KFC Glasgow - Forge Retail Park in Glasgow City

i had to walk up the street to find the guy and my food was freezing-

KFC is very overpriced now. Portions smaller and charging for sauces/ gravy when buying a bucket ouch

No sauce after paying for it :(

Awful food took over 1 hour and 30mins for a 3min journey had to go and order it in store for it to show up over an hour later

Burger bun is hard as a brick and 5 of the wings have no chucking on them

Didnt get the can of coke ordered as part of meal deal

Never sent my free items with order

the woman delivered our order,she's lovely,i like that kind of delivery person

First time a driver has followed instructions and came to correct address😀

Driver couldn't be bothered to take the stairs. Just tapped the buzzer repeatedly. Great customer service when invalided.

No food arrived, no phones were answered!! Second time this has happened from KFC at parkhead!

Driver very gd and on time food was hot compared to other times with other drivers

Today we had a bad experiencie with our food and service in that restaurant. Our fries were really soft and cold, we ask for an other one and the blonde lady was so rude with us. We asked too for our drinks without ice but they didn't care, they put ice on it. Instead to listen the customer they are chatting behind the bar, they should improve the service.

Its was ok very small portion of chips

Must be some kind of special to work in KFC .. not one item correct after waiting over and hour n a half .. how hard is it to read the ticket

th forge KFC has sent us a full order maybe twice. hence the reason we hardly ever use it. full of incompetents. infuriating paying up front for the worst service in the east end.

Went for a bucket tonight as I normally order for me and family but the customer service from the young boy on the floor that cleans the tables and floors is an absolute asset to your shop at Parkhead retail such a lovely kind well mannered boy, on speaking about this boy and how nice he was my daughter told me of a situation that happened at same place with her friend of a rowdy customer and he went over to them at there table to make sure they were ok this is amazing and wish it was a safe feeling like that in all stores I wish I had his name but I missed it was working tonight at 7pm 19th April

Ordered a large meal and this was the size of chips and mini fillet I received. I know it's called a "mini fillet" but Jesus H. For the price of the food this is completely ridiculous!

the box isnt full i think he ate some of the chicken popcorn he also parked in the driveway for 10 mins before delivering

I ordered a rice bowl with extra zinger chicken and didn’t receive the extra chicken.

Good was cooked well, everything in the order was correct, the delivery guy was quick, polite and friendly A+ all around, thank you I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

£21, basically a kids meal. Ate the 5 chips in one, popcorn chicken is smaller than actual popcorn, mini fillets, probably the only accurate description... "mini", is correct. "Gravy', brown water. Supercharger dip was about a midgies spaff worth.

It took over an hour for food to be delivered, map showed driver taking route all the way out of the way from reataurant to flat. Food cold and all requured reheating.

For a small kids burger you have to wait 20-30 minute and only 1 person 🧍 inside this is shocking very poor and every bad it's not the first time

Missing items. Happens all the time with this shop now. Is it hard giving people what they pay for? Who double checks this? The answer is nobody cares and this is true.

Arrived after more than 1 hour and at 34 degrees ( used a food probe) i took a picture of this if required.

Food was hot when it arrived. Driver was timely. The chicken batter was cooked for a bit too long and the gravy didn’t have much taste but overall pretty happy with the order.

Called on the 5th Feb and meal was hot and fresh so went tonight and food was dried out and going cold with soggy chips 12/5/25

Used the drive through. Paid then told to wait at fire exit door for food? Then told to park up as food would be 5 mins. Ended up waiting longer.

Wrong food delivered. Very helpful driver going back to get correct order.

Automatic doors doesn't work and staff are not accommodating with people with wheel or disabilities Apparently the tills weren't working and we were forced to used the touch screens to order, which I hate because of my dyslexia Wouldn't recommend here
