Our family bucket came as a bag of 4 chip and when we asked the delivery man where the rest of our food was he said that was all her was given for that order so payed £28 for 4 bags chips

This kfc gave me my mum and my nan food poising avoid it at all costs

Absolutely hideous…. Half my order missing and the rest just rolling around in the bottom on the bag

I’ve just gone in today cause KFC is doing a deal, WICKED VARIETY BUCKET: 6 PC FOR £15.99 and it’s a rainy day so I figured why not. I went in and up to till where I then directed to the self ordering machine but the lady who was behind the till, inputed in my order in and almost proceeded to add other things to my order if I hadn’t stopped her, almost as if I was incapable of doing it myself, I ignored that ordered what I wanted, paid, got my receipt. Now normally every time I walk into this KFC I am served my someone behind the till who informs me that because of the student deal I get the popcorn snack thing automatically but I used a machine today hence was a bit unsure if the deal had come through so I grab my receipt and head to the till where I am trying to confirm if it was on there, she doesn’t hear me, so I say it again louder this time, still she can’t hear me and we go back and forth till it get to the point where I feel like I’m screaming at her and I didn’t want to do that so I say forget it don’t worry about the student deal but right when I say that it’s like all of a sudden, our near screaming match never happened and she says she’d add the deal for me. “Great! Thanks :)” she takes my receipt which I had put on the counter while talking to her and BINS it. I get my food shortly after I head home. So imagine my surprise when I get home and the 4 fries I was supposed to get with deal are NOT there. The deal was chicken, mini fillets and 4 fries(which I didn’t get!) Overall, a very unpleasant experience and I finally understand why people no longer go to KFC.

Food was cold the otherwarm thing was the gravy! I ordered a 1 peice and incorrectly got given two hot wings. Worst KFC I've had and cost near £20 .

Was a bit cold, put in oven for 5 minutes and all good.

Driver wanted a code I didn’t have a code on my phone.he went and sat in his car for 5 mins then brought it back asking for a code I don’t have a code for the food after 10 mins the code is the last 4 digits of my number the food is absolutely stone cold I want a full refund for the meal

Food lovely & hot. Ordered two meals but missed a portion of chips. The tower box meal wasn’t in a box which is a bit odd. Not enough mayo on the fillet burger so had to add my own.

Only got one chips with about 5 chips in. Should of been 2 portions. Kids burger was layered in tomato sauce an bun was ripped (never asked for sauce on it)

Ordered KFC because I haven’t in years! Sadly it’s gone downhill! The BBQ sauce had a weird after taste, burger was alright not anything special, chips were so really soft almost soggy, and there was more bread crumbs than chicken. Won’t buy again.

Ordered a meal, delivery took it elsewhere said it's outside your door even though I was stood on doorstep. Get it right Rocky Lane is the main road not the side one which is Belmont Drive £22 quid on some idiot who can't follow instructions

The food was fine but the problem is the payment was taken twice

Staff would only take orders from the stand alone order kiosk. Counter staff fixed her oral brace while we waited to use the kiosk and I had to ask her to wash her hands...got an eye-roll! Someone was having trouble getting his discount on his meal and both the counter staff argued with him....more interested in the Just Eat drivers waiting. Very uncomfortable experience.

A place without tables and chairs. Takeaway only. I was disappointed

I don't know what it is about KFC in Liverpool but seems to be the most inept place ever to get delivery. Rest assured they WILL mess up your order. You think its too hard too mess up your simple order? Oh they WILL. Just ordered from here. After being issued 3 different drivers. Missing Wings, gravy and beans paid for. If you want KFC either leave it or go in so you can make sure even though painfully easy they don't mess up your order.

They forgot to put the gravy and the supercharger dip in. Annoyed because the gravy is the best bit

Probably the worst KFC I've ever been too. Ordered the mighty bucket for 1 and requested a krushem as a hot day and no krushems. Requested liptons and no liptons. Got my order and walked home 1 minute away. Fries were cold and the chicken was so greasy that the batter was falling off the chicken. I will not be going there again.

The service was quick and maybe I'm being a bit harsh as there was only one person serving on the counter and organising deliveries and he was pleasant but my food was dreadful. It was way to greasy and old oil must of been used as it was dark brown. The fries were also greasy and cold. The shop was very dirty with smudged greasy counters and windows and bits of food and packaging all over the place The only excuse I will give them is the large drive through KFC is currently closed and being totally renovated so this small shop is handling huge amounts of orders

Cold food took to long from leaving restaurant to arrive

Driver did not knock at the door, the delivery driver made me walk to his car and collect the food.

delivery driver tried to give us damaged food and was insistent on us taking it after we opened the bag and saw the entire bag and food was swilled in gravy. The entire porch was covered when he left.

As convenient as this is, every time we order there is always something missing. There has been thing missing in the past from sweet chilli chicken bites to tonight were sauces we have ordered (and paid for) are missing. We never complain but it’s consistently the same and we have had enough of paying for things we don’t get!

i am disappointed at the experience my family have just suffered my order was 43 pounds and not being used to ordering on line was pleased with myself. my grandchilren where here for half term and to give them a treat i ordered kfc. They were excited they live in the countryside so only get this treat when they come here. Two hours later no food only to look on line and see that my order had been delivered? my husband had to drive to shop to get order and was told my order had gone elsewhere??

To begin with, the outlet was quite untidy; the tabletop was cluttered with leftovers. Additionally, one of the staff members, Lauren, was very unprofessional. When I attempted to redeem a coupon, she was dismissive and did not listen to my concerns. Unfortunately, her error resulted in the cancellation of my coupon, and she simply stated that she didn't know what happened and couldn't do anything about it. This made my visit extremely stressful. On a positive note, the food was satisfactory.

Missing items from order. Queried with delivery ride as even the receipt on the bag has the items on but was told to contact the restaurant. Restaurant told me it was a just eat issue. First time the order has been wrong

The chips were hard and cold, the popcorn chicken had morphed to chicken in a 💩 sauce. The strips were rubbery and cold and as a whole it was £48 I should have known better than to spend at kfc.
