Received someone’s else’s order

the map took the courier completely wrong way.. It was NOT his fault.. ur satellite maps are poor. one of the cartons of mash was open and all over inside of bag. then there was supposed to be 6 chips. they put it in a box instead of portion and it was barely 3 portions. I do not blame either mash or portions of chips on the courier.. he was nice

Unfortunately missing an item (gravy) but the food was delivered hot and in good time

ordered the 6 piece variety bucket with a portion of cajun rice and coleslaw. Chicken in the bucket was nice, chips where soggy and had a weird taste and the cajun rice was awful. Not sure why the old style rice box wasnt available as they where lovely.

Took a while to make one popcorn chicken box Given the typical 'Machine broke' excuse when theres a 90% chance they just couldnt be assed to clean it Boiling inside Staff complained when someone wanted to pay with cash EDIT, Revisited 2 years later: Forced to order at a touchscreen kiosk, I ordered 2 things, a tower burger meal and 4 chicken fillets, an old woman who ordered behind me for her whole family and spent £50+ got her order first, there was no receipts in the machine so I couldn't even get a receipt to complain with, then to top it off the 4 chicken fillets are missing from the order, I come back and say that I am missing the 4 fillets and then I recieve 4 piece of chicken in bones (didn't realise until I was at home) This store / franchise is just inadequate and 2 bad experiences in a row spread over 2 years is just a shame, how can I order one meal and someone behind me order several meals (one of them being the same as mine) and I have to wait over 20 minutes while she gets hers first??? This place sucks, and if i don't get a refund then I'll dispute the charge to my bank

Driver, very rude. Didn’t understand English and couldn’t really speak English found that very unacceptable. Food is shockingly cold just the standard from KFC that we get used to.

The food wasn’t hot enough, just a bit warm. I leave like a 5 minutes walk to the shop, driving or in a motorbike 2 minutes maximum, since the courier collected take 10 minutes to deliver, so my food arrived almost cold.

Terrible start to finish, understand they get busy but to miss half the order and serving raw chicken is unacceptable. I've reported them to trading standards and food inspection department with photo evidence. Serving muck like that,should be ashamed of yourselves. Kill people not taking care in food preparation.

usually love this KFC, but order took at least 20min longer than it was supposed to (i only live 5 min at most away), and was cold and tasted awful when it arrived over £30 wasted! I wish there was a way to get a refund!!

Order was missing a large popcorn chicken out of the boneless sharing bucket compensation refused as the delivery code was given!!!! Giving a delivery code does not mean all the items were in the bag !!!!!!

Box meals were mixed up, burgers in wrong boxes etc, one burger in box upside down, way too much sauce on both burgers and bbq dip missing.

This is the best KFC! It never overloads thier buckets with to many leg pieces, and it is always cooked to a really good standard.

Guaranteed to only get half of what you’ve paid for if you order from here. Just had a £70 order delivered, only about 3 items arrived, all stone cold. Second time this has happened, gave them benefit of the doubt after the first order but shouldn’t have bothered.

our food arrived on time, wasn't piping hot but taste ok. only problem was gravy was watered down quite a bit and had no taste and the bucket meal that we paid £30 for only had drum sticks in no other pieces of chicken which was disappointing as there should of been a variety of different pieces of chicken. won't be ordering for delivery or the shop again.
