Great restaurant, Very friendly

I do think the meal could have been fresher than it was and hotter delivery was good

deliveryman insisted that I lived in the wrong place.. Frustrating

Both meals were lukewarm. The chips were also dry and inedible. 1st time I’ve had a problem. Driver had another drop opposite direction from where I live on route.

Good evening, i am writing to you today to divulge my experience eating from your usually lovely establishment. My order this fine evening was anything but fine. The chicken was unbattered and so cold i had to put my coat on when eating to warm back up. The cans of drink came warmer!! Even the cats did not attempt to eat the meal as they were utterly apawed. 😿 Please help amend this and reply with the utmost importance as i am in disbelief with this service and food, thank you

Missing food, what remained was cold and delivered 1:30 mins late from order time

My fillet burger had a cheese/garlic sauce instead of mayonnaise. It spoilt the burger and my enjoyment.

Shockingly bad, ordered a party bucket which had 14 bits of chicken, it had 8 legs and 6 thighs which we're full of grease and the food was cold, last time i order from them.

Chips were ICE cold & flavourless. Burger was 80% mayo off putting.

It's a kfc ... and the food didn't quite taste as ot should shrug. No idea why.

The chicken wings were over fried and really brown but packed in the box. The fries had a lot of small black particles on them. Most likely did not change the oil for a while. The burger was dripping of the burger sauce + mayo, slidding off.

Nearly £10 for a simple meal. Chicken burger and hash brown all stuck together and made bread roll all soggy! It was really disgusting!

Decent food, things can be missing from your order, so always check but friendly staff, and clean tables, one of the better ones!

Everything arrived and at a nice temperature. The only thing I would drop a star for is the Zinger burgers. The chicken seems to have gotten so thin and small that they are mostly the zinger coating. Have noticed on the last few orders.
