KFC Exeter - South Street in Exeter

i have been charge twice for my order and can’t find any help on this app absolutely ridiculous

We have had many orders with kfc and as usual it was hot very tasty and on time

Restaurant was made out to be shut, 😔 not given the opportunity to sit down had to ask was told it was fine but not given food tray

They did not put in too many fillets like I ordered

The drinks I bought were missing

Always a good place to eat, have seating. The men's toilets are usually pretty rank. Sometimes there is a lot of rubbish around the bins. Could do with a bit more effort put in but otherwise OK. It's KFC.

Spent 6 quid on kfc, got given a portion so small, not even a pigeon would get full on it. I had to look for the chips because of how little they put in. I pretty much paid 6 pounds for a box. How disrespectful is that? Don't waste your money.

Good delivery but the food was not good,it was over cooked and not worth the money

Went there last night spent 29.99 and 19.99 worth of it went in the bin chicken was horrible chips disgusting nhavd been trying to find a phone number or a website so I czn talk to someone to try and complain and get some recompense as I've got my receipt and feel cheeted

A meal advertised with 1.5 litre of Coke would be good if the bottle of coke was actually delivered

Easily the best KFC in Exeter. Great service from Kyle. The chicken quality was top notch. Really not even a comparison to the other locations. If you’re craving a tasty bite and some really good service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Always an expensive disappointment.

My order never arrived and I cannot seem to contact anybody about it.

Cold food. Waited 1 hour 20 mins

The entire order was wrong so we ended up with nothing - not impressed after waiting an hour in the first place

Ordered a box meal which should’ve have a burger included in with it and when I opened the box when I got home I realised I didn’t have it included in my meal and the extra sauce I ordered that I payed extra for and from what I could see there was only 3 people working and it took about 30 minutes after I had ordered and payed to then get my meal

Neither, rude aggressive deliver drivers that I have footage on cctv I had to go to store myself and collect order as they tried making my girlfriend accept a cheaper order… would like a full refund please

Fast delivery and food was nice

This was the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. It was totally inedible except for the small bag of lukewarm chips. The chicken was so overcooked it was like trying to eat cardboard. I threw the whole lot away and unless I get a full refund, I will never order from this KFC again. I’m disgusted.

Place was dirty, food was terrible. Looked like it had been slapped all over the place before being slam dunked in the box. Pricing is ridiculous for such terrible food. Staff were useless and lazy and upset that you went to them instead of the machine to order.

The delivery person was very rude told me in a rude manner to get my dog in when he wasn’t near him very rude

delivery time kept changing, so technically not late according to your app, but watching it shift every 5 minutes is justvannoying

Food arrived and was cold. We ended up having to re heat it. There was missing items . The food was not as tasty as it used to be. Quality is not as good

lots of missing items from order. Chicken was virtually cold and all arrived in squashed boxes and soaking wet bags.

No phone call or anything to say they were outside. Some one else has my food.

Chicken nice however sides and drink replaced with alternatives.

The experience of being in here last Saturday was enough to put me off KFC for life. 15 minutes to order, 10mins for the food. Every empty table covered in rubbish, bins overflowing and the toilets disgusting with a lake on the floor. Honestly, that’s it. I really like KFC but I’m done. If that’s what front of house looks like, God knows what the kitchens are like! The place seemed grossly understaffed with about three people visible. I’d hoped that this was a one-off but a glance at the reviews suggests that this place has been mismanaged for a loooong time.

Worst place to eat in the city! Wanted a twister meal but told the toaster wasn' t working and as we paused to reassess the menu the impatient server said we could have it cold sarcastically. Tables were never cleaned, both male and female toilets stank of urine and the floors were wet and slippy.

Went in today and the floors were dangerously slippy with a long waiting time for food. After queuing up for what felt like two hours in a very crowded kfc the food was good but using the restroom was hygienically unpleasant with puddles on the floor and dirty toilets all round.... Then when exiting food trays from previous customers with waste produce on was being stacked higher than a jenga tower.... Was utterly displeasing and shocking for an establishment

As KFC's go, not the best but the food was good and served hot including the drink. Seemed very understaffed and as such quite untidy but the staff they did have on front of house were very efficient and polite.

