Very poor quality food not just at this branch, KFC as a whole. The chicken is clearly sliced in half, more batter than chicken. Very poor

Good price s and deals, parking outside, new refurbished interior, surprisingly real hot takeaway, proper hot.

Lazy evening staff. Second visit late at night where the toaster for flaming wraps has been turned off .. meaning the wraps come un toasted. Feels like they want to get things cleaned up to make an early finish but makes a poor experience for customers. Can’t help but think this is why the Krushems were unavailable also.

Your typical kfc staff are friendly and food is what you expect from a fast food chain

Went to kfc tonight the staff were entertaining having a laugh dancing while they served us at the drive through. Made us laugh, very professional at the till also, food was hot and crispy, we ordered 12 piece boneless bucket, hot wings, mini fillets, and zinger meal. Served 5 people, didn't have to wait long for the food as it was quiet.

Worst KFC ever, kids taking orders that don't seem to know anything about customer service. I think they need to train the staff because they never get my order correct even though it is basic stuff ordered off there menu. Also I don't agree with unisex toilets

I love the zinger burger the best one I had so far would recommend and just the chips were too oily.

I went through the drive thru at 9:10 and they wouldn’t serve me a krushem because they had already turned the machine off for cleaning unbelievable jeff (go to crepe and desert instead)

Chips are suppose to be normal not full of herbs

Couldnt hear anything through the voicebox, drove around to order and told me to join the queue again from the back so i drove off

Aboulute awful, the piece of chicken that I received was burnt and dry, god knows how long that piece of chicken was under the hot lights for.

Chicken is usually dry, but that's the way kfc seems to be going now. Not has juicy has it used to be. OK, food, but nothing special for the cost.

People taking the orders at the drive through were giggling and clearly messing around (8:30 on Friday night shift). Had to ask for our order 3 times and kept walking away mid order to do other things. Sat in the drive through queue for 20 minutes. No sides available apart from gravy and no water either.

Never have what you want first no rice for ricebox then no tango what next no chicken

gotta change my review as we have been again a couple of times and they do seem to have gotten better - 1⭐️ to 3⭐️ for now - let's see if they can get even better

Food has always been hot but takes a long time to get your order when the place is never busy. Main issue is there is ALWAYS something missing from your order tonight we’ve come home with no chips and a bone in my BONELESS fillets. Thank god my children weren’t eating it! Wouldn’t mind but could have definitely spent £30 better elsewhere.

KFC chicken seems to be going downhill. The chicken isn't as meaty as it used to be and the batter isn't as good.

Called for lunch. Chicken fillet meal was fresh and tasted very good. Restaurantwasvery clean and ataff very polite and helpful.

How is this branch still open By far the worst customer service I've ever known. We as a family love KFC but will never ever attend this one. We have been roughly 4 times thinking given it another shot. Suprise suprise same again. Food missing, food just chucked in the bag & staff are so rude. Sort the branch out!

Waited for 2 zinger burgers aprox 20 mins with an empty restaurant. All tables are dirty every time we try to eat in..staff is too busy joking behind the till. Never ever noticed anyone to wear gloves while preparing food. Dirty place for such a reputable and well known company.

Very friendly staff and very quick Service

Normally have a good service at KFC Hemsworth but on Saturday it was very poor. The young girl serving us at the drive thru was rude, had no manners, had a bad attitude. She asked us to wait in a collection bay as the food wasn’t ready yet, before doing so we asked for sauce and she rolled her eyes and sighed before asking what sauce we would like, my partner told her it doesn’t matter and drove off. She proceeded to shout out of the window “I said what sauce do you want” as we were driving away. We parked up and waited for our food to be brought to us, 20 minutes went by and still no food, my partner went inside to ask where our order was. In total we waited just under 35 minutes for our “fast” food order. We took our food home to eat and when unboxing the food it was just thrown into the boxes. Will not be going to this KFC again!

Worst service ever. It has nothing to do with fast food. Waiting time is a joke. Does anyone from KFC check these opinions and could conduct an audit? This KFC is below standards.

After bad experiences in the past, thought we'd see if it was any better. Big mistake, never again.

Visited today and was very happy with my meal and really happy with the customer service received from a lady who I believe to be called Kirsty. Very friendly and advised me on the rewards app and the survey. Quite refreshing to be served by someone who was upbeat and polite as not many people tend have good customer service these days.

Cold food and unhappy customers service very poor food

Like others have said, almost half an hour wait to get a bucket with cold and somehow still undercooked chips, all this for £25. Dumpy kfc in a dumpy town so what to expect really.. And this is a newly built branch!

Waited 45mins for food, eventually gave up and asked for my money back.

Bad customer service ,Today I have ordered food for take away from Hemsworth store and the bag was not sticked well downside and the food fallen down just in front of the store and showed the photograph of the food, when I informed the store manager she was not polite and not even start the conversation with simple sorry, she didn’t offer the food again and left store without food, A store should know how handle the situation like this. You buy a very unhappy customer today just for 6 £ .

Bardzo słaba obsługa. Mimo iż w lokalu było tylko 3 osoby, wydawanie jedzenia trwało bardzo długo. Na stolikach było pełno śmieci i resztek jedzenia a obsługa stała podpierając ściany.

