Very poor hygiene, tables were filthy, no one taking responsibility for the mess. Food was ok but not a pleasant environment in which to eat.

My favorite KFC location in Edinburgh. The food was good and the staff was very friendly, specially Jyoti.

Order took ages to arrive, food was cold and it was missing can of juice that was included in one of the deals

I placed my order at 5:20 PM and waited for nearly 3 hours. Unfortunately, there was no option to cancel the order during this time, which added to the frustration. Additionally, I paid £2.49 for delivery, which I never received, as I had to go by myself to the St. Andrew KFC location to collect my order. On top of that, I was charged £1.49 for service charges. I was also disappointed by the lack of an available customer care contact, which made it difficult to resolve the issue efficiently.

I think it is one of the places with the greatest flow of people. I really think they need to be more careful with the cleanliness of the tables and bathrooms.

Food fine, delivery an absolute pain - ordered to hotel where I’m staying and was told to go outside to collect, went outside was told they left it at reception even though I said 10 seconds earlier I would be no more than a minute, long story short reception said they did not have it - £30 down and no delivery, driver was absolutely terrible - I want a refund now

Very Poor Hygiene Standards I had an extremely disappointing experience at the KFC St. Andrews, Edinburgh. While eating my meal, I found a piece of chicken with visible hair or feather still attached. This clearly indicates a lack of proper cleaning and quality checks before frying and serving the food. It’s deeply concerning to think about the hygiene standards at this restaurant. If I hadn’t noticed this, I could have consumed it unknowingly. Imagine the risk this poses, especially if serving food to children. This is unacceptable from a brand like KFC. I urge others to inspect their food carefully before consuming and reconsider dining here. Proper hygiene and cleanliness should always be a priority when it comes to food service, but unfortunately, this branch seems to fall short.

Ordered on just eat around 2am it said they where open it's now 4am and just eat says the driver is at the resteraunt but that hasn't changed for an hour. If your closed or can't take ordered turn your app off instead of swallowing customers money to leave them hungry.

KFC Review - November 18, 2024 I visited KFC today, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite the shop not being busy, the service was noticeably slow, which was frustrating. On top of that, many tables were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, making it difficult to find a decent place to sit. The most concerning issue, however, was the state of the toilets. They were in an unacceptable condition, with blood smeared in places. This is not only unhygienic but completely shocking for any establishment, let alone a food service business. It’s clear that more attention needs to be given to cleanliness and maintaining basic hygiene standards. I hope KFC takes this feedback seriously and improves in these areas.

The driver was not helpful. I said my address is EH88FF. If you google it, one section of buildings will come out. I said my address is Sugarhouse Close so I thought it might be confusing which is why I texted it is EH88FF. I pinned my location for him and yet he was mad. He was at the place I did not expect. I believe I provided enough info for him to find my place. Yet he was mad I was 'late' and wasted his time. Awful service.

Order at the kiosk. Cheap price compared to other prices. It was delivered really quickly, within minutes of ordering. I don't know if the fried food was dark in color, whether it was fried twice or over-fried. The seasoning taste seems a bit unusual. Anyway, I had a nice meal.

Too busy for my liking, no ice for the drinks
