KFC Glasgow - Forge Retail Park in Glasgow City

For a small kids burger you have to wait 20-30 minute and only 1 person 🧍 inside this is shocking very poor and every bad it's not the first time

I recently tried KFC’s new **Double Down**, and it was a deliciously indulgent experience. Instead of a bun, it features two crispy, juicy chicken fillets sandwiching layers of cheese and sauce—making it a treat for true chicken lovers. The flavors were bold, the chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the overall taste was rich and satisfying. The portion size was good, making it a filling and satisfying meal. Only nice person, was the cleaning lady

Called on the 5th Feb and meal was hot and fresh so went tonight and food was dried out and going cold with soggy chips 12/5/25

Used the drive through. Paid then told to wait at fire exit door for food? Then told to park up as food would be 5 mins. Ended up waiting longer.

Wrong food delivered. Very helpful driver going back to get correct order.

The food is barley cooked the corn is rock solid and the chicken is soggy. Like are u joking paying 30 quid for freezer food.

Automatic doors doesn't work and staff are not accommodating with people with wheel or disabilities Apparently the tills weren't working and we were forced to used the touch screens to order, which I hate because of my dyslexia Wouldn't recommend here

By far the best KFC I have visited. Staff always polite and friendly. They did mess up my order once and I only found out when I got home, bit over all happy with service

Staff are great at dealing with my Fussy nature. Jonathan in the dining area - such a sweet, hard working boy. BRING BACK THE TILLS!! Utterly pointless to have to use a machine to then have to stand in a queue and re order for blue light or paying cash!! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! Strips all friendliness and personality from service. Disappointed in the fillet burgers past few months. Chicken coating always looks and tastes overdone. Disappointing. Overall my fave KFC. It’s central and staff accommodating.

Burger was not on a bun . It was in the box with mayo and lettuce everywhere .

They serve things you would normally find in a kfc, ordering things online in my experience is a bit risky because sometimes they forget to send stuff (drinks, dips, etc) but the majority of things are sent to you, overall pretty good for a kfc

Time kept changing , food arrived was freezing

Every part of the meal was freezing, even nearly the gravy.

Half my order was missing, especially the kids dinner. Phoned restaurant they tell you to contact Just Eat. Contacted Just Eat for refund of missing items, got no response! £20 lost! Won’t use again! If i could give no stars i would. How hard is it to check bags before you send them out!

chips never came popcorn chicken never came took 2 hours to come and it’s the wrong chicken

they entered the code to the toilet, but it doesn't work. You wait for the staff to open it for you, and you wait with dirty hands when the staff has time 😠

Miserable staff food soggy may have been an off day but when you pay £25 for lunch x2 the least you can expect is descent KFC.

Was insulted by staff.was refused to be served at counter.was told I HAD TO USE THE DIGITAL SCREENS.being elderly and disabled I found this to be an unfriendly and unprofessional unit to be servicing members of the public.the reason I have given one star for everything is because it will not accept zero stars.

Long day at work, had a real appetite for a KFC. Order a stacker and specifically asked for no sweet chilli sauce as it upsets my stomach. I got a stacker ABSOLUTELY SMOTHERED in sweet chilli. The bun was fully marinated in it! What a disappointment. Straight to the bin …

Absolutely shocking service a blonde lady at the till with glasses is very rude doesn’t have any good customer service and lacks manners. I ordered a box meal which should come with a supercharger dip I told her and she said “wits you’re order number ehn” I was in shock but I gave her the order number and she told me well there’s nothing I can do I then ask to order another one she tells me I have to go to the machines to order it I did this and I waited 15 minutes to receive my dip keep in mind this is one dip that cost 50p not a massive meal. I heavily recommend not to order food from this KFC.

Ordered 20 wings on 4th Nov 8pm ish, only 17 were given. They perhaps thought the customers wouldn't be noticed so they ate a few each bucket. Never happened with other kfc. I will never go this shop again.

The rice bowl was a joke nearly all salad but burger was good

Have ordered a family feast £21.99 and hot wings meal £8.99 , i was supposed to have a bottle of Tango, only realised once i got home, i call them and they refused to give me the bottle the lady who served me at the wondow was very rude, it was the same lady on the phone. I have been food here for over 15 years and this is my first bad experience. The lady has very poor customer service knowledge, very angry looking and not welcoming.

All the while can hear cackling and laughing by the staff messing about. Whoever the manager is in there needs to get there act together. I've always enjoyed KFC as I feel the food is nicer than other "fast food" outlets. Although I visited on a Saturday afternoon when the retail park was busy, KFC was reasonably quiet, meaning there was no issue getting served or a seat. Still my favourite place and always will be

Driver delivered with food in a bag for life bag, not a proper bag, the packaging was all burst opened and upside down , food all opened in the burst bag. Raging

Went in tried to use self service couldn't find where I wanted. Went to till to order chased away told ther was an issue went back in the que only for kids to be served at till. What I compland member of staff shouted at me .