Went through the drive through to buy myself and my son a Krushem….which are advertised on the menu outside the store, only to be told they don’t serve them here and they had no ice cream machine So then had to sit the drive through for 20 minutes

100% food is better than the other KFC I've been too I know that sounds weird but it's true xx the service was quick aswell as we did training at the community center an they only give you a certain time keep up the good work x would recommend this KFC to anybody xx

Came in today and was immediately greeted by a lad cleaning up the restaraunt. he was so polite and after I ordered and ate he offered to clear my tray for me and he held the door open for me as I left too.

Disgusting dry meat , coating on 1 pc of chicken was thick and Doughy in the middle all our chips were cold some pcs still pink inside £25 +. Wasted,and to top it of the discount app in restaurant still not working Blue Light Card. it has not worked since last time I went in and that was weeks ago, won't be going in again a hurry shame on you !!

I waited 25 minutes in the drive through, only ordered 3 meal items and 2 drinks and when I got home I found that not only was my burger missing but she didn’t even add it to the order! When I rung up to complain the person who served me answered the phone and was extremely rude! This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems, on previous occasions food has been missing, chicken was pink on the inside, take my advice go to a different branch! I definitely won’t be going back! If I could give it zero stars I would!

I got food poisoning havent been back since

I ordered four wraps, the service brought me two. after a while they brought me the other two but one of them was cracked. I said that I want them to replace it, the service replied that I probably did it myself and they will not replace it. The wrap was in the original packaging so I couldn't do it myself. I said that I will report it to customer service, one of the employees told me to do what I want and it's none of her business. I'm disappointed because it's not the first time I've been treated like this in this restaurant. I wonder if I'll ever eat at KFC again...

I walked in the staff honestly are so rude and moody not even got a smile on there face the door was locked for the bathroom I said excuse me the doors locked and I need to go and she looked at me sarcastically and say “okay” and didn't do anything they need new staff and service every time I order I get the wrong stuff every time for the wrong price absolutely wasting my money

Reviews were putting me off but it was the closest so we decided to give it a try and I've got no complaints at all, we did go to the drive thru though and not inside the restaurant but the food we recieved was great and all the correct food that we had ordered.

Food is best I have had Customer service is always there just not always prompt Atmosphere is lacking... mainly because its cold and not cleaned regularly enough.

Dirty tables, sulky staff, rude infact under cooked food, raw chicken, ended up with food poisoning awful place avoid at all costs, had to give 1 star for those reasons

Not a fan, food is very hit and miss. I've had to go through customer service several times due to poor quality/availability... but it's local and when it's good it's very good but when it's bad, I've thrown in the bin. Also fries/portions are dire... Quick meal if you want it fine, but don't expect a decent meal all of the time. Plus is of course the spice blend...

I had a long wait to get served, there was only 1 person taking orders and she was also serving orders out between taking orders from customers, it was a busy time (6pm) i accept that but it could've been managed better I think. If you use the self service order screen things it tells you to take a table flag and enter its number but they were nowhere to be see so that was a failure. It advertised free wifi but that's a lie!

Drive through wasnt working. Neither was next window and nothing to say it was put of order. Went inside and ordered and let them know and they already knew!! Couldnt use my kfc app as their reader wasnt working And no receipt as they Also couldnt give one!!! Wont be going there again Food wasnt standard I guess which was only good thing about it

Been a few times now in the hopes its a better experience than previous. But unfortunately not the case. Missing food twice. Last meal i ordered i felt it was a cancelled order and palmed off to me. Burnt beans (over cooked in microwave), cold chicken and dry.. Not happy at all. Hope they get there act together at Hemsworth. So in future it'll be Cortonwood if i have another KFC.

We've dodged visiting since it opened after reading the reviews but thought we would see for ourselves last week. We have visited 3 times so far so wanted to wait to see how consistent things were. All 3 visits the food has been the hottest we've ever had from any kfc. Orders all correct and the staff have all been really nice, chatty and pleasant. It's safe to say it has been our best experience ever at a kfc. Don't belive all the negatively go and try it fir yourselves 🙂

It's a KFC, like every other KFC

Shockingly bad leave well alone , I have tried here 7 times of those 5 have had issues . Missing items from orders , wrong items Out of stock after taking orders , staff seem half. Trained , have observed them shouting at each other in front of customers and ignoring customers. Worst KFC takeaway in the country

Always something missing from our order. Very disappointing 😞 Handing over money and not getting what you asked for is unacceptable. Customers should not have to dismantle there takeaway order before leaving the premises just to make sure staff haven't missed something off AGAIN!

Food is great staff polite but place not so clean

Ordered in drive thru told Jess she said her name was I wanted two legs when I opened my box I got 2 beasts so told her swap it ( shouldn’t have sit in thru checking but at this kfc you do !!) also told her no bbq sauce on wrap of day to get home open my box to find bbq sauce phones up asked to speak to manger Katie she said her name was all tho she sounded like Jess to me who I spoke with at drive thru she couldn’t rectify my problems just didn’t say nothing when she completely mess my order up you need to get staff what actually know what they are doing not some young teenagers who haven’t got a clue so annoying also forgot my daughters cookie and chicken well don’t get me started it was terrible!!! Won’t return

Tasty food and pleasant staff .. regular prices very local to me which is a bonus .. have been to the store and drive in a few times never dissapointed
