Had table service and the food was piping hot. Only downside, due to it being crazy busy, there was around a 20-25 min wait

Absolutely done with these clowns! It's not rocket science people, just once try to get a delivery order right with NO missing items. The morons working at the Leigh parsonage retail park KFC must have an i.q lower than the chicken they serve!!! 🤬

Music can be way to loud and seems to be tailored towards staff preferences rather than customers

Been here alot but am getting to the point I would rather start going some where else , every time you go though the rive though that park you an it just to keep there targets for people waiting at window. Your targets are set so the customer gets there food in a satisfactory time not for you to exploit by parking every order to suit you , its very poor customer services an annoys alot of customers, SORT YOURSELFS OUT !!

Decided to try Leigh Kfc Wish I had not! Ordered 4pc large Meal Fries we're soggy and cold and the Chicken was greasy and burnt. Won't be returning has to be the worst kfc. About time Head office done something! For £13 it was a complete waste of money and expensive to end up in bin

Staff can be very rude, especially . Simon he think he is best and won't interact or listen to you, food is hit and miss some.timw raw chips especially when busy, gravy can be watered down ,last time we complained they said its down to head office . We asked for dips and was told we would get charged even though we ordered 2 buckets and 8 dips should of been free of charge, most of the time I travel to Walkden to get better service and hot food.

Ordered meals on just eat tonight and they forgot two gravys. Find it baffling how your staff can't follow a simple order. Poor!!

Terrible food service gave food poisoning and food that has gone bad and made a family member ill on Xmas I will not come here again absolutely disgusting what they have done never ever coming to this rubbish KFC ever again and KFC is usually a good food place but this KFC is absolute disgrace-1⭐️

Oh my dear god what a disaster. All the terminals were down. The sign said use the app, so did this got charged then the app went down. The queue was huge, I had to eventually order at the till. There are 2 tills but only 1 in use so it was caos queue all the way to the door. Food was ok, but I find kfc poor for vegetarians, but I had 2 children who wanted popcorn chicken, so I had chips and mash. As only vegetarian option was fake meat yuk.

I ordered using Uber eats for a tower burger with chips, a drink, gravy and 2 corn on the cobs, what I got was my burger and drink, uncooked chips without the seasoning, no gravy or corn on the cob and instead coleslaw which I cannot eat.... Absolutely terrible. I usually have a good experience but this order has let you down a lot. I have been left with only a burger and drink as everything else cannot be eaten, is inedible due to not being cooked or not there.... Whoever was working today (30/11/24 @ 22:50) and incharge of cooking the chips and delivery will hopefully improve as if this happens again, I can't find it in myself to order again and waste my money.

Went to KFC leigh last night 30.11.24 After ordering I had a 15-20 minute wait for my food which I wasn't to bothered about as it was busy. Half hour after starting to eat it myself and my partner was feeling unwell, next up with the runs then started the vomiting, that only gives me a prediction that we had food poisoning and its not the first time I've heard it from others aswell, the place seriously needs to be inspected.

Visited the drive through. Food was ok. Just another KFC.

I have had the worst gravy box ever the gravy was tasteless and really thick the chicken didn’t taste like it normally does have they changed the flavour I won’t be eating that again

Olivia served me today in the drive thru. And I cannot fault her manners and how seemingly happy she was. Makes a change when half the time they sound like they don’t want to be there, so well done Olivia. Made my experience a much more pleasant one to usual. I asked Matt what her name was when I paid he was also very lovely and polite. KFC Leigh need more staff like these two! Food was piping hot and we all really enjoyed it. Keep it up kfc

So many bad reviews, such a shame… I’ve ordered form here a few times and always had a good experience. You guys think this is the worst KFC? You haven’t seen anything lol. The wings are lovely and fresh and the chips not too heavily saturated with that horrible seasoning they use now. I really like this KFC. 4 starts though because nothing’s perfect.