Some stock sold out or unavailable at the time and the inside needed tidying up

Ordered well in advance for a specified time but still managed to be late and why would you pack ice cold drinks in the same bag as hot food?

Delivery went from 1/2 to a whole hour, mini fillets were soggy and after half hour of eating went straight through me!

Didn’t give me pop corn chicken. And one of my original recipes chicken is lack of a piece.

An hour and a half is unacceptable. Half was also missing. Extremely poor service all round. This happens every time we order and enough is enough.

Half of my order was missing. How hard is it to read a receipt and put those items into a bag!

Arrived late and missing the fries, whats the point of ordering a meal if you don't get the whole order, so they employ people that can't read a basic order

I was missing a bag of cookies… and my chips were cold… The delivery driver and everything else was great.

The shop forgot my 7up but the lad went and bought off and bought one without going back to the shop. He went above and beyond. Top man.

Never had a bad experience with this place

The food was fine like most KFC's ive been to but the atmosphere was disgusting. All the tabes minus 2 were filthy,the floor was covered in food and greese and another customer had said the toilets hadnt been cleaned. Overall was pretty disgusted by the dirtiness of the place.

my order was wrong, I have complained and got a refund, I am very disappointed as I was looking forward to corn on the cob and got gravy instead, I ordered a fruit shoot and got Pepsi Max. very disappointed. please make sure you get orders right first time.

A woman shouting at you your food number then if you don't come throwing it away. Tables all dirty food bins overflowing hot and stuffy in there only 2 self service boards people to scared to go to the woman one of the worst kfc I've ever been to horrible 🙃

Why is it closed 30 before 11pm

It’s been over two hours since I’ve ordered and I’ve had zero updates, zero communication and not even the option to cancel.

Not many chips and they were not very hot or tasty.

chips cold chicken warm and one thigh the rest drum sticks.Not good at all.Very disappointed 😞

I am disabled. I live in a block of flats. I have limited mobility. Instead of ringing the intercom, he rang me and demanded I come outside. I said that I could not. He aggressively asked 'why not?'. With an attitude like that, I would be embarrassed and appalled if he was representing my company and wearing the logo of my company. The Hot Wings were overdone and everything else was cold.

Didn’t get my order and no one called.

Well chicken was absolutely awful. Tasted like had been reheated as very hard and crispy. Nearly broke my teeth on it. Also NO way was there any herbs and spices in the coating. The chips are usually lovely and hot but were like warm. Dreadful meal.

I went in here yesterday and I made the mistake of ordering a bucket to eat in and not to takeaway. I sat in the restaurant but couldn't eat all my food so went to counter to ask for a bag and box so as to takeaway and eat later and they were very helpful.

Had undercooked chicken in box, worst bathrooms i have ever personally seen, tables rarely cleaned and always sticky. Food was poor quality, meal was replaced twice due to un edible chicken

So I go there and order two snack wraps for $5 The lady gives some weird look to the lady in the back. They both smile and now I have awful food poisoning. I don't know what happened but if you go here make sure you even tip or you might be in Jeopardy

This has got to be one of the foulest kfc branches I’ve ever stepped foot in. The hygiene level is as low as it gets. I don’t think it’s had a deep clean in years. The toilets made me GAG. The smell was rancid, no toilet paper and to top it off, NO SOAP!! Just absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend wasting your time.

The burgers are good and the veggies are fresh and crispy .

Lovely hot food KFC is ordered regularly as our takeaway choice as we can rely on hot tasty food and always leaves us full

bag containing food was wet and split open we had problems on our last delivery to we were given gravy instead of coldslaw

Only 8 pieces when I paid for 10 and all of them were drumsticks. Totally unacceptable

Workers are unhygienic staff snogging each other toilets are disgusting coming in as soon as it opens and it’s still dirty staff too busy play fighting and squeezing each others nipples
