Went to advise given wrong order no fuss rectified the issue very professional staff / manager .

It's just a KFC, nothing much to report.

Ordered a massive online missing some of the order phoned up to try sort it out sky the manager on shift wasn't prepared to do anything about it she needs re training her attitude was unprofessional

Ordered today for things missing and to find a hair in the food went up to get it right for Andy the cook on shift to have ago so unprofessional think the staff needs retraining on how to be professional especially sky who was the shift leader on duty not the first time things have been missed off. Didn't even bother try to sort things out

They missed a pot of beans from our order

avoid at all costs, you waith for your food and then the next day you get a Parking Charge Note of 100£ for exceeding the 60min free parking period

Went in for a quick meal and ate in. food was finished quick and came nice and hot. i got a fillet box meal could not complain. toilets and tables were very clean compared to other KFC restaurants. Young Adam was super nice and helpful when i asked if i could get some napkins.

What a bad service and quality of chicken. Few times I had food from this place hoping that THIS time will be better, but never was. Chicken always undercooked, not fresh, stinky. Staff is so rude. Literally the worst KFC I have ever visited in UK.

Rice box contains only half size of what it should be. Fries almost cold.

Depends who is serving you. Last guy was super nice. But previous occasion I had some food missing on my order which I discovered when I got home. At least the manager on the shift was nice enough to replace when I went back to store and pointed out

Closed at 9:30pm because they said it had to close early, whilst they were boxing all the chicken up for themselves! Disgusted and distressed is an understatement. What would Colonel sanders think?

A bit run down, great staff but slow to serve.

Went there and ask if they have any gluten free options even if that's just a salad and the lady there told me to check online... KFC pay your stuff well!!

KFC what can I say, always consistently good.

The food was tasty & hot, the woman who served us was outgoing, very friendly, & service was fast.

We called in for dinner. My daughter had a 3 piece meal which seemed ok. I ordered a rice box meal with a single fillet. There was noon else at the counter so I hung around waiting for it and received it within a few minutes. My daughters food was warm but the rice in my box was well below ambient temperature; it he chicken was warm but the rice was cold. I went back up to the counter with the food and told the associate that the rice and chicken wasn’t hot and he checked with someone and returned and said they replace it. There were a number of staff looking around with nothing to do and I went to sit back down with my daughter. A few minutes later I heard someone shout ‘rice box’ and I turned to see it on the counter with a number of members of staff again lolling around. I fetched the rice box and; it was colder than the first. I wasn’t happy but because my daughter’s meal was ok I just put up with it to not have to ask for it to be warmer another time. I don’t know if there was no management on but the staff seemed to have no direction, were not particularly customer focussed and their attire didn’t appear all that well presented. Also the floor was very slippery and there were no signs up warning of this. One member of staff was working hard and she was friendly but the rest… oh dear!

Food took 45 seconds after ordering can't complain

Got order wrong, food was just warm enough to eat. The speakers were playing loud in store and the speaker over us was crackling which drove overstimulated my ears a little. Toilets were in a nasty state.

Just wanted a quick lunch. I was ignored at the till for almost 5 minutes, and served a cold burger 5 minutes later.

They take 10 minutes just to acknowledge you. Really awful service . Happened so many times , no wonder why this KFC is so dead and the McDonald’s next to it is busy

I was here 21.45 stuff told me that no Eaton in only take awaay .Shop was still open hey were cleaned the shop wanted to go home quickly. They didn't want to serve me.speacialy black guy was very rude he told me " you clean the shop"

Dont order cookies. You end up getting pineapple pops, which makes no sense what so ever, if yous could have a word with ya staff or whoever decided that would be a good idea it isn't

Just got my order, drink is flat and tastes like medicine, spoke to the manager called sky, she was sarcastic and other workers laughing at the back, being a manager myself never seen someone that unprofessional handling complaint.

Nipped tonight as haven't had a kfc for ages. Very quiet, young lad served us, very polite and engaging. Can't say same about the food, tasteless, chips were awful, chicken was dry, chicken gravy not liked it used to be. It was really thick and stodgy. Won't be returning in a hurry.

Very quiet branch, probably due to the cost. And no coffee? Service was fun, and bubbly from the drive through. Food, very tasty... expected for an £8.00 lunch wrap, chips and soft drink.... again, no coffee? Portion size of wrap is small compared to other outlets providing the same wrap lunches.

It's OK for a quick bite but nothing special

Ordered through the drive-through, and Dan was extremely polite, professional, and courteous. Our order had a slight delay, and he kept us informed, apologised, and was just a super nice guy. Thanks, Dan!

No coffee or tea at KFC is a bloody joke. So I sat with my hot wings but took hot drink from McDonalds which is just next to KFC.

