It Was So Much VERY Most Delicious and Delivery Was Very GOOD also Deliver Guys and Girls Are Very Nice and Very Kind But Please Send More That Are People Very GOOD because I Like To See More People That Are Very Nice and Very Kind So That's Why I am Saying This and That's All.

I am missing a child’s meal And we have about 6 chips as a portion Disgrace

I have been waiting over 2hours for my order. There is no option to cancel it so ive had to make a duplicate order because i need food and im certain that first order isnt coming at this point. Awful service

the driver was rude. and didn't want to get out of his car. he is supposed yo be a delivery driver. had yo come out walk put yo main road in my night clothes.

Order was late, didn’t listen to order requests so half could not be eaten

Quoted 30 mins. delivery time kept being pushed back. Ended up taking just under 2 hours from the order being placed until the actual delivery, which is abysmal. The quality of the food was very good, but that might be because i was starving by the time it was delivered.

the food was cold, apart from the can of pepsi which was the only item with some warmth. no point in complaining as nothing is done to improve the service. looking at other reviews, and it's the same story. a poor show which shouldn't happen.

They didn’t deliver the entire order and were most unhelpful with sorting it out. So we were left thirsty!

Food was delivered over an hour late, the delivery time kept going up and up. The food was cold and missing items. Not very happy.

Missed out chicken from my 3 piece meal.

Dirty, slippery floor and toilets closed. When we asked why the toilets were closed we were told it was because of drug use. Avoid at all cost!

Where do I even start? This has got to be the worst kfc I've ever set foot in... Oily overcooked chicken, dirty greasy floors posing a danger of slipping, dirty smelly toilets with wet floor, staff are demotivated and unbothered. Shockingly bad & nauseating even to think about it hours later.

I sent the order at 4 o'clock and received the order at 6, I'm not happy at all

Original order was going to be 25 minutes. Time kept changing & ended up being delivered after 1 hour 35 minutes & was cold

Fairly hot fresh tasty.zthe burger is not as big as the zinger tower burger was. Is this burger no longer available? It was my favourite. Better quality thsn. other deliveries as kept hot fresh and crispy.

The delivery time changed literally all the time. In the end, I ordered food from another website, after waiting for almost 1.5 hours. After about two hours I received my order. It was cold, as if it were in a refrigerator. A very unpleasant feeling. Is you r busy, just call to customer, don't play with them. Very frustrating and unhappy. My order never arrived I think your service is diabolical as your drivers are useless!!!

I pre ordered my food at 5:50pm to be delivered at 7pm. 7pm went by and the delivery time kept increasing by 5 minutes telling me the food was being prepared, until it was finally delivered at 7:45. I tried to ring the store to see what was going on with my order several times but nobody picked up. I am thoroughly disappointed with the delivery

Delivery driver was angry as I didn’t hear my phone ringing as he was struggling to find my apartment, I felt bad for ordering an expensive meal and being made to feel I did something wrong, I work in hospitality and would never make someone feel like that over food

Arrived so late had to throw away as was too late for my children to eat.

the worst delivery ever. for something that should get delivered in 10 mins, it took over an hour and the driver was rude and the food was ice cold. this is the last time I use just eat or order from KFC.

Horrendous! Received someone else’s order despite me providing driver with my unique code, if I could give zero I would. I can’t even eat the order I’ve received in error as it’s chicken on the bone that I don’t eat, so I’m starving with 20 bucket of chicken I can’t eat & no food & charged

Delivery was fine, but over half of the order was missing from KFC

Hot wings were fine as was chips and fillets but the 2 pieces on the bone were small with not much meat on and very dry (old) like they had been cooked along time ago .

One of the very few places I always feel relaxed and comfortable to visit and have a fast meal with family. The staff are excellent and helpful. The location is very central and great, right in the heart of town. I love it. Keep up the excellent service.

Only thing was I asked for no mayo or lettuce on the fillet burgers and that was adhered to..

Poor quality and standards at this particular KFC branch, no lemon wipes or napkins included with the order. Hot wings or any of the chicken not crispy at all, corn on the cob without butter and very bland, chips extremely covered in pepper, drink warm as if it’s not even been kept in a fridge at all. Pretty disappointing as we order from KFC regularly each month from another site in Hertfordshire and never had a lack of quality like this, hopefully standards improve next time we order from here

Food turned up luke warm & cans of drink are hot. Very disappointed. Estimated time of arrival 17:05-17:20, arrived at 17:50.

3 piece meal was cold, no meat and what meat there was, was like eating rubber. very poor quality.

The chicken was dry and out of the 6 pieces 5 were very small. My order of large beans was not delivered. Overall not a good experience.

I had a very bad experience here. The staff here are highly unprofessional especially Ash the manager. I was waiting for my order and she was serving customer and riders who came after me. When I asked her to pack my order, she threatened and misbehaved with me and declined to give me the order. KFC should take some serious action against her.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Absolutely terrible! Not only was it almost an hour later than originally stated, but the hot food was cold, the chilled food was warm (same bag because of idiocy presumably), and the grease from the chicken had soaked the cookies bag, making them slimy with chicken grease (because also same bag). DO BETTER KFC!!!

Food was ordered at 18:09 with a delivery estimate of 18:40. Delivery estimate kept changing every 5 minutes with food being delivered at 19:40. An hour later.
