Not a typical KFC service, very slow and no customer service skills... The staff in this restaurant are all Indians and that not a issue but when they serving me and talking back to the team in the back at same time in their own language it's not nice and made me feel confused and not welcomed, the restaurant wasn't busy and pretty much all the tables were dirty and rubbish on the floor, in my opinion eyes eat 1st and if it's like that in the front of the house I just don't want to think how it's like in the back of the house 🫣😳😞🤞 would not return to this restaurant and tbh I don't recommend unless u want to be served as the staff are having a conversation in their own language and serve u at same time.

Everytime we order..there is food missing. Everytime I order three of my children share their food with the forth. Its just not good enough. Plus 6 pounds for delivery too. Worst still you call them..rings continuously and guess what?..no one ever answers. Shocking.

This has to be one of the worst KFC’s I’ve ever ordered from. The chicken was very dark from being overcooked and cooked in old oil. There was a strange off taste. The fries were soggy and had been clearly sitting out for quite some time. Someone needs to look into this place and do an inspection.

My brother went to collect my KFC Zinger stacker meal. They didn’t give him a drink despite it being a meal. This really frustrating because when you pay extra for a meal, you expect to not just get a really small fries and no drink. Very very poor service and food quality.

I had a terrible experience at the KFC Forest Gate branch. I ordered food for my family, including a burger, hot wings, and a Twister wrap. When I asked to change the Twister wrap to a mini wrap, the staff member rudely refused, claiming it was "a hard job" to change the order. She showed no willingness to help, had an unprofessional attitude, and insisted I pay for the original order. Her behavior was dismissive and unfriendly, leaving me no choice but to leave without completing my purchase. This level of customer service is unacceptable and disappointing. I hope KFC addresses this issue to ensure better treatment for their customers.

They are very much unhygenic i saw the chef just came out from his break may be he was eating wings and the staff said we are running short of stackers he just wiped his hand n touched chicken 😑 i asked them to use gloves they are simply saying KFC dont allow gloves but when they are eating with the same hands they touching food n serving which is really unhygenic... please take this seriously they are not even washing their hands using same hands yak.... no hair cap no gloves no hand wash.. And they are eating infront only we can see them wt they are doing.. which make more worst place to eat..

They served me Cold fries, and the wings has the Black burn oil in it,,,, i can see the black spots in all oil....It was a nightmare....Very bad experience I've ever had in kfc... Even the employees were saying it was okay with some Black burn oil spot in the food... Disgusting. You guys should change the oil at least a week please. Don't make people sick

This KFC is revolting. Absolutely shockingly disgusting. The worst part is that the staff are terrible and have no customer service skills whatsoever. This KFC needs to be looked at by the Head Office because it is really giving the brand a bad name. Also, if you order from here they will 100% forget something, probably the fries. The staff are not bothered and barely pay attention to the order details which is shocking but true.

Wost kfc ever had in my life. Cooked in old oil and served burnt. Boneless peices and zinger burger were burnt and thinner than a cheese slice. Wings were burnt too. Never again will I eat kfc. Prices goes up and quality goes down. Horrendous.

I just bought an online menu with delivery for £24.42 and the chicken meat inside was not cooked, The way I cut it, you felt nauseous, and the fries were under criticism. You still have a lot of work to do to rise to the level of any chicken and cips store.

3rd order in a row via the KFC app and 3rd order in a row you have not put chicken in the box meal and included 2 single chips. It’s either deliberate or complete incompetence. You get only get a minimal refund from uber delivery (in line with KFC policy) so I still ended up paying £13 for a burger, drink gravy and some cold chicken bites. You then cannot complain further, it’s criminal. KFC should be completely ashamed to be associated with this branch and its refund policy via their own app, disgusting.

Visit Forest Gate KFC many occasions, the food is hit & miss, depends if you catching it being cooked fresh or been there for awhile under the heater. Chips sometimes are re-fried as I have seen this on many occasions. Service could be much better, always seen to be short on staff with the volume of orders. Had to waited over 25 mins after ordering online for collection.

Date 18/12/2023 The entire staff who were on duty that day should be dismissed. It is disappointing that the first person serving me couldn't communicate in English. Furthermore, the chicken I was served was undercooked, and I had to discard it after already putting ketchup on it. This KFC experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS RESTAURANT.

One of the male workers there was very rude, especially to the female manager swearing at her because she told him to get off his phone as there were customers to be served.

Worst food ever tasted ! Got order of just eats they gave the wrong stuff , I ordered sparkling water and I get still, i ordered thigh and I get a wing, I mean can they not read the orders properly?? And worse my chicken in my burger was cold, stale and hard nearly broke my teeth plus tasted funny for which I’ve kept receipts just in case and if anything I will complain to the food standards agency as I half the burger still. This place is ridiculous. It’s the second time I’ve ordered and they have not given me the correct order. I ordered vegetarian and they’ve brought chicken! It’s not even my name on the order. The driver has no clue what’s happening.I’ve tried to call them twice and no answer. Had to request a refund from just eat.

Disgusting and disappointing service. I found hair as soon as I poured my food into a plate so it’s all going into the bin. and every time I ask for a specific chicken, they nod and say yes and give me something completely different without also giving a receipt or just telling me that they can’t give it to me so its harder for me to complain. It’s so disrespectful and seems intentional. I’ve complained so many times online about the services and the response is always that they’ll let the manager know but the services just get worse every time I go there. It seems like the staff are trained to disregard orders and give whatever they want

The Asian middle age man, with a beared served me; first charging me £8.99 for a 6.99 meal, which I challenged, then I saw him top up an already half filled pepsi cup to the full and give it to me. I was in a rush, and when I sipped it was not pepsi Max, but cherry flavored! The service is disgusting and it does not seem they really want to serve.
