McDonald's in Newport

Driver decided to sit in carpark having a private call instead of actually delivering food, i had to go out in rain to collect it and even then he did not hang up private call

No sauces as always. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Get nuggets purely for the sauce. Do better.

the last 3 times I've ordered something has been left off my order. the first 2 times it was my garlic mayo dip. and this time it was my latte which I had to pay an extra 50p for on top of the cost of the meal deal. I'm not happy as it's all starting to add up now the amount I'm losing out on!

Freezing cold again, delivery guy is on a pedal bike doing 3 deliveries mine being the 3rd. Spent over £20 and got a £3.25 refund lol

After waiting over an hour for our food, it was the wrong delivery order! It’s not the first time this has happened, in fact every time I order from this McDonalds, there is always something missing! I told the delivery driver that it was wrong to which he said he worked for just eat and he couldn’t help. I’ve tried phoning McDonalds numerous times and no answer!

First of all the Cheesy bites share box was not delivered. Second none of the dips we ordered were delivered. Third the Cappuccinos were partially spilled due to McDonald's not putting a cover on the cup before placing the lids on top. Other establishments do this so why doesn't McDonald's?

all food freezing cold, fries everywhere kn the bag. drinks spilt. charge 7.09 for a sharebox of 12 cheese bites and put only in on the box. on the brink of never using just eat again

delivery driver was friendly and smiling. food came hot and prompt.

chips was cold and drinks spilled. but it was delivery driver fault. as the guy on motorbike didn't put his stand on his motorbike when he got off it and drinks and food fell over with motorbike. so all drinks covered my mc furry and chips was cold. by the time I got it in.

Chips were cold, and not a large - which is what I ordered. Had medium chips and large drink instead. Last time I order from Harlech park. I always order from Lynne road and never have an issue.

Hash browns could have been slightly warmer but it was packaged really well, no spillages, was really pleased with the rip tape covers too.

I ordered a double espresso. When it arrived the lid hadn’t been safely fastened so had leaked out through the bag.

It took 55 minutes from order to the food leaving the restaurant. It arrived some 30 mins after the original delivery estimate. The food was stone cold when it arrived. A £2.05 refund on £12 order is insulting!

my issue isn't with the delivery driver, he was prompt and polite. my issue is with the restaurant. this is the second time I have paid for sauce and not received it. one of the burgers was also missing some of the ingredients. they also didn't send straws or napkins with our order.

McDonald’s always forget something and when you have 3 kids and 2 of them have food missing, it’s a nightmare!

Ordered on app for table service, 20 minutes later no food arrived. Approached counter, nothing on their system, no reference number on the app. Very professionally dealt with by the staff but this has happened twice in the last few weeks. Food was great when they sorted it but worrying how you can order and pay with nothing showing on their system.

Ordered mcflurrys, they were barely half way full, asked them to top them up they said they would then just folded down the top bit as if that was going to make it seem like more was in there?! And then just handed them straight back! Not a couple minutes down the road and had already melted, waste of money and not value for money either.
