KFC London - Harrow Road in City of London, Westminster

Love this kfc so much staff r the loveliest in the world but my mash potato was j forgotten and I was still charged so wondering how I go about getting refund/more mash xx

It's incredibly frustrating that every time I order a family bucket, I end up with 5-8 chicken wings despite explicitly asking for none. Paying £21.99 for a 14-piece bucket and then getting mostly wings feels like a blatant rip-off. It makes me wonder if they're doing this on purpose to offload their unwanted pieces. To avoid this disappointment, I'd suggest considering other options like Sam's Chicken, where you get what you ask for and often receive larger, better portions." Also I would like to add that they never give all the items for the kids meal. They always skip out on giving the corn or the pineapple stick, it usually the male staff who keeps on doing this.

Fresh chicken with more flavour than any other branch. Reminded me of the late 90s 😢

Had very bad experience yesterday evening in service from 2 girls who were in front area… they were very rude in behaviour … must be trained how to talk with customer… it was disgusting .. I would never like to visit store again.

Forget ever getting your food at a suitable time when ordering at the counter I’ve gone 3 times and every time I’m waiting ages to be served which is ironic because the sign Infront days they are happy to help at the till, I’ve left because it’s a waste of time waiting to be served and people have places to be

Ordered a zinger burger meal about a week ago and got severe food poisoning. I got stomach cramps and was sick from both ends for 5 days. I suggest to not eat from here.

The workers were arguing amongst themselves, and the lady that was meant to take our order just walked off and started arguing with other workers. The guy who made the chips told them to stop and serve us but they kept arguing, this went on for more than 5 mins. We had to leave bc it was getting out of hand. We ended up ordering a couple days later and it was a very similar situation but there was a massive queue this time. Food was below average and they missed some items too. Chaotic and disrespectful.

They literally take your phone and give themselves a 5 star google review and 5 stars on the KFC app . All for a free drink! 😂

I don’t usually leave reviews for KFC as most of them provide terrible service but this branch is different, Becky looked after me (and everyone else) by providing the best service i have ever had in a KFC, she runs the place single handed and needs to be promoted as she knows exactly how to look after everyone and deserves to be awarded by the company. Keep doing what you do Becky and Thank you for the service you provide and the 10 hotwings 😉

The chicken smells like dry laundry and is not very tasty. Don't go.

I just got my order via Uber Eats, the rice looks like outdated with mould, i will attach photo to this review, and you did not send the drinks i ordered with the zinger ricebox, this was ny 1st order and i will never ever use your restaurant again, check the quality of the food before you send it out to someone if i didn't notice and it was eaten by my kids and got sick who will be responsible ??? DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU DON'T WANNA GET SICK.
