Beechwood BBQ Grill in Newport

The customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across. Orders are always late and cold because they run deliveries like a bus service and if you’re the last stop your food would have been traveling for 20 mins or more so cold and tasteless. Food hygiene is zero and prices keep going up yet quality goes down. Such a shame as could be great

Went for two sonar kebabs, plenty of meat which was hard and overcooked, was not cut of kebab in front of me but taken from a container, so I’m guessing it was left over from lunchtime, also never filled bread, just piled it on top of it so was sodden when I got home

This is the third time I have ordered from here, and there wont be a fourth!! Every meal was NOT as requested... Wrong Pizza toppings, wrong Chicken (completely inedible by the way... Even my food scrounging puppy turned his nose up and walked away... That must say something!!) Food cold and slimy, what you could eat was tasteless... Burgers and chips had their own choice of sauce, salad, cheese etc, nothing like I ordered!! Soggy uncooked chips... And they were not cheap either!! Never, NEVER again!! If they had a restaurant they wouldn't get away with it!! The delivery driver is too lazy to get out of the car to meet you, (not a bad thing really... The smell..... I'll leave that to your imagination...) And the oil and grease... Enough to run an oil fired Aga for 10 years!! The food is totally disgusting, the service not much better... And if my little spaniel wont eat it, I suggest you don't too...

Just had food and it was burnt and not much meet on the kebab and the chips where over cooked not happy at all 😡

The best kebab place in Newport! I always get a chicken donner with chips, salad & garlic/chilli sauce. I tried it in a wrap tonight too and it was insane. Lovely service and lovely people. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning mixed donner Wrap with a small cheese and chips I’ve just eaten from bbg!! food was very fresh and tasty and great for the price. very quick easy service as always.the Mixed donner wrap is my favourite thing to order with all the salad and garlic mayo.. food is always fresh with generous portions the chips are always fresh better than burger kings and KFC’s Fries .. the chicken shish wrap is also lovely and I do love ther pizzas with With extra cheese, u can always tell thers extra cheese as well they don’t disappoint. Thankyou beechwood bbq grill staff for always delivering excellent food! very satisfied once again

Took over 2 hours and then the order was wrong. Called to ask for refund and the guy was very rude and refused. Disgusting, don’t order anything from this company!

Food covered in grease, tasted awful. Gone down hill massively! I had the Joys of speaking to a very unpleasant man when I tried to complain. Very rude. Avoid!

This restaurant is really frustrating . For the third time in a row our order was incorrect . Why ? . We have to ring every time . Although the food is ok , being wrong every time makes us question if we would bother again .

Food was very nice but was half an hour late and when phoning after 15 minutes they apoligised for it running a little late which was fine. After half an hour we rung again and was told its definatly on its way as its not in the shop. When asking what if it hasnt been made and how long should we wait before ringing again they anwsered "I dunno". Hopefully it was just a one off or busy evening.

Crap food, don’t bother! Also some of staff rude. Better takeaways elsewhere! Food too greasy and not tasty.

great service. when we ordered the delivery time was an hour away so we called the restaurant and they were so helpful and the food came much quicker than the app stated. the food was also so delicious and there was so much of it!

Ordered a mixed kebab with salad without tomatoes. Sent with lots of tomatoes (which could've been an issue if we were allergic!!!) And the gravy cheese and chips were just a solid inedible block. Next time we will stick to what we know and have a tasty take away from Family Kebab!!! Only upside was the woman that answered the phone was nice and it came quicker than expected!

I had to pre-order food, it came 30 minuets late and then on top of that the food was cold.

we ordered fee times before and food was good. This time the meat and one pizza was badly burned. But we will order again and hopefully it will be as good as before.

Normally not got a bad word to say, but this order was poor. 30 minutes late, cold food and things i had ask for on my food missing, also quite greasy not good at all. Overall not good this time something went wrong.

Very unhappy with my food, had a chicken wrap but was swimming in mayo which made the wrap soggy and unable to eat. Delivery was early but food was cold.

I selected garlic mayo from menu to go on my kebab & salad as you had no option for just onions, so in the note section I asked for just onions instead of salad & GARLIC MAYO... received my kebab with no garlic mayo. It was a good job i ordered a tub of it for my partner which he gave me. I don't usually complain but as I put it in the note section aswell I am annoyed

Delivery guy came to door on his phone basically shouting outside my house at gone 9, so my husband said do you mind we have kids in bed to which the man replied "Yeah so" disgusting behaviour ignorant attitude very rude will never order again!

The nan breads was solid all 3 of them could not be eaten . The meat was fatty and not enough sauce or even the right sauces disgusting and mostly in the bin

The food was not very nice i normally order from here on occasions. The shish kebab was rubbery and the sauce taste was sour like it was out of date. The kids meals was also disgusting my children did not eat them the sausage was burnt and the chips were full of grease. Never order from here again.

