Great i got served by a chicken he dosent know how to cook though so i just chucked him in the oven and cooked myself

Took well over an hour to be delivered app said driver was at the restaurant but was still o er an hour after he arrived there. The expected delivery time just kept getting later and later

Food was cold and soggy and unedible

I have a ring doorbell no door ring or phone call and no food arrived

Delivery time kept extending then all of a sudden it said it was delivered every time I opened the app with time of delivery changing every 10 minutes from 21:10.

The Vegan burger 🍔 was good but needed 2 slice tomato 🍅 other wise was yummy 😋 and so was my Granson rap

I ordered 12 piece chicken and got chicken pop corn, and extremely salty chicken fillets and sauces I never ordered. Sadly I didn't check my order before diving off. My daughter couldn't eat the fillets-they were extremely salty. Total waste. Can't recommend this fillets. Way way too much salt.

Arrived on time. Ordered a 10 piece wicked bucket, received a 6 piece. Chips were cold and soggy. Didn’t receive dips either. Wouldn’t order from here again.

KFC burnt the wrap I ordered so I am disappointed. the delivery service was excellent but KFC twister wrap was burnt.

Took an hour to receive it, then the hot wings were tiny, hardly anything of them other than breadcrumb, the boneless fillets were ridiculously small too. Had better.

Wow 🤩 what a thoroughly enjoyable Christmas style tower burger. My wife and me really enjoyed it. Fries were gorgeous too and all of it was very satisfying and delicious thank you

ordered a mini fillet burger and it did not arrive with order

I ordered a fillet burger chips and a corn on the cob and the fillet burger was full of bones

both drinks were missing from out meal! not happy about that, rest was fine

Terrible service! The food never arrived to us. We tracked the driver who was down the next road, the driver called & hung up as soon as we answered. Called the driver back twice no answer then the food was marked as delivered. We message the driver on the app & no response. We contacted the restaurant who told us to contact just eat. We have emailed just eat regarding the situations, they have come back informing us that they are not going to refund the money. We disputed & had no response.

No issues with the order (all arrived) no delivery delay or issues either. Great work

The order was in time but simply because the app kept moving g the delivery time. Unfortunately the food was only luke warm on arrival.

Ordered at 5:30 and didn’t receive the food till 7:15 absolutely ridiculous ordered so many times from that specific restaurant and it always comes hot and comes quickly so disappointed that this time it was not the case not the first time it’s happed when ordered from just eat (from a different restaurant) no apology from driver either and the food wasn’t even hot !!

we had to call KFC as our order hadn't turned up, they said it was collected by the courier Adrian H at 19:00. the time we called was nearly 20:00. he arrived two minutes after the call and just sat outside in his car, on the phone to someone. my partner went outside to collect, the courier was rude, demanded the the code and ignored my partner when asked why he was an hour late. the food was cold and horrible, the courier remained on his phone ignoring my partner. awful service.

First time this has happened, my meal was lukewarm, it was off putting, the seasoning on the fries I didn’t like either, won’t be ordering the fries again.

it hasnt turned up. I called KFC and my order is still there. I've been waiting since 16.50 ! kids haven't had any dinner. this keeps happening. you need to sort these drivers out

My order delivery time was pushed back further and further. I had to go into street to find the delivery driver as he was at the wrong address. And the food was lukewarm warm at best. Extremely disappointed with the whole just eat experience on this order.

I waited for ages, the delivery slot kept on getting later and later. when it finally arrived the chicken and fries were cold and the drink was warm. I feel disgusted at the treatment I have received and the low quality of my food.

The Chicken was really cold the chips were warm. ordered said 5.40 to 5.50 then kept changing came at 6.24. My grandchildren had left. Courier driver was very nice.

The driver disregarded my message saying do not knock on the door because my family is asleep. Message or call my number.

Joke of a place came 25 minutes away so had high hopes! ordered food through the drive thru, service was very poor the woman was rude and would cut you off while taking other orders. As we was waiting we saw one of the workers take rubbish out of the bin with her bare hands instead of just changing the bin itself so not good hygiene and just pure laziness from the worker. No customer service skills at all could clearly see they didn’t want to be there which is not what you want when your buying anything let alone food. We had children in the car and they were using fowl language swearing and just using inappropriate words in general. and we also noticed a few rats out side of the building presuming that’s from kfc as the rats roaming about if there own building shocking to see from a multi million pound company The food we got 12p boneless meal and a zinga meal large fries as a extra 2med chips missing 1large chips missing Missing drink The most driest chicken I have ever had from kfc no flavour not finger licking good as they mention in there ads. Chips weren’t even cooked was rock hard and soggy. So dry I needed a drink but shame I didn’t get one with my order I brought with my hard earned money £40 order 40 mins of my time in the car never gunna get back if your a customer looking at this PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE A LOCAL BUSINESS!!!!! We tried to ring them twice for them to pick up we explain to her that food was missing and the rest was just not up to company standards and she accused us of lying!! What happened to customers are always right! Disgraceful management all of them are clueless! Go to another kfc or go else where don’t support customers in right way

Our order was out for delivery for over half an hour and was 40 minutes late. All the food was cold when it arrived. I have a toddler and I'm currently in labour, if I wanted to cook, I wouldn't have ordered, and instead I've now had to reheat all the food and couldn't eat the soggy chips. Awful service and awful delivery!

Missing the drink and mini burger

Tables are a little bit dirty, sticky of sauce and grease. Still not as bad as other KFCs.

Turned up late and cold. Not happy considering it cost over £43. First time I have used just eat for a while as keep getting cold food.

Not too sure why I have been charged for the popcorn chicken, it was supposed to be free when I order over £21?
