i had bad experience with staff they Indian staff specifically girls talk very rudely for the order i spent there 40 minutes then they said need to wait more i noticed they only had chat together never listen and attend customer bad service

Very awful attitude from the worker Sarita absolutely disgusting she’s very disrespectful, when I asked for an exchange of a zinger burger from their mistake the manager on shift used a fillet from the salad box and put it in my burger- where I found sweetcorn and tomato’s in it as well. - very bad habit of workers responding to customers but kissing their teeth it’s ridiculous I work in hospitality and I know it should never result in this. FIX UP

Staff are very lazy they are talking with each other not responding properly to the customers and every singal mint they are fighting with delivery guys so bad

I don't like the fact that they flatly refuse counter service, even to a visually impaired customer holding a white stick whilst I was waiting for my order last night. The food was as expected, but has become very expensive over the last year or 2. The inside of this restaurant was dirty, crumbs on the table and seats, used food wrappers on other tables and the floor. The food delivery was quick though.

The worse chicken I’ve ever seen at a KFC. Obviously you expect the chicken to be fried but it looked as if it had been boiled. The coating was soggy, wet and falling off the chicken. Maybe they had heated left over chicken which affected the crispy coating. Either way it shouldn’t have been served. I wanted a cup of tea but was told no hot drinks!!!!! Crazy! Not selling hot drinks on such a cold day. Not meeting the needs of the customer at all.

I’m not happy about the quality of the food I received from this kfc branch ordered a bucket late night normally they have a selection of chicken cuts but this time I had all legs in the bucket it’s the only part of the chicken that I don’t like so I give it away just eating the fries I have been having food from kfc for 50 years and remember when the chicken was cut into four pieces over the years portions have got so small and the price has gone so high now it’s not worth having. I can surely say after 50 years I will not be buying KFC again David Hawken

Food was oily and salty. When asked to change or refund. Penny the manager I believe was absolutely rude and said this is how we make it that’s the way the batter is done. I asked her do you mean oily? She said yes that’s how it is. She refused to do anything about it. When I asked her how to complain she said it’s on the website cool and walked off. Absolutely rude customer service! Worst ever KFC I’ve been too!! Didn’t want to give any stars but had to just to leave this review!

Ordered two stuffing stackers. The fillets were the thinnest I had seen for a long time, weren’t even that hot. Sat down started eating and relished no stuffing said to young lady at till told her and showed her, she brought two bits of stuffing out to us tried them and said they were cold she said they wasn’t. Left it at that all I could taste was old oil tasting of onion rings which I hate. I order number was #8052. No paper in kiosk. Ordered some more mini fillets they were cold only thing that was hot was the beans I ordered.

Good food shop. Staff willing to assist. Very tight parking and amazing traffic set up. One way in a different way out so no holdup

On the delivery APP it says 10-30 minutes. Ordered at 12:45, but at 1:45 and food not even left restaurant or found a driver. Called to ask they told me it will be with me in 15-20 minutes. Guess what? Nothing came. Cancellation is at full charge, customer service told me touch nothing to do but wait.

We tried this place as it was the nearest store. Unfortunately, the chicken was not crispy at all. It was kind of cold as well.

How many times do I get the things missing at the drive through? It's really frustrating as I just want to pick food up on my way home and eat, but too frequently there are items missing. Why isn't this checked in store before it's handed to me? Please double check each time! By the time I've driven home, it's too late and that's so annoying, especially when picking up food for family members who think you've forgotten, when actually the branch is quite useless.

Hi everyone, I regularly have food from this branch, food keeps KFC standards, there is no issue with it, what makes me uncomfortable there is a cleanliness, pass this year not much have changed, crew or management team not care enough, need more focus on it

I used the drive thru. If you don't mind some good tasting greasy food, then KFC is the place. The Zinger box meal is the best, and now the 20 hot wings option is my favourite.

Good branch. Friendly staff. The only disadvantage is brocken hand drier inside the gents.

This place is grim, on a roundabout that takes about 35 mins to get round by car. 30 quid for a bucket and some popcorn chicken, you'd be better off in a nice sit down place for that price. Don't bother, it ain't worth it! Staff do the job well though

Ordered online and went to collect. Unfortunately customer service at this branch continues to be poor. Such a shame. The only silver lining is thar the quality of their chips has improved.

Always nice to eat here, not a fan of KFC chicken legs so always have to tell the counter staff No Legs please. If I ask for some salt I get given one sachet bit tight of them but hey ho

If you are really hungry,this KFC is not the right option. Service is seriously poor, and food is always delayed. Staffs keeps running about like they are confused. They hardly open 11 am on dot. I ordered food and I told them that I have to use the toilet whilst they get my food ready only to tell me that the toilet is not ready for use. I had to go to McDonald's which is opposite to the kfc then back for my food. The kfc needs to send a mystery shopper to see what's going.

Ordered few times already and had been disappointed every time. Their box meal with only few fries (lesser that smaller portion), burger came with old brown lettuce When dining in, the place doesn’t seem to be cleaned even though the branch is not always busy

They never clean the place, been there twice and had to clean up my table and seat before I could sit to eat. There is no cleaning of any sort going on in the bathrooms as well. This makes eating there very uncomfortable

If you sit in the car park long enough, you will defo see the rats running around by the bins. Very off putting. Chicken was saturated in oil, like dripping. Bad times man.

Ordered the vegan rice box...Tiny portion of beans (a tablespoon's worth)... conside this is the protein intake compared to the chicken version. Very small portion of rice. Mostly salad. Which manager is taking cost cutting to its extremes?Took ages to arrive. Zero pleasantries from the server. A disappointing experience for your customer after his hard days work.

