was 6.10pm it's now 7 .05 is he returning,spoiled our takeaway

Nice and quiet early in the morning. Car park has a weird bend in it, wouldn't like to try it when it is full of boy racers.

Lied about delivering food after making me wait for over an hour from original delivery time.

We ordered drinks and mcflurries due to the heat, and they forgot the mcflurries! McDonald's in Harlech Retail is really going down the pan as this is not the 1st time they have forgotten items, only in this weather, you'd think they'd be more on the ball!

Missing iteams my daughters chicken nuggets only thing she eats and drinks I only order from here as daughter autism she eats the nuggets but so many times the order is wrong it's shocking how many times items missing

Every time I order from here there’s always items that never come i always have a crying kid cuz items are missing then im having to pay again for an item that I’ve already paid for with the cost of living situation it’s a nightmare that im having to keep re paying for things understand it’s busy and loads of orders are places but if I pay for something I except it all to come!

This is my first time trying just eat, the courier was very kind, my food arrived hot, my order was slightly messed up (giving me a burger instead of a McFlurry) but overall the service was great

Lots of complaints on this site are about missing or incorrect orders on deliveries. 🤔 I order and pick up in store and never have a problem 😀 apart from wait time is getting increasingly longer due to the amount of deliveries being collected. Will use this McDonald's again.

I work at the Tesco next to it and go to McDonald’s a lot. Every time I come to this location I am always disappointed. The food is rarely warm, today it took over 30 mins to get my order and everything was cold. No ice in the Coke, burger was slapped together with mayo everywhere in the box and the McFlurry was melted. 99% of the time I eat here I want to make a bad review but always can’t as I’ve been waiting so long for my food I’m running late to come back from my break. Management are shambles especially the male with the short hair and a beard, who was on shift at the time of making this review, and staff have a can’t be asked attitude behind the line and customer service wise. It’s a shame as id like to enjoy a quick, easy and tasty meal on my break which gives me something to look forward to but always end up with this bottom end cold and disgusting standard of food which is never expected at a McDonald’s or any other one I’ve been to I would avoid at all costs and go to the McDonald’s off the harlequin roundabout named Lyne road.

They were a bit busy but that's normal now due to justeat an the other apps. Staff are always attentive and pleasant at this McDonald's.. if it's busy just chill and your visit will be a good one, please remember to treat people how you want to be treated..✌

A 1 star is the least it'd let me do! Few times now I've ordered from here and every single time something missing. It's usually a dip, but to miss off a whole happy meal but remember to add on the 49p fruit bag is just beyond me. We just got back off a family weekend away, kids wanted one, and excited, to find out they "forgot" my 3 year old daughter happy meal, I'm fuming to say the least. Taking it further!! Sort it out. Bunch of lazy idiots.

Rating a McDonalds seems pointless. But this place is so bad it deserves a special mention. They have never got an order right. Not once. Always something wrong. From freezing, old, funny tasting fries, to poorly constructed burgers always missing or containing ingredients you expected or requested not be in there. But the worst crime of all is the service. Its truly awful. They refuse to answer the phone to deal with complaints. Just avoid it.
