Our order was out for delivery for over half an hour and was 40 minutes late. All the food was cold when it arrived. I have a toddler and I'm currently in labour, if I wanted to cook, I wouldn't have ordered, and instead I've now had to reheat all the food and couldn't eat the soggy chips. Awful service and awful delivery!

Missing the drink and mini burger

Turned up late and cold. Not happy considering it cost over £43. First time I have used just eat for a while as keep getting cold food.

you didn't deliver my food to me so now I am £12 out of pocket for nothing won't use just eat again

Not too sure why I have been charged for the popcorn chicken, it was supposed to be free when I order over £21?

2 hours for food to be delivered and no option to cancel is simply abysmal

KFC were very helpful this evening when speaking with them, as this morning Ubereats refused refund when driver did not deliver my food I paid for. This evening, order correct, very helpful staff and friendly, helpful driver.

From ordering I waited 1.15 hours. Not acceptable. Nothing to do with the driver who was polite and kind.

Once again missing items, no drinks delivered app is useless only offers the option that one of the meals was not delivered. Won’t be using again had enough of this.

seems to be quite quick delivery these days however I would like to have been a little bit more hot apart from that it was absolutely okay

I got 3 drumsticks. Should get different chicken on the bone not 3 the same. Not happy

food was reasonably hot iPhone up KFC because I wanted some BBQ sauce added and I spoke to a lady called s i a n she is absolutely very very helpful an customer assistance is excellent

Used this place for delivery & drive through loads of times nice service & grub no complaints.

Absolutely appalling. Same driver as before who had problems with app, rude and never apologises for being late.

The chicken was really dry and was cold when it arrived

my order turned up in a right mess. chips are so greasy its caused a whole in the bag. mini fillets are missing and no bottle of drink and it's cold. Absolutely fuming! cost me nearly £40!

Was an ok meal, nothing special, but then it is a kfc. Chips were freshly cooked,they did make a mistake with the snack box meal but it wasn’t a disaster. Still have to check your order to make sure you have everything They have now redecorated the inside, and it does look nice This visit wasn't so good. Chicken was dry. Pot luck

It took 1.5hrs for the food to arrive. The chips were in a bashed up box which was only a third filled. The food was lukewarm at best. Really disappointed.

I had to ring up KFC because there's something that I wanted and I couldn't see it on the app however I spoke to a lady called SIAN and she was very very helpful she was absolutely brilliant to be fair so I hope she sees this message

never received my ordered but said it was delivered now 50pound down and 4 hungry kids not happy with the service

Driver was extremely thoughtful, happy, courteous, went out his way to ensure I had all the items given to me and asked to check the order was correct with no missing items, very caring, thank you so much, I have had so many refunds refused for no fault of my own, it is restaurants that forget to put in items or not in stock and then send order out, so I end up pay money many times for items I have genuinely not received, disgusting, but this driver was a credit to the company he drives for.

Ordered at 17:01 came at 18:09 the time kept pushing back

You took forever and then said that you have “SLIGHTLY” changed the times when it was a 45 minute delay. Honestly I was not impressed.

in the end i went to the restaurant and got my order remade because i wasnt risking having cold food delivered, as it was the app said my food had been delivered while i was in the restaurant being served by jordan...

Food wasn't delivered even though it has been marked as delivered, after an hour wait. Refund requested. Tried to re-order the food and then the "open" restaurant is now "not taking orders at this time". So is this place closed and the drivers just clicked delivered so they can still be paid? Either way, I want my money back.

Missing was the mini fillet burger, chips loose and some damaged. The rest of order was fine, food still warm enough to eat even thought was far longer than usual waiting, but it is fathers day today.

Great, except the chicken tasted overly salty.

Good kfc. Bit cold in there though.

What a let down. No iced tea, no full fat Pepsi and worst of all NO BBQ SAUCE (surely a necessity for any proper KFC meal). If that wasn't bad enough, we were given 5 not 6 pieces of chicken in our bucket, 3 of which were drumsticks. Price seemed more expensive than Dorset. Disappointed

Didn't rate this experience sadly, My Zinger burger wasn't hot fresh. Chips were warm n soggy. If it was all as if it'd been made previously and sat in a warmer. Soggy tepid and unappetising! Sorry KFC unimpressed.

