KFC High Wycombe - Frogmore in Wycombe

Hardly any any variety mainly all thigh pieces and very slimmy yuk. Usually good thanks

only 1 piece of breast out of 6 requested. Recvd 4 wings, 1 drumstick & 1 breast. Chicken pieces get smaller every time we order.

I spent £36 on 10 piece bucket. 5 pieces were tiny wing bits, 1 thigh, 1 side breast, 2 breast, 1 drum....and all 10 were so dry they were inedible. This is not the first time but i gave it benefit of doubt this time. Money wasted.

More than an hour from the time of order till delivery, food was barely warm.

Ordered KFC for delivery, really excited for my food but no. Waited 2 and a half hours for delivery. Ridiculous wait. Would’ve been quicker to make it myself. Even worse is that food came cold. Worst takeaway I’ve ever ordered. If you want KFC, DO NOT GET IT DELIVERED! Is it possible to get refunded for this. Thanks.

food was delivered fast and hot. the gravey was a bit watery but other than that good

Had a great experience at this KFC thanks to Ali at the front of house. He was super friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Food was delivered 30 minutes after initial estimate, when the food arrived there were no fries with the variety bucket and half the chicken was missing, highly unlikely to use this service again

I recently witnessed appalling treatment of delivery drivers at KFC High Wycombe, and I feel compelled to share my observations. While I understand the pressures of retail, there's absolutely no excuse for the way these workers were being handled. The drivers, who were clearly working under tight deadlines, were subjected to: * Excessive wait times: Drivers were left standing for unreasonable periods,This wasted their valuable time and impacted their ability to complete other deliveries. * Rudeness and disrespect: Staff members were observed speaking to drivers in a dismissive and condescending manner. There was a distinct lack of basic courtesy and respect. * Unorganized and slow order handoffs: The system for handing over orders seemed chaotic, leading to confusion and frustration for the drivers. These drivers are essential to the store's operation, and their hard work should be acknowledged and appreciated. Instead, they were treated as an inconvenience. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on KFC High Wycombe. I urge the management to address these issues immediately and implement measures to ensure that delivery drivers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. Until then, I cannot recommend supporting this business.

I am satisfied with my visit to this establishment. Everything was fine and I will definitely come back here.

Ordered 1 kfc that turned up on time and I ate it . Then mid clubs match to get promotion to div 3 another kfc decides to turn up . Same order same everything but I had only ordered 1 . This caused me to lose my promotion game on clubs and the food on the second one was not even good . 😔

the girl at the store kept lying stating she can't find our other. then stated the driver left 10 minutes ago then the food got to us 1hr later. the worsted experience I had .that's the second time it took so long.

Quoted 30 mins. delivery time kept being pushed back. Ended up taking just under 2 hours from the order being placed until the actual delivery, which is abysmal. The quality of the food was very good, but that might be because i was starving by the time it was delivered.

Missed out chicken from my 3 piece meal.

Dirty, slippery floor and toilets closed. When we asked why the toilets were closed we were told it was because of drug use. Avoid at all cost!

Where do I even start? This has got to be the worst kfc I've ever set foot in... Oily overcooked chicken, dirty greasy floors posing a danger of slipping, dirty smelly toilets with wet floor, staff are demotivated and unbothered. Shockingly bad & nauseating even to think about it hours later.

Fairly hot fresh tasty.zthe burger is not as big as the zinger tower burger was. Is this burger no longer available? It was my favourite. Better quality thsn. other deliveries as kept hot fresh and crispy.

The delivery time changed literally all the time. In the end, I ordered food from another website, after waiting for almost 1.5 hours. After about two hours I received my order. It was cold, as if it were in a refrigerator. A very unpleasant feeling. Is you r busy, just call to customer, don't play with them. Very frustrating and unhappy. I pre ordered my food at 5:50pm to be delivered at 7pm. 7pm went by and the delivery time kept increasing by 5 minutes telling me the food was being prepared, until it was finally delivered at 7:45. I tried to ring the store to see what was going on with my order several times but nobody picked up. I am thoroughly disappointed with the delivery

Hot wings were fine as was chips and fillets but the 2 pieces on the bone were small with not much meat on and very dry (old) like they had been cooked along time ago .

One of the very few places I always feel relaxed and comfortable to visit and have a fast meal with family. The staff are excellent and helpful. The location is very central and great, right in the heart of town. I love it. Keep up the excellent service.

Poor quality and standards at this particular KFC branch, no lemon wipes or napkins included with the order. Hot wings or any of the chicken not crispy at all, corn on the cob without butter and very bland, chips extremely covered in pepper, drink warm as if it’s not even been kept in a fridge at all. Pretty disappointing as we order from KFC regularly each month from another site in Hertfordshire and never had a lack of quality like this, hopefully standards improve next time we order from here
