Delicious food,Proper cleanliness and hygiene they gave us good service especially Jyothika helped us to have instant delivery.

Security guard super rude. Chips and chicken were okay. Restaurant and bathroom were dirty.

Racist foreign staff “I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC in Edinburgh. They refused to let my seven-year-old child use the bathroom, claiming it was broken, but there were no signs indicating this. The staff gave fake excuses and were argumentative, and the security was even threatening. They also claimed they were only offering takeaway after a certain hour, but there was no signage or indication of this policy. They blocked all seating in the restaurant after 9:30 PM and provided poor service overall. Additionally, many employees didn’t speak good English and were talking in a foreign language among themselves. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this location.”

Ms. Jyothi, who attended to me at the till, was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Her friendly and attentive service made my visit even more enjoyable. It's refreshing to see a team that truly values customer satisfaction, and Jyothi's dedication is a reflection of the overall excellent service at this KFC branch. The entire experience left me confident in the quality of the service here, and I highly recommend this location for both the great environment and top-notch staff.

I apologise to the people that I gave hustle, I was not too nice last night. I hope you forgive me. I was sad and I didn’t understand the request assumed it was within the order. I am aware of that now and I will not do it again.

I popped into the KFC in St. Andrews recently and was genuinely impressed! The staff were super friendly and helpful, even during a busy spell. My order was taken quickly, and everything came out hot and fresh. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavour—exactly what you want from KFC. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and the service felt personal rather than rushed. Honestly, for a quick bite in St. Andrews, it hit the spot. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

I went downstairs with food to sit. Thinking it will be peaceful. However, it turned out to be opposite. The place was smelly , food all over the floor and toilets were not at all clean. The management needs to take hygiene seriously.

Not good, seeing the staff tapping the screen on the right with the tongues they’re using to pick up the fried chicken as well as people using their fingers on it. Surely this isn’t procedure. Surely the tongues are just for picking up food.

Bucket for one was far too salty. Obviously something went wrong in the kitchen.

I placed my order at 5:20 PM and waited for nearly 3 hours. Unfortunately, there was no option to cancel the order during this time, which added to the frustration. Additionally, I paid £2.49 for delivery, which I never received, as I had to go by myself to the St. Andrew KFC location to collect my order. On top of that, I was charged £1.49 for service charges. I was also disappointed by the lack of an available customer care contact, which made it difficult to resolve the issue efficiently.

Food fine, delivery an absolute pain - ordered to hotel where I’m staying and was told to go outside to collect, went outside was told they left it at reception even though I said 10 seconds earlier I would be no more than a minute, long story short reception said they did not have it - £30 down and no delivery, driver was absolutely terrible - I want a refund now