Great food with friendly customer service

I am a supplier. I will write what it looks like from my side. The service was very nice and fast despite staff shortages. They do their best to meet all orders. The manager always helps and works on an equal footing with others. Completely different than in other places of this type. 👌

Surprisingly fast for a kfc, got my food within 5 or 6 minutes or so! Pretty tasty. Only criticism is the staff need to be a little less miserable and give us cupholders for god sakes! Minus the attitude, lack of cupholders and straws, was fast and daum tasty!

Me and my partner stopped at this kfc on the way back from my dads. We got there at 6pm and ordered, 15 mins went by and still nothing my partner asked how long our food will be and got the reply that she doesn’t know as she doesn’t work behind there. 6:40pm comes and a lady that was a customer was waiting less time told me to say something, they had to look for our order as it wasn’t on the screen as the look of it they had lost our order. If that lady didn’t tell me to say something god knows when we actually got our food

Good kfc, went in to order and was fast service, small size building but several tables for seating inside.

Guy at the till was very helpful and polite. Food was warm and tasted great. Alot better eating inside. Keep it up!

Good KFC, shame about not having hot drinks.

Apparently this is a ‘Large’ meal. £8. First time I’ve been in a KFC for a while and I won’t be returning. A total rip off, I’d be giving it a minus 10 for value for money. Really has gone downhill over the years. Place is dirty too, and toilets are minging. Staff aren’t bothered, more interested in talking to each other about what they got for Xmas. Avoid it like the plague, in fact the plague would probably be safer.

I ordered through the drive thru on the Monday 18th December, ordered a boneless banquet, tried ordering a milky bar Krush AS THEY STILL HAD THE SIGN THAT THEY SOLD THEN ON A POSTER IN THE DRIVE THRU. All she had to say was sorry we do not serve them anymore, but instead I was met with an aggressive response that she shouted over the speaker of “NO WE HAVENT GOT THEM WHAT ELSE”. The tone and the way she said it was absolutely disgraceful and she should not be working in customer service with an attitude like that. This all happened at around 12pm and the Newark KFC in Lincoln road

Complained that a pies of chickens coating was black totally ignored me rude staff will not use again Monday 18th 3pm

Good food, slow service, need more staff

We went through drive through. Attendant was rude. When we paid she slammed the car reader on my car door. When we left our order was wrong so we paid more then we should have. Definitely won't be going back. Refuse to use the Nottingham one for similar reasons. Clearly staff training is non existent.

Very friendly service. Chips not very good but lovely chicken. Ordered coffee but no coffee machine so had no choice to get a soft drink

Standard KFC .... Place was clean, waited a while for food thinking it was being cooked fresh, but it wasn't hot at all when we got it. Just about warm enough to eat.

Bit disappointed with the food, was not hot, chips cold chicken breast fillets warm and a little dry Staff who took order pleasant and friendly just the food let them down This is the 2nd time of ordering food here I'm afraid there won't be a 3rd

Dont normal review these places, but to be fair, this one today loads a bit run down outside, but the food is very good, fresh, and tasty, which is good for kfc chicken. Proper enjoyed it shame its not more local or would go more often.

It is what it is, a fast food drive, though, but it's not so fast. The food was well cooked and very tasty when it arrived, but there was not a lot in the wrapper.

Placed order online but no way to customise burgers on there. Placed order rang store explained to a very grumpy lady who responded with "Well I will see what we can do. You should come to store if you want special items". I only asked for no Mayo on my tower burger, what did I get? Bun and chicken, no cheese, lettuce and they even swiped my hash brown! Rang again once delivered and the excuse was " you said only Mayo". Staff are always miserable and rude, service is slow and shocking. Would rather drive out of newark next time I want a KFC!!

Zinger burger duo, very nice good value, sullen staff at window, all 5 staff were happy and chatting whilst people waiting

We went through the drive thru at 7 pm on the 25th of October and there was nobody manning the speaker or the other window - only the pickup window had someone there, some guy with blonde permed hair, he was really snarky and rude towards us because I didn't understand how the zinger box side worked and was just really dismissive, also completely messed up our order, why bother asking us what we want if you'll just toss us whatever bag is nearest

It’s not often that you experience brilliant customer service at a fast food restaurant, but kudos to the guy with the exquisite moustache (I’m sure you’ll know who I mean, that facial hair is not forgettable!) Engaging chat, accurate service and fast! An added bonus - all the napkins I could ever wish for!

This place is disgusting. Where do i even start? Firstly, there was one window which you have to pay and get your food from, we were then stuck at this window for around 30 minutes to be served with the WRONG order. just to add, when i asked if i was to collect my order at this specific window i was looked at funny by staff and told ‘yea’ in a very rudely manner. they then continued to laugh about what i had just asked them. when i had collected my order and driven away i opened the bag to get my food out to eat and i had a corn on the cob which i never asked for in any of my orders and my child is very highly allergic to corn. what i had asked for was gravy. in the end, we waited so long that we got stuck in mounts of traffic which caused a lot of stress on me as a heavily pregnant woman who needs to use the toilet often and because of your poor services this caused me to have an accident. DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!

