KFC Eltham - High Street in Greenwich

The staff were friendly and considerate!

The kfc app doesn’t allow you to amend or write any instructions on your order so I call. They have stopped picking up their phone for the last few months! I’ve had missing items and they’ve not picked up for me to alert them and it’s not been refunded back. You need to amend the app where you can write notes to the workers and a easy way to get refunds for missing items spending £30+ and not getting what you paid for or able to write specific instructions is ridiculous. (This is delivery only). Other then that when I visit the shop Itself it’s always a pleasant experience.

They don't have any wipes and my wings are cold

although my meal was delivered on time i still had to reheat items as they were all only lukewarm is there any way orders can be delivered hotter ?

Disgusting will never order from here again Everything was cold and really greasy asked for no Thighs and 2 drumsticks got 6 thighs and the chicken looks like it been sitting now for about two hours Brown burnt dry and disgusting I will be reporting to food hygiene and trading standards, I’ve seen the reviews on here and they are disgusting kfc Eltham The worst in London anyone has the same experience as me please report this to head office at KFC hopefully, they will take action on this branch

I've never ordered from KFC to deliver and I now know why, arrived Luke warm and messy in the bag. Will stick to eating in there in future!

Food was cold and was hardly any chips. Delivery guy sat up the top of the road for 15 minutes as he went to the wrong address

Indication was that delivery would take 10-20 minutes, but it arrived after an hour. Food was cold and one item was incorrect.

Most delivered hot, apart from fries that were warm but okay. Also not too salty like last time ordered. Obviously the chicken pieces had just been cooked and not drained of the oil which was soaked through the bag. This is also only reason for 4* and not 5*

We don’t order KFC often, but anytime we do, there is ALWAYS something missing from our order. Tonight there were no fries with a box meal. I’ve contacted JustEat but nothing has been rectified yet, hopefully it will at some point. Food was hot and tasty, delivery driver was lovely, just such a shame there’s always something missing.

Yeah they gave me no fries and my drink was not cold. They replaced the fries with four sauces, not with my consideration. if they had no fries they must've called me and gave me options from which i can replace my fries with.

Average quality food, only warm on arrival and quite greasy. Delivery time was a lot longer than that advertised before placing the order. Prices were extremely marked up compared to ordering from the KFC website. driver was nice and friendly!

Initially when viewing showed a delivery time of 10-15min. Once order it when up to 25-35min, final delivery time was around 50min with cold half cooked chips!

food arrived really late took ages being prepared and then the couriers phone had lost charge si he had to go to a shop to charge his phone the food was stone cold when it arrived. then the just eat app wasn't allowing me to submit a problem ticket

turned up hot (don't normally) was actually all there for once, gravy a bit watery today but other than that cooked and hot

Food was tasty but extremely disappointed with the size of the portions. The chicken couldn't have been any smaller and the chips were very few considering the cost. The food was almost cold and had to be warmed up.

Both meals were lukewarm. The chips were also dry and inedible. 1st time I’ve had a problem. Driver had another drop opposite direction from where I live on route.

great survice absolutely with no doubt the best vegan burger I have ever tasted 5***** chips are extremely tasty too would like the option to buy extra large portions but only regular was available they are so tasty, will be buying and treating myself again very soon .

Good evening, i am writing to you today to divulge my experience eating from your usually lovely establishment. My order this fine evening was anything but fine. The chicken was unbattered and so cold i had to put my coat on when eating to warm back up. The cans of drink came warmer!! Even the cats did not attempt to eat the meal as they were utterly apawed. 😿 Please help amend this and reply with the utmost importance as i am in disbelief with this service and food, thank you
