Service rude. Forgot about drinks, no apologies just rolled eyes on customers. No thank you, the atmosphere is awful.

Food was look warm drink was warm no ice won't be going back

Food ok, however I had a missed item and when I flagged it up, the lady at the counter went to check and confirmed it and gave me my order without saying a single word. The staff doesn't know "please or thank you " words and is simply rude and seems not interested at all. Avoid.

Delivery is always timely in the sense that they despatch the order quickly however every single time I’ve ordered from here the delivery driver can’t seem to find the address. My app shows my location exactly and it’s not a complicated address, so I’m not sure what map the drivers are using - invariably I have to watch them whizz past the house, faff around the estate for 10 minutes whilst I stand at the door waving. The food is then tepid. Overall poor experience

Drink was missing. Driver told me to complain on the app. Did that but there’s nowhere to submit the drink is missing only the whole order.

The staff cant get an order right. Ordered a large order for family when it came over half of it was missing. When i rang the store they said if we cant bring it in they cant do anything. The order was £75 think we got about £20 worth of food and the food we did get tasted so dry it must of been cooked days ago.

They sent food that should have been put in the bin it was dry and totally dried up so it went in the bin at home I’ll never order again

Absolute joke. Only ordered as estimated delivery time was 15 mins - 30 mins. delivery time kept being pushed back that many times. Tried to cancel but option unvalable, contacted just eat and still unable to cancel. Ordered at 19:10 food ended up being delivered just after 21:50. Ended up ordering from somewhere else, that food was delivered and eaten before the KFC even turned up. The KFC went straight into the bin. Won't be ordering again. 2 hours and 40 mins is ridiculous for "fast food".

By the time we got the food it was cold I had to reheat which meant it was awful. chicken size appears to have shrunk and the chicken was dry even prior to being reheated.

Food never arrived went to wrong address and obviously gave to someone else what is the point in the code if you are just going to hand food over to random people , absolute disgrace

I ordered KFC only for the signature mash potatoes and gravy and I haven’t got my mash potatoes :(

Chicken was a disgrace very small, very dry and cold. This chicken seems to have been sitting a long time. Very disappointed with this order. We always use this restaurant but huge failure tonight not a good meal at all considering the price of £30. Disgrace

driver sat in parking lot of restaurant i ordered from for a good 15-20 minutes before making his way towards my house as shown on map (there was no glitch or problem with the map given that after he left it took the appropriate time it should for him to arrive and as soon as he started moving it updated no problem). upon arrival had airpods in, didn’t say a word, not even a smile and couldn’t have turned away quicker after handing me the delivery. rude delivery.

I recently visited KFC and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.The food was far below expectations. The chicken was greasy, overly salty, and lacked the usual flavor that KFC is known for. The sides were equally disappointing; the mashed potatoes were lumpy, and the coleslaw tasted old. It was evident that the food had been sitting out for a while. The chicken was not hot and fresh, and the fries were cold and soggy. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. They were slow to take orders and did not seem to care about providing good customer service. When I expressed my concerns about the food, they were dismissive and unhelpful. This visit to KFC was incredibly disappointing. The combination of poor food quality, lack of cleanliness, and indifferent service made for a thoroughly unpleasant dining experience. I hope KFC addresses these issues promptly to maintain their reputation and customer satisfaction.

Went today and found a hair in food also staff smoking at main entrance put us off food was horrible and over cooked

Went yesterday and got a tower burger meal the fillet was burnt and very hard the chips were soggy and the side of chicken was slimy and tasted burnt also . This branch is getting worse staff are terrible too they ask the same question time after time so how can they forget what to say it’s crazy .

Delivery driver pleasant and efficient

The chicken was raw and low quality and when I complained to my shock the chef manager was so rude and misbehaved. She insulted me and yelled at me and said I don't have energy for you. Very poor customer service, never get back there again.

Undercooked chicken!!!! Rude stuff !!!! Rude manager!! They didn’t accept the chicken is undercooked when I complained and she was insisting it is cooked while the chicken was still red inside!!!! Unprofessional. No offer and no apology! The chicken went directly to the bin!

Meal to eat in served in a bag no tray and no paper plate. We ask for the tray and they were very unhappy to provide. But no plate since we desterbed their chat ( 4 staff on the front do nothing) not for £8.90.

Ordered a Colonels meal for 3. I asked for no wings and if possible to have 3 breast pieces and also a Fillet burger meal. I was told they only have wings or legs. I asked how long to wait for breasts. They said they wouldn't have any today. I was shocked that they didn't have what I wanted and cancelled the meal.

as we opened the door, the delivery driver was looking through our outdoor cupboard, there is only old paint cans in there. there was no reason for him to do this. we were also missing a bottle of pop.

Delivery service all spot on but last 4 times I’ve ordered from here there’s been at least 1 or 2 items that aren’t being put in the bag and it doesn’t give me the option to say that item was missing it’s annoying

It was stone cold the driver went to to far to many other houses in the total wrong direction about 15 mile in the wrong direction and i said him a £2 tip I should be refunded for the whole £18 order

Awww, I think I upset the 18 year old ‘Manager’ Findlay, He couldn’t deal with me complaining about the fact that only half of my order was delivered. He accused me of lying about how much food was actually delivered. And, then slammed the phone down when I asked for a partial refund! Then, as an apparent, ‘Store Manager’ who couldn’t deal with an intelligent woman, had a really rough sounding woman snatch the phone from him and swear at me unintelligibly in a ‘Geordikind of language! She was as rough as the proverbial posterior of a badger! 🦡 Kind regards…. A DM journalist! A shout out to the ‘proper’ management of KFC Killingworth ……..Stop hiring people with an IQ of less than 120 🤷🏻‍♀️ Once again, this is going ALL OVER Social Media! Anyhoo, my last words to you KFC Killingworth. Hire cleverer people! Simple!

Very disappointed, there wasn’t enough fries to warrant over 3 quid extra charge. Chicken burgers were over cooked and the dressing was a joke. Definitely would not recommend nor will I be reordering. Certainly not worth the money

Place is a joke. Always running out of product. Front of house staff running around clueless, drowning, waay out their depths. Rest of Staff out back stand around chatting. No managers to be seen. Half hour waits, minimum! I've seen better organisation in a tub of lego. Avoid!