Alright KFC in Newark. Easy parking. Store and toilets were bit unclean compared to other branches in region. Staff okay, a bit short. Food was good and up to par - fries were freshly cooked and piping hot. Would still come back to this store for convenience, as close to A46 on routes to or from Lincoln and Boston.

To be fair this is one of the better KFC’s in the area

We had our lunch at Newark KFC after my son's football match. The place was clean and tidy. And the food is as good as it can be in KFC as usual. The extraordinary part of our visit this time was that I have left my wallet in the store and just recollect it should have left there at 20:00. My husband and I made the visit to the store with stress. We could not be more delighted after knowing the staff kept the wallet for me and it was returned intact. I am grateful for the staff in Newark KFC ! You are so nice :)

Always do drive through. Choose timings wisely as it can get really busy.

Beware the guy with the extremely dodgy moustache, had to go back twice with wrong order and was met with serious attitude, whatever you do don't ask him for bbq sauce

Car Park was completely empty. I walked in and nearly slipped over only to be greeted by a staff member standing and leaning back with her arms folded with a miserable look on her face and soon as I smiled, she ignored me and looked away, not even with a smile on her face saying be careful. I normally enjoy eating out here. Customer Service is much friendlier in McDonalds.

Dirty. Dirty tables, dirty seats and very dirty toilets.

Overpriced cold dry chicken. Staff are numb in the brain cannot get a simple order right. Avoid this place.

No dryer in the loo, ordered coffee only to be told they don't do hot drinks, and we had to pay more for a hot drink..tables not cleaned, the usual minimal effort really

Always considered kfc overpriced low quality garbage. Nothing ever happens there or comes out of there to change that opinion. As for the "fast" food label, they should be prosecuted for spreading false information. I wouldn't eat that c*ap if my life depended on it. My son on the other hand will eat any old garbage, so I occasionally let him waste his money there.

Shocking! Wrong drinks, food cold, missing part of the order, maybe if the staff were paying more attention to job instead of chatting and laughing we would get correct order, also guy behind the counter with long beard and no hair net keep touching it, it was absolutely disgusting.

Just popped in for a quick bite. Restaurant was clean, food was hot. Staff were very friendly and polite. Bathroom was clean.

Ordered off the electronic menu only to find that the hot drinks machine had been taken out several years before. Why advertise hot drinks on the menu if you don't sell them. Refunded immediately but had to walk over to McDonalds to get coffee. Chips weren't nice either and cold. I was put off too by the person next to me having to complain about feathers on his chicken wing. How on earth can an operative serve chicken with the feathers still on it? Poor show - sorry

Foods what you'd expect from a KFC service is better than others I've been too.

If you want to have some chicken from here I would advise you to hatch an egg and grow your own because it's going to be a hell of a lot quicker then ordering here

DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC. they use a private car parking company. i've received a £100 fine for parking there to eat my food for 14 minutes. didn't see a sign anywhere but didn't even think to look since its just a KFC car park! scum

Staff didn't seem interested in serving. Food was cold chicken dry. No cutlery no servettes haven't only had this experience at newark it was the same at grantham a few years ago. Won't ever be going to kfc again.

The food is was fine as usual but the staff are rude. Literally no acknowledgment and I had to initiate it. She said that they were busy. There was was one car In the takeout queue. I would expect my 11 year old to have better customer service

Service was at best ok . Plenty off staff working but know one seemed bothered.. Didn't really seem interested. Food was overcooked and had a lot better from other KFCs. The toilet was dirty as well as the floors in the main restaurant, and part of it was out of order. This site needs attention

Really liked the teriyaki chicken burger. Service usually quick unless you want a complicated order. The fizzy drinks machine was out of order but staff were making substitutions using bottles.

Very busy massive que in carpark for drive thru blocking all the parking bays for disabled ,very dirty. the tables were ful of previous users food the bins were full and over flowing when i brought this to the managers attention she just said she was aware of the issue but unfortunately they hadn't had time to go out and do it and to just move it out the way while I eat then leave it and they will do it eventually the sandwiches wasn't great either all the sauce had been sprayed in the box not on the bun the chip were luke warm and small and to crispy and the sweetcorn was tasting of hot water not butter and my beans didn't taste like bbq beans at all I will never go bk to that kfc

Quick polite service, food was very nice, restaurant was full, but it was clean, so was the toilets, sufficient parking space. Good location.

30 minutes stuck in the drive through after taking our order. There were three cars in front of us. Made us so late for an appointment so we had to drive away without our order. Management need to sort this out. Not the first time this branch has been ridiculously slow.

This is the ghost of Dan, Dan died of starvation waiting for his box meal, 38 minutes deep since paying and I’m starting to develop grey hairs

Just been to drive through & purchased the 4 piece meal, got home & only 3 pieces of chicken with cold chips & I live in town. You had one job, to be able to count to four. I don't often use KFC, don't know if I'll bother again.