I agree with the review the most greasy KFC i have had saturated in fat sloppy and not crispy the food environmental agency needs to visit this place sat there for 1 hour no one cleaned food left on all the tables bins overflowing and waste food on the floor absolutely disgusting I would hate to think what the state of the kitchen and food preparation area is like

2 card machines not working and recognising cards to pay. Always kept saying cards not recognising or error. No table service signs with numbers that you pick up and take to your table when ordering. No receipts being printed on all order machines. The place wasn't even busy at all. Precisely 6 people in their including us..the size of orders and proportion sizes were all mucked up and wrong. And because we had no receipt. We now couldn't prove to them that our meal should of been larger for no more extra money and want what we ordered.. No concentration with some of these workers at all.

Absolute shocking customer service and a waiting time of one and half hours. When the food arrived, all four packets of chips were missing. Then took almost forty minutes for any one to answer the phone. If you can't handle the amount of customers inside and the customers ordering at home, then don't other the delivery service.

Would give a zero if I could. Ordered a stacker burger meal, they charged me the correct price, gave me a receipt. Came back and tried to charge me again, realised they charged me for a different order that was the same price. Confirmed what my actual order was supposed to be, gave me my food, they confirmed it was the correct food when I asked and so I drove away because I saw a box (thought burger) and bag (thought chips) in the main bag. Wasn't until I started eating that I noticed they had given me a completely different meal that I cannot even eat. Do not use their drive through, the people have no idea what they are doing

Burger was okay, fries not properly cooked. Main concern is the state of the place, the tables were dirty, toilet a total mess, stuff lying around the floor... Can only hope they take hygiene more seriously when preparing food, but I'm not confident.

Ordered 3 boneless banquets with extra chicken and got 1 filet burger delivered that I wouldn’t of fed to a dog let alone a person not even my name on the order that was delivered shocking service never again

Not impressed with the service I received today. I asked MULTIPLE times for a PLAIN zinger burger with cheese and still got mayo and lettuce in my burger. I also ordered two supercharger dips and didn’t receive them. While making my order I was tutted at by the member of staff taking my order. Not happy.

Worst restaurant in the entirety of Erith and may be further than that. I wish i could give this rat hole less than one star as the staff here is absolutely lazy, unorganised. No recollection of orders from delivery companies at all. I would suggest anyone to but food from McDonalds next door. Much convenient and affordable than this bunch.

Food always hot and... well... it's chicken

Was early evening and although quiet, bins were overflowing, tables not cleared or cleaned and only one order terminal working. Not good!

My favourite KFC to go to, the food from this branch is far better than other KFC's in the area and honestly I have never had any issues with anything I had from their menu over the past few years, from the fresh chicken to them being generous with the zinger sauce and mayo whenever I order their burgers and even the baked beans are fresh.

They never have krushems and always mess up my order and give me less than they’re supposed to.

Foods like any other KFC, used the drive through and took 15mins to serve 3 cars before us. Not sure why it took so long but it would have just been quicker to go in the store and order. Ordered cookies to be told we have to wait for them to cool down and they bring them to the car in 5 minutes. Had to go in myself and ask for our food 15mins later to which they forgot and said we didn't order anything.

Very helpful staff, very tasty food, but the one way system needs looking into, as departing the carpark, the only way out says 'No Exit' I had to go through the drive thru to get to the exit Very bad planning

Very polite staff. Our order was slightly mixed up, but was sorted out asap. It was nice to receive hot fries and chicken wings.

Tried to order through the drive-thru and when at the speaker no one answered when we said “hello”. Got to the window to try and order from there and this lady comes at the window and when we explain the problem with the speaker she rudely says “she was saying hello. What are you after?” She’s not the only rude person working in that restaurant btw lol would keep away from it

I'm here almost every day to order a krushems but every single day any of krushems are not available!!!!!!!! Every day!!!!!!!!. They are yo lazy to prepare it for customers?, because machine can't be broken every day!!!!!!. Staff is arrogant.

Just bought a 6 piece variety bucket, went through drive through. Got home and open the bucket 6 pieces all legs. Can't complain customer service was good but surely for £17.99 you dont give customers 6 leg a unless they ask you to. Not happy.

Often long waits for food to be served. It seems priority is always given to the driver thru & home orders 😔

Popped in for a light lunch with children. Wait time about average but I had ordered latte and then found out machine was broken. Was offered a cheaper soft drink and only offered refund after insisting. Had to wait a significant amount of time for manager to do refund of drink. By the time I joined my family they had nearly finished eating. My wrap looked at least a day old. Brittle wrap and congealed sauce. This had to be returned for a fresh one. Overall not a good visit.

30 minutes to wait on 10 chicken wings meal, while the drive thru was also busy there was only one lady serving/manning the till and the queue got bigger and bigger, I only waited because I had traveled a fair amount and was very hungry. Otherwise if I lived close by deffo wouldn't have gone there

Please avoid the toilet at all cost. Very smelly, urine on the floor and smelly corridor.

The place was dirty , tables uncleaned , food debris everywhere, I had to clear to clear table and chairs so we could sit down , staff were okay , don't seem bothered about customers and no hot drinks although option available on order menu thing.

Sorry but not good. Food OK but not the crispy coating we see in the ads. Does it really exist 🤔 crushems haven't been available for months now, surely someone knows how to fix the machine. Had a long wait for the food, everyone had finished by the time I got mine, it's not seat friendly, I felt uncomfortable. I had a chicken rice box, I didn't realise it would have a mayo type sauce then a BBQ sauce all over it, the chicken was nice once I scraped the sauce off, not one of my favourite places to eat. The staff could be a bit friendly, like smiling, I'm going to give this one a miss.

Went there to get food after a long day of work and for the second time I didn't get all the items I paid for.

It is on the motorway where you can get KFC to eat. The only problem was that they are very slow.
