The app is just terrible, the time for delivery was being constantly being pushed with no real update. When you go to cancel it says you will be charge full amount. The restaurant wouldn’t have started to prep the food and no driver was assigned so let me cancel. Can’t get hold of customer services. I’ve been using this app for a long time but will be deleting it because of this bad service. When the food finally arrived the driver was polite and done what he can but the food was only warm.

I ordered 6 bargain buckets at short notice to feed a lot of people and the staff made it so quickly with no stress!

Approx 25 minutes door to door from ordering. Crispy skin and very tasty too. Driver was friendly and courteous too. Will order again.

I bought the colonal bucket as the fries was missing and the driver was also going to deliver at wrong address and I was shouting to him in the street that the delivery was supposed to be going to my address not the one he was going to driver did however apologise

chips had lots of spice on them and burger had ketchup didn't know it came with that so no good for my grandson he doesn't like it

I may sound picky but I'm pretty sure there's supposed to be more salad in my rice bowl. The customer service was okay but everyone seems to be in a rush and EVERYTIME they always forget something off my order!!!

I was given someone else’s order and told there wasn’t anything that could be done other than submit a complaint

The totally wrong order was delivered, when I contacted the number on the receipt it was the lady whose order it was, who informed me she’d received my order so just ate it as KFC are always getting it wrong. I attempted contacting KFC Harlow direct but the number just rang out on the numerous times I attempted.

The Louisiana burger was lovely

Nice hospitality and friendly staffs. Food is good and tasty. Will definitely come back again as kids love the hot wings and pop corn chicken. Must try.

We tried the Zinger Meal and it was really good . Quick turnaround on providing our takeaway menu.

Staff work very hard but the manger she's to much involving her self with non of her businesse, she got an excuses for everything you ask her that the company will lose money and she treat her staff very badly special if they do a slight mistake with any order.

Took forever and the fries were missing. Rubbish.

They forgot my wings and refused to give me a refund, absolutely appalling never ordering again

Got my order wrong twice, when i pointed this out to them took them 5 minutes to get what I was missing from my meal, so my food had gone cold. Dissapointing as this is the second time my order was not correctly made. Tables were all dirty too.

Today i visited this KFC and the experience was Outstanding,the store was very neat they did a quick service and the chicken and hot wings was excellent .Definitely I will come back this KFC only..5 star

KFC is always hit or miss when it comes to food quality. Sorry but this was a miss today. Staff are lovely.

Food was ordered two hours in advance of getting home from work and it arrived just after the selected time slot. Food was good quality and tasted great. Delivery driver was polite too.

It's KFC, you can't really go wrong. Wish it was cheaper though, it really stings when you see the total including all the damned fees.

Fast delivery but strangely the food was cold. The rider didn’t have a cooler bag he just has a Sainsbury’s bag. Not very happy.

My order: zinger tower box meal with gravy two wings and chips. We also ordered the bbq chicken bites on the side and I tried the milkybar krushem shake. The zinger tower burger is always good, especially with the gravy. The gravy at kfc is amazing, standard at every place, and the chips are really good with it too. The wings have definitely declined in the years and I got probably the smallest one I’ve ever seen. The bbq chicken bites are nice the barbecue sauce is really good. The milkybar krushem shake is ok, the lumps of chocolate sort of counteract the savoury meal and it’s very small so would recommend a large. Food came in about 5 minutes so not bad and the atmosphere was just like any other kfc, table and shares were a little sticky though

Food show as “on time delivered” but that’s because the driver picked up several orders and delivered mine about 25 minutes after he had driven round half of Harlow. Food was stone cold! I know it’s about making money but it should not be allowed.

Ordered large beans but got mash instead. Can’t beat chips and more potato with your Chicken!

Check your food as they always leave things out, ask for fresh chicken as its normally luke warm

I feel like Harlow KFC is a social experiment as every time I order there is something wrong - wrong drinks, no chicken (if you can actually believe that!!) or random items like a twister wrap instead of a burger. Is it that difficult to get it right?

WORST KFC IN MY LIFE. Without doubt the worst KFC I have ever eaten. I ordered a two piece meal through the drive through today. Midday on Wednesday 8th January. The lady who served me was friendly the female handing out the food was awful. Just stared at me ,didn't communicate at all. No "thank you", No " have a nice day". Now to the chicken, AWFUL one of the pieces was nothing but a wing, the second was a rib cage and breast. Full of bones ,dry taste ,no flavour rude staff. Didn't taste like the usual KFC chicken. The chips were not fried properly,raw potato. This place needs shutting down. AVOID THIS KFC AT ALL COSTS. WATCH OUT FOR FAKE REVIEWS FROM MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES. I THINK TRADING STANDARDS SHOULD PAY A VISIT TO THIS PLACE AS WHY WOULDN'T YOU COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS ?? . THEY ARE PROBABLY REPLACING KFC SUPPLIED CHICKEN WITH THEIR OWN CHEAP UNDER THE COUNTER CHICKEN WHAT OTHER REASON COULD THERE BE FOR SERVING SUCH TERRIBLE QUALITY FOOD.

How many brain cells are required to put the right food in a bag? Half our order missing despite a pretty obvious receipt attached to the bag that very helpfully has an itemised list of what to put it. 2 out of 5 items…5 is pretty easy to count to…you only need one hand.
