Best KFC in London, I have been going here for the last 20-25 years. The main chef who prepares and ccoks has always been there since the first day as a kid, he still recognises me and will always greet me even tho he is flat out cooking. Downside is it can be hard to park and can get very busy

How the hell can you not serve halal chicken

Missing a bottle of Tango from my order. Paid for. Tried calling the shop fir 15 minutes no answer. Update..... Still not received an apology or refund or my bottle of Tango. Shocking how these businesses stay open.

OMG the food is so good and it’s ready quick and easy and once I got a ice tea once but the workers said it was not great. I’m glad they want us to enjoy our meal best KFC EVER What’s cluckin!

To much slow staff specially ladies to much slow

I just order the large fries and they serve me regular fries.that fries also to soggy and old. I’m regular customer in KFC.but today service and food is really worst

Hugely disappointing. Food was cold, dry and I gather it had been sitting there a while. Chicken coating had gone hard, and chips were soggy and cold. Will not visit again. So hard to find a decent KFC nowadays!!!

I ordered a zinger tower burger meal. It was tasty. Fast delivery and quality of food was good.

This is tiny. There is not enough room to swing a cat. Slow service and food average. Rude collection drivers who believe they own the place. Good luck in parking.

Chicken fillets are always small,not good value.just saying

If you order chicken pieces, at least half will be legs as they are clearly buying it separately as its cheaper, also advise it is mandatory to check your food as they are notorious for not giving you everything you ordered, e.g missing beans, wings etc so check before you leave.

Failed uncompleted order and don't answer the phone

Absolutely appauld!! I ordered food over an hour ago and have been sat waiting for it! I tried calling the restaurant 3 times and no one even bothered to answer!!

The kfc is on the small side. The lady who serve me was nice enough, however I think it's incredibly rude of the staff to start convocations with one another in their own language when some customers don't underatand . That that was a supervisor or manager I think. Not good. Keep it for break times.

After a long day at work, I ordered food which was delivered but 2 main items was not in the bag. So after paying for food to be delivered, I had to go instore to get the missing items.

Really poor experience here. The food is awful nothing to do with KFC

Incompetents I asked for 3 legs and 2 thighs, popcorn chicken, a drink 2 corns gravy , chips and a drink. I got 3 breasts, 1 leg 1 thigh, gravy, drink. When I told them about what’s missing I get told that I cancelled the chips and as for the chicken in fairness they did apologise and then they were stunned to find out the popcorn chicken was missing,but by then I got too frustrated. Please avoid. I will never use this rat and pigeon again.

Location very convenient, staffs are pleasant, always ask if u are been seen to. Although at times it may be a bit busy but not for very long. I usually order when am on the bus, since it's right at the bus stop it super easy just to walk in a pick up meal. Saves time. Keep the crowd moving.

The food at this particular KFC doesn't usually disappint me. However, recently, their wrap of the days have been undercooked, making it unpleasant to eat. Their chicken pieces, tenders, and wings come out great almost all the time. The only unfortunate thing about those particular KFC is that the staff can come off as disrespectful or careless. I understand that they may be producing great product, however, the customer service needs a lot more work. Its a shame because their food isn't bad most of the time, I will update this review if I find that their service improves.

Chips were not cooked enough (common when they are served straight away, maybe they crisp up before serving), but the side breast was lovely. Parking not easy, but when you get the crave....

They don't have any seats here, it's mostly suitable for takeaway.

me and my family went for a meal at this kfc but there was a member of staff which had whitenesses us standing and calling the staff over but the staff was not busy and she was watching us and still not giving any response but as soon as another customer came which was just a different colour from us and ben though all humans are equal the lady didn’t think so and she came running at the counter and saying how can I help which was very racist. we had an unpleasant experience. no matter any cast creed or race everyonr should be served with same respect.

When ordering 10 pc bargain bucket please check the quality as they provided 5 wings and no legs. A bargain for the store not the customer

Staff were rude chicken was very greasy with no coating everything was cold got. Bargain bucket £15:99 with no chips inside wouldn’t go back there again

Superb! Best kfc ive had in years, all hot, fresh & lovely, the lady working on the till helped me with offers too so we got the best deal, well impressed, thanks guys 👌

Have had items missing from my order on both occasions. The first time it was the burger and it was sent out to me once I bought a drink through Just eat, was okay with that. Have ordered again tonight a couple of months later and had no chips.

Extremely disappointed. This tiny branch is clearly understaffed and overworked, but I also find the staff are uncommunicative and lack basic manners.

Drink had a fly inside I gave back to exchange she picked fly out with her finger and wanted to give drink back to me 😳 I wonder what happens behind if they do this in front of customers

Didn’t put my gravy in the bag. The best thing about KFC is the gravy and it’s missing. Devastated!

Shop always clean & tidy when I have visited.Staff are friendly, orders usually complete. Sometimes getting order not as quick as I'd expect, otherwise would give 5 stars.

Fries wasn't fresh I was there for more than 5 minutes waiting for my food and they haven't changed the Fries. Took two mighty buckets and in one was missing the mini fillets Very disappointed about the services as we'll as the FOH person was kind of rude while taking my order

The staff didn’t even acknowledge me and I had to ask if anyone was serving to which I was replied “yeh, wait!”

Amazingly friendly staff. Fast too if I see a queue I do a bit of shoppin and by the time I'm back I can get my order in.

Got my diliveroo order wrong with a lot of items missing. They then expected me to collect the missing items even though we had paid for delivery. Unhelpful staff and the chips squashed in bottom of bag and dry chicken. Will be glad when the west drayton branch opens.

The staff keep on and on trying to sell extras.

I ordered a couple of Zinger Box Meals but the fillet in one of the the burgers felt tough and rubbery, like it had not been defrosted or coiked properly. :-(

Always happy staff , smile everywhere. Yesterday i went to kfc and two school kids came in and there were so impatient. He came up took my order and walk away. And then he carring on doing whatever he was doing.

Best kfc in Hayes or Uxbridge. The main chef has been there since I been a little kid, I still to this day get a wave and hello when he’s preparing the chicken out back when I walk in. Gravy is on point

I love KFC. Excellent burger but always disappoints with piece chicken. It is half fried, sometimes the oil is leaking, Not crispy at all. When I ask staff they say that is all they have.

Dear Colonel Sanders, I'm pretty sure when you developed your super secret recipe it didnt include toasted rat tails and stale man mayonaise. Im saddened that this outlet has let standards drop to such a level by just living on the hype of your name. Needless to say I wont be returning to this establishment to further my knowledge of triple fried three day old chicken and cold chips. Yummy! NOT!

No complain about the food. But the staff cannot even speak decent english at minimum and were communicating with each other in there own language, utterly unprofessional.

It was bad. Chicken tasted old and re-cooked and looked even worse. Local chicken shops do better than this.

The waiting time was Long! For a Saturday evening, they need to be more prepared for the 7'oclock rush.

This kFC is always busy and sometimes have to wait out in the queue. Chicken is good and cooked properly.

Easily accessible location off Uxbridge Road, only issue is that the full KFC menu is not offered, ( no sundaes, krushems or kream balls).

Fast service but it is a small place so when busy queue goes out the door. Friendly staff.