Avoid avoid avoid. Just been here and they are not busy. Every table is dirty, toilets filthy, served our food on a dirty tray. KFC you should be ashamed.

the driver clicked it was delivered before I even opened the front door. then proceed to give me an order that wasn't even mine. Tried giving me someone else's order, then proceed to argue. I haven't received any of the food that I was hoping for after being awake from 4am at work, to come home and eat food is all I wanted. disgusting. I would like a full refund please.

I'm highly disappointed this is the second time coming here paying over 40 pound and its all cold. Before you state I could have come in to let you know so you could cook it again or even heat it up in a microwave... I shouldn't have to. It should all ready be hot. Not only that I'm worried a staff member will spit in my food / chicken burger and give it back to me. So I'm writing this to beg you guys to just make people wait a tad bit longer so you can cook from fresh and not just pre cook and it be cold.

Food got here just before or on time. However, when I opened the bag to get the food I found most of the boxes were broken or at the very least partially opened and battered. My burger was upside down in said battered box and the toppings were everywhere. My food delivery made a Hermes delivery look good.

Not happy with just eats service to be honest no bottle of drink no chips with my order what a joke every time I order though just eat there is always a problem or something missing.its a joke

The driver rang the outside doorbell and when I answered and asked who it was he didn't reply. When he eventually did answer he practically THREW my food at me and then proceeded to shout after I closed the door "Hello, Hello?" in a mocking and condescending way.

I have had to downgrade my rating from 5 stars last year to 1 star today. Why is it that the KFC App Rewards "Offers" no longer apply to eating in? We went there to enjoy the Family Feast which for KFC App holders is £15.99. Only to be told it only applies to deliveries now. In fact all but one of the offers only apply to deliveries whereas they used to apply to eating in as well. So I asked the guy on till how we are supposed to know it only applies to deliveries. His reply was "You see that really tiny red circle on the picture on your app? That says delivery only". The red circle in question is so small that its unreadable on a standard smartphone. "Did you still want the Family Feast it will be £17.99"...? No! Why have Offers on the app if we can't use them in store at KFC?! We declined in disgust and went to McDonald's instead.

There was no large gravy and no coleslaw

It was my first time to order, and I couldn't be more happy with the service. Food was hot and delivery was spot on time given. And the delivery man was very polite, definitely will do it again. Thank you 👍🏻

The food looked like it had been in a washing machine. It was all over the box. The burgers clearly hadn’t been constructed properly by the restaurant as the sauce was in the box and not the bun. The chips were soggy and cold.

My food has NOT been delivered! Where is it?

More than 2 hours late, but that could be to delivery drivers or just eat getting totally wrong. Fair play kfc tried to remedy the problem..but they even got the the order wrong.Avoid

Well where to start, half out order was missing. Phone store and spoke to a manager to complain and he was very reluctant to help to start off with. He then said to come back ask for him and collect the missing items. Arrive back at the store ask for him and in the words of the staff member serving he refused to come out but has told the staff member to deal with it. So in the meantime some of the family had their food, I'm having to leave mine to go cold to collect the missing food no sorry from the manager and no offer to at least also replace my now cold food. Wasn't impressed at all. Follow up complaint had been made to KFC but no reply as of yet

Paid for order but it was never delivered, constantly said that the driver at the restaurant for over an hour until I checked the restaurants opening times and saw it was closed and had been for 20 minutes. Poor support options made it difficult to properly report my issue, finally found a way to do it only for the delivery status to then change straight up lying that it had been delivered and hour before hand despite having not been. JustEat simply cannot be trusted, I expect a full refund.

Small portions of chicken ordered 2 two piece meals and mainly only got small leg pieces, also small portions of fries.

Very satisfied with the service we received at the drive through, the man running the drive-through at around 7 pm gave excellent service and was very polite 5/5

I order for 16.45 when someone is here to help me my food arrived 20mins late so nobody was here to help

Delivery was at lest 1 hour & half late and food was cold .

Only half my meal arrived, then couldn’t get through to tell them their mistake.
