KFC Lewisham - High Street in Lewisham

I wish they employ staff that can read. I requested my fries crispy not soggy and not very warm

not a friendly team, very dirty place that’s my first and last time going to this KFC

Chicken are small. Missing drink bottle. Don’t get from Lewisham

We bought something for dinner yesterday. It was chicken and fries. All 3 of us have stomache issues since the night and belly pain. We will not go to KFC anymore.

An item was missing from my order

Not very good Driver was not nice he Did not say anything when he arrived he just started at me and my Drink was hot and my food was cold

Missing items nothing new. They only refund item amount and still charge £4 delivery and service charges.

Look, if a can of Pepsi is part of the meal can it at least be cold?

I ordered a 10 piece bucked ans received 9 legs!!!!! and I thigh!!!! no wing, breast or sidebreaast at all

So slow, I waited half an hour for my order. There were so many staffs lingering around in the back, not helping the lady at the till. Also it is really dirty where you heat the wings. The lady touched my fries and not using gloves!!!!!

Too slow to wrapping up, my grandmother even can do better

i ordered for 12.30 4 hrs before i a disabled and your driver was banging my door even tbough i told him i am disabled and cannot walkthe service i got today was disgustingis this how you treat disabled people

Workers are not good. They are not taking order carefully. Bit messy as well

Driver did not deliver but put that my order was delivered I spoke to customer service and they said food was left in a safe place when my camera didn’t pick him up and I was at home all day I will investigate this

I recently visited kfc Lewisham high street and was extremely disappointed with the poor services provided by evening shift manager. As we are regular customer of kfc, I couldn’t expect such sort of experience here , i request to high up administration of KFC to look into this matter and train the manager well about the respect and value of public please. How is it possible that we have to wait more than 30 minutes for only 10 pieces of chicken and chips and people who have come before me who have ordered here at the till have got their food and left before me.

nevr gt the sweet chilli sauce i ordered i got some mayonnaise sauce which i am allergic to please can the staff be more careful an ay attension to what they arevdoing no happy at all

Used to avoid ordering from KFC lewisham due to dry chicken and bad food. However I know they have new staff so decided to order it - now that’s how KFC should taste 👍🏼 shoutout to the chef for tasty, fresh and hot chicken

I got food poisoning after eating from here. Literally was fighting for my life!! Not sure if the staff are properly trained and the place is filthy inside. Avoid at all costs!!!

The wrap was really nice but there was a little too much salad with the chicken

Very disgusting behaviour of man and seems like he is the owner,I think he’s name Shamim, no respect to the customers, the shop full of flies, where they keep the chicken is full of dirt and fungus, never using gloves, clean the floor and taking the food with the same hand without washing, disgusting. 0% food hygiene. And very disgusting behaviour with delivery rider as I have observed. They should have treat all same manner. There’s no politeness I found on him.

The worst experience I have ever had in kfc lewisham. Customer service is not even marked. I have observed they don’t do good behave with delivery rider as well. There is a man I don’t know his name he is creepy guy.

The 8 Hot Wings were off and smelled of strongly of burnt/stale oil. And had to be disposed off.