Absolutely must be the worst KFC on earth. Missing 4 pieces in a party bucket. All chicken very dry ,fries were stone cold. Salad pots were very small and to top it all off the missed off our coleslaw and hot wings. After initially complaining and leaving a complaint we received a response that it would be looked into . 3 weeks later still no response and probably will never use this brand again .Just very very poor service

The food from here is always greasy and lacks flavour. We tried it before and after it's recent refurb hoping it would improve. It hasn't. We won't be going back. Also our drive through order was incomplete but we couldn't be bothered to drive back. Avoid!

Ordered 2 fillet tower box meals No hash browns on burgers the gravy was very weak and runny And the Pepsi tastes like cleansing fluid not Pepsi Not happy with meals at all

Ordered via KFC website… Delivery driver gave me the order, I immediately recognised that it was wrong. Driver just told me I needed to phone up number on the website and left. Order was to a value of £43.97 Delivery was to a value of £17.48 Phoned to complain and after giving my delivery code and the delivery code for the order I received instead, I was told they would not be able to refund me! So I didn't receive my order, the order I did receive was £26.50 less value than what I did order and they refused to refund me for their mistake. Clearly employ people who can't read, can't do basic maths and completely incompetent. 20 mins of kicking off later a refund was apparently processed, it will be refunded 'within 15 days’ ... will I ever actually see a refund who knows?!

Orderd through online App Bucket 14 pieces and later collect from the store.10 pieces of chicken was leg pieces ,but not breaded properly,small pieces feel like it's not cooked according to the kfc standard. So unhappy about leigh kfc.

Waited nearly 15 minutes at the order point for our order to be taken. Lad on the speaker wasn’t very apologetic about the situation. Seemed more focused on deliveries to be honest when we got to the window eventually. Wasn’t even any cars in front of us either. Waited around another 5 minutes at the window to be greeted.

This review applies to 3 stores I've been to. Place is brilliant, staff and atmosphere especially is miles better than a few years ago. But the food really doesn't live up to the hype. Kids love it just cos it's KFC, but honestly, food is bland, tasteless and at best mediocre. I ordered the zinger burger meal....fancy name eh! It was a flat burger, with a slither of lettuce, thin tiny piece of meat and limp fries. Better eating at home!

Cold food. Seem to be concentrating more on delivery orders

Do not go here after 10pm the food was all cold and stale as if sat out for hours and kept under a warmer, no gravy so ended up with coleslaw which tasted like soap 🫤, being honest I have never had a meal thats been bad from here in the 15 years I've been going but tonight was unfortunately horrible. Then to top it off they pass you your food close the window that fast and walk away so if you needed anything you would either have to knock on it or beep your horn just found it rude really. And waited AGES...

Dreadfully place ordered on just eat. Had the order accepted then they kept changing the expected delivery time. Which went on for over an hour the time kept changing so could not cancel the order so I could order somewheret or get in touch with just eat to say it was late and have them chase up and then eventually about 11pm they cancel the order themselves complete joke.

Delivery fast but the fries were missing, phoned to complain, and an extremely rude person answered saying sorry nothing I can do but blamed " just eat", .I told him this is 4th time and the last, where he just said complain to them and then he put the phone down on me. What an arrogant pig

Worst fast food experience ever!! Waited over 40 minute for food. End up leaving it due to it taking forever and having a baby crying in the car. The manager is rude and disrespectful.

KFC was quiet with about 3 people waiting and half our order was missing. Most of the staff were having fun and laughing loads in the kitchen so mustn’t have been concentrating. However one member of staff went out of his way to make sure our order was made correctly and ensured we checked properly.

There's not much point in ordering food because you won't get what you ordered. 3 items completely wrong. Completely spoiled the experience also I wouldn't mind but the store wasn't even busy. Incompetent staff. Only redeeming quality was the 1pc of chicken. Wouldn't recommend. AVOID AT ALL COST

Had lunch there today, 17/03/24, food was served quickly, was red hot, and tasted as it should. Staff were also excellent, very polite and friendly. Will return as this one puts my local KFC (Walkden) to shame.

