Order is never correct four bits of chicken short to the value of 9.99 bo good if someone who works there can read

Arrived so late had to throw away as was too late for my children to eat.

We waited 3 hours for our food and it was stone cold when it arrived!

the worst delivery ever. for something that should get delivered in 10 mins, it took over an hour and the driver was rude and the food was ice cold. this is the last time I use just eat or order from KFC.

Took nearly an hour to deliver a rice box and when it arrived it looked like it had been thrown in the box

Horrendous! Received someone else’s order despite me providing driver with my unique code, if I could give zero I would. I can’t even eat the order I’ve received in error as it’s chicken on the bone that I don’t eat, so I’m starving with 20 bucket of chicken I can’t eat & no food & charged

Delivery was fine, but over half of the order was missing from KFC

Hot wings were fine as was chips and fillets but the 2 pieces on the bone were small with not much meat on and very dry (old) like they had been cooked along time ago .

One of the very few places I always feel relaxed and comfortable to visit and have a fast meal with family. The staff are excellent and helpful. The location is very central and great, right in the heart of town. I love it. Keep up the excellent service.

Only thing was I asked for no mayo or lettuce on the fillet burgers and that was adhered to..

Poor quality and standards at this particular KFC branch, no lemon wipes or napkins included with the order. Hot wings or any of the chicken not crispy at all, corn on the cob without butter and very bland, chips extremely covered in pepper, drink warm as if it’s not even been kept in a fridge at all. Pretty disappointing as we order from KFC regularly each month from another site in Hertfordshire and never had a lack of quality like this, hopefully standards improve next time we order from here

Says delivered but never turned up. Cannot contact a person to discuss and all has to be done through the app.

Food turned up luke warm & cans of drink are hot. Very disappointed. Estimated time of arrival 17:05-17:20, arrived at 17:50.

3 piece meal was cold, no meat and what meat there was, was like eating rubber. very poor quality.

I had a very bad experience here. The staff here are highly unprofessional especially Ash the manager. I was waiting for my order and she was serving customer and riders who came after me. When I asked her to pack my order, she threatened and misbehaved with me and declined to give me the order. KFC should take some serious action against her.

Food was ordered at 18:09 with a delivery estimate of 18:40. Delivery estimate kept changing every 5 minutes with food being delivered at 19:40. An hour later.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Absolutely terrible! Not only was it almost an hour later than originally stated, but the hot food was cold, the chilled food was warm (same bag because of idiocy presumably), and the grease from the chicken had soaked the cookies bag, making them slimy with chicken grease (because also same bag). DO BETTER KFC!!!

Received a very old, out of date, filthy bottle of pepsi. It looked as if it had been dug out of the ground. Absolutely disgusting.

Didn’t deliver none of the food we wanted and delivered a different order, we are hungry and happy to send over images of this situation. We are disgusted because this was for potential clients and the service has not been fulfilled. This has changed my experience to potentially not order again.

You forgot one of the meal out of just 2. Eventually got the place on the phone and said they have no drivers, no way of actually delivering what I ordered and had to collect. Errr you have drivers as you delivered this 🤦‍♂️. If I could collect I wouldn’t have used just eats. So now have to try and get the money back l. Why if you mess up an order you haven’t got the ability to sort it. To be told, we don’t have drivers, we are really busy, you need to come to us is disgraceful. You have drivers!!!

"A perfect example of mismanagement" "COSTAA NAME OF THE MANAGER" Been there Saturday lunchtime it was busy. Only 2 people on the front both packing the takeaway and taking order for customers. It's took almost 35 minutes to take 4 people order ahead of me as he have to pack the food as well. "SALMAN" who took my order couldn't fault him as he was polite and telling me all the offers or add on. I have waited another 10 minutes for the food. By this time another person was having a argument with themby this time i was informed it will another 6 minutes to cook the chicken so I guessed it will be 10 minutes to served it to me. So I have no other option to cancel the order as I have finished my lunch break just to get a meal. And the manager turned up and cancelled my order no apology and gave me a attitude that I am wasting her time.

Update for in-person order, still terrible. I waited to order while they were just filling out automated and delivery driver orders. I had to get their attention to actually order, apparently standing by the till was not enough of a clue that I wanted to place an order. When I got to order the person taking the order appeared to not understand English so I gave up and resorted to ordering via the online app. Shall see if food turns up in an edible condition but I'll not be using this restaurant again, probably the worst KFC restaurant I've ever visited. Ordered via deliveroo and sent a tiny bag of the wrong food. Driver said he'd call support and get it sorted. In the end I called deliveroo and they said the driver was not working any more and my order was marked as delivered. They said they would put in my order and over an hour later still no food. Shall not be ordering from this KFC again. I dont blame the driver or deliveroo but this branch dont seem to be able to organise a drink in a brewery looking at other reviews. Food just turned up and stone cold.

We received the worst food and service from the high Wycombe branch, our deliveroo was not only wrong, but dry, burnt and cold, except the drinks that were warm ! I Phoned to complain spoke to the asst mgr Dalibar who as not only not only rude, dismissive and defensive, but claimed a 3 piece meal that consisted of 3 chicken wings is how the meal is, they can pick any and send it, my wife’s Zinger Tower was a normal zinger meal, I explained this to him to which he replied “what do you want me to do we ran out of zinger tower meals” When we told him the food was dry and cold, he rudely said not possible! I even offered to bring the food to the store, he then said it was deliveroo’s job to help and clearly could care less! I’ve never received such appalling service though KFC, we always order with this branch on average twice a week, so would argue we are loyal customers. When we told him this, he sniggered. You have lost a loyal customer, never again! Appalled‬

Terrible. A drink leaked all over the food, it was soggy and smashed up by 2 bottles of water.
