As fast food places go its ok but very expensive now for a family of 5 half the price going to mcdonalds now

Went for a bucket tonight as I normally order for me and family but the customer service from the young boy on the floor that cleans the tables and floors is an absolute asset to your shop at Parkhead retail such a lovely kind well mannered boy, on speaking about this boy and how nice he was my daughter told me of a situation that happened at same place with her friend of a rowdy customer and he went over to them at there table to make sure they were ok this is amazing and wish it was a safe feeling like that in all stores I wish I had his name but I missed it was working tonight at 7pm 19th April

Ordered a large meal and this was the size of chips and mini fillet I received. I know it's called a "mini fillet" but Jesus H. For the price of the food this is completely ridiculous!

A 2nd day shop with plenty of goodies at reduced prices.

Decent KFC staff a bit ride down at least look like one.

Get sick and tired of going to this and other KFC's and they have no hot drinks, yet again. Why? Never have problems at McD. I refuse to buy anything

A friend waiting for us was told she couldn't use the toilet until she bought something.

I ordered a rice bowl with extra zinger chicken and didn’t receive the extra chicken.

Good was cooked well, everything in the order was correct, the delivery guy was quick, polite and friendly A+ all around, thank you I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

Wrong burger was sent ordered a zinger tower and was sent an original

£21, basically a kids meal. Ate the 5 chips in one, popcorn chicken is smaller than actual popcorn, mini fillets, probably the only accurate description... "mini", is correct. "Gravy', brown water. Supercharger dip was about a midgies spaff worth.

It took over an hour for food to be delivered, map showed driver taking route all the way out of the way from reataurant to flat. Food cold and all requured reheating.

For a small kids burger you have to wait 20-30 minute and only 1 person 🧍 inside this is shocking very poor and every bad it's not the first time

delivery driver was horrible, my dog came upstairs after his walk and i tried to tell him that he doesnt bite n calmly tried to get my dog into house, he then proceeded to freak out and throw the juice at me. Horrible man

Missing items. Happens all the time with this shop now. Is it hard giving people what they pay for? Who double checks this? The answer is nobody cares and this is true.

Arrived after more than 1 hour and at 34 degrees ( used a food probe) i took a picture of this if required.

Food was hot when it arrived. Driver was timely. The chicken batter was cooked for a bit too long and the gravy didn’t have much taste but overall pretty happy with the order.

Called on the 5th Feb and meal was hot and fresh so went tonight and food was dried out and going cold with soggy chips 12/5/25

Used the drive through. Paid then told to wait at fire exit door for food? Then told to park up as food would be 5 mins. Ended up waiting longer.

Wrong food delivered. Very helpful driver going back to get correct order.

Automatic doors doesn't work and staff are not accommodating with people with wheel or disabilities Apparently the tills weren't working and we were forced to used the touch screens to order, which I hate because of my dyslexia Wouldn't recommend here

Staff are great at dealing with my Fussy nature. Jonathan in the dining area - such a sweet, hard working boy. BRING BACK THE TILLS!! Utterly pointless to have to use a machine to then have to stand in a queue and re order for blue light or paying cash!! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! Strips all friendliness and personality from service. Disappointed in the fillet burgers past few months. Chicken coating always looks and tastes overdone. Disappointing. Overall my fave KFC. It’s central and staff accommodating.

Burger was not on a bun . It was in the box with mayo and lettuce everywhere .

They serve things you would normally find in a kfc, ordering things online in my experience is a bit risky because sometimes they forget to send stuff (drinks, dips, etc) but the majority of things are sent to you, overall pretty good for a kfc

Every part of the meal was freezing, even nearly the gravy.

Half my order was missing, especially the kids dinner. Phoned restaurant they tell you to contact Just Eat. Contacted Just Eat for refund of missing items, got no response! £20 lost! Won’t use again! If i could give no stars i would. How hard is it to check bags before you send them out!

HOW HARD IS IT TO GET A ORDER CORRECT ITS ON A SCREEN AND RECEIPT IN FRONT OF YOU AND YET IM MISSING A WHOLE MEAL OUT OF A 3 MEAL ORDER!!! Get staff that know how to actually pack simple orders, this is a disgrace every single time this restaurant is messing up peoples orders

they entered the code to the toilet, but it doesn't work. You wait for the staff to open it for you, and you wait with dirty hands when the staff has time 😠

Miserable staff food soggy may have been an off day but when you pay £25 for lunch x2 the least you can expect is descent KFC.
