Wings were burnt and rice had weird burnt but some how soggy large pieces of vegetables in it - possibly carrot? Waste of money.

driver was first ijn Malpas with an order that is far away of my location .the app showed my food was at the store then showed it will be delivered but time for delivery showed 20.10 but the time was already 20.32

The waiting time was initially 40-55 minutes and it ended up 1 hour 45 waiting time. All the food was cold and there were no cookies in the order. Very disappointing and would like a full refund.

Really annoyed with the driver who delivered the food. He was trying to hide half my order in his bag and one of us now has gone without food. He was very suspicious keeping his bag half closed and has stolen off us. People like that are disgraceful as it’s stealing!! Shame on you sir from stealing from me and my family. ⭐☆☆☆☆ This is the worst KFC I have ever eaten at. The chicken’s breading was soft and completely flavorless, as if they used a generic store-bought coating instead of KFC’s signature seasoning. The burger was a mess—completely squashed. I asked for it to be packed in a bag to go, but I opened it right away, and it looked like someone had shaken it beforehand. The breading had slid off the chicken, leaving just a plain piece of meat. To make things worse, the restroom was out of order, and there were no napkins available. I will never come back here again—such a disappointing experience.

I had a terrible experience at KFC recently. I went in the evening to grab some food, and right away, I noticed the staff weren’t wearing any hair nets, which is pretty unsanitary, especially in a food setting. To make matters worse, some of the staff were on their phones, and when it came time to pack my chips, they were literally touching them with their bare hands, no gloves in sight. Even more concerning, one member of staff in the back weren’t wearing any kind of work uniform—just casual clothes. This lack of professionalism and hygiene standards was disappointing, and it really makes me question the cleanliness and safety of the food. Definitely won’t be returning.

I can never understand how staff in any fast food outlet find it reasonable to shove cold soft drinks and hot food in one bag knowing it’s going out for delivery. Guess what happens? Cold hot food and warm cold drinks. You wouldn’t smother ice cubes against your burgers and chicken for 10 mins… so please don’t do it with mine! I’m generally easy going and would understand the thoughtless packaging if it was a busy restaurant - like McDonald’s. But this KFC is never busy. Walk past it any day and look in. It’s always virtually empty. And I can certainly see why!

Went for some food this evening, ordered a tower box meal with sides 1 original recipe chicken, corn and fries and a drink , food took longer than usual they gave wrong food, then went to the counter and showed them receipt and they corrected my order, service very bad , while I was eating my chicken I've seen something in the chicken it looked like a plastic wrapping or something to me , went to the counter showed them and asked what it is , there was 2 on the counter they couldn't answer so they called someone from the kitchen and he looked and said this is part of the chicken it's not plastic or anything, I've never seen something looks like a plastic wrapping in Chicken in my entire life , I know how Chicken looks like and what chicken has inside. However, no apology nothing, I said okay throw it away I Don't want it, very disappointing I would say shitty please to go for food . I've more bad experiences with kfc they gave me food which is not cooked properly complaind but no proper solution. Everyone look at the picture to see how it looks like and let me know what does it look like . Attached receipt as well.

One of the dirtiest KFC restaurants I've ever been in. The floors and tables felt slippy with a layer of grease or similar, tables not cleared and rude staff. Reading the replies from the restaurant on these bad reviews, I'm sorry but if you are feeding this back to your staff, they really don't care and don't respect you.

Quality of the food was very poor. The fries came squashed in the corner of the bag. the burger was all over the place most of it was out of the bun which made really messy to eat. The coating on the chicken fellow off the chicken and out of the burger buns. There was a huge piece of gristle in the part of chicken that I eat. That was off putting enough that I didn't finish the burger. Best part to come out of this meal.... The tango can. You can tell it was just thrown together. Aweful.

Today morning we went to this shop and ordered wings which was not cooked and chicken was black in colour we informed one of the staff she just took the wings away without saying sorry and the manager came out with the same wings and he told us that there is no problem and he left, we didnt recived any replacement and staffs were very rude they didn’t even apologise for it and all te six wings were black in colour.
