Food was very very greasy, literally running with it

I’m not a salad person but these bowls are great and filling,would recommend the zinger bowl

The driver was great and apologetic. Apparently all systems went down in the restaurant. It arrived later than scheduled not drivers fault due to this error and the food was nearly cold

the time of arrival kept changing, I would say i was the 3rd drop off, cold food when it arrived. very bland burger. disappointed with my choice

Ordered our food at 18.12 the app said it would arrive by 19.00 fine we thought. It actually arrived at 20.05 and cold.

Very good delivery driver, friendly and good spirit, food was hot and good quality, estimated time kept bieng delayed which was annoying.

Ordered food at 20:15 and told they can't serve me and have to issue a refund because they close at 20:30, there was plenty of food left in the hot hold, clearly just looking to clear out and go home, look in to this KFC, absolutely disgusting. Wastes my time walking to your restaurant just because your team can't be arsed to work the times set out.

Didn’t arrive, conflicting messages via just eat. Awful service and no helpful cluster service to contact. Food never arrived and delivery time moved from 12:50/13:10 till 15:00! Complete wast of an afternoon

ordered food for 18:00 and asked for this at 16:40 and the time kept changing and ended up getting an hour late than what we asked for

Late delivery. Food needed reheating. Fries soggy and cold

Ordered food and order accepted at 18:00, order time was given for 18:45 then changed 4 times. Then phoned kfc to see what the delay was and they told me it was just eats fault for being short of drivers. The food then finally arrived at 19:52. This is really unacceptable and very disappointed with the service and will not be using just eat again. Thank you

Slowest dam place I have ever been to. My server seemed almost mute. If you work in a takeaway, speak up. To busy with deliveroo orders. It took 15 minutes for my food with 2 people other than myself in the shop. Terrible.

In the shop today only to hear the manager shouting at a young girl working in the store , it sounded like he touched her and she told him he couldn't do that . Not pleasant to hear . You need to sort this bully out . I'd like to think you will deal with this unacceptable behaviour from him . I just hope she's ok and finds a new job were she's not shouted at and bullied

Pretty good packing, food was tasty and done quickly, drinks were slow as tiller crystal seemed to be busy doing stuff so had to wait 6 and a half minuites for my drinks, when another staff member did it, overall good place besides the lady named crystal who was more interested in chatting

Delivery guy was great called me straight away as soon as he was outside great service

Deffo improved the chips. Not soggy, good flavour. Jist a shame the chicken had more batter than chicken and what chicken was there was overcooked.

Delivery was great and on time. The restaurant didn't read the note asking for plain fillet burgers!!! Both fillet burgers were covered in Mayo and lettuce and no one here likes either, both burgers got thrown away.

Nice little establishment but was very slow service. Admittedly busy and dealt with rude customers who were verbally aggressive without being too angered. Food was hot and we enjoyed the time spent but nearly 30minutes to be served wasn't great. Probably just the day Would return if we was local. Lovely views upstairs 👏

Wanted a quick meal while in ex mouth, KFC filled the bill. It wasn't full and service was prompt. Seating area was upstairs which was clean. The food was really good and fresh. Not very oily as well.

Always check you get what you ordered because this branch of KFC regularly like to miss things out and demand you bring back all your food as of that somehow proves what was missing

KFC is normally hit an miss depending on which one you go to, however this one was awful. Judging from the other reviews this is a common occurrence and since we are welsh I'm guessing this was the reason for our mistreatment. The woman serving us was incredibly rude and incredibly hostile towards us and laughing about it to her other co workers. The food was disgusting, the chips were cold, the chicken inside the wrap was nuked and the diet coke tasted like fizzy water. Luckily this interaction did not ruin our holiday and we even met some people back at our camp who had the exact same experience when they went here a few days before us. Judging from the reviews KFC have given up on this particular restaurant and have no means to step in and provide these workers with actual training. If it was just the food that was the issue then I would not have left a review without returning a second time to ensure that the food is always like this and we just didn't come on a bad day. However after the service provided and the incredibly hostile environment I do not feel bad about this 1 star review and it is 100% deserved

I had ordered just a burger around 3 pm and I got it delivered around 4:40

Staff were really helpful and service was quick on this visit. I couldn't use my app so I wasn't allowed to use my blue light card which is a shame.

The restaurant didn’t include the can of tango which should have been part of the trilogy box meal

When we walked in the staff was rude and yelled at people who hadn't done anything wrong. There isn't much choice for vegetarians or vegans. The toilets are unhygienic and it smelled. The food was very greasy. We all didn't feel well after the meal

I placed a order at 11:38 the order came to my door at 14:57. The driver informed me the food has been sitting in the restaurant since time of order and when he was tasked to deliver highlighted to them to cook fresh food and they declined. My order took 3hrs 35mins to arrive, it was stone cold and I couldn’t eat it as quality was poor. This is totally unacceptable and disappointing.