Upon arrival I was told I had a 30 mins wait on food so reluctantly I decided to wait as we were at the egg run at Leigh miner's so was pretty hungry as I'd not eaten all day and was getting to 7pm. Finally the 3 meals I'd ordered were ready. I then walked back and handed out the meals to the people that asked me to pick their s up. And guess what?? My meal wasn't even there. One of the ladies had the wrong order and all in all I shouldn't have bothered. I didn't even have the energy to walk back and complain so I called and called with no answer to any of the calls. Thanks KFC for totally messing up the order, this is not even the first time, £30 for 3 meals and you couldn't even get half the order right. It can't be that hard reading an order and putting the correct stuff in the bag. You totally spoiled our night away. 👍

Totally awful, I thought I'd try again after the refurbishment. But yet again they failed to add my hot wings on the order. They are a scam franchise, saving money on not adding food to take orders.

Spilled my drink everywhere. Kim and the team was quick to fix it. Got a free drink refill and was assured it was ok as I felt bad. Food was great lovely staff.

As fast food go's it's okay sometimes little slow service considering it's fast / convenient food every time we gone the tables have needed cleaning but staff will happily clean if asked little untidy with food on floor and food package but more lazy people not binning there rubbish after eating also the bins don't seem to get empty.

For the second time I am short delivered. The first time, 6 strips rather than 8, next time 10 rather than 12. Service other than not getting my full order was fine.

Got my order wrong going through drive thru, got to window corrected it, then waited for the rest of my order to be passed something I hadn't ordered. When I told them that it wasn't mine, they closed the window and when they finally opened said i must of said it wrong..... then refunded me for it and then a lot of messing about to try order what I wanted but they didn't have enough so in the end I ended up leaving the latter end.. got back to work and realised a few things were missing, sauces, chips from a meal etc when I rang and explained the person said "oh so its only chips your missing"..... Will be avoiding this place in future

One of the staff members were incredibly rude and disrespectful, when asked about missing items on our order he slammed them down on the counter along with about 20 sachets of bbq sauce when I asked If I'd be able to have one, proceeded to sweep the shop floor with an attitude dirty looking most of the people in there. When 3 meals cost £40 now I'd expect to not be treated disrespectfully of staff

Gave this KFC one last chance. Sloppy service but by far the worst store ever visited. I'm never one to complain or rarely write reviews but feel the need to air my views and warn fair paying customers.

The chicken was very delicious, the fries were very nice and crunchy, the chocolate sundae is also fabulous, the garden salad was also great. The staffs were also super friendly ready to help any time.

This is how the delivery from Delivero to our house looked like. The courier just left the package and ran away when he noticed that the package was leaking. Never again. I hope this place closes soon and Delivero goes bankrupt.

Visited on a Friday afternoon for a birthday celebration. The chicken was off. Made my daughter and I poorly.

Called Saturday night for the double dinner deal, burgers dry as cardboard, no sauce on no salad on just looked like the chicken had been dropped on from a height! Not good at all. Very poor. Although the lady who was at the drive through window was very pleasant, the rest of the service very poor

After having a meal from this store 9 days ago ive been very poorly with my stomach I ended up at A and E a simple was sent off and tuned out I had food poisoning the only food I had that day was ordered my just eat I will be seeking legal advice I really don't recommend this branch and not eat there ever again The bacteria that was detected in me was called campylobacter.

Ordered one delivery via just eat. Recieved and charged for 3 orders !!!!. Phoned KFC to stop 2 of the orders. Nothing they could do. Nothing to do with them. Girl on phone refused to give name or manager's name. Totally disgusting attitude and customer service.

Very narrow drive through. Wrap used to be good buy the way sauce is poured is very bad. Some area will have a lot and nothing elsewhere.