Me and my friends had a take away to enjoy the Champions league final... I had a sish wrap with salad and garlic mayo... they were very quick, the bread they use is amazing and the wrap is huge...two people can eat from just one wrap... i really struggle to eat the wrap by myself..... Price is average I will definitely go back

just under an hour late. tango delivered not Fanta. tried to tell us they're the same when my husband is very much allergic to tango. they tried to say it's the same. pretty sure we know what my husband is allergic to. really didn't fancy a trip to a&e. tried to swap with driver when delivered. driver left with the tango and said would bring back coke. rang up after an hour. another driver (owner?) dropped coke off half hour later. the lady on the phone was very polite and did her best to sort it all out. food was not good but was delivered hot and fresh. not using again.

Hmmm.... good kebab but ordered a cheescake and got a box of grated cheese delivered!!! No salad on one of the kebabs despite ordering it. Appaling service and unable to go through to the restaurant on the phone to complain. Ended up getting a refund from just eat.

Ordered a meal with friends for an annual meet. The food was 1 hour and 20 minutes late. The receptionist did not care about out order and was very complacent. When the order eventually arrived there were missing orders and the food was cold. Asked for a refund. They refused and took the food back off us without supplying other food. Worst service possible

These kebabs are by far the best for me in Newport.they are always on time for delivery and we don't get charged within 2 miles

Chips warm, pizza cold and garlic bread was just bread (no garlic) - never again!

After waiting one hour and 20minutes to recieve our food i was very happy to see that it was piping hot... Sadly that’s all it was, the burger was burnt to a crisp, the donner meat was soggy and some parts uncooked and the nail in tbe coffin is when the lettuce in the chicken wrap was gone off. Will never order from here again.

Food was very nice, one of the nicest we've had in a while. Food was late but to be expected with the snow! When ordering we paid for pop and ordered a large chips, pop wasn't delivered and chips were a small. Was more gutted about the pop, and altho more was supposed to be sent we didn't receive. Will order again but still gutted about the pop😂

So I ordered 2 burgers and chips one burger was fine the other one I opened up to find it didn’t have a bun on a top but did have a chip.... not sure if that was compo for the missing half of the bun.

Food was ordered 19.25 and was told delivery at 20.25 arrived 21.15!

Very tasty food and a good amount for a meal for one deal, good delivery time promised by 19:50 arrived just after 19:30

The food we ordered was really nice and they were quick to correct our order and they were really apologetic as something was missing on delivery. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

Food was a little on the cold side but 90secs in the microwave and boom my meat was hot but the cucumber was soggy and warm. Never mind it tasted great!!!

It should come at the time specified or at least tell us it's on its way. Was in the middle of putting the kids to bed. Salad options should also be multi choice

Pizza was ok, not great but not terrible... Asked for 'no onions' on the kebab, got onions, chips were inedible - even the cat we call Hoover spat them out and walked off in disgust.

I ordered a kebab with mint sauce and pitta bread separate and it came with garlic sauce and the pitta bread inside and the meat was just horrible

My wife and I order from here quite a bit, only place we order kebab type meals from. The orders are right 9/10 only forgot drinks on two occasions but lady on the phone got them sent out straight away. Kebab always has what I ask for. Overall I recommend as the place to go when ordering kebab/grill. Meal tonight was lovely once again thank you

just took an hour to be delivered and it’s 5 minutes up the road by car. but food was lovely!

the food was amazing however, I had requested it for a later time as I have 2 young children to get to bed, so by the time I got to eat my food it was stone cold. other than that I would just order later next time.

Just moved to Wales today, ordered our first take away, and it was amazing. Had kebab wrap that was so large i couldnt finish it. Wife had a pizza which was great, nice homey taste. Cooked but soft base. Onion rings were crunchy and lush and the chips i thought at first were undercooked, turned out if you leave them a couple of minutes they seem to crisp up. Good was hot and delivered early. Definitely recommend

Large chips missing, grease pouring out of it - not a great experience

Usually have really nice food from here. This time, chips cold, garlic bread soggy and did not taste of garlic, and pizza seemed to have no sauce. Also all notes to restaurant were ignored, and food arrived minus a bottle of drink ordered. Said to delivery driver who was irritable and just said 'call the shop's so called, and took over half an hour for bottle of drink to arrive. Will not order again.

Always amazing. The prices though seem to be higher on just eat then if you were to order direct.

Whilst the pizza was ok the burger was soggy and tasteless. The delivery guy could not find the address after being given clear instructions. Then drove past my house whilst on the phone to me!