Worker was in a mood because “foreigners keep demanding things they’ve ordered” then she dropped my coffee on herself causing burns which turned out to be the foreigners fault. Then once they’d left she decided it was my fault for going there to begin with. The burger I had wasn’t even chicken, a piece of deep fried gristle.. I guess my punishment? Always problems at this KFC..

Awful staff. Came here for a quick something to eat couldn’t believe how staff were arguing with a very polite customer saying he didn’t pay for a part of his food when he was politely showing his receipt,banking and email to prove it. It was very embarrassing to see how he was being treated. Then whilst waiting for our food noticed a staff member “Ruth” putting her hands into where the fries are ready to be packed and manually putting the fries from the tray into the packaging. Then another staff member who looked like management who clearly looked like he was on a power trip closed the shop early and told a customer who was half way through an order on the ordering machines that he had to leave as they were sold out of everything, it was clear to see there were lots of fries remaining and tons of loaded chicken cooked under the heat. Our food was fine but was an awful experience to witness and I’m glad to say it’s not local kfc

Missing an item of the delivery

I got three fillet burgers . Two were delicious and the third eaten the following day after airfrying . Not as nice but was still good.

Placed order at just after 8 and was accepted by the restaurant. Order not processed for over and hour with delivery getting to me just before 10pm

Came with no chips, no hot wings and was earlier then scheduled.

Order was delivered early but was missing half the food.

Rude staff, food hot but very greasy. Dripping with fat and bottom of box was soggy.

Perhaps the worst kfc we have ever visited; rude, indifferent staff who seem to believe that as a seaside town with transitional customers they do not have to try too hard as they will not see you again; We are locals living 100 yards away who ate kfc once a week in London; we have been here 3 years and have used this branch only twice. Last weekend the bins were overflowing, every table or surface had used trays and rubbish on, and a full pepsi had been dropped on the floor and was left where it was all the time we were there. Asked for a 6 piece family feast with no legs; told 'cant guarantee it'. My wife had the foresight to check our order before we left; just as well as all the fries were missing. Everything was luke-warm as the hot cabinets had clearly been turned down to save energy, and what can you say about the 'new' style fries that are always cold and limp? As a franchise that has to perform to a blanket standard, they need a visit from an area manager who just might be able to wake them up a bit. £25 for a meal that pre-covid cost £16 . . . Read the recent reviews; a string of one star, avoid at all costs, you WILL be disapointed.

Only KFC to have no boneless chicken so I ordered a burger and got no side order and no chips when I showed them I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to rectify it .

The customer service is so bad at Exmouth. The staffs do not have courtesy at all. The chicken tasted spoilt. Considering the fact I have kfc virtually every week this is by far the worst I have had at Exmouth.

As my son got star of the week at school. I thought I would let him choose what dinner he wanted for a treat. We don’t go to kfc very often at all, but thought we would give it a go. It was about 4 clock and I was served by Gary, who looked irritated at my very presence. Feeling very awkward giving my order. I changed my mind after he had keyed my order in the till, but I hadn’t paid. To have two corn on the cobs instead of one. So my children didn’t argue over the one corn. I was probably slower than most at placing my order as I’m not familiar with the menu as I don’t go often, everyone in my house likes different things. By the end Gary did manage to crack a smile though, so all wasn’t lost that end. I only live round the corner, I don’t no if the food was just sat there. But…. How disappointing, it wasn’t even lukewarm. It was point blank cold. So disappointing spending nearly £30 on cold food that didn’t taste fresh. Didn’t no a chicken burger was so dry and crunchy. Safe to say we will be giving the Exmouth kfc a wide birth.

Friendly atmosphere!! just what you need after a Sunday dance and drink. Staff absolutely Fantastic. Fifi could not off been so helpful. Saved me money showing me how to use to the Kfc app which is now downloaded. Wonderful experience start to Finish. See you next Sunday.

We were very sick after hot wings and popcorn chicken. Definitely not recommended.

Ordered a few times last month and each time we collected it and took it home, a lot of the items were missing . So annoying having to go back .. Haven't been back since but if we do we will definitely check it before leaving.

I had to wait about 30 mts for an order. All PPL after me where served. I was told it's cos of the hotwings but one of the person after me ordered the same and got served before me. Not a word of apology either. Another lady got served late as well but lot of apologies for her not me probably because of my race :/ Very unprofessional

Appalling attitude from staff member, Gary who couldn't get my app to link to the till. He told me that I couldn't have the offers listed on the app as a result. When challenged, he asked me what I wanted him to do about it. Customer service at it's absolute best. Order abandoned and he couldn't have cared less.

Waited ages before being served. Very little room to stand inside. Delivery people seemed to take preference. Food however was quite good.

Staff were polite but have no idea how to cook or prepare orders. Mixed mine and my wife's food up, massive problem as my wife is allergic to chilli and I had a zinger burger. The food was uncooked and we had to settle for different food as they didn't have the original food we asked for or the drinks we asked for. Personally I think the place should be shut down or at very least the staff replaced with people who are capable
