Very Poor Hygiene Standards I had an extremely disappointing experience at the KFC St. Andrews, Edinburgh. While eating my meal, I found a piece of chicken with visible hair or feather still attached. This clearly indicates a lack of proper cleaning and quality checks before frying and serving the food. It’s deeply concerning to think about the hygiene standards at this restaurant. If I hadn’t noticed this, I could have consumed it unknowingly. Imagine the risk this poses, especially if serving food to children. This is unacceptable from a brand like KFC. I urge others to inspect their food carefully before consuming and reconsider dining here. Proper hygiene and cleanliness should always be a priority when it comes to food service, but unfortunately, this branch seems to fall short.

Ordered on just eat around 2am it said they where open it's now 4am and just eat says the driver is at the resteraunt but that hasn't changed for an hour. If your closed or can't take ordered turn your app off instead of swallowing customers money to leave them hungry.

KFC Review - November 18, 2024 I visited KFC today, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite the shop not being busy, the service was noticeably slow, which was frustrating. On top of that, many tables were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, making it difficult to find a decent place to sit. The most concerning issue, however, was the state of the toilets. They were in an unacceptable condition, with blood smeared in places. This is not only unhygienic but completely shocking for any establishment, let alone a food service business. It’s clear that more attention needs to be given to cleanliness and maintaining basic hygiene standards. I hope KFC takes this feedback seriously and improves in these areas.

Order at the kiosk. Cheap price compared to other prices. It was delivered really quickly, within minutes of ordering. I don't know if the fried food was dark in color, whether it was fried twice or over-fried. The seasoning taste seems a bit unusual. Anyway, I had a nice meal.

I love kfc has options like grilled chicken if I want something lighter but still flavorful. Family bucket was a great deal fed everyone at a good price and there was even left for next day. The guy at the counter on Sunday 22nd September around 8:50 pm was horrible!!! He needs to be trained properly to deal with customers.. he looks so frustrated when queries are made and his attitude was like we were asking for free food from him!!! All in all he spoiled my evening and many more who was in line before me due to his horrible customer dealing skills!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE STAFF!!!

We went here in 2017 and I forgot to leave a review. Rude staff. I remember the security guard gave a long, uncomfortable stare at us with my siblings even if we were just on the queue to order food. It was a really bad experience I cannot forget because we felt UNSAFE.

The hygiene is absolutely horrendous. The tables and chairs are ALWAYS unclean and greasy. The toilets are so disgusting. They stink, the floor is sticky and there’s no toilet paper ever. There’s flies all over this place and the food portions are actually ridiculous. DO NOT come here!!!

The restaurant was filthy and repulsive. Almost every table was covered in food and grime, and the bathrooms were rancid. The mediocre food couldn't redeem the place from its slow service and disgusting environment.

The place is very crowded. The food, in my opinion, has nothing to do with Kentucky, any difference from what is known, especially the Arab countries. Especially for the first time in my life, I taste the world-famous Coleslaw salad with onions 😱 something strange. I left it. I asked to clean the table and they told me to wait and I cleaned it myself.

Quite a decent KFC Dining in experience. It's a Halal Store with extra seating located downstairs. Food is usually quite fresh and decent in here. Staff are generally quite competent barring the odd mishap. Usual options of Self service ordering, App ordering or via the cashier tills, but obviously the app or self service facilities are the quickest as cashier tills are manned sporadically. Foods usually fresh in this store, probably because it's quite a busy store with a high turnover of orders. Lobby staff try and keep the place clean as best as they can.

We visited the fast food restaurant twice while visiting Edinburgh. Each time we had a similar experience. Food ordering and service was quick and smooth. The quality of the food is good, although some pieces of chicken were a bit greasy. The place is average, but the basement part is a bit neglected and littered - the bathroom looked similar. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat quickly in the city center!

Used to really like KFC but the last couple of time I have been really disappointed. Today I had a bucket of hot wings and they were the worse hot wings I have ever had any where!! The smell, the look, the size and the taste where all awful!!! They were the tinies wings you can find on the market!!!! So I kind of had hot fried skin on bones rather that hot wings. Even being reminded of it makes me sick. That's the end of KFC for me!!!!

Everything was perfect, the food looked good, delivery was fast and the driver was lovely. However, the drink and a portion of chips were missing, which was not great since it is a lot of money to spend on some food for a treat after a long hard month. Overall the food missing was very displeasing and annoying but everything else was great.
