I am leaving a bad review as I did not receive my order despite the order saying it was delivered.

But I got someone else’s order have no way of contacting driver no way of even speaking to anyone either

chips were cold chicken was tasteless

The food arrived but wasn't hot enough, I had to reward it up.

Everything arrived and at a nice temperature. The only thing I would drop a star for is the Zinger burgers. The chicken seems to have gotten so thin and small that they are mostly the zinger coating. Have noticed on the last few orders.

took an hour for my food to come. courier went to 3 different addresses before mine. Appalling

Just ordered and chicken it's so disgusting 🫣 oily and looks like it's just warmed up old from yesterday

stopped here to grab a quick bite to eat. I ordered the mighty bucket for one. chicken didn't have much flavour to it . staff were friendly and efficient

Fast efficient friendly service

The burger was hard and not eatable I had to throw the burger away. The bun of the burger and the chicken fillet was not crispy. I also took a photo of the burger . Very disappointed with this as I expect high quality.

I ordered a box meal didn’t come in a box all thrown into one bag , the variety of chicken I had was just two drumsticks it was definitely not worth the £12+ price tag

1item missing,- pot of mash smaller portions for sharing IE sharing bucket, especially when item for was a small child -mash

I ordered a wicked variety bucket (10 pc) and asked for specific chicken pieces, instead i got 5 wings and the rest were random pieces. The only reason i order from KFC is so i can choose which pieces i want and not a bucket full of wings.

the food was cold and we had to sort out who had what as they were all separated when you use to get it each meal was in its own box

No star rating the order wasn’t even what I ordered shocking customer service and still no reply back from the just eat team, was going to order the same thing again but as I never got my order I won’t be using this anymore.

Terrible. Chicken legs looks like they were cooked yesterday. No mix of chicken. Even missed off the x4 chicken strips. Terrible.

Driver took the longest route and ended up taking 15 minutes to drop off my food rather than 5, food then came cold and incorrect and ive been refused a refund. Never again

Be careful when ordering, I just got a delivery and the chips are warm but pale and frozen in the middle same as some of the chicken, I understand it’s lunch rush hour but there are standards to be made and JUSTEAT won’t do anything about it, I am happy to loose the money and order from somewhere else, however there are other people out there who aren’t as fortunate to do that.

Picked up to take home , got a party bucket , Normally good here but today ... The chicken was well overcooked Propa dark brown and hard , wernt nice , plus they forgot the gravy , hot wings and the popcorn chicken ! Who ever was working today did a really bad job seriously ,

I thought kfc were supposed to upgrade their chips? They are now disgusting I’m unable to eat them. They are so dry.

Food was stone cold, chicken missing and mini fillets mushed up, the fillet burger was swamped in mayo and tiniest piece of chicken in it I would say more nugget than fillet in fact the only thing hot was the gravy 😡😡😡

Fries were cold and not cooked through so hard in places. They have also changed them and not gor the better. Chicken strip was also warm and coating not nice. Pop corn chicken cold. Zinger burgers were not nice. The Coatings are not the original so did not like them, there was also a vinegar taste in the mayonnaise which ruined it, I usually love KFC mayonnaise but not this time. Based on today's food, will not be ordering again anytime soon. Why can't they leave the recipes alone and stick to the original that we love!.

My food was cold. Your delivery person said he had done 3 stops before delivering my food. I am disgusted.

The delivery driver drove the complete opposite way to my address, must have been completing a drop on another app. Not good!

We popped in for a crushems milkshake on this lovely hot day, and their machine isn't working. Either it wasn't working, or they don't want to do the cleaning process. Very poor service for me and my nephew. So instead we went to King Of Deserts, now that place knows how to make a milkshake. Glad it was broke, we got a better one.

Unfortunately, the restaurant forgot the 2 additional fries that were ordered. So we were short fries and have had to waste the additional gravy that we ordered for the additional fries. And now I cannot find how to make a refund request. JustEat should make it easier to find the "request a refund" button.

They failed to complete my order and yet no compensation or refund.

I’ve not gone in and sat down, so I’m not going to comment on the atmosphere. However, service and food is always 10/10. I order via the app and I can always get through to speak to someone if I need to! I’ve never had a rude or disrespectful conversation. They’re all very welcoming and understanding and try their best to make sure I’m satisfied with my needs in my order. It’s probably one of the best KFC in and around Greenwich borough!!

Burger refunded. Customer service ignored the delay that meant my food was cold.

hi guys first time ordering from this place as a delivery! but food order got mixed up another customer!..as other customer phoned My private mobile! but we were trying to help each other out to get our right orders given to us! but doesn't help when delivery driver doesn't speak a word of English or read English as he was using his mobile to try and "translate "?!!:/ ..something these food/delivery companies should think about in future?!!..other then that nice food..👍

Disappointed that they took mayo out if all the burgers, when we only asked it to be taken out from one of the burgers.

The delivery driver made multiple stops before mine, which I understand, but they were in the complete opposite direction to my address. I get the delivery drivers make multiple stops, but the orders should be in a similar area. This meant my order left the restaurant nearly 30 minutes before it was delivered to my house and it was obviously cold.

The gravy was split all over my meal .

This was the worst KFC I have ever eaten. The chicken was tiny and tasted old. The potion sizes have shrunken unbelievable small. I will not be ordering anything from KFC in the near future

Absolutely delish. Very fresh and chicken was super juice. Only thing I could comment negatively on was the warm tango but honestly, food was so good that it didn’t matter!

Driver kept riding around looking for my place even though I was flashing a light at him to tell him where I was..He drove into where I live , drove around looking and then drove out onto a completely different road and knocked at 44 Nelson Mandela Road . The occupier then sent him back towards my address even after talking to the lady on her doorstop with my food in his hand in the pouring rain. The bag was wet and food inside cold, not very good service at all

Forgotten food and was so late it was cold and the box meals weren't even in boxes, were just chucked in the bag loose so went everywhere.

The driver brought wrong order . He said the ppl who worked there give the bag . It was a completely different order. Also this not a first time happening I understand demand work but very hard to deal with online support after . Driver was so kind and went back and take my order ! Thank you
