food was stone cold delivery took a long time popcorn chicken large and only half the tub was in there not impressed at all.

Very disappointed as the sides I ordered were wrong. I ordered one gravy with one meal and one rice with the other and all we got was one beans! No gravy, no rice.

Ordered at 19.20. Delivery time shown as 20.05. Time changed by courier to 20.07 and stated he was at the restaurant Food arrived at 20.40 and was cold and not edible. Courier advised delay due to waiting fir another order from a different restaurant. Totally unacceptable.

There was chicken in the bag instead of the bucket and I thought it was missing so I left a bad review, I deeply apologise and the food is great

This day my wife placed an order on the machine and the printer was not working so she did not get a receipt when she checked with the girl who is charging she simply ignored her and went to the kitchen they should not have staff of that kind because if you are paying you have the right to receive your order, that happened this day 13:45 1/11/2024 check your shift.

One of the dirtiest KFC restaurants I've ever been in. The floors and tables felt slippy with a layer of grease or similar, tables not cleared and rude staff. Reading the replies from the restaurant on these bad reviews, I'm sorry but if you are feeding this back to your staff, they really don't care and don't respect you.

Quality of the food was very poor. The fries came squashed in the corner of the bag. the burger was all over the place most of it was out of the bun which made really messy to eat. The coating on the chicken fellow off the chicken and out of the burger buns. There was a huge piece of gristle in the part of chicken that I eat. That was off putting enough that I didn't finish the burger. Best part to come out of this meal.... The tango can. You can tell it was just thrown together. Aweful.

Today morning we went to this shop and ordered wings which was not cooked and chicken was black in colour we informed one of the staff she just took the wings away without saying sorry and the manager came out with the same wings and he told us that there is no problem and he left, we didnt recived any replacement and staffs were very rude they didn’t even apologise for it and all te six wings were black in colour.

Food didn’t show up and delivery driver ignored me and marked food as delivered

tables were stinking, as soon as you walk in you instantly get filthy looks off the people behind the counters, horrible services , the treatment by staff was not nice at all, the pop corn chicken was stall and tasted a day old and will not be served eating here again.

Best delivery driver by far good quality food

Dirty tables, overflowing bins, dirty floors. We did tell the girl behind the counter that the bin was over flowing and we couldn't chuck our rubbish away but she didn't even acknowledge what we said, she just looked at us like we were stupid, like the light was on but no one was home type of look. The toilet wasn't too bad but was out of toilet roll. Very disappointing, this place was great when it first opened.

Told us the delivery would be here between 13.20 14.40 told us the driver was at the restaurant for over an hour phoned the restaurant told us the driver left ages ago I’ve contacted just eat we waited over 2 hours for you not to come !

Only ordered a bucket meal for one. Took about 80 mins for delivery and was barely tepid. Arrived in a paper bag not a ‘bucket’ so no wonder it was cold. Portion of chips was about half their normal size. Raised complaint via JustEat and got half refund credited to my account. Better than nothing I guess.

The chicken was perfectly cooked and was really lovely in taste. I had to fight my cats to eat the chicken as they decided it would be extremely tasty, they were right.

Very poor. Its the first time i have had a kfc in years abd was looking forward to it. The fillet wasnt even a fillet it was also dark brown and the salt content was off the hook almost in edible. If i have ordered normal chiken pieces i would have taken it back and got a refund, the only saving grace was i had a bun and salad to take away the saltiness. Really not how i remembered KFC. Disapointing as theres not many halal KFCs around. Not good.

Food order was accurate and delivered in the time that was stated. Food was hot and tasty. Really pleased and will be ordering again. The app updated us with the order and delivery and we could see where the driver was on the map. Excellent service from KFC with on time and polite delivery driver.

Food was great and delivered early

Originally I put it as ASAP and they told me the would be 8:25 but the order time kept getting changed. My order was delivered at 9:05

Was waiting in line for 10 minutes and it was not busy at all, I witnessed one of the workers wipe their nose without any gloves on and continued to work on food absolutely shocking.

Very disappointed, I did not receive my can of tango and I also requested no lettuce in my burger due to me being highly allergic. I have unfortunately, had to throw the burger in the bin. I won’t be ordering online again. Delivery man was also very rude when I asked where my drink was. Completely ignored me and jumped straight in his car. Not a nice service.

Driver refused to bring to me even though I stated I was working and couldn’t come out and refused to give to a customer for me! Also blocking our door with his bike and had to be asked 3 times to move it by customers. Also missing important parts of my meal

Food Cold,chips so Soggy !. Delivery time kept changing, then wasn't delivered in a sealed insulated food bag ! It was in a supermarket insulated carrier bag not sealed.

Decent but really busy and can consist of loads of kids because of the cinema next door.
